        유아 과학교육 활동을 중심으로 한 수와 사회교육 통합 사례 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 과학활동을 중심으로 한 수와 사회 통합 교육 활동 수업 사례에서의 유아 반응을 분석하는 것이다. 분석 대상은 충북지역 M유치원 만 5세 유아 5명의 활동 수업 사례들이다. 「물」을 주제로 하여 총 10회 이루어진 교육활동은 선행연구(김숙자.김현정, 2003)에서 제시한 교수-학습과정 기본 모형을 토대로 하여 동기유발 단계, 초기개념 단계, 교수매체 투입, 개별 실험과 소그룹 토의를 통한 확장개념, 심화개념 단계로 재구성 하여 이루어졌다. 분석 결과 초기개념의 단계에서는 물을 옮길 수 있는 물체 예측을 통한 분류 개념과 물을 담는 용기의 높이와 물의 양과의 관련성이 분석되었다. 확장개념의 단계에서는 수 관련 개념으로 분류 개념, 수세기, 순서 짓기, 서수 개념, 높이, 크기, 길이, 양, 무게의 측정개념이 분석되었다. 사회 관련 개념은 문제해결을 위해 토의, 실험하기가 계속 순환되는 과정을 통해 나타난 협동하기, 다른 사람 의견 존중하기의 사회관련 개념이 분석되었다. 심화 개념의 단계에서는 물의 양과 물이 흘러나오는 속도, 물체의 형태변화와 부력의 관련성, 가라앉는 물체를 뜨는 물체에 올려놓는 위치와 부력의 관련성이 분석되었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze teacher's teaching-learning strategies and young children's responses to the science integrated study with mathematics and social studies for young children, based on the basic process model of teaching-learning. The basic process model of teaching-learning is a remodeling which is basic process model of teaching-learning. This was researched by Kim, Suk Ja;Kim, Hyun Joung(2003). To achieve this purpose, actual class episodes were analyzed. The episodes from the classes were derived from 10 sessions of interaction between teacher and 5 kindergarten children. With priority given to scientific activities, educational activities were integrated into mathematics, science and social study. The subject of scientific activities was water. Contents of activities were organized with activities to understand concepts of the volume of water and the velocity of water flow. A qualitative analysis was used to access responses of young children to teaching-studying strategies of teachers in case studies. As a result, young children could have their own scientific ideas about the volume of water, the relationship between volume of water, velocities of water flow, and buoyancy. They could understand the concept of mathematics in ractical exercise. By repetitions of experiments and discussions to solve problems, young hildren could realize the concepts of sociality such as cooperating with each other and respecting other people's opinions.

        pH순환 모델에서 과포화 용액의 초기 우식 법랑질에 대한 재광화 효과

        Dental caries is the most common oral disease. There are many factors contributing to its development. but complete understanding and prevention are not fully know. However, it is possible to remineralize the early enamel carious lesion by fluoride containing remineralization solution. Recently the pH-cycling model has been used to examine the effect of fluoride solution on remineralization of artificial caries in vitro as it can closely simulate the conditions encountered in vivo within a carefully controlled enviroment.

      • 열형광선량계에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 CaSO₄에 활성체로 전이원소인 Tm, Dy, V, Mo을 첨가하여 CaSO₄ : Tm, Dy, V, Mo 열형광에를 제작하였다. 주 peak는 불순물의 농도와 온도에 따라 CaSO₄ : Tm, Dy, V, Mo의 열형광 glow curve에서 구하였다. 활성화에너지는 peak shape 법으로 구하였는데 각각의 불순물에서 1.5eV, 1.25eV, 0.8eV, 1.17eV를 얻었다. 그리고 CaSO₄: Tm, Dy, V, Mo 열형광체는 peak shape 법으로 분석해 본 결과가 모두 2차 발광이었다. CaSO₄: V, Mo 열형광체가 X-선에 가장 감도가 좋았으며, 1-100 Rad의 X-선을 조사하였을 때 열형광감도는 선량의존성을 보였다. The principle of dose measurement by thermoluminescent dosimeter(TLD) was investigated. CaSO₄:Tm. Dy. V. Mo thermoluminescent phosphor has been prepared by sintering the CaSO₄after doping the transition elements Tm, Dy. V. Mo. The maximum peaks are found in the measured CaSO4 Tm. Dy. V. Mo TL glow curve at impurity mol% and annealing temperature. The activation energy of main peak has been estimated by the peak shape method. The estimated activation energies are 1.5 eV. 1.25 eV. 0.8 eV. and 1.17 eV. respectively. The thermoluminescence process in CaSO₄: Tm. Dy. V. Mo are found t o the 2nd order when the main peak of the glow curve is analyzed by the peak shape method. CaSO₄: V. Mo thermolunescent phosphor is the most sensitive to X-rays among the other materials. The dose responses of CaSO₄: Tm. Dy. V. Mo TLD are linear up to 1 - 1000 Rad of X-rays.

      • 다시마 푸코이단추출물과 지질대사의 연관성

        The effects of Laminaria japonica fucoidan extract (LJFE) on the biochemical parameters of lipid-related function were investigated in liver and serum of CCl_(4)-treated rats. LJFE of 100 mg/kg concentration was intraperitoneally administered into rats at dose of 1.5 ml/kg for 14 days. On the day 15, 3.3 ml/kg of CCl_(4) dissolved in olive oil (1:1) was injected 12 hours before anesthetization. We examined the lipid-related functions and enzyme activitys by measuring the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum. The results showed that CCl_(4) treatment increased the high values of TG, LDH and ALP decreased the low values of TC but LJFE pretreatment decreased the high values of TG, LDH and ALP to the low values, increased the TC. It was suggested that LJFE can be used as the potential candidate for the lipid-metabolism natural supplement.

      • 다이아몬드상 카본 박막의 레이저공정 변수에 따른 상변이와 내마모성 특성변화

        Diamond-like carbon(DLC) thin films have been fabricated by pulsed laser deposition method with various deposition parameters. The characterization of fabricated thin films was performed depending on the deposition parameters. As the kinetic energy provided by deposition temperature and the laser energy density were increased, the film showed graphite properties. Structural properties of the films were investigated by Raman spectroscopy. The growth energy should be optimized to fabricate high quality DLC thin films. DLC films showed high hardness and their friction coefficients were measured to be about 0.2 regardless of the load of the ball pin.

      • 가루녹차(抹茶) 첨가가 증편의 품질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find out the optimal mixing ratios of amounts of Mal-Cha for preparation of Jeung-Pyun through Sensory, Mechanical characteristics test. The proximate composition of Mal-Cha were a 5.46±0.15% of moisture, 4.43±0.11% of total nitrogen, 7.52±0.21% of crude lipid, 8.74% of crude fiber, 8.51±0.09% of ash. Overall quality in 1.5% Jeung-Pyun showed the worst of 0, 0.5, 1.0% Jeung-Pyuns(p<0.05), especially 1.0% Jeung-Pyun had relatively the best overall quality. But the sweetness, sourness, flavor, hardness, moistness were not significantly different among all Jeung- Pyuns. 0, 0.5, 1.0% Jeung-Pyuns showed the best quality of Jeung-Pyun through sensory, mechanical property. Total color difference was increased as amount of Mal-Cha(p<0.001).

        Prospective Clinical Trial of Corneal Reconstruction With Biomaterial-Free Cultured Oral Mucosal Epithelial Cell Sheets

        PURPOSE:: To investigate the efficacy and safety of transplantation with biomaterial-free cultured oral mucosal epithelial cell sheets (COMECs) for ocular reconstruction in subjects with total limbal stem cell deficiency. METHODS:: A prospective clinical trial (NCT02149732) was conducted in 8 subjects with total limbal stem cell deficiency after approval from the institutional review board of Seoul National University Hospital (H-0707-043-213) and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of Korea. COMECs were prepared in a culture system without the use of any temperature-sensitive polymers or carriers. The COMECs were transplanted without suture fixation. Four subjects underwent penetrating keratoplasty after stabilization of the COMEC transplant. Stable epithelialization, changes in visual acuity, and postoperative complications were evaluated for 6 months. Corneal cytokeratins (K) of 4 subjects who underwent penetrating keratoplasty were stained with an immunofluorescent agent. RESULTS:: The ocular surface was successfully reconstructed in 6 eyes. Complete stable epithelialization was achieved within a mean of 53.6 days. Visual improvement (≥2 lines) was achieved in 62.5% of the eyes. K12 (corneal phenotype), K4, and K13 (mucosal phenotype) were well expressed in grafts after keratoplasty, whereas K1, K8, and K19 were barely expressed. No ocular infections, local tumor formation, or remarkable systemic complications were observed. Ocular reconstruction using COMECs failed in 2 eyes, which had full symblepharon in 4 quadrants. CONCLUSIONS:: Transplanting biomaterial-free COMECs seems to be an efficient and safe procedure to reconstruct the ocular surface in patients who are completely limbal stem cell deficient without a full symblepharon.

        본 저자들은 인위적인 인슐린 투여로 인한 인간성 저혈당증 1예에서 보존적인 치료로 의식기능은 회복하였으나, 현저한 인지능력 저하를 하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Factitious hypoglycemia is a covert attempt to lower the blood glucose concentration with insulin or a sulfonylurea agent. This attempt is mainly performed by the patients themselves. In a large series of diabetics who had overdosed on drug, less than 5% had used insulin for suicidal or homicidal purposes. Additionally, 4 of 204 hypoglycemic episodes were due to a suicide attempt with insulin. The onset of insulin action, its peak level, and duration, and the degree of hypoglycemia, are determined by insulin's pharmacokinetics. However, the final outcomes are not associated with the amount of insulin used. The complications related to insulin overdose are cerebral damage and hypokalemia. Other complications include, pulmonary edema attributed to congestive heart failure and hypertensive crisis, as well as respiratory insufficiency. We report this case with a review of the literature.
