지식기반사회의 학교 교육과정 개발을 위한 7차 초등 국어 교과서 분석

이 연구는 지식기반 사회에서의 학교 교육과정 개발을 위한 선행 연구로서, 국가 수준에서 개발된 7차 초등 국어와 교육과정이 초등 국어 교과서로 '어떻게', '얼마나' 잘 녹아들어 있는가를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다.특히, 학습자 중심 교수-학습의 일환으로, 현 7차 교육과정이 새롭게 시도한 수준별교육과정이 실제 초등 교과서에 어떻게 구현되고 있는가를 살펴보았다.이를 위해 먼저, 국가 고시 교육과정 문서의 교육 목표, 교육 내용, 교육 방법, 교육 평가 부분을 살펴보고, 이에 근거하여 교과서에의 반영 정도를 분석하였다.교과서 분석은 크게 '구성과 제시형식 분석'과 '내용 분석'으로 나뉘고, 내용 분석은 다시 목표, 내용, 방법, 평가로 나뉘어 전개되었다.분석결과, 교육과정 문서상의 목표와 내용은 교과서로 번역되는 과정에서 단편적이고 분절된 활동이나 사례들로 제시되고 있어, 교육과정과 교과서간의 연계성에 더 주의를 기울일 필요가 있음이 드러났다.방법적인 측면에 있어서도 교육과정 문서가 표방한 '자기주도적 학습'에 부합되지 않는 방식으로 교과서가 전개되는 경향이있고, 평가 부분에 대한 반영도 미흡한 것으로 나타났다.또한 7차 교육과정이 의도한 심화ㆍ보충형 수준별 교육과정은 외견상으로 교과서에 반영된 듯 보이나 실질적으로는 개인차를 반영한 것이라고 평가하기 어려운 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Koream Language Arts Textbooks for the 3rd graders developed in accordance with the 7th national curriculum.The analysis was proceeded focused on the following.(1) whether the consistency between the textbooks and the national curriculum exits in terms of goals and objectives, content, learning activities, and evaluation; (2) whether the textbooks are relevantly reflected the idea of the differentiated curriculum newly adopted in the 7th national amended curriculum. The major findings were as follows.(1) The textbooks for speaking/listening, reading, and writing were separately developed.Considering the goals and objectives of the Korean Language Arts curriculum such as creative ability, the relevance of separating the textbooks need to be discussed in the future amendation for the national curriculum.(2) The idea of the differentiated curriculum was reflected on the organization of the textbooks in a superficial way.The idea was reflected in ways of piecing the contents into pieces and have the students repeat the same pieces.

The measurements of triceps skinfold thickness, body weight and height were done in children aged 7 to 12 years(3,142 boys and 2588 girls) in Kwangju in 1992. The author also observed degree of obesity, prevalence of obesity and average value of triceps skinfold thickness. The results were summarized as follows: 1) The mean value of triceps skinfold thickness acceding to age in male was 7 years 10.5mm, 8 years 10.5mm, 9 years 10.2mm, 10 years 12.3mm, 11 years 13.8mm, 12 years 12.3mm. In the female it was 7 years 11.9mm, 8 years 11.9mm, 9 years 11.6mm, 10 years 12.6mm, 11 years 14.1mm, 12 years 13.6mm. 2) The mean value of triceps skinfold thickness acceding to age in obese male was 7 years 16.3mm, 8 years 17.3mm, 9 years 16.0mm, 10 years 19.5mm, 11 years 23.7mm, 12 years 20.1mm. In the obese female it was 7 years 17.3mm, 8 years 17.9mm, 9 years 18.4mm, 10 years 19.5mm, 11 years 21.2mm, 12 years 20.3mm.

An experiment was conducted to figure out the atomization characteristics of rice-bran oil which is a highly viscous liquid by applying ultrasonic energy to improve the atomization of spray droplets. A spray simulator, an ultrasonic system, and six different nozzles(three kinds of single hole-type nozzles and three kinds of pintle-type nozzles) were made. To investigate the effects of ultrasonic energy on the atomization of a highly viscous liquid, a phase doppler particle analyzer was used for measurement and calculation of spray droplets data. Nozzle opening pressures chosen were of 5 levels, i. e., 10 MPa, 13 MPa, 16 MPa, 20 MPa, and 24 MPa. It was observed that the application of ultrasonic energy into the highly viscous rice-bran oil was effective for the atomization improvement of the liquid fuel. With the increase of nozzle opening pressures and pin-edge angles, and with the decrease of the hole diameters, the atomization of spray droplets was improved, which conforms to general theoretical characteristics.

Despite the use of aggressive local and systemic treatment including autologous stem cell transplantation in multiple myeloma, extramedullary recurrences are common and the prognosis of these patients is poor. Many novel drugs such as thalidomide, lenalidomide and bortezomib improve the response of treatment of multiple myeloma, but some reports failed to describe thalidomide has effect in extramedullary plasmacytoma. Recent data report on the successful treatment plasmacytomas with bortezomib in patients with advanced multiple myeloma. We treated 4 relapsed or refractory extramedullary plasmacytomas with bortezomib at our institution. We recognized all these extramedullary plasmacytomas decreased and showed more than partial response. This report lends support to the efficacy of bortezomib in the treatment of plasmacytoma and describes the safe use of bortezomib. Responses may, however, be of short duration. Therefore, despite our limited experience, we propose that bortezomib may be considered a therapeutic option for such patients who have risk of radiation therapy

Objective: To investigate whether reader training improves the performance and agreement of radiologists in interpreting unenhanced breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans using diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI). Materials and Methods: A study of 96 breasts (35 cancers, 24 benign, and 37 negative) in 48 asymptomatic women was performed between June 2019 and October 2020. High-resolution DWI with b-values of 0, 800, and 1200 sec/mm2 was performed using a 3.0-T system. Sixteen breast radiologists independently reviewed the DWI, apparent diffusion coefficient maps, and T1-weighted MRI scans and recorded the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) category for each breast. After a 2-h training session and a 5-month washout period, they re-evaluated the BI-RADS categories. A BI-RADS category of 4 (lesions with at least two suspicious criteria) or 5 (more than two suspicious criteria) was considered positive. The per-breast diagnostic performance of each reader was compared between the first and second reviews. Inter-reader agreement was evaluated using a multi-rater κ analysis and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Results: Before training, the mean sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the 16 readers were 70.7% (95% confidence interval [CI]: 59.4–79.9), 90.8% (95% CI: 85.6–94.2), and 83.5% (95% CI: 78.6–87.4), respectively. After training, significant improvements in specificity (95.2%; 95% CI: 90.8–97.5; P = 0.001) and accuracy (85.9%; 95% CI: 80.9–89.8; P = 0.01) were observed, but no difference in sensitivity (69.8%; 95% CI: 58.1–79.4; P = 0.58) was observed. Regarding inter-diffusionreader agreement, the κ values were 0.57 (95% CI: 0.52–0.63) before training and 0.68 (95% CI: 0.62–0.74) after training, with a difference of 0.11 (95% CI: 0.02–0.18; P = 0.01). The ICC was 0.73 (95% CI: 0.69–0.74) before training and 0.79 (95% CI: 0.76–0.80) after training (P = 0.002). Conclusion: Brief reader training improved the performance and agreement of interpretations by breast radiologists using unenhanced MRI with DWI.

Morinda citrifolia L. (Noni) has been widely used in traditional medicine in tropical zones and has become increasingly popular globally owing to its health benefits. Most noni fruits are consumed as juice, which is traditionally produced by the natural fermentation of noni fruits. In this study, the metabolic profiles of noni fruit juice (NJ1) and fermented noni fruit juices (NJ2 and NJ3) was compared. A total of 74, 83, and 91 compounds including anthraquinones, coumarins, flavonoids, phenolic acids, phenolics, terpenoids, and miscellaneous (acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, fatty acids, etc.) were tentatively identified from NJ1, NJ2, and NJ3 in both positive and negative electrospray ionization modes. The phenolic compound composition differed significantly between noni juice and fermented noni juice. The results of the unsupervised principal component analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis showed that the non-fermented juice group clustered with the fermented juice groups. Asperulosidic acid, isoasperulosidic acid, and rutin levels were higher in the NJ1 group than those in the NJ2 group. Deacetylasperulosidic acid and monotropein contents in NJ2 were higher than those in NJ1. Similarly, NJ1 had higher asperulosidic acid and isoasperulosidic acid than those in NJ3. The findings from this study have the potential to enhance the quality of fermented noni juice. Morinda citrifolia L.
