        The College of Engineering was specialized to have a sole function for supplying technical high school teachers in 1977 and referred to as the College of Industrial Education according to the Government's policy. The economic impact mainly due to the oil-crises caused a severe problem to this college, namely discrepancy of supply to demand scale. Accordingly the number of student enrollment was to be fluctuated from 479 in 1979 through 800 in 1979 and 900 in 1980 to 430 in 1981. And the engineering departments have been attached to this Engineering Education College since 1981. These circumstanses met singnificant inefficiency in facility operation. This program aims at providing an overall relocation of the college facilities and preparing the practical system to make the joint-operation possible taking into account circulation, academic stream, budget, maintenance, etc. However this study could not get optimal spacing but some trade-off, considering the current situation.

      • 이온 交換樹脂에 依한 黴量水銀의 濃縮分析

        Trace levels of inorganic and organic mercury ions in aqueous solution were concentrated on several ion exchange resins and their distribution coefficients were found by Cold Vapor Atomic Absorption (CVAA) technique. Of ion exchange resins used for experiments, moderately basic anion exchange resin (Cl^--from, Dowex-2 2×8-100) showed the best distribution coefficient, resulting in the effective concentration of mercury ions. Also, better distribution coefficients were obtained for highly crosslinked in exchange resins. As the temperature of mercury solution increased the amount of the mercury ions absorbed on the resins increased. Inorganic and organic mercury ions were selectively reduced by SnCl_2, NH_2OH·HCl and NaBH_4, respectively, and SnCl_2, NH_2OH·HCl showed a better results for inorganic mercury and NaBH_4 for organic mercury. Although the addition of NaBH_4 to solutions containing mercury ions as a reducing agent showed high absorbances, it did not obey Beer's law satisfactorily when the concentration became high. With the aid of HNO_3 and NH_4Cl sobution, sobutions containing both types of mercury could be preserved for more than a week. In solutions with inorganic and organic mercury ions, inorganic mercury ions were selectively determined by SnCl_2, NH_2OH·HCl. The organic mercury content of the solution could be determined after total mercury and inorganic mercury were analyzed separately.

        People who get tired of life notice the importance of leisure in modern society. Moreover, several social systems for improving qualify of life give people the chance to enjoy their leisure time. The culture which is large-scale oriented tourism is getting smaller as family-oriented culture, the concept of lodging is changing to the part of the leisure as well. Pension industry which started since 1999 is dramatically increasing, and finally becomes the most important thing in the tourist industry This paper will not only look at relatively limited programs and management of the pension complex, but also look for the way to develop the pension industry with 'Edenpia' in Pyung-chang city, Gangwon-do.

      • 동종 조혈모세포이식 후 발생한 크립토콕쿠스 척추염 1예

        Skeletal cryptococcosis is an uncommon infection. Cryptococcus is a common cause of meningitis and infects 7∼10% of patients with AIDS. As well as AIDS, the infection may be seen in association with leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, sarcoidosis, tuberculosis and diabetes, also in patients on steroid medication. But there is no case report of skeletal cryptococcosis following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. A 40-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of low back pain. She had chronic myelogenous leukemia for 2 years and underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 8 months ago. She have been treated with steroid and cyclosporine orally because of chronic graft versus host disease. On examination she was afebrile and had posterior lower lumbar tenderness. But, she had no reduced strength of low extremities. Open biopsy was underwent. Histology demonstrated budding, round-to-oval, refractile yeast-like organisms within debris. The results of a lumbar puncture were unremarkable and cerebrospinal fluid culture failed to grow bacteria and yeast. The patient was treated with amphotericin B (1 gram) and AmBisome□ (2.8 gram) over 6 weeks. Three months after cessation of therapy, the patient was doing well.(Korean J Infect Dis 33:298∼301, 2001)

        As a result of the enlarging pool of unvaccinated children and young adults, there has been an increase in measles in our countries. In these situation, it has been reported that measles associated pneumoinia is easily complicated with fatal respiratory failure, espycially in immunocompromised patients. Herein we report the case of lethal measles pneumonia after allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in adults proven by autopsy. Recently, one case of measles was encountered in 39-year-old female patients after allogenic bone marrow transplanted case (chronic myelogenous leukemia), who progressed into interstitial pneumonia pattern, despite treatment including antibiotics, immunoglobulin. The patient died of giant cell pneumonia compatible with that of measles which was comfirmed in the section of necropsy lung specimen. (Korean J Infect Dis 33:301∼309, 2001)

      • 조혈모세포이식 후 발생한 주폐포자층 폐렴에 대한 고찰

        Background : Pneumocytitis cainii pneumonia (PCP) can occur in immunocompromised hosts especially such as AIDS or cancer patients. Although recent research had focused on PCP in AIDS patients, few studies have described the clinical presentations of PCP in recipients of stem cell transplantation (SCT). We evaluated the clinical manifestations of PCP in SCT patients admitted at St. Mary's hospital, Seoul, Korea. Methods : The medical records of 17 PCP patients undergoing SCT between Feb. 1998 and Feb. 2000 were reviewed. The diagnosis of PCP was confirmed through the demonstration of Pneumocytitis cainii via either cytology of brochoalveolar lavage (BAL) or histological technique of lung biopsy. CMV disease and CMV infection were confirmed by BAL culture and antigenemia respectively . Results : Seventeen patients were all recipients of allogeneic SCT and 7 of 17 patients were performed non-sibling SCT. Patients presented with symptoms including brief period (4 ∼23 days) of fever (76%), dyspnea (70%), cough (64%), and signs such as rare(58.8%), Sixteen patients (94%) had been receiving immunosuppressive agent such as cyclosporine A (64%) or Fk506 (35%) without PCP prophylaxis. Eleven patients (64%) were treated with corticosteroid with mean dose of 16 mg/day prednisolone and mean duration of 4.6 months after post-SCT period. Twelve patients were co-infected with CMV. Another co-infected miCroorganisms were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, herpes simplex virus, parainfluenza virus, Average duration of treatment with trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TMP/SMX) was 21 ±9 days. Four patients died, and three of them were related with PCP. Conclusion : PCP developed frequently in patients who were taking immunosuppressive drug due to graft versus host disease or were not taking TMP/SMX prophylaxis. High risk patients showing fever, cough, or dyspnea should be considered to take early bronchoscopic intervention for detection of PCP. When treat for PCP, it also be considered to the possibility of coinfection such as CMV. (Korean J Infect Dis 33:273∼279, 2001)

        A framework of Multi Linear Regression based on Fuzzy Theory and Situation Awareness and its application to Beach Risk Assessment

        Beaches have many risk factors that cause various accidents, such as drifting and drowning, these accidents have many risk factors. To analyze them, in this paper, we identify beach risk factors, and define the criteria and correlation for each risk factor. Then, we generate new risk factors based on Fuzzy theory, and define Situation Awareness for each time. Finally, we propose a beach risk assessment and prediction model based on linear regression using the calculated risk result and pre-defined risk factors. We use national public data of the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA), and the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency (KHOA). The results of the experiment showed the prediction accuracy of beach risk to be 0.90%, and the prediction accuracy of drifting and drowning accidents to be 0.89% and 0.86%, respectively. Also, through factor correlation analysis and risk factor assessment, the influence of each of the factors on beach risk can be confirmed. In conclusion, we confirmed that our proposed model can assess and predict beach risks.

      • pH-responsive high-density lipoprotein-like nanoparticles to release paclitaxel at acidic pH in cancer chemotherapy

        <P><B>Background</B></P><P>Nanoparticles undergoing physicochemical changes to release enclosed drugs at acidic pH conditions are promising vehicles for antitumor drug delivery. Among the various drug carriers, high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-like nanoparticles have been shown to be beneficial for cancer chemotherapy, but have not yet been designed to be pH-responsive.</P><P><B>Methods and results</B></P><P>In this study, we developed a pH-responsive HDL-like nanoparticle that selectively releases paclitaxel, a model antitumor drug, at acidic pH. While the well known HDL-like nanoparticle containing phospholipids, phosphatidylcholine, and apolipoprotein A-I, as well as paclitaxel (PTX-PL-NP) was structurally robust at a wide range of pH values (3.8–10.0), the paclitaxel nanoparticle that only contained paclitaxel and apoA-I selectively released paclitaxel into the medium at low pH. The paclitaxel nanoparticle was stable at physiological and basic pH values, and over a wide range of temperatures, which is a required feature for efficient cancer chemotherapy. The homogeneous assembly enabled high paclitaxel loading per nanoparticle, which was 62.2% (w/w). The molar ratio of apolipoprotein A-I and paclitaxel was 1:55, suggesting that a single nanoparticle contained approximately 110 paclitaxel particles in a spherical structure with a 9.2 nm diameter. Among the several reconstitution methods applied, simple dilution following sonication enhanced the reconstitution yield of soluble paclitaxel nanoparticles, which was 0.66. As a result of the pH responsiveness, the anticancer effect of paclitaxel nanoparticles was much more potent than free paclitaxel or PTX-PL-NP.</P><P><B>Conclusion</B></P><P>The anticancer efficacy of both paclitaxel nanoparticles and PTX-PL-NP was dependent on the expression of scavenger receptor class B type I, while the killing efficacy of free paclitaxel was independent of this receptor. We speculate that the pH responsiveness of paclitaxel nanoparticles enabled efficient endosomal escape of paclitaxel before lysosomal break down. This is the first report on pH-responsive nanoparticles that do not contain any synthetic polymer.</P>

        표류 및 익수 사고 불확실성 관리를 위한 다중 선형 회귀 기반 해수욕장 위험도 평가

        해변에는 풍속, 수온, 조위, 이안류 등과 같은 자연환경에서부터 개인부주의, 음주, 고령, 장비 미착용 등과 같은 인문환경까지 다양한 위험요소가 존재하며 이러한 요소들은 해변에서 일어나는 다양한 안전사고에 영향을 끼치고 있다. 따라서 이러한 요소들을 분석하고 이와 관련된 안전사고를 정립함으로써 해변에서 일어나는 사고 파악, 통제 및 대처 할 수 있어야한다. 본 논문에서는 해수욕장 위험도 평가를 수행하기 위하여 다양한 위험요소 분석 및 안전사고 정립을 수행하고 이를 통해 해변위험도를 산출하는 불확실성 관리 모델을 제안한다. 이때 다중 선형 회귀를 적용하여 각 위험요소별 가중치를 산정하고 표류 및 익수에 대한 값을 통해 해수욕장 위험도를 얻는다. 본 논문에서는 해변 위험도에 영향을 끼치는 다양한 요소 중 자연환경 위험요소들을 가지고 위험도를 산출하는 연구를 수행하였으며 이를 통해 자연환경 요소가 해수욕장에서 일어나는 대부분의 안전사고에 영향을 끼친다는 것을 확인하였다. There are a variety of hazards on the beach ranging from natural environments such as wind speed, water temperature, tide and rip current to human environments such as personal careless, drinking, aging and not wearing equipment and others. These factors are affecting various accidents on the beach. Therefore, it is necessary to identify, control and handle the accident on the beach by analyzing these factors. In this paper, we analysis various risk factors and establish related accident for beach risk assessment and propose an uncertain beach risk assessment model. We apply multiple linear regression for calculating the weights about each risk factor and getting the drowning and drifting value. And we conduct experiments to calculate the beach risk with various natural environmental factors affecting the beach risk, and confirm that the natural environment factors affected the most accidents in the beach.

        작성자 분석과 CNN을 적용한 소스 코드 작성자 식별 프레임워크

        최근 인터넷 기술이 발전함에 따라 다양한 프로그램들이 만들어지고 있고 이에 따라 다양한 코드들이 많은 사람들을 통해 만들어진다. 이러한 측면을 이용하여 특정 작성자가 작성한 코드들 그대로 가져가 자신이 작성한 것처럼 보여주거나, 참고한 코드들에 대한 정확한 표기 없이 그대로 사용하여 이에 대한 보호가 점차 어려워지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 작성자 분석 이론과 합성곱 신경망 기반 자연어 처리 방법을 적용한 작성자 식별 프레임워크룰 제안한다. 작성자 분석 이론을 적용하여 소스 코드에서 작성자 식별에 적합한 특징들을 추출하고 이를 텍스트 마이닝에서 사용하고 있는 특징들과 결합하여 기계학습 기반의 작성자 식별을 수행한다. 그리고 합성곱 신경망 기반 자연어 처리 방법을 소스 코드에 적용하여 코드 작성자 분류를 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 작성자 분석이론과 합성곱 신경망을 적용한 작성자 식별 프레임워크를 통해 작성자를 식별하기 위해서는 작성자 식별만을 위한 특징들이 필요하다는 것과 합성곱 신경망 기반 자연어 처리 방법이 소스 코드등과 같은 특수한 체계를 갖추고 있는 언어에서도 적용이 가능하다. 실험 결과 작성자 분석 이론 기반 작성자 식별 정확도는 95.1%였으며 CNN을 적용한 결과 반복횟수가 90번 이상일 경우 98% 이상의 정확도를 보여줬다. Recently, Internet technology has developed, various programs are being created and therefore various codes are being made through many authors. On this aspect, some author deceive a program or code written by other particular author as they make it themselves and use other writers' code indiscriminately, or not indicating the exact code which has been used. Due to this makes it more and more difficult to protect the code. In this paper, we propose author identification framework using Authorship Analysis theory and Natural Language Processing(NLP) based on Convolutional Neural Network(CNN). We apply Authorship Analysis theory to extract features for author identification in the source code, and combine them with the features being used text mining to perform author identification using machine learning. In addition, applying CNN based natural language processing method to source code for code author classification. Therefore, we propose a framework for the identification of authors using the Authorship Analysis theory and the CNN. In order to identify the author, we need special features for identifying the authors only, and the NLP method based on the CNN is able to apply language with a special system such as source code and identify the author. identification accuracy based on Authorship Analysis theory is 95.1% and identification accuracy applied to CNN is 98%.
