      • 腸機能에 關與하는 藥物의 作用에 對한 Verapamil의 影響

        In ileum strips, verapamil did not influence the contractile action, inhibited the spontaneous movement to acetylcholine, verapamil inhibited both actions to pilocarpine and serotonin, and the contractile action but did not affect the spontaneous movement to histamine. In longitudinal muscle of colon, verapamil inhibited the contractile action to acetylcholine of small doses, did not affect that to acetylcholine of high dose, markedly inhibited the contratile action to pilocarpine, histamine and serotonin. In circular muscle of colon, verapamil augmented the spontameous movement to acetylcholine, wherease the contractile actions to acetylcholine was suppressed by only high dose of verapamil, verapamil did not influence the contractile action to pilocarpine and serotonin, enhanced the spontaneous movement caused by pilocarpine of high dose, and by serotonin but inhibited both action to histamine and spontaneous movement to pilocarpine of small dose.

      • 자기표현 훈련 프로그램의 개발과 효과성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of the Assertiveness Training Program which was to improved the self-Assert of victim woman. This study method was conducted by "The pre and post tests, quasi-experimental group design", and "pre-post, improved scores of the measures of assertive test were done. Experimental subject was voluntary 4 woman which were advertised by K sexual violence counseling center. In case of experiment group, during the 7 weeks, a week, every two hours, total 14 hours, the program to Assert the self-Assert was performed. There was an evaluation in the program, program's frequency and used time, 7 sessions were a little longer, and a session, 2 hours were a little shorter. The results show that there was statistically significant improvement for the experimental group in all. In addition, the participants evaluations were generally positive about the program. Above all considering, there was an effectiveness to Assertiveness Training.

        This paper deals with providing theoretical bases for the development of gift merchandising strategies for the department store. History of the department store shows that gift merchandising can be a powerful response to changing retail environment. Our empirical survey shows that the behavioral characteristics of gift purchasers are explained and predicted with their value system and their perception of the functions of gift giving. Gift merchandising and other management areas in the department store should use these and other relations found in our survey.

      • 일상생활에서 겪는 고등학생의 스트레스요인과 대처방식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the daily stressors of human relations, emotional lives, and economic lives which high school students go through and their coping strategies about these stressors, to provide the necessary materials and useful information for guiding students and educating their parents. The research questions of this study are: (1) the stressors of the male and female students in the general high school and their coping strategies, (2) the stressors of the high students according to the both sexes and their coping strategies, (3) the correlation between the stressors of high school students and their coping strategies. The subjects of this study consist of 320 students from a boys' high school and a girls' high school and 320 students from a coeducational high school. The test instruments used for this study can be divided into two categories; the test for measuring the stressors consisted of 75 items (7 subcategories) and the test for measuring the coping strategies consisted of 40 items. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percent, mean score, standard deviation, t-test, and simple correlation analysis. The main conclusions of this study were as follows: 1) When it comes to the stressors, students showed some differences depending on their sex. In terms of the relation between friends, male students have gone through more stresses than female students. 2) In terms of their coping strategies, male students from the boys' high school were shown to use more logical analysis strategies than those from the coeducational high school, male students from the coeducational high school usually used more receptive resignation strategies than those from the boys' high school, and also female students from the coeducational high school tended to employ more problem-solving and emotional discharge strategies than those from the girls' high schools. 3) The stressors vary depending on their sex. Male students have used more logical analysis, affirmative reevaluation, guide/support strategies, (which belong to the accessible coping strategies) and cognitive avoidance, emotional discharge strategies, (which are examples of avoidant coping strategies) than female students.4) As to the correlation between high school students' stressors and their coping strategies, it was shown that the correlation between stressors and logical analysis, affirmative reevaluation, and guide/support, problem-solving strategies (they all belong to accessible coping strategies) was higher than anything else.

        중등 과학교사 양성 교육과정과 교수내용지식 연구 동향의 탐색

        과학교사의 양성을 위한 교육과정 또는 그 프로그램의 주된 목적은 바람직한 과학교사가 지녀야 할 전문적 자질을 함양시키는 데에 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 과학교사 양성을 위한 프로그램 또는 사범대학 과학교육학 계열 교육과정에는 과학교사 교육의 본성과 그의 자질에 관한 연구의 결과가 충분히 반영되어 있지 않다. 이 연구는 자질기반 과학교사 양성 교육과정의 개발 틀, 교직의 전문성과 전문성발달기준, 우리나라의 과학교사 양성 교육과정 및 프로그램에 관한 문헌을 조사·분석한 다음, 그 결과로부터 우리나라의 과학교사 양성을 위한 교육과정의 개발 방향을 도출하고 그 모형을 탐색할 목적에서 수행하였다. 이 연구에서는 과학교사 양성 교육과정을 그 과목이나 지식기반 영역에 따라 교수내용알기(PCKg), 교수구성단위(TPCs), 내용표상화(CoRe)와 교수전문경험자료(PaP-eRs), 그리고 교수상황지식(PCxK)을 단위로 이용하여 구성할 것을 강조하였다. 또한 과학교사의 전문적 자질의 함양에 목적을 둔 교육과정 또는 그 프로그램의 과학교육 및 과학과 관련된 과목으로 일반과학, 심화과학, 일반과학교육학(과학교육론, 과학 교수-학습 포함), 과학 교육과정 및 평가, 과학교육 시설과 자원, 과학교육 실습, 과학교육 연구를 제안하였다. The subjects and their contents comprising the curricula for secondary science teacher education should be selected/organized to assist pre-service teachers to gain understandings of knowledge ba ses and to help them acquire professional teaching competences. However, the nature of science teacher education has not been reflected on the Korean science teacher education programs. The research was performed to review the literature on teachers' competencies including PCK(pedagogical content knowledge), teaching as profession, curricula or programs for secondary science teacher education, and, based on the results, to suggest curricular subjects and their contents for secondary science teacher education in Korea. The research emphasizes that the subjects and their contents for secondary science teacher education should be developed by the use of PCKg(pedagogical content knowing), TPCs(teacher professional constructions), CoRe(content representation) and PaP-eRs(pedagogical and professional-experience repertoires) as constitutive units, depending on the subject areas or contents. Also suggested in this research are the knowledge bases assumed to be necessary for the development of secondary science teachers' professional qualities, which include general sciences, enrichment sciences, general science education, science education curricula and evaluation, facilities and resources for science education, teaching practices, research in science education.

        한우, 칡소 및 제주 흑우 Calpain-Calpastatin 유전자 다양성

        The aim of study was to investigate genetic diversity for the calpain/calpastatin gene in three Hanwoo breeds [(Brown (n=62), Brindle (n=81) and Jeju Black (n=30)]. Random samples from three breeds of Hanwoo were selected and genotyped for the 7 SNPs of calpain/calpastatin using TaqMan method. Allele frequencies were investigated for CAPN1/CAST gene. Allele frequency of CAST2 SNP was 0.75, 0.59 and 0.22 for Brown, Brindle and Jeju black, respectively. The CAST3 revealed allele frequency of 0.59 and 0.57 in Brown and Jeju Black, while it showed very low allele frequency (0.07) in Brindle. In particular, favorable allele (G allele) for the CAPN1-2 SNP which was shown a strong association with tenderness in Taurine and Indicine cattle revealed 16% and 17% higher allele frequency in Brown Hanwoo (0.82) comparing Brindle (0.66) and Jeju Black Hanwoo (0.65). AMOVA demonstrated that among population variance occupied only 10% of total variance and among individual variance was 0%, while within individual variance was 90% of total variance. This result showed that population effect contributed very small portion of genetic to these three Hanwoo breeds, while within individual variance contributed large portion of genetic diversity within these Hanwoo breeds. In conclusion, three Hanwoo breeds (Brown, Brindle and Jeju black) showed a genetically homogeneous based on the 7 SNPs of CAPN1/CAST gene and it came from same ancestor to form modern Hanwoo breed.

        Effect of human endogenous retrovirus-K env gene knockout on proliferation of ovarian cancer cells

        Background: Among various human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs), the HERV-K (HML-2) group has been reported to be highly related to cancer. In pancreatic cancer cells, shRNA-mediated downregulation of HERV-K env RNA decreases cell proliferation and tumor growth through the RAS-ERK-RSK pathway; in colorectal cancer, CRISPR-Cas9 knockout (KO) of the HERV-K env gene affects tumorigenic characteristics through the nupr-1 gene. Objective: The effect of HERV-K env KO has not been studied in ovarian cancer cell lines. In this study, we analyzed the tumorigenic characteristics of ovarian cancer cell lines, including cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, and the expression patterns of related proteins after CRISPR-Cas9 KO of the HERV-K env gene. Methods: The HERV-K env gene KO was achieved using the CRISPR-Cas9 system in ovarian cancer cell lines SKOV3 and OVCAR3. Tumorigenic characteristics including cell proliferation, migration, and invasion were analyzed, and related protein expression was investigated by western blot analysis. Results: The expression of the HERV-K env gene in KO cells was significantly reduced at RNA and protein levels, and tumorigenic characteristics including cell proliferation, migration, and invasion were significantly reduced. In HERV-K env KO SKOV3 cells, the expression of the RB protein was significantly up-regulated and the cyclin B1 protein level was significantly reduced. In contrast, in HERV-K env KO OVCAR3 cells, the level of phospho-RB protein was significantly reduced, but other protein levels were not changed. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that HERV-K env gene KO affects cell proliferation, invasion, and migration of ovarian cells through RB and Cyclin B1 proteins, but the specific regulation pattern can differ by cell line.

        Correlation analysis of cancer stem cell marker CD133 and human endogenous retrovirus (HERV)-K env in SKOV3 ovarian cancer cells

        Background Human endogenous retrovirus (HERV)-K is a type of retrovirus that is present in the human genome, and its expression is usually silenced in healthy tissues. The precise mechanism by which HERV-K env influences cancer stemness is not fully understood, but it has been suggested that HERV-K env may activate various signaling pathways that promote stemness traits in cancer cells. Objective To establish the connection between HERV-K env expression and cancer stemness in ovarian cancer cells, we carried out correlation analyses between HERV-K env and the cancer stem cell (CSC) marker known as the cluster of differentiation 133 (CD133) gene in SKOV3 ovarian cancer cells. Method To perform correlation analysis between HERV-K env and CSCs, ovarian cancer cells were cultured in a medium designed for cancer stem cell induction. The expression of HERV-K env and CD133 genes was verified using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and Western blot analyses. Additionally, the expression of stemness-related markers, such as OCT-4 and Nanog, was also confirmed using RT-qPCR. Results In the stem cell induction medium, the number of tumorsphere-type SKOV3 cells increased, and the expression of CD133 and HERV-K env genes was up-regulated. Additionally, other stemness-related markers like OCT-4 and Nanog also exhibited increased expression when cultured in the cancer stem cell induction medium. However, when HERV-K env knockout (KO) SKOV3 cells were cultured in the same cancer stem cell induction medium, there was a significant decrease in the number of tumorsphere-type cells compared to mock SKOV3 cells subjected to the same conditions. Furthermore, the expression of CD133, Nanog, and OCT-4 did not show a significant increase in HERV-K env KO SKOV3 cells compared to mock SKOV3 cells cultured in the same cancer stem cell induction medium. Conclusion These findings indicate that the expression of HERV-K env increased in SKOV3 cells when cultured in cancer stem cell induction media, and cancer stem cell induction was inhibited by KO of HERV-K env in SKOV3 cells.
