      • 粘性土의 一次元壓密에 관한 實驗的 硏究

        Many scholars studied about the consolidation character of clay through oedometer test to find out the various phenomena. These studies can be explained by Terzaghi's consolidation theory, the effective stress theory studied by Gibson and Mikasa, Hansbo's theory about critical hydraulic gradient and Mitchell's clogging phenomenon. These researches could not explain the consolidation behavior adequately because of the unskilled manufaturing techniques of test apparatus. So the research of one-dimensional consolidation using adequate consolidometer is needed to get the more precise results. This paper analyzes the one-dimensional consolidation behavior through the loading, unloading and reloading using the oedometer test and triaxial compression consolidometer Generally, it is hard to get the precise stress path and the consolidation behavior of the each part of the specimen by odeometer because of the effect of side friction and unsaturation. To reduce these problems, the specimen is saturated by the increase of the back pressure during the unloading. Using this specimen, the test of normal consolidation and overconsolidation is analyzed. The results strongly support the principle of effective stress. Under the normal consolidation, the coefficient of compression Cc is constant regardless of the loading stages, but the 24-hour compression curve is nonlinear under the overconsolidation. therefore, the constitutive equation under the normal consolidation can not be applied to that under the overconsolidation.

        Shadow mask is one of the key components which decide the quality of CRT screen. Therefore, the inspection of the exactness of shadow mask forming is important. However, current contact type coordinate measuring machine can only confirm individual measured points. Analysis software for new non-contact shadow mask inspection system which can reduce inspection time and inspection errors rather than current contact type coordinate measuring machine is developed. The developed software can confirm not only individual measured points but also the whole surface profile of the measured shadow mask.

      • 자수용 DNC검증 및 편집 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        Presented in this paper is a DNC verification and editing system architecture for embroidery manufacturing. Embroidery machines are numerically controlled machines with multi head, but they have not standard RS-232C communication port in general. So embroidery machines receive NC data from reels of 1 in . wide tape containing holes. But punched tape as an input media has many defects. In this paper, we present DNC(Direct Numerical Control) verification system eliminating punched tape. With the proposed system, NC data editing algorithm are also presented.

      • 난소적출 rat에 생약물질을 투여했을 때 호르몬 및 생화학치의 변동에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to elucidate the effects of antler, red ginseng, safflower seed, ipriflavone and estrogen on ovariectomized rats. The rats were fed with Ca- and P- deficient diet for five weeks to induce osteoporosis. After this period, these animals were fed with normal feed and treated every other day with antler(600 ㎎/㎏, p.o), red ginseng(200 ㎎/㎏, p.o), safflower(200 ㎎/㎏, p.o), ipriflavone(80 ㎎/㎏, p.o) and estrogene(400 ㎍/㎏, i.m) for 5 weeks. During the treatment, the rats were examined for serum concentrations of estradiol, calcitonin, Ca, P, alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activities, body weight, femur ash and Ca contents. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The levels of serum 17 β-estradiol after five weeks of treatment were showed 39.6±3.0 pg/㎖ by antler-, 33.2±2.5 pg/㎖ by red ginseng-, 34.9±2.4 pg/㎖ by safflower-, 28.1±3.1 pg/㎖ by ipriflavone- and 40.6±3.0 pg/㎖ by estrogen-treated group. They, however, were signigicantly higher than 26.8±1.8 pg/㎖ of ovariectomized non-treatment group(p<0.05). 2. The levels of serum calcitonin after five weeks of treatment were showed 0.06±0.02 ng/㎖ by antler-, 0.55±0.04 ng/㎖ by red ginseng-, 0.59±0.02 ng/㎖ by safflower-, 0.56±0.04 ng/㎖ by ipriflavone- and 0.62±0.02 ng/㎖ by estrogen-treated group. However, they were significantly higher than 0.45±0.05 ng/㎖ of ovariectomized non-treatment group(p<0.05). 3. The levels of serum Ca contents after five weeks of treatment with antler, red ginseng, safflower, ipriflavone and estrogen were a little higher than 21.43±2.22 ㎍/㎖ of normal control group. 4. The serum P contents after five weeks of treatment were showed 12.11±2.14 ㎍/㎖ by antler-, 13.18±1.64 ㎍/㎖ by red ginseng-, 12.67±2.31 ㎍/㎖ by safflower-, 12.38±2.07 ㎍/㎖ by ipriflavone-, 11.86±1.93 ㎍/㎖ by estrogen-treated group. 5. The levels of serum ALP after five weeks of treatment were showed 164.8±3.8 IU/㎖ by antler-, 277.7±4.8 IU/㎖ by red ginseng-, 288.5±4.5 IU/㎖ by safflower-, 214.7±5.7 IU/㎖ by ipriflavone- and 159.4±5.4 IU/㎖ by estrogen-treated group. They were significantly higher than 144.1±3.5 IU/㎖ of normal control group(p<0.05). 6. The body weights of the antler-, red ginseng-, safflower-, ipriflavone- and estrogen-treated groups after five weeks of treatment, were 303.0±3.0g, 273.3±4.4g, 288.3±5.1g, 300.5±5.2g, 320.5±4.2g, respectively. 7. The weights of ashed left femora after five weeks of treatment were showed 0.36±0.01g by antler-, 0.40±0.01g by red ginseng-, 0.41±0.01g by safflower-, 0.36±0.01g by ipriflavone- and 0.35±0.01g by estrogen-treated group. Those results were significantly lower than 0.43±0.01g of normal control group. 8. The femoral Ca contents of the antler-, red ginseng-, safflower-, ipriflavone- and estrogen-treated rats were 19.6±0.7%, 17.8±1.1%, 18.8±0.9%, 18.0±1.1%, 18.3±1.1%, respectively, after five weeks of treatment. The femoral Ca contents of antler- and safflower-treated groups were higher than that of control group which showed 18.2±0.9% of Ca. Antler and safflower elevated serum estradiol and calcitonin, and decreased serum ALP significantly. Therefore they were thought to have therapeutic effect on osteoposis by making inhibitory effect on osteoclasts than activating osteoblasts.

      • 세립분 함유율에 따른 투수특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        Permeability characteristics are varied with fine grained soil contents, because soil is composed of various grain size. A series of permeability test is performed with the specimens obtained by standard compaction test, and soil samples are obtained by mixing the standard sand with the fine grained soil(passing of #200 sieve) whose rate is from 5% to 50% respectively. The test results are follows. 1) Specmens with 25%-30% fine grained soil shows maximum density but the permeability is not proportional to the density. 2) The relation between dry density and void ratio is derived as following equation. <본문참고> Therefore it is known that here is close relation between dry density and void ratio. 3) The specimens up to 30% fine grained soil, permeability decreases proportional to straight line, but the specimens over 30% fine grained soil, the variation of permeability is almost neglegible. Where as the ralation between permeability and the fine grained soil content is as follows. 30% 〈 log K= -1.492-0.19x 30% 〉log K=-3.89-7.78×10^-2x-3.6×10^-5x^2 (x : fine grained soil cotent ratio) 4) Permeability diminishes on the increment of fine grained soils under the same void ratio on account of it varies with soil grains distribution and related to the size and shape of soil structure.

      • 한국 진도견의 serum protein 및 lipoprotein 변동에 관한 연구

        The concentration of serum proteins and lipoproteins in Korean Jindo dogs were examined from the time of after birth to 150 days of age. Eight(4 females and 4 males) Jindo dogs were used in this study. Concentration of serum proteins and lipoproteins were fractioned by cellulose acetate electrophoresis. The results are summarized as follows; 1. The total serum protein concentrations at 1 days(4.6±0.4 g/dl) after birth were lower than in adult dogs, thereafter increased rapidly at 3 days(7.1±0.6 g/dl) of ages, and there was no significant changes between sexes. 2. The concentrations of serum protein from the time of after birth to 150 days of age were 0.35±0.1-8.5±0.2 g/dl and 0.5±0.1-0.8±0.2 g/dl, respectively. The γ-globulin concentrations were not detected 1 days after birth and increased rapidly after pups ingested colostrum(after 3 days of age), thereafter there was no significant changes of γ-globulin concentration after 10 days of age. 3. The concentrations of serum α, β-lipoprtein were not detected 1 days after birth and increased rapidly after pups ingested colostrum(at 3 days of age), from the time of after birth to 150 days of age were 49.1±11.6-94.1±16.4 ㎎/dl and 11.7±6.5-102.0±10.8 ㎎/dl, respectively. 4. the γ-lipoprtein concentrations no detected 1 days after birth and increased rapidly after pups ingested colostrum(at 3 days of age, 11.6±2.5 ㎎/dl) and decreased gradually during 50 days of age, and thereafter increased rapidly during 100-150 days of age(71.8±4.8-77.2±4.1 ㎎/dl).

      • Pierre Robin syndrome 환아에서 기관내 삽관 경험 : 증례보고

        Pierre Robin syndrome is characterized by micrognathia, glossoptosis, and cleft palate. Neonates with Pierre Robin are at risk of upper airway obstruction and may require surgical fixation of the tongue to the mandible. Such neonates are at high risk of hypoxia and difficult to intubation during induction of anesthesia. We report a case of an 11-day old neonate with Pierre Robin syndrome was intubated in operative room and emergency room. While under general anaesthesia, awake intubation was attempted and facilitated oxygenation. After a 4 day discharge, he revisited to emergency room due to airway obstruction symptom. Repeated attempts at intubation (again with spontaneous breathing) failed. Finally, laryngeal mask airway (LMA) was introduced, and as a result of this ventilation was achieved. The next day, we awake fiberoptic intubation through the laryngeal mask and were easily achieved.

      • 한우의 반추위내에서 요소 및 암모니아처리 볏짚과 황산병용처리 볏짚의 In situ 유기물 분해율

        본 시험은 볏짚의 수분함량을 30%로 조절하여 농업용 요소 6%를 수용액상태로 처리한 요소처리 볏짚과 암모니아가스 3%를 처리한 암모니아처리 볏짚을 밀봉상태로 45일간 보관한후 개봉하여 이들 처리볏짚의 1/2에 해당하는 양에 농황산 2.2%를 처리하여 요소-황산병용처리 및 암모니아-황산병용처리 볏짚을 제조하여 화학적 조성을 분석하고, 한우의 의해 in situ 유기물 분해율을 측정하였으며, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 볏짚의 유기물 소실율은 암모니아-황산병용처리>암모니아처리>요소-황산병용처리>요소처리 볏짚순으로 높았다. 2. 유기물의 잠재적 소화율은 타처리에 비하여 암모니아처리 볏짚에서 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 3. 볏짚의 유기물분해율(P)은 암모니아-황산병용처리>암모니아처리>요소-황산병용처리>요소처리 볏짚순으로 높았다. 4. 사료섭취량에 따른 한우의 반추위내 통과율이 시간당 6%일 때 72시간 발효시 예상유기물 분해율(ED)은 요소처리, 암모니아처리, 요소-황산병용처리 및 암모니아-황산병용처리 볏짚이 각각 18.97, 21.63, 24.66 및 29.09%이였다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of two phase treatments of urea-sulfuric acid and ammonia-sulfuric acid combination on in situ organic matter degradability of rice straw as ruminant feedstuff. Rice straw were treated with 6% urea (W/DM) or 3% ammonia (W/DM) for at least 45 days and further with sulfuric acid for overnight to complete the combination treatments. The treated rice straws were then sun-dried, and the chemical composition of the treated rice straws were analyzed. Also, Four Korean native bulls (550±30.5kg) were used to determine the in situ organic matter degradability in rumen. The treatments included urea-treated, ammonia-treated, urea·H_2SO_4 combination-treated and ammonia·H_2SO_4 combination-treated rice straws. In situ disappearance of organic matter (OM) in the rumen was significantly (P<0.05) higher in ammonia·H_2SO_4 combination-treated rice straw than those of other treatments. Potential digestibility of OM were slightly higher in ammonia-treated rice straw than those of other treatments. Organic matter degradabilities (P) in the rumen was high in ammonia·H_2SO_4 combination-treated with following by ammonia-treated, urea·H_2SO_4 combination-treated and urea-treated rice straw. When passage rate of 6% in rumen of korean native bulls was applied, effective degradabilities (ED) of OM of urea-treated, ammonia-treated, urea·H_2SO_4 combination-treated and ammonia·H_2SO_4 combination-treated rice straw were 18.97, 21.63, 24.66 and 29.09% after incubation for 72 hrs time, respectively.
