Actinomycetes sp. GF155-2가 생산하는 Pepsin 저해물질의 성질

Pepsin(8㎎/㎖)에 의한 0.02% casein의 효소적 가수분해반응에서 저해물질의 저해활성은 저해물질농도 20㎍/㎖까지는 비례관계였으며, IC_50은 15㎍/㎖였다. 저해물질의 pH안정성은 pH5∼9 범위내에서 100℃, 10분 가열하였을 때 안정하였고, 열안정성은 pH7.0, 100℃에 20분까지는 100% 저해활성이 나타나 비교적 안정하였다. 효소-저해물질 복합체는 형성되었으며 Lineweaver-Burk plot 상에서 비경쟁적 저해양식이었다. 저해물질은 pepsin, renin의 산성 protease를 강력히 저해하였으며 methanol에 가장 잘 용해되었다. 각종 용매계의 silicagel 60 TLC상에서 R_f치는 0.4∼0.6 범위였고 단일 spot를 나타내었다. IR spectrum 및 정색반응(Rydon-Smith, Biuret)의 결과로부터 peptide성 물질로 간주되며, 융점 및 원소함량은 각각 220∼230℃, C 50.61%, H8.02%, N9.34%였다. When pepsin was used at a concentration of 8 ㎎/㎖ for hydrolysis of 0.02% casein, inhibitory activity of this inhibitor was proportional to a inhibitor concentration of 20 ㎍/㎖, and fifty percent inhibition(IC_50) was observed to be 15 ㎍/㎖. The inhibitor was pH-stable at pH range of 5-9 at 100℃ for 10 minutes and thermo-stable at pH 7.0 at 100℃ to give 100% activity for 20 minutes. The formstion of pepsin-inhibitor complex was confirmed by sephadex G-25 gel filtration and type of inhibition was determined as non-competitive inhibition by Lineweaver-Burk plot. The inhibitor strongly inhibited acid proteases such as pepsin and renin, and it was soluble in methanol very well. On TLC analysis of silicagel 60 using various solvent systems, the inhibitor gave a single spot at Rf range 0.4-0.6. From the result of IR spectrum and color reaction (Rydon-Smith, Biuret), this inhibitor was considered as peptide substance. Melting point and elemental contents were 220-230℃, and C 50.61%-H 8.02%-N9.34%(found), respectively.

대인관계, 자기효능감이 스마트폰 과다사용에 미치는 영향 대학생을 중심으로

In this study, 508 students from 1st to 4th grade students attending U University in Ulsan, A questionnaire survey was conducted on 5 departments in U University in November, 2016 with 146 male students and 362 female students. and the effect of smartphone use on interpersonal relationship and self - efficacy was investigated. This study investigates the correlation between college students' excessive use of smartphones, interpersonal relationship and self-efficacy, and broadens the relevant factors of smartphone overuse so that college students can use smartphone properly and adjust themselves. We want to provide basic data to prevent overuse of phone. The results of this study are as follows: First, it was found that dealing with interpersonal conflicts in interpersonal relationships affected the overuse of smartphone. Second, social anxiety among self - efficacy has an effect on overuse of smartphone, Third, interpersonal relations and self - efficacy have an influence on overuse of smartphone. 본 연구는 울산에 위치한 U대학에 재학 중인 1학년부터 4학년 대학생 508명으로 남학생은 146명, 여학생은 362명을 대상으로 2016년 11월 중 U대학의 5학과를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 스마트폰 사용이 대인관계, 자기효능감에 미치는 영향은 어떠한지 알아보고자 하였다. 이 연구는 대학생의 스마트폰 과다사용과 대인관계, 자기효능감의 상관관계를 파악하고, 스마트폰 과다사용의 관련요인을 확대하여 대학생들이 균형과 조절을 통해 스마트폰을 올바로 활용하고 자율적으로 조절하여 스마트폰 과다사용을 예방하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 결과 첫째, 대인관계 중 대인갈등 다루기가 스마트폰 과다사용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 둘째, 자기효능감 중 사회불안이 스마트폰 과다사용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 대인관계, 자기효능감이 스마트폰 과다사용에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과 대인관계와 자기효능감은 스마트폰 과다사용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

국내 전자상거래 시장은 아직 태동기 시점으로 서비스 환경이나 사회적 제반구조가 미흡한 상태이고 미국을 비롯한 외국의 대형업체들이 국내 시장의 진출을 위해 진력하고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 EC산업에 대한 중요성들이 사회전반으로 인식되어지고 있고 이를 위한 각종 지원들도 강구되어지고 있는 이시점에서 무엇보다도 중요한 것은 국내 시장의 확대를 통한 사업자들의 경쟁력 확보일 것이다.

사전 정보를 이용한 소프트웨어 개발노력 추정 신경망 구조 결정

An increasingly important facet of software development is the ability to estimate the associate cost and effort of development early in the development life cycle. Most of the proposed models are based upon a combination of intuition, expert judgement, and regression analysis of empirical data. Overall, the work has failed to produce any single model that can be applied with a reasonable degree of success to a variety of environments. This paper presents a neural network (NN) model that related software development effort to software size measured in function element types. The heuristic approach is applied to decide the number of hidden neurons in NN from the relationship between input-output pairs. The research describes appropriate NN modeling in the context of a case study for 24 software development projects. Also, this paper compared the NN model with a regression analysis model and found the NN model has better accuracy.

Successful project planning relies on a good estimation of the effort required to complete a project, together with the schedule options that may be available. Despite the extensive research done developing new and better models, existing software effort estimation models are present only the total effort and effort (or manpower: people per unit time) function for the software life-cycle. Also, Putnam presents constant effort rate in each subcycles. However, the size of total efforts are variable according to the software projects under the influence of its size, complexity and operational environment. As a result, the allocated effort in subcycle also differ from project to project. This paper suggests the linear and polynomial effort estimation models in specifying, building and testing phase followed by the project total effort. These models are derived from 128 different projects. This result can be considered as a practical guideline in management of project schedule and effort allocation.

이 보고서는 한국정보통신진흥협회가 발간하고 있는 "해외정보통신동향자료"와 한국무역투자진흥공사의 해외 무역관에서 수집된 자료 및 무역협회의 통계자료를 취합, 가공하여 작성되었으며 이 보고서에 수록된 각 통계간에는 조사.분석기관의 다름으로 인해서 통계수치의 차이가 있을 수 있으며 일부 국가는 PC관련 통계의 미비로 최근의 통계자료를 수록하지 못하였다.

최근 정부기관이 처리하는 전자문서(전산망을 통해 전자적으로 처리된 문서)에 대한 법적 효력을 포괄적으로 인정받을 수 있는 근거가 마련되었다. 이 근거는 정부기관의 공문서나 내부결재 문서 뿐만 아니라 정부기관이 처리하는 민원문서를 전자적으로 전산망을 통하여 접수, 처리하였을 경우에도 똑같이 법적 효력을 부여함을 명시하고 있다.
