4-카바모일옥시메틸-1-아자안트라퀴논 유도체들의 합성 및 세포독성

In the course of developing novel antitumor intercalating agents, we synthesized 4-carbamoyloxymethyl-1-azaanthraquinones 7-12. incorporating the latent alkylating functionality. These compounds were designed to explore the effect of substituent on the nitrogen of carbamate. The target compounds were prepared by hetero Diels-Alder reaction as a key step followed by functionalization of benzylic methyl to the desired substituents. Growth inhibitory studies of the azaanthraquinones were conducted in vitro against human cancer cell lne (SNU-354: liver and MCF7: breast) and human epidermoid carcinoma cells that are sensitive (KB-3-1) and multidrug-resistant (KB-V-1). the compounds were less potent than doxorubicin against sensitive cell lines. However, the most active compound 12 was not cross-resisitant with doxorubicin against KB-V-1.

To investigate the frequencies and magnitudes of earthquakes occurred in Korean Peninsula during Lee Dynasty, three reports, from KIGAM, KINS and Chosun earthquake Ins., has been analysed. Considering the reliability of data in books of Lee Dynasty, the larger earthquakes than magnitude of 7 have been used in this study. Three reports showed discrepancies of their points of view for magnitudes of earthquakes described in books in Lee dynasty. Magnitudes of each earthquakes in three reports showed discrepancies of 1-2 on same event.

These studies were undertaken to determine the daily Calorie expenditures of Korean white-collar workers. The subjects were selected at random from a table of timemotion study made on 30 male and 30 female office men and office workers whose activities were performed in an office. These studies were made on three different days, one full working day(a week day), one half working day(Saturday), and one full holiday(Sunday). As shown on table 2-6, calorie metabolism per minute throughout 24 hour activities is recorded on the attached part, and itemized according to different activities. Since there was no data obtained from the individual examinations, they were quoted from the reports given by passmore and Durnin, Consolazio, Johnson and Pecora, Morehouse and Miller. The results of this study shown the average value of female calorie expenditive is low er than male metabolism as calorie expenditure is influenced by vigorous muscular activities.

중학교 기술·가정교과와 연계한 진로교육 프로그램의 구안과 적용

The purpose of this study is making the career education program related to the subject, Manual Training and Home Economics, to present the effective guidance and to improve career maturity of students about the unit, 「Making a choice of career and Job ethics」of middle school senior’s course. In order to estimate this program, 60 students of 2 classes were chosen as research subjects among middle school seniors and each of classes was divided into two groups, an experimental group and a control group. After the experimental group was trained the career education program related to Manual Training and Home Economics for 15 sessions, the effect was verified by comparing tests before and after program execution. In order to prove effects of the program. Each grade of both the experimental group and the control group was taken analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Result of the program experiment is following. First, after executing the career education program related to Manual Training and Home Economics to the experimental group, participants showed that both attitude and ability for career maturity were improved in each sub-factor field of the career maturity as a result of tests before and after program execution. Second, in program satisfaction estimation, most of students had a positive attitude and in every time satisfaction, they made high estimation on the program, especially including the proper level of students and interesting activities. Finally, the final program was completed based on the result of effect analysis of the program. 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 3학년 기술․가정교과와 연계한 진로교육 프로그램을 구안·적용하여 진로성숙도에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지를 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 소재의 D여자중학교 3학년 2개 학급 60명을 대상으로 실험집단에 한 회기에 45분씩 총 15회기의 프로그램을 시행하였고, 통제집단에는 어떠한 조치도 취하지 않았다. 실험집단과 통제집단의 진로성숙도의 차이를 검증하기 위해 SPSS/Window 12를 사용하여 진로성숙도 검사의 평균과 표준편차를 알아보고, 그에 따른 집단 간의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 사전검사 점수를 공변인으로 하여 두 집단의 사후검사 점수에 대해 각각 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)하였다. 그 결과는 첫째, 진로성숙도 태도영역인 독립성과 계획성 요인의 사후검사 결과 실험집단과 통제집단 간에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 또 일에 대한 태도 요인에서는 실험집단과 통제집단의 사후검사 결과에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 진로성숙도 능력영역인 직업의 이해능력, 자신의 이해능력, 직업선택능력, 의사결정능력의 사후검사 점수에 대한 집단 간 차이의 유의도를 검증한 결과 두 집단 간에는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 비추어 볼 때, 본 연구의 기술·가정 교과와 연계한 진로교육 프로그램이 중학생들의 진로성숙도를 향상시키는데 도움이 되는 효과적이고 유용한 프로그램임을 알 수 있다.

MT survey has been conducted on YongPyeong area, Kangwon-do to investigate the geologic structure. To select MT measurement sites, it was conducted the topographic analysis which shows the fracture/fault structure. Basically, MT data is sensitive to conductive medium, it is usually used to delineate the conductive structure. Adding that, MT measurement doesn't show good resolution when electromagnetic noise is strong, I checked if it is possible to good data in case of less electromagnetic noise sources and rugged terrain. Results of MT data show two lineaments in survey area which has conductive characteristics. Also, I could find small conductive zones which are not shown in topographic map. Finally, in case of less electromagnetic noise sources and rugged terrain area, it seems to get good data to delineate geologic structure with electric survey.
