        고정화 효소를 사용한 시트르산 생성에 있어서 미량원소의 영향

        고정화된 효소세포 Candida lipolytica MX9-11R3를 세포 자체를 칼시움 알지내이트 겔에 포괄시켜 만들었다. 이들 고정화된 효모세포를 사용하여 유동층 반응기 내에서 시트르산을 생산할때의 미량원소의 영향을 연구하였다. 배양액 조성 가운데 포도당 이외의 다른 성분들을 제거함으로써 세포증식을 정지시킬 수 있었다. 이 포도당 용액에 황산 제1철을 가하였을 때는 시트르산 수율의 감소를, 그리고 포도당용액의 황산 암모니움의 초기농도를 증가시켰을 때는 시트르산 생산수율의 향상을 가져왔다. 시트르산 생성을 위한 황산아연과 황산구리의 최적농도는 각각 5㎎/liter, 0.05㎎/liter였다. 황산망간이나 염화칼슘의 포도당용액에의 첨가는 시트르산 생산에 대해서 뚜렷한 효과가 없다. Immobilized yeast cells (Candida lipolytica MX9-11 R3) were prepared by entrapping the whole cells in calcium alginate gel. The effects of minor elements on citric acid production were studied using the immobilized yeast cells in a fluidized-bed batch reactor. One could more of less prevent the cell growth using glucose as the sole nutrient in the medium and thus removing other nutrients from the recipe for complex medium necessary for cell mass doubling. When ferrous sulfate was added into glucose solution, the yield of citric acid was decreased whereas increasing the initial concentration of ammonium sulfate in the glucose solution resulted in the enhancement of the citric acid yield. The optimal concentrations of zinc sulfate and cupric sulfate for citric acid production were found to be 5㎎/ℓ, 0.05㎎/ℓ respectively. Addition of either manganese sulfate or calcium chloride into the glucose solution had no appreciable effect on the citric acid production.

        척추강내에 발생한 혈관지방종 치험 1 예 : 증례보고 Case Report With A Review of The Literature

        Spinal angiolipomas are distinct but rare benign lesions composed of mature lipocytes admixed with abnormal blood vessels that vary from capillary to sinusoid or from venular to arterial in size. They account for 0.14% to 1.2% of all spinal axial tumors. 2% to 3% of extradural spinal tumors, and 16% to 35% of spinal lipomas. The tumors are mostly extradural and have a predilection site in the midthoracic region. The symptoms are usually due to cord compression. Magnetic resornance imaging is the diagnostic choice and surgery is universally successful in relieving the symptoms. The authors report a case of spinal angiolipoma in a 35-year-old female which was successfully treated by operation. A review of the literature on this lesion is also presented.

      • 고정화 효모를 이용한 회분식과 연속식 반응에 의한 구연산 생산

        Immobilized yeast cell (Candida lipolytica MX9-11 R3) was prepared by entrapping the whole cell in calcium alginate matrix. The fermentative production of citrtic acid from glucose was studied using the immobilized yeast cell in fludized-bed and packed-bed reactors. One could more or less prevent the cell growth using glucose as the sole nutrient and thus eliminating other nutrients necessary for the cell mass doubling. As the size of the immobilized bead was decreased the productivity of citric acid was increased. When ammonium sulfate was supplied into glucose solution as the sole nutrient, the productivity of citric acid was increased. The intentional addition of CO₂gas into the air supply to the fluidized-bed batch reactor gave a better citric acid productivity in certain concentration range. The optimal CO₂content was found to be 16% (V/V). Citric acid production rate per bead for immobilized yeast in continuous fluidized-bed reactor was much increased when compared with packed-bed reactor.

        Residual aneurysm is a challenging problem after clipping procedure for the aneurysms. The anthors describe one patient in whom endovascular treatment was sucessfully done to treat residual aneurysm after surgical clipping. We discussed the role of endovascular coil occlusion in case of incomplete surgical obliteration of aneurysms.

        허혈성 뇌혈관질환에서 자기공명혈관조영술의 가치에 대한 임상연구

        Objectives : To determine the contribution of cranial magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) for the evaluation of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular accident. Methods : Magnetic resonance image(MRI) and MRA studies performed on 34 patients with ischemic stroke were retrospectively reviewed with the clinical records. Results : There were 9 transient ischemic attacks and 25 completed strokes in our series. Twenty-three of 34 MRA examinations(68%) were positive for stenosis or occlusion. The distribution of stenotic or occlusive vascular lesions were correlated with the location of infarction in 22 of the 23 positive cases(96%). MRA provided additional information not obtained from the MRI in 19 cases(56%). Conclusions : Vascular lesions demonstrated on intracranial MRA show a high correlation with infarct distribution. MRA provided information adjunctive to conventional MRI in a majority of cases. We conclude that MRA is an important noninvasive component of the complete evaluation of ischemic stroke.

      • 상증법상 이익증여의제의 개선방안에 관한 실무적 접근

        우리나라 대기업의 실무에서 발생하는 일감몰아주기에 대한 증여의제 조항은 당해 제도를 통하여 달성하려는 조세회피방지를 통한 조세의 공평성 실현 보다는 국민의 재산권을 보호하고 법적 생활의 안정을 추구 하여야 하는 조세법 본연의 목적에 위배됨이 더 큰 것으로 보여 진다. 따라서 궁극적으로 상증세법으로 일감몰아주기에 대한 규제를 하는 대신 회사기회의 유용금지와 이사의 책임을 명시한 상 법상의 조항 및 공정거래법상의 조항을 엄격히 적용하여 증여성 의도를 갖는 또는 공정한 거래질서를 어지럽히는 일감몰아주기 행위를 근절하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. 현행 상증세법상의 일감몰아주기 증여의제 규정을 존치한다면 기업간의 실질적 형평성을 제고하기 위하여 정당한 일감몰아주기 행위에 대해서는 비과세하는 예외규정이 필요하며 단일한 정상거래비율이 아닌 업종 규모 등에 따라서 차등적 으로 규정하여야 할 것이다. 또한 증여이익에 대한 이중과세는 배당소득에 대해서 조정하여 주는 것이 바람직하며, 수혜법인이 영업손실이 발생하는 경우에는 기 납부한 증여세 환급 제도가 필요하다. Typical Korean economic pattern which heavily rely on large conglomerates brining more business to their subsidiaries have seen sharp sales rise with stock price increases only on some of those big companies. Regulation to those who acquire the amount of wealth, avoiding tax is required to be practiced. Too severe Government interference from the regulation, however, can also cause the firms trying to find some other ways to avoid the regulation and social cost or expense which will at the end be born on other small companies and the nation. Therefore, Government needs to find efficient ways to encourage and develop the companies at the same time should command fair distribution through reasonable regulations. Brining all the businesses to their branch companies by some of big companies has made our economy difficult to distribute people’s incomes fairly and have the nation a sense of alienation. Now that the sense of hostage and alienation against them are widely shared by citizens, in order to prevent illegal inheritance, donation and unfair transaction to certain granted groups, this is not obliged to be unchecked. As a result of discussion on this phenomenon, Legal restrictions has been set up. In this paper the problems and improvement direction of bringing business to certain granted corporates through mutually beneficial transaction and the made incomes from it, illegal inheritance, and donations have been illustrated. Through this study, there have been great senses of the necessity on proper regulation to those practices.

      • Soldium Alginate로 고정화된 효모에 의한 구연산 발효에 관한 연구

        Immobilized yeast cell(Candida lipolytica MX-11) was prepared by entrapping. the whole Ca-alginate Matrix. The fermentative production of the citric acid from glucose was studied using immobilized yeast cell. The productivity of citric acid was remarkably affected by the pH, the immobilized bead size, the concentration of ferrous ion and the airflow containing CO₂gas in the fluidized-bed batch reactor. The glucose concentration giving the half maximum production rate was 7.61 g/l and no significant substrate inhibition was observed. To find out the merit of the fed-batch mode of operation, certain quantities of the reaction solution were removed from the reactor at regular time intervals with simultaneous make-ups with the fresh substrate solution of equal amounts in at attempt to keep the substrate concentration rather constant and 18.5% increase in productivity was noticed as compared with the case of pure batch mode operation. The comparison of the reactor operations with pH controlled or not showed 140% better productivity for the pH-controlled case.
