The 3-D shape use to effect of movie, animation, industrial design, medical treatment service, education, engineering etc... But it is not easy to make 3-D shape from the information of 2-D image. There are two methods in restoring 3-D video image through 2-D image; First the method of using a laser; Second, the method of acquiring 3-D image through stereo vision. Instead of doing two methods with many difficulties, I study the method of simple 3-D image in this research paper. We present here a simple and efficient method, called direct calibration, which does not require any equations at all. The direct calibration procedure builds a lookup table(LUT) image and 3-D coordinates by a real 3-D triangulation system. The LUT is built by measuring the image coordinates of a grid of known 3-D points, and recording both image and world coordinates for each point; the depth values of all other visible points are obtained by interpolation.

This paper deals with precise positioning of high-speed XY stage by an improved input shaping. Input shaping is well known to be a very effective tool for suppressing the residual vibration of flexible structures. However, the ordinary input shaping cannot suppress the residual vibration at the target position effectively. The main reason is the time delay of the servo system. In order to compensate for the time-delay-caused-problem, this paper proposes an improved input shaper, The improved input shaper is proved effective through experiments.

This paper deals with precise positioning of positioning stage by input shaping, Input shaping is well known to be a very effective tool for suppressing the residual vibration of flexible structures. However, the input shaping tends to increase the rise time of the system. This problem often degrades the performance of system, In order to improve this problem, this paper proposes an input shaping method using the virtual mode concept for positioning stage. The virtual-mode input shaper is proved effective through experiments.

Bortezomib is the first clinically available proteasome inhibitor that is clinically effective in the treatment of multiple myeloma. A proteasome inhibitor acts through multiple mechanisms to arrest tumor growth, tumor spread, and angiogenesis. The main adverse effects of bortezomib are gastrointestinal symptoms, cytopenia, fatigue, and peripheral neuropathy. To date, severe paralytic ileus has not been reported as a toxic effect of bortezomib treatment in multiple myeloma. Bortezomib is a novel agent that has only been used clinically for 30 months, so a need exists to further evaluate its toxicity. We report a case of grade Ⅲ (NCI CTCAE v3.0) or grade Ⅳ(SWOG toxicity criteria) paralytic ileus in a 65-year-old man with relapsed multiple myeloma who underwent one cycle of single-agent bortezomib treatment scheduled in a 21-day cycle (1.3 mg/㎥ as a single i.v. bolus on days 1, 4, 8, and 11).

조기위암의 임상적 연구

1989년 9월부터 1993년 7월까지 인제대학교 의과대학 상계백병원에서 실시한 위내시경 소견이 조기위암이며 내시경 직시하 생검결과 선암으로 판명되어, 근치적 위절제술을 시행받은 23명의 환자에서 임상적 특징을 알아보고, 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The incidence and mortality rate of stomach cancer ranks well ahead of all malignancies in Korea. The prognosis is excellent in early gastric cancer of which the overall 5 years survival rate of 85∼95% is comparative with that of advanced gastric cancer of 15∼49%. So early detection with very sensitive mordality of gastroscope and surgery is the only premise to decrease the mortality rate of gastric cancer. This report deals with the clinical aspects of 23 cases of early gastric cancer, which were confirmed with histopathologic examination of resected stomach during the 4 years from September 1989 to July 1993 at Sanggye Paik hospital, Seoul, Korea. Out of 23 cases of early gastric cancer, 14 cases were male, 9 cases were female, and the male to female ratio was 1.6 : 1. The most common type of early gastric cancer was talc type(43.5%), IIc and its combined type comprised most of them(87.0%). The most prevalent sloe of lesion was gastric angle(43.5%) and the most common direction was lesser curvature(73.9%) 19 cases of 23(78.3%) were between 1∼3cm in size, and there was no statistical significance between the size of the lesion and lymph node metastasis. Of the 9 cases with mucosal lesion, there were 2 cases with lymph node metastasis(22.2%), but 7cases(50.0% ) of 14 cases with submucosal lesion presented lymph node metastasis. Diagnostic accuracy of endoscopy on detection of early gastric cancer was 17 cases(73.9%) of total 23 cases in our study. As with other report, histopathulogic examination of resected stomach revealed adenocarcinoma, tubular type as the most common type. Frequent complaint of patients with early gastric cancer was epigastric pain(65.2%), and duration of the symptom was less than 12 months in 17 cases(73.1%) of 23 patients with early gastric cancer.

대식세포의 Pro-inflammatory cytokine 생산에 대한 세포디짐의 효과

Cefodizime, a third cephalosporine, was originally developed for use in infectious disease as an advanced antibiotics. Cefodizime has also been known to play a meaningful role in activating natural killer properties of immune cells as well as enhancing immunological parameters such as phagocytosis. Furthermore, as the infection can result in remarkable changes for homeostatic mediators, it is expected that cefodizime may initiate the strong immuno- modualtory effect. In the present work, we investigated whether cefodizime has a biphasic effect of anti-bacteria and immunomodulation via macrophage. For the study, we isolated mouse peritoneal macrophages and treated with cefodizime 10㎍/㎖, 50㎍/㎖, 100㎍/㎖, IFN-v 10U/㎖.+LPS l㎍/㎖ Cells were then incubated for 4, 8, 12, and 24hrs to analysis the expression of IL-1, IL-6, IL-12 mRNA from macrophages. The results showed that cytokines were expressed more than that of control in a time-dependent manner and 100㎍/㎖ cefodizime group showed the greatest expression as much as the positive control (IFN-v+LPS)showed at 24h. In conclusion, cefodizime can play a significant role for the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, IL-1, IL-6, and IL-12 in earlier stage so that macrophages and other immune cells can response to the infectious substances, immediately. Moreover, when such pro-inflammatory cytokines are increased, we can also expect that the enhancement of cell-cell interaction of NK cell, CTL and B cell by cefodizime can affect the immunomodulatory effect along with its major role in anti-bacterial effect.

Metal separator의 자력개선과 자동차 연구

The metal separators which are used at chemical plants and/or plastic powder manufacturing plants are to improve the productivity and reduce the inferiority of the materials and protect the machines so as to prevent the malfunction of the machines. The metal separators are divided according to the collecting methods as permanent magnet, electro magnet, supersonic waves and each method has advantages and disadvantages. The extensively spread metal separator is magnet type which has relatively low collecting ratio to 91%, but the facility cost is cheap and almost no annual operation cost with long average life span. The magnetic force intensity of the magnet bar surface can improve the efficiency of alien substance remove. The extensively used current permanent magnet type has the maximum 4000 gauss of surface magnetic force intensity. Recently a local company developed a maximum 8500 gauss of surface magnetic force intensity and supply to the local market with equal capacity to the imported one. But, the alien substance collected on the permanent magnet bar may be removed manually and it is required of magnetic force improvement and automation for process and economical efficiency. Therefore, the object of this research is to develop the magnetic force improved magnetic bar and automatic device for the collected alien substance removal, so improve the collecting ratio and the efficiency of the production process. We tested the optimized conditions by measuring the magnetic force of the permanent magnet bar according to the magnet location and size. As a result of this research, we developed a magnet bar with surface magnetic force intensity with maximum 8500 gauss. Also, we tried to check the possibility of the automation by testing of surface resin coating method for automation device development, researching the collecting capacity of alien substance and designing the stabilization of machine process structure.
