      • 췌장염에 의한 가성낭종내에 생긴 가성동맥류 : 1례 보고

        만성 췌장염의 합병증으로 생긴 가성동맥류는 드문질환으로, 반복적으로 다량의 출혈을 일으킬 수 있으며, 치료를 하지 않을 경우 사망율이 높기 때문에, 조기 진단과 치료가 필수적이다. 저자들은 38세 남자 환자에서 췌장염의 합병증으로 생긴 가성낭종내에서 발생한 가성동맥류 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 가성 동맥류의 색혈류도플러상 낭종내에 양방향 흐름의 와류를 볼 수 있었다. Because of high morbidity and mortality, early detection and treatment of the pseudoaneurysm is needed. We report a case of pseudoaneurysm within pseudocyst from pancreatitis. Color-flow Doppler sonography shows bidirectional flow and turbulent arterial flow, within anechoic mass.

      • 평상시와 생리기간 중 운동능력의 비교연구

        The study analysized their exercise ability with 7 students from the department of dance and 7 students from that of general education of J High School of arts. In the charge of exercise ability, the change of grip stregth, back strength, sargent jump, the 100-meter race, sit-ups, side step, trunk flexion, trunk extension, standing in one foot with the eyes closed, was greater during menstrual and in general high school than in nomal times and in the students being major of danceing. From the above, the change of exercise ability had a better record during menstrual and the dancing students had a better exercise ability.

      • 감초로부터 글리시리진의 추출 및 정제

        시장에서 구입한 감초를 70∼80℃의 물에 하루 동안 담가두어 감초내의 혼합 성분들을 추출한 후, 글리시리진이외의 성분들(sugars, starches, flavonoids, saponoids, aminoacids, gums and essential oil 등)이 에탄올에 용해되는 성질을 이용하여 글리시리진만을 선택적으로 분리해내기 위하여 에탄올 및 에탄올/아세트산 혼합액(99:1)을 각각 사용하였다. 글리시리진의 정성 및 정량분석은 HPLC(Waters 600 controller)를 사용하였다. 사용된 column은 μbondapak C??, 이동상은 물/아세트산/아세트나이트릴을 61:1:38로 만들어 유속 1.5㎖/min.을 적용하였다. 글리시리진 표준물질은 일양약품에서 제공한 글리시리진 암모늄염을 사용하였다. 정제 효과를 알아보기 위해 감초에서 물로 추출한 경우, 에탄올로 처리한 경우, 그리고 에탄올/아세트산(99:1) 혼합액으로 처리한 경우의 각각에 대한 글리시리진 함량을 비교 분석한 결과 순서대로 22.4%, 25.0% 및 29.5%로 나타났다. Glycyrrhizin was extracted from Glycyrrhiza uralensis(Licorice) with water at 70~80℃ for 24hours. To remove another components(usually sugars, starches, flavonoids, saponoids, aminoacids, gums, and essential oil etc.), extracted glycyrrhizin was purified with ethanol or ethanol/acetic acid (99:1). HPLC was used to quantitative and qualitative analysis. The colume used was μ bondapak C??(Waters) and mobile phase was water/acetic acid/acetonitrile(61:1:38) with 1.5㎖/min. flow rate. The amounts of glycyrrhizin Prepared after extracted by water, ethanol and ethanol/acetic acid(99:1) were 22.4%, 25.0% and 29.5% individually.

      • 용융 순 Cr 및 Fe-Cr 합금의 질소용해

        Solubility of nitrogen in liquid iron, chromium and iron-chromium alloys has been measured by the sampling method under 1 atm N₂pressure. Experiments were carried out at the temperature range of 1829∼2205K and at the composition range of 0∼30.2% Cr. Results obtained are as follows: 1) Nitrogen solubilities measured in pure iron and chromium were, log(wt% N)_Fe = -341/T-1.157 log(wt% N)_cr = 2860/T-.701 respectively. 2) Interaction parameter in liquid Fe-Cr alloy was, e^cr_N=-126/T+.0231 3) Enthalpy change of nitrogen solubility in Fe-Cr alloys was, △H^cr_N=5600-2430(wt% Cr) J/g-atom N

      • Shot Peening 가공에 따른 잔류응력의 분포

        Shot peening is applied to machine structure, automobile, and aircraft part to improve the fatigue life. The increase of fatigue life is due to the compressive residual stress. Thus, the distribution of compressive residual stress and shot condition should be investigated. When the heat treated specimen is shot for 160sec, the maximum absolute compressive residual stress is -721.8MPa. When the heat treated specimen is shot for 70sec. we can obtain the maximum absolute compressive residual stress -529.6MPa on the surface of specimen. For the untreated specimen, the maximum absolute compressive residual stress can be obtained on the surface of specimen and the depth of residual stress was 0.45mm.

      • NHCF 막전극의 제조방법 및 운전조건에 따른 순환전위곡선의 특성 변화

        본 연구는 이온교환 막전극을 이용하여 원자력 액상 폐기물로부터 방사성 성분을 분리하고 저장용 액상에 연속적으로 농축함으로써 폐기물의 잔류농도 저하와 최종 저장품의 부피감소를 동시에 도모하기 위한 목적의 일환으로 수행되었다. 화학적 및 전기적 방법으로 nickel hexacyanoferrate(NHCF)??막을 전도성 니켈표면에 생성시켜 막전극을 제조하였다. 각각의 막전극을 세슘과 나트륨의 단일 및 이성분 수용액에 설치하고 -100mV부터 800mV까지 50mV/s, 70mV/s, 100mV/s 그리고 150mV/s등의 주사속도로 전위순환을 연속적으로 반복하면서 순환전위곡선을 측정하였다. 이 과정에서 막전극의 제조방법, 주사속도, 세슘의 농도 등의 변화에 따른 순환전위곡선의 특성 변화를 비교 고찰하였다. 화학적 방법으로 48시간 이상 자연생성시켜야 이온교환 성능을 가지며, 생성 소요시간과 주사속도가 클수륵 반응성이 크고, 세슘 농도가 20% 이상인 이성분 용액에서는 NHCF 막전극이 세슘과 선택적으로 환원-산화 반응함을 알 수 있었다. This research has been carried out for the objective which was planned to decrease the residual concentration of nuclide in liquid wastes by separating the radioactive elements on ion exchange film electrode and to reduce the final storing volume by concentrating the deposited elements into small amount of wastewater. NHCF was prepared on the surface of conductive nickel by chemical and electrochemical methods. It was used as working electrode in cesium sodium, and binary aqueous solutions. We measured the cyclic voltammogram using the repeated cyclic voltammetry from -100mV to 800mV at the sweep rate of 50mV/s, 70mV/s, 100mV/s and 150mV/s. The transformation of cyclic voltammogram was investigated at the various NHCF film electrodes with the variation of sweep rate and concentration of cesium. The ion exchange was observed when NHCF was self-assembled chemically over 48 hours. The reactivity of NHCF increased with increasing preparation time and sweep rate. NHCF film electrode had redox reaction with cesium selectively in the binary solution when cesium concentration was more than 20%.

      • 4-카바모일옥시메틸-1-아자안트라퀴논 유도체들의 합성 및 세포독성

        In the course of developing novel antitumor intercalating agents, we synthesized 4-carbamoyloxymethyl-1-azaanthraquinones 7-12. incorporating the latent alkylating functionality. These compounds were designed to explore the effect of substituent on the nitrogen of carbamate. The target compounds were prepared by hetero Diels-Alder reaction as a key step followed by functionalization of benzylic methyl to the desired substituents. Growth inhibitory studies of the azaanthraquinones were conducted in vitro against human cancer cell lne (SNU-354: liver and MCF7: breast) and human epidermoid carcinoma cells that are sensitive (KB-3-1) and multidrug-resistant (KB-V-1). the compounds were less potent than doxorubicin against sensitive cell lines. However, the most active compound 12 was not cross-resisitant with doxorubicin against KB-V-1.

      • 유산소성 운동이 폐기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the swimming exercise on the variation of pulmonary function and blood pressure. In this research, we made a experiment on 12 chosen female bet the age of 30 years and 59 years as to the effect of swimming exercise. we examined and analyzed the variations of pulmonary function of 12 females before to after three times swimming exercises for 8 weeks. we draw conclusions as follows. 1. After swimming exercise for 8 weeks, FEV and IRV among the variations of pulmonary function were increased. However, there were no similar differences to statistics. 2. After swimming exercises for 8 weeks, FVC(p<.01), VC(p<.001), and ERV(p<.05) among the variations of pulmonary function were increased. And, those showed similar differences respectively. In conclusion, we couldn't show that swimming exercises was effective in improving the pulmonary function and blood pressure. Therefore, in the future, we should investigate efficient swimming programs profoundly.
