        감정이입의 표현교육론적 의의 연구 : 조선조 시가를 중심으로

        This study is to discuss the significance of the empathy in the expression-education. Until now empathy has been discussed in the literature-education. But empathy needs to be discussed in the expression-education such as speaking and miting. Especially expression-attitude to the object and empathy are closely connected. The purpose of this article is to discuss the empathy in the point of cognition not rhetorics. Empathy can be defined as projection or identification. The cognitive process of the former is from subject to object. Therefore it can be called centrifugal empathy. And the cognitive process of the latter is from object to subject, so can be called centripetal empathy. Centrifugal empathy perceives the object in the method of discovering the common factor between subject and object. And centripetal empathy is to make commeness of subject and object. Like this empathy is on the philosophical foundation that subject and object can not be separated completely. On the contrary, object can make subject meaningful existence and enlarged subject. With this point of view expression-education can be more abundant.

      • 수도권 지역 5개 여자고등학교 학생들의 체중 조절 실태와 Diet에 대한 의식구조 조사

        A survey on state of dietary habit, degree of obesity, body weight control, medium of nutritional knowledge and viewpoint of diet food and drug for 488 female students in 5 female high schools in metropolitan area was undertaken. The results are as follows:(1) In response to the question about body shape, 44.7%, 38.9% and 8.2% of the subjects answered "plump","normal", and "thin", respectively. However the results. calculated from subjects' height and weight by BMI were that 2.9% of the subjects were "overweight", 52.3% were "normal", and 43.4% were "underweight". (2) Interest of body weight control was relatively high as 32.6% of the subjects answered "high", and 41.0% did "normal". But 55.3% of the subjects did not practice any particular activity for health. 68.9% of the subjects had experience of body weight control. The reasons of body weight control were "obese or overweight" (42.0% of the subjects), "normal weight but for beauty"(40.0% of the subjects). In order to control body weight, 30.5% of the subjects practiced "control of eating volume constantly", 29.3% of the subjects pracitced "exercise" and 24.8% of the subjects practiced "exercise and diet together". (3) Nutritional knowledge was obtained "from friends or neighboring persons" (39.1%), "from newspapers or magazines" (28.5%) and "from TV or broadcasting" (25.6%).(4) 23.4% of the subjects had experience of diet food or drug intake. 36.0% of the taken subjects had effect only during taking period, 29.8% had on effect, and 26.3% had some effect.

      • 우유와 과즙으로 만든 발효유를 동결건조한 제품의 관능성 조사

        Fermented milk was prepared from milk or mixture of milk and apple juice/ grape juice and it was freeze dried. The sensory properties of freeze dried and freeze dried/ reconstitutied fermented milk sample were invesitgated. In case of freeze dried/reconstituted samples, the sensory properties of the mixed sample of fruit juice-milk were better than those of milk sample. Among several different ratios of fruit juice and milk, sample of 15:35 showed the best sensory property. When the sensory properties of freeze dried apple juice-milk sample and those of freeze dried grape juice-milk sample were compared, there was no significant difference (p>0.05). However, hedonic scale score of smaple added with apple juice was slightly higher than that of sample added with grape juice(6.55 vs. 6.28).

        관계 형성적 인식과 의사소통에 대하여 : 대화체 가사를 중심으로

        이 논문은 대화를 경쟁이나 놀이로 만이 아니라 인식의 도구로 접근해야 한다는 전제 하에, 대화체 가사의 어법적 특성을 관계 형성적 인식의 차원에서 살펴보았다.관계 형성이란 상이한 두 주체 사이에서 이루어지는데, 여기에서 살펴본 대화체 가사는 자아와 他我 사이의 대화를 통해 사태를 인식해 나가는 과정을 드러내고 있다는 점에서 특징적이다. 대화를 통한 관계형성의 구체적인 모습은 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 첫째 이직적 목소리의 병치는 자아의 목소리를 상이한 두 주체로 분리시켜 문제를 다각도록 성찰할 수 있게 한다. 이러한 대화를 토해 때로는 이질적인 존재들 사이의 경계가 허물어지며 동질화 되기도 하는데 이와 같은 경계의 새로운 조정을 둘째로 들 수 있다. 셋째는 메타적 대화 구조의 형성이다 대화가 한 작품 속에서 만이 아니라 선행 텍스트와의 적극적인 관계형성을 토해 이루어짐으로써 문제를 메타적 차원에서 고찰 하는 유형이다. 관계 속에서 대상을 이해한다는 것 그리고 그러한 관계를 적극적으로 형성해 나가는 관계 형성적 인식은 독백적 인식 태도에 비해 문제를 다양한 층위에서 고찰한다는 특성을 갖는 데는 점에서 교육적 의의가 크다. 그리고 대화는 이러한 관계 형성을 가능케 하는 대포적인 언술 방식이라고 할 수 있다. On the premise that dialogue is the vehicle of cognition as well as competition or game, this study explored the relaction-making of dialogic Gasa(가사). Relation-making is possible among the different subjects. And the dialogic works in this study perceive the aspect of things through the dialogue between ego and alter ego. The concrete aspects of relation-making through dialogue are as follows. 1. Coexistence of heterogeneous voices. This makes possible multilateral self-reflection by subject-separation. 2. Readjustment of boundary. Sometimes the boundary of two existences can fade away through dialogue. 3. Formation of meta-dialogue. The dialogue with the preceding text makes possible the consideration of meta-level. Relational cognition implies the educational importance because it makes one consider the situation in the various aspects. And dialogue is the representative discourse type of relation-making.

      • 中學生에게 適合한 瞬發力檢査種目 設定에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation coefficients measuring Magaria - Kalamen power test and some power test items (Sargent jump, standing broad jump, Ball throwing, 50 m dash), and the stepwise regression. The subjects of this study consisted of 188 students in 94 boy students and 94 girl students in kwa youk middle school. The result Concluded as follows : 1. In the case of boy students, the items representing the highest correlation Coefficients in Magaria - Kalamen Power test are ball throwing (x_3, r=0.6836) and 50 m dash (x_4. r=-0.6084). There is a difference between two items in Consequence of the stepwise regression. 2. In the case of girl students, there is little difference between Magaria-Kalamen Power test and sargent jump (P>0.05). The items representing the highest correlation coefficients are standing broad jump(x_2, r=0.5859) and 50 m dash (x_4, r=-0.4939). There is a difference between two items in Consequence of the stepwise regression. As we described above, boy students' Power is valid for ball throwing and 50 m dash, while girl students' Power is valid for standing broad jump and 50 m dash.

        7β[5-(Substituted) phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl]acetamidocephalospranic acid, 7β-(5-Diphnenyl-methyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl) acetamidocephalosporanic acid and 7β-[5-(Substituted)-4-phenyl-1.2.4-triazol2-yl]thioacetamidocephalosporanic acid were synthesized and tested in vitro antimicrobial activity. These compounds exhibited good antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria whereas most compounds showed decreased antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative bacteria

      • 여대생의 체형과 Diet 식품에 관한 의식구조 조사

        A survey on the state of dietary habit, degree of obesity, viewpoint about body shape, BMI calculated from subjcts' height and weight, amount of body fat measured by body fat computer and viewponit about diet food and drug for 196 female university students was undertaken. The results are as follows : (1) In response to the question about activity frequency, 38.8% and 27.6% of the subjects answered as "less than once per month" and "1 or 2 times per week" , respectively. In case of activity intensity, 59.2% of the subjects answered as "moderate aerobic activity". Activity time of 32.1% and 29.1% of the subjects was "under 10 minutes" and "10-20 minutes", respectively. Activity level of 54.1% and 43.9% of the subjects was "light" and "moderate", respectively. (2) Distribution of measured body fat showed that 51.0% of the subjects were in the range of "30-35%" and 27.0% of the subjects were in the range of "25-30%". The average value of 196 subjects was 31.03%. In response to the question about body shape, 43.4%, 41.3%, 9.7% and 5.6% of the subjects answered as "plump", "normal", "obese" and "thin", respectively. However, BMI calulated from subjects' height and weight showed that 1.0% of the subjects were "obesity", 0.5% were "overweight", 41.8% were "normal" , and 56.6% were "underweight". (3) The results of fitness obtained from body fat & fitness computer showed that fitness of 68.4% of the subjects were "very poor" and that of 25.0% were "poor". The results of longevity showed that longivity of 69.4% of the subjects were "good" and that of 24.0% were "excellent". (4) 11.7% of the subjects had experience of diet food or drug intake. 43.5% of the taken subjects had effect only during taking period, 34.8% had no effect, and 13.0% had some side effect.

      • 高品質 豚肉 生産을 위한 고구마 사일리지의 開發에 關한 硏究 : 2. 肥肉豚에 대한 고구마 사일리지 給與가 生産形質과 經濟性에 미치는 影響 2. Effects of Feeding the Sweet Potato Silage on Performances and Production Cost of Finishing Pigs

        본 연구는 고구마 사일리지를 이용한 고품질 돈육 생산을 위하여 고구마 사일리지가 돼지에 대한 생산형질과 경제성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 사양시험은 고구마 사일리지를 고구마 70, 맥강 20, 대두박 10의 비율(사일리지 1)과 고구마 70, 맥강 30의 비율(사일리지 2)로 500kg 용 사일로에 충진하여 21일간 발효시켜 제조하고, 급여시기를 각각 체중이 75kg 과 90kg부터 시작하여, 급여시간은 각각 32일과 25일로서 체중 110kg까지 사육하며, 동일한 교배조합(LYD)으로 생산된 육돈 암컷을 3반복, 반복당 18두씩 총 324두를 공시하였으며, 고구마 사일리지 급여량을 하루에 두당 0.4kg씩 공급한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 고구마 사일리지를 급여한 경우 개시 체중 75kg과 90kg 공히 종료시 체중, 증체량, 일당증체량 및 사료효율은 배합사료를 무제한 급여하는 대조구 보다 유의적으로 낮았고, 배합사료의 섭취량과 일당사료섭취량은 유의적으로 적게 섭취하였으나, 고구마 사일리지를 건물로 환산하여 합산한 총사료섭취량은 대조구와 고구마 급여구간에 비슷하게 나타났다. 2. 고구마 사일리지를 급여한 경우 배합사료의 섭취량은 줄어들어 배합사료비가 절감되나 고구마 사일리지를 섭취함으로서 총사료비는 비슷하다. kg 증체에 소요되는 사료비는 높게 나타났고, 배합사료급여를 기준한 생산 지수는 고구마 사일리지 급여구가 40∼50% 이상의 사료비가 추가로 소요되는 것으로 분석되었다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of supplementing sweet potato silages on live performance and production cost in finishing gilts. Two sweet potato silages containing same ingredients with different ratios(silages 1 and 2; 70 and 70% sweet potato, 20 and 30% barley bran, 10 and 0% soybean meal, respectively) were fermented for 21 days in 500 kg-capacity silos. Finishing gilts were fed a commercial finishing diet(CONT), or the same basal diet plus 0.4kg silage 1(TRT 1) or silage 2(TRT 2)/head/day beginning from either 75kg or 90kg of body weight up to approximately 110kg of final weight and the whole experiment was repeated 3 times. 1. TRT 1 and TRT 2 were lesser than CONT in final weight, total weight gain, average daily gain, feed efficiency and total and daily basal diet intake, but not in total dry matter intake including the silage. 2. Compared with CONT, TRT 1 and TRT 2 showed a reduced basal diet cost resulting from the reduced intake of it, but total feed cost was not different between the feeding regimens. Total feed cost per kg weight gain, however, was increased 40∼50% by supplementing the silage.

      • 원료콩의 증자조건을 달리한 검정콩 간장의 유리당, 유기산 및 지방산의 변화

        콩의 증자조건에 따른 검정콩 전통간장의 숙성 후 유리당, 유기산, 지방산조성을 조사하였다. pH 값은 5.04~5.32로 시험구간의 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았고, 원료 콩을 상압증자한 검정콩 간장이 가압이나 스팀보다는 약간 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 적정산도는 4.26~7.73mL로 나타났으며, 가압증자한 검정콩 간장(4.26~5.61mL)이 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 상압(7.32mL), 스팀(5.99~6.96mL)의 순으로 나타났다. 환원당은 25.18~194.81㎎%로 나타났고, 상압이 25.18㎎%로 가장 낮았으며, 가압이나 스팀증자한 검정콩 간장의 경우 상호간에는 큰 차이가 없지만, 상압한 것보다는 7~8배 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 주요 유리당은 glucose, fructose, xylose였으며, 스팀증자한 검정콩 간장이 상압이나 가압보다 각각의 유리당 모두가 많았고, 상압증자는 유리당이 극히 미량으로 검출되었다. 주요 유기산은 succinic acid, oxalicaicd, tartaric aic, malic acid, citric acid였고, 총 유기산은 스팀증자 (40.38~76.96 ㎎%)한 검정콩 간장이 상압(55.85㎎%)이나 가압(27.78~34.21)한 것보다 많았다. 증자 처리시간이 길수로 가압과 스팀으로 처리하여 제도된 검정콩 간장은 약간씩 감소되는 경향을 나타내었다. 주요 지방산은 palmitic acid(33.28~43.51%), stearic a창(14.15~19.16%), myristic acid(5.03~19.14%)였으며, 전체 지방산 중에 55.97~72.85% 비율을 차지하였고, 원료 콩에 존재하지 myristic acid가 상당히 많이 존재하였다. pH values in all samples were in the range of 5.04 to 5.32. pH of kanjang prepared with normal pressure(HPK) was higher than that of kanjang prepared with high pressure(HPK) and kanjang prepared with steam(SPK). Titratable acidity(TA) in all samples were found to be 4.26∼7.72 mL. TA in HPK(5.99∼6.96 mL) was lower than that in SPK(4.26∼5.61 mL) and NPK(7.32 mL). Reducing sugar(RS) contents in all samples were in the range of 25.48 to 194.81 ㎎%. Rs contents of HPK and SPK were a similar pattern and were higher than that of NPK. Major free sugars(FS) were glucose, fructose and xylose. In total FS, SPK was higher than that of NPK and HPK. Major organic acids(OA) were succinic acid, oxalic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid citric acid. OA contents in HPK and SPK were decreased slightly according to the heating time of whole black bean. The highest percentage of fatty acid(FA) in all samples was palmitic acid(33.28∼43.51% as area % of GC chromatogram), followed in a decreasing order by stearic acid(14.15∼19.16%) and myristic acid(5.93∼19.14%). The composition ratios of three FA to total FA ranged from 55.97 to 72.85%. In all samples, there was myristic acid that was not contained in raw soybean.
