        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

      • PFA / Silica 유-무기 복합체의 제조 및 표면특성

        Poly(perfluoroalkyl acrylate)(PFA) / silica composites having different silica size were prepared by surface polymerization. In this study, surface characterizations of PFA/silica composites were done by HR-TEM(High Resolution Transmission Microscopy), contact angle measurement, sliding angle measurement, surface roughness measurement, and the relationships between the sliding angle and the contact angle were investigated. In the highly hydrophobic region, the sliding angles of water droplets decreased with increasing contact angle. Their surface free energies were calculated with contact angle data by geometric mean approximation. The composites with super water repellent and sliding could be obtained with contact angle of above 150。and sliding angle of below 10。to water droplets. The ultimate value of surface free energies of the composites reached below ca. ldyn/cm.

      • 타이밍 오류 검출회로의 설계

        Error control is one of major concerns in many computer systems. Experience shows that most malfunctions during system operation are caused by transient faults, which often mean abnormal signal delays that may result in violations of circuit element timing constraints. This paper presents a novel CMOS-based concurrent timing error detector that makes a flip-flop (or other timing-sensitive circuit element) to sense and then signal whether its data has been potentially corrupted or not by a setup or hold timing violation. Designed circuit performs a quiescent supply current evaluation to determine timing violation from the input changes in relation to a clock edge. If the input is too close to the clock time, the resulting switching transient current in the detection circuit exceeds a reference threshold at the instant of the clock transition and an error is flagged. The simulation results in this paper shows that designed circuit can be used to detect setup and hold time violations effectively in clocked circuit element.

      • CITIS 지원 기술정보관리 시스템의 설계

        CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) is a contractor's developed service to provide electronic access and/or delivery of contractually required information. CITIS satisfies one of the major CALS objectives to furnish a single-entry point for authorized access to contractor-generated Contract Data Requirement List(CDRL) data. A critical requirement for the practical implementation of the CITIS concept is the ability to access multiple existing heterogeneous databases in a fashion transparent to the CITIS user. In this paper, we will propose a prototype system model for CITIS, and discuss the system architecture of proposed CITIS system as a global information management system for distributed and heterogeneous local information systems. Furthermore, we will discuss about the required server module and using-scenario of proposed CITIS system.

      • 질병의 활동도 지표로써 머리카락 중 미량의 구리와 아연의 분석

        The copper and zinc in scalp hair are determined by the ICP-AES and the relations between the trace elements concentrations with disease activity for the rheumatoid arthritis are investigated. The concentrations of the metals are varied depending upon the distance from the skin. The concentrations at the distal are higher than that of the proximal. Zinc concentration of the rheumatoid arthritis patients is higher than that of the osteroarthritis ones, and the confidence level that the group are different lies 95-99%. However, copper concentration for rheumatoid arthritis patients is lower and the two groups are different with a 50-80% confidence level.

      • 섬유폐수 배출시설의 표준 원단위 조사연구

        섬유제조시설로부터 발생되는 폐수량 및 오염물질 부하량을 구하기 위하여 제사, 방적 및 직조시설, 섬유표백 밍 염색 가공시설, 기타 섬유제품제조 가공시설의 3개 업종에 대하여 조사하였다. 취합된 자료는 연간 매출액, 건평, 연간 원료사용량, 연간 제품생산량 및 종업원수의 5가지 변수에 대하여 분석되었다. 제품생산량당 폐수량 원단위는 제사, 방적 및 직조시설 2.69㎥/ton, 섬유표백, 염색 및 가공시설 77.01㎥/ton, 기타 섬유제품 제조시설이 137.65㎥/ton이었다. 제품생산량당 BOD 부하량 원단위는 제사, 방적 및 직조시설 3.260kg/ton, 섬유표백, 염색 및 가공시설 41.45kg/ton, 기타 섬유제품 제조시설이 58.03kg/ton으로 각각 조사되었다. To quantify discharge rate and pollutants loading of wastewater generated from various textile manufacturing facilities, this study surveyed 3 industrial areas as categorized as thread and cloth manufacturing, textile dyeing, other textile product manufacturing. The synthesized data were analyzed regarding to 5 parameters such as sale amount per year, floor space of plant, usage of raw material per year, total product per year, and total number of employees. Wastewater quantity per total product of thread and cloth manufacturing facility, textile dyeing facility, other textile product manufacturing facility were 2.69㎥/ton, 77.01㎥/ton and 137.65㎥/ton, respectively. BOD loaring rate per total product of thread and cloth manufacturing facility, textile dyeing facility, other textile product manufacturing facility were 3.260kg/ton, 41.45kg/ton and 58.03kg/ton, respectively.

      • Macrophge에서 IL-1과 heat shock protein의 상관관계

        The macrophage plays an important role in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced fever. Fever formation is attributed to macrophage activity. The purpose of this study is to examine whether induced fever has the charateristics of self-restriction during the process of a fever response. The result of methy-[^(3)H]-thymidine incorporation in RAW 246.7 cells showed that the proliferation of the macrohage was suppressed by a heat load of 39℃ for 2 hr. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) showed that the activity of IL-1 secretion induced by LPS was also suppressed by heat load. Suppression of activities of the macrophage including proliferation and secretion suggest that negative feedback loops exist where the end product, heat, may act back on the macrophage and finally result in the subsiding of a fever. The induction of heat shock protein (hsp70) by heat shock in the macrophage was detected by Western blot and Northern blot analysis. In U-937 cells, the increase of hsp70 band appears to be related to the extent of inhibition of IL-1 secretion. It is assumed that IL-1 secretion from the macrophage which effects the induction of fever, has a close relationship to the induction of hsp70.

      • 상부구조물의 금원주를 레진시멘트로 접착시킨 임프란트 보철물의 파절에 대한 연구

        This study was performed to determine the failure strength and pattern of implant prosthesis luted with resin cement between gold cylinder and superstructure, and to evaluate the bonding strength of resin cement. To evaluate failure strength and pattern, the groups were divided into 2. Group 1 : Casted gold cylinder Group 2 : Luted with resin cement between gold cylinder and superstructure. To evaluate effects of the bond strength of the implant prosthesis luted with resin cement according to storage condition, the groups were divided into 3 ; Group A : Stored in water at 37℃ for 24 hours. Group B : 1000 cycles thermocycled between 5℃ and 55℃ in water. Group C : Stored in water at 37℃ for 30 days. The results were as follows ; 1. Failure was found at gold screw in all specimens of group1 & 2. 2. The bond strength in group 1 and 2 was 189.86 and 188.14Kgf. There was no statistically significant difference between group 1 and 2(P>0.05). 3. The bond strength of group A, B and C was 53.28, 45.86 and 39.29Kgf. There was a statistically significant difference among the bond strength in groups A, B and C(P<0.05). The result suggest the advantage of an improved fit of superstructure to the abutment an a simple procedure. But there was a measurable decrease of the bond strength according to storage conditon. So, Further research is necessary to evaluate the implant prosthesis luted with resin cement between gold cylinder and superstructure.

      • 효율적인 고등학교 물리실험을 위한 교구의 활용도

        Science consists of a process of research into a nature and product of that process. Because the products is the results of the process of research the scientific instruments must be needed so that the research is proceeding well in the science education of the primary and secondary school The scientific instruments which is needed in the process of research must be secured necessarily and immediately. In this paper, having analyzed the use rate of the common and physics textbook among the scientific instruments, we investigate the practical use rate by the science instruments in high school and the average rate of the use of the common textbook of instruments in physics experiments. In order to raise and improve the efficiency of the purchase and management, we made a examination of the security rate for the instruments in physics experiments and that of physics textbook among the common textbook in 17 high school in chejudo. In this examination the standard of instrument in high school in cheju do which is announced by Ministry of Education is applied.
