      • 비정상교통류에서의 운전자 경로학습 : Systems Dynamics Approach

        경로유도는 교통의 수급문제를 해결하기 위한 방법 중의 하나이다. 본 연구는 공공기관의 경로유도에 있어서 비정상교통류상태에 있는 운전자들의 경로학습을 스텔라 시뮬레이션 언어로 Systems Dynamics화 한 것이다. Systems Dynamics는 경영과학이나 산업공학의 분야에서 의사결정과정의 수치해석적 또는 이론분석적 관리에 의한 조직적 접근법이다. 본 연구에서의 Systems Dynamics는 비정상교통류에서 운전자의 행태를 분석하기 위한 유용한 시뮬레이션법이라 생각된다. 특히, Systems Dynamics는 동적인 변화의 상황에 뛰어난 적응성을 보여주었다. The route guide is a method which is one of the solution of the traffic demand problems. For the route guide by a public corporation, this study is modeling of the route choice behavior under nonstationary traffic condition with systems dynamics approach using the Stella simulation language. The systems dynamics is systematic approach supplemented by the decision making process of management to the numerical and theoretical analyses in the field of the operations research or the industrial engineering. In the results of this study, the systems dynamics seems to be one of the useful simulation methods for the analysis of a driver's behaviour under nonstationary traffic condition. The systems dynamics approach, especially, shows a good and adaptive respondence at a dynamical changeable conditions.

      • Curl-ups 檢査의 信賴度 推定

        The Object of this study was to examine the reliability and objectivity on the norm referenced standard and criterion references standard of Curl-up test. A total of 127 university students who were 66 men and 61 women tested. To achieve this object, criterion referenced was set using the raw score of curl-up test and then P and K reliability on the standard were calculated. According to the calculated reliability coefficient, P coefficient of both men and women was 0.99 and K coefficient was over 0.85 It was found to satisfy the standard, many scholars insisted, that the reliability coefficient should be at least over 0.70. As a result of objectivity estimation, while the coincidence rate of intra-raters was high(63.8%) the coincidence rate of test givers and inter-raters was low(19.7%). The objectivity coefficient was also satisfactory. That is, intra-rater coefficient was 0.997, the inter-rater coefficient was 0.920, and test giver and inter-rater coefficient was 0.901. Therefore, it was considered that it could contribute to the improvement of objectivity of measurement result to set the reasonable fitness standard for the curl-up test.

        Clenbuterol, a selective β_(2)-adrenergic receptor stimulant, has been introduced as a potent bronchodilator for patients with bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema. For the purpose of developing a transdermal preparation for clenbuterol, we attempted to select an optimal solvent system and permeation enhancer among fatty acids and fatty alcohols which are known to accelerate the penetration of various drugs in permeation experiments using hairless mouse skin and Franz diffusion cell. Apparent partition coefficient of clenbuterol was increased as pH of buffer solution was increased and solubility of clenbuterol was increased as the percent of propylene glycol(PG) in buffer solution(pH10) was increased. Permeability of clenbuterol from different buffer(pH 10)/PG solvent mixtures was decreased as the percent of PG in pH 10 buffer solution was increased and among the various enhancers studied, lauryl alcohol was found to be the most effective enhancer, increasing the permeability of clenbuterol approximately 76-fold compared with control. Lauryl alcobol(0-2%) enhanced the permeability of clenbuterol concentration-dependently. In this study, the optimal solvent system for the penetration of clenbuterol was found to be 50/50 buffer(pH 10)/PG solvent mixture containing 2% lauryl alcohol.

      • Eisenmenger씨 증후군 산모의 긴박 제왕절개술시 전신마취 경험

        Eisenmenger's syndrome describes a situation in which the left-to-right intracardiac shunt is reversed as a result of increased pulmonary vascular resistance. The patients with Eisenmenger's syndrome are poorly tolerated and markedly increased maternal mortality to 30 - 50% during pregnancy, Physiological change of pregnancy decreases systemic vascular resistance that further aggravates the bi-directional or left shunt associated with Eisemnenger's syndrome. We report a case of 37 weeks a pregnant woman with an urgent cesarean section under general anesthesia for preterm labor. She was a pregnant patient with Eisenmenger's syndrome and did not receive antenatal care during pregnancy. Anesthesia was induced with ketamine-midazolam-fentanyl and maintained with ketamine-midazolam. The patient was ventilated with 100% O₂. Blood pressure was maintained with intravenous phenylephrine, crystalloid solution, and blood. Phenylephhne was used to maintain systemic vascular resistance (SVR). Even though the patient was carried rapid and adequate medical management, the patient was transferred to the ICU in an intubated state and died 2 days after surgery. We conclude that the parturients with Eisenmenger's syndrome require more regular, careful antenatal care, monitoring, and adequate management.

        The purpose of this study is to examine GPS data accuracy on traffic behavior analysis and to investigate GPS measurement in the real road condition. This measurement uses GPS hardware and software for collecting speed and position of two model cars at the same time. Data of Disto meter and GPS data which are bases of GPS data value are compared for judging through t-testing and correlation analysis. GPS data is used for calculating car moving distance and speed change. It is useful to traffic control in a city by analyzing basic traffic behavior appeared on leading car and following car.

      • 클렌부테롤 경피흡수제제의 개발

        The advantages of transdermal administration are avoiding hepatic first pass effect, minimizing inter- and intra-patient variation, maintaining steady-state plasma level to provide long-term therapy from a single dose, and allowing a rapid termination of drug input. Clenbuterol, a selective B_(2)-adrenergic receptor stimulant, has been introduced as a polent bronchodilator for patients with bronchial asthma, asthma, chronic obstructive bronchial disease. For the development of transdennal systems containing clenbuterol, two limiting factors ? long lag time and low flux - must be overcome. In this studym we altempted to select optimal formulation for preparation of clenbuterol patch using hairless mouse skin and flow-through diffusion cell. The flux of clenbuterol increased as the percent of clenbuterol dose dependently in the concentration range of 5-15%. Based on this result, we fixed the concentration of clenbuterol as 15%. The effect of various penetration enhancers on percutaneous absorption of clenbuterol through hairless mouse skin was investigated. Labrafil was the most effective enhancer, which increased the permeability of clenbuterol approximately 4-fold compared with the control without penetration enhancer. Optimal enhancer concentration was 3%. The effect of various adhesives on penetration of elenbuterol was also investigated. Among the adhesives studied, MA-31 was the most effective adhesive. Futhermore, the clenbuterol patch composed of 15% clenbuterol. 3% Labrafil and 82% MA-31, which gave most excellent penetration of drug in in vitro penetration study, maintained therapeutic plasma levelsin in vivo study using S.D. rats. These studies demonstrated a good feasibility of clenbuterol administration through the intact skin using a transdermal patch, and show a possibility of the development of clenbuterol patches.

        흰쥐에서 다시마 식이가 메트폴민의 체내동태 및 당 흡수에 미치는 영향

        Drug interactions with food, on occasion, led to serious nutritional and functional changes in the body as well as alterations of pharmacological effect. It, therefore, should be necessary to take drug interactions with food into consideration for effective and safe therapeutics. Diabetes mellitus is a heterogeneous group of disorders characterized by abnormal glucose homeostasis, resulting in hyperglycemia, and is associated with increased risk of microvascular, macrovascular, and neuropathic complications. However, the precise mechanism of diabetes mellitus remins unclear. Three basic objectives in the care of diabetic patients are maintaining optimal nutrition, avoiding hypo-or hyperglycemia and preventing complications. Laminaria japonica is a brown macroalgae which can be used as a functional diet due to high content of diatery fiber. the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Laminaria japonica diet on the pharmacokinetics of metformin which are frequently used in the treatment of diabetes. Diabetic rats induced by strep-tozotocin were employed in this study. Blood concentrations of oral hypoglycemic agent, metformin, were measured by HPLC and resultant pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by RSTRIP. The mechanisms of drug interaction with food were evaluated on the basis of pharmacokinetic parameters such as k_(a), t_(1/2), C_(max), t_(max), and AUC, C_(max), and k_(a), and increase in t_(max), compared to those with normal diet. This oral glucose test showed that Laminaria japonica diet could lower blood glucose level probably through either inhibiting the activity of disaccharidases, intestinal digestive enzymes, or delaying the absorption of glucose. More studies should be followed to fully understand pharmacokinetic changes of metformin caused by ong-term Laminaria japonica diet.

        폴록사머 및 프로필렌글리콜을 이용한 클로트리마졸 고형 좌제의 물리화학적 특성

        To develop a clotrimazole-loaded solid suppository with poloxamer and propylene glycol, the melting points of various formulations composed of poloxamer 188 (P 188) and propylene glycol were investigated. The dissolution study of clotrimazole delivered by the suppository composed of P 188 and propylene glycol was performed. The mixtures composed of P 188 and propylene glycol were homogeneous. Propylene glycol affected the melting points of poloxamer mixtures. In particular, the mixture [P 188/propylene glycol (70/30%)] with the melting point of about 32°C was a solid form at room temperature and instantly melted at physiological temperature. Furthermore, propylene glycol affected greatly the dissolution rates of clotrimazole from the suppository. Dissolution mechanism analysis showed the dissolution of clotrimazole was proportional to the time. Our results indicated that the solid suppository with P 188 and propylene glycol would be a candidate of rectal dosage form for clotrimazole.
