        양동마을 조선 상류주거에 대한 공간사회학적인 비교 분석

        The object of this study is upper class house in Yang-dong village with the purpose of spatial-sociological study of traditional Korean architecture. Space is the basic element of architecture and is fundamental for understanding architecture. Space, however, can be better understood through its social context rather than through its physical or psychological attributes. Space exists in a society, providing the physical environment which frames it Social environment affects the thoght of people who are members of that society. Space is built by the people in a society and is affected by their thought. Spatial-sociological study can explain a mutual relation between people and space through context. It defines characteristics of space based on mutual relations which exist among the people, the culture of society and the environment of society but also having a sociological component, study of architectural space should consider the social context. Since architectural space is built on social and cultural bases, to understand it requires various methods of study Spatial-sociological analysis is one alternative. Using space syntax, this study analyzes houses in Yang-dong village by not only defining attributes of individual houses, but also common attributes of houses in the village. Based on common attributes of houses in the village, the attributes of Yang-dong village houses can be re-defined within the social context. the results from a spatial-sociological analysis of upper class housing of the Yang-dong village are as follows; (1) Related to confucian ideas in Chosun Dynasty : A house has a dualistic center organized with 'an-chae' and 'sarang-chae'. 'an-chae' space is organized unsociably from outside. (2) Related to various space pattern of Yang-dong village House in the Chosun Dynasty period :As variations in the types of space pattern, the village house exhibit different attributes.

        Load analysis and structural strength evaluation of semi-submersible platform for wind turbines in Jeju Island sea states using hydrodynamic-structure interaction analysis

        The present study conducted an analysis of waves and wind on the west coast of Jeju Island in South Korea to derive the loads for a structural analysis under operational, extreme, and survival conditions and then evaluated the structural strength of the DeepCwind semi-submersible platform of NREL for 5 MW wind turbine. As a floating structure is exposed to wind and wave loads in a highly changeable marine environment and consists of tubular joints with slender-element members, a load analysis is necessary for strength evaluation and design of the structure. The wave scatter diagrams based on KORDI’s 24-year measurements of sea states and the annual mean wind speeds were used as the operational conditions. A sea state with a period that is very likely to cause the resonance of a floating structure was applied as the extreme condition. Another sea state during the Bolaven, a typhoon passing west of Jeju Island in 2000, is adopted as the survival condition. The surface pressure distribution of DeepCwind calculate through hydrodynamic analysis was applied to a structural analysis model based on a hydrodynamicstructure interaction analysis. The evaluation of the structural strength is performed in accordance with the provisions of DNV-OS-C201 and API-2A-WSD under operational, extreme, and survival conditions.

        Dodecyl phenol novolac 에폭시수지의 합성과 도막물성

        약용매에 용해가 가능한 알킬기 변성 에폭시수지를 합성하기 위하여, 1단계에서 당량비 기준 dodecyl phenol (DP)/formaldehyde = 1.25~1.333/1.0로 하여, 합성된 도데실 페놀 노볼락 화합물의 벤젠 고리수가 3.0~5.0가 되도록 합성하였고, 2단계에서는 당량비 기준으로 1단계에서 합성된 도데실 페놀 노 볼락 화합물/비스페놀A형 에폭시수지 (YD-128) = 1/2로 합성하였고, 3단계는 지방산을 투입하여 지방산 변성 도데실 페놀 노볼락 에폭시수지를 합성하였다. 합성된 수지의 반응성도, 점성도와 분자량 변화, 약용 매 가용성 등을 측정한 결과, 1단계에서 합성된 도데실 페놀 노볼락 화합물의 벤젠고리수가 늘어남에 따라 지방산 변성 도데실 페놀 노볼락 에폭시수지의 점도가 상승하였고, 약용매 가용성이 우수하였다. 도료 제 조 후 물성을 측정한 결과, 개환촉매로 triphenylphosphine(TPP)을 사용한 DPFAC-5는 건조속도, 접착성, 도막경도, 내충격성, 내산성 및 저장안정성이 양호하였다. In the paper, mild solvent soluble alkyl group modified epoxy resins were prepared via a three-step method; (1) the condensation reaction of dodecyl phenol (DP) and formaldehyde, (2) the crosslinking reaction of dodecyl phnol novolac compound (DPC) and bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, (3) the dodecyl phenol novolac epoxy resins containing fatty acid (DPFA) was prepared by introducing fatty acid to DPC. Equivalent ratios of DP and formaldehyde were 1.25~1.333/1.0. Equivalent ratio of DPC and bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (YD-128) was 1.0/2.0. Reactivity, viscosity, molecular weight, solvent solubility, and physical properties of DPFA were investigated. The result show that as the number of aromatic ring of DPFA increased, viscosity increased and solvent solubility improved. When we test the properties of coatings by blending the synthesized DPFA with a white pigment, DPFAC-5 using triphenylphosphine (TPP) as a ring-open catalyst showed optical performance for drying time, adhesion, hardness, impact resistance, acid resistance and storage stability.

        미국의 토지이용규제의 기준과 그 변화에 관한 연구 ― 판례를 중심으로 ―

        A Study on the standard and the change about land use regulation in U.S.- On the basis of leading case -攀* Lecturer, College of law, Kunsan National University攀攀Lee, Dong-Chan* A Study on the standard and the change about land use regulation in U.S. - On the basis of leading case - Lee, Dong-Chan* This article explains leading cases in the U.S. about land use regulations from the second half of the 19th century to the present time. and describes the standard of the distinction between expropriation and regulation and the change of that. First, the standard of the distinction was focused on the purpose of regulation from the second half of the 19th century to the early 20th century and the diminution of value rule in the first half of the 20th century. Second, it was determined by balance, economical loss caused by regulation and purpose of regulation. Third, it was decided by the three factors as following in 1978's Penn Central case. (1) the character of the governmental action or regulation; (2) the economic impact of the regulation on the claimant; and (3) the extent to which the regulation has interfered with reasonable investment-backed expectations. There are two discrete categories of regulatory action that are compensable without case-specific inquiry into the public interest advanced in support of the restraint. Finally, On the basis of the above three factors, the standard of the distinction in 1980's Agins case was determined by whether substantial advance for the state interest is or not and whether all economically viable use is permitted or not. and in the extra cases, it was still decided by the balancing test. This standard of the distinction has been applied until the present. 이 연구에서는 20세기 전반부터 현재에 이르기까지 미국 연방대법원의 판례에 대하여 각각 사건의 개요와 판결 및 그 판결에 대한 이유 등을 년대적인 순서에 따라 서술하였다. 그리고 앞에서 언급한 연방대법원의 판례에서 보상이 필요 없는 단순한 규제(regulation)와 반드시 보상을 요하는 수용(expropriation)과의 구별기준이 무엇인지를 살펴보고, 그 구별기준이 시대적으로 어떻게 변화하여 왔으며, 또한 판례에서 나타난 비슷한 형태의 구별기준별로 각각의 사건을 분류해 보았다.이 연구에 의하면 수용여부에 대한 연방대법원의 판단기준은 1800년대 후반에서 1900년대 초에는 규제목적에 초점을 둔 목적에 의한 심사였으며, 1900년대 전반에는 가치감소원칙(diminution of value rule)에 기초를 둔 정도심사(재산적 가치의 정도)가 주요 판단기준이 되었고, 그 후에는 규제목적과 규제가 초래하는 경제적 손실 즉 목적심사와 정도심사(재산적 가치의 정도)의 비교형량에 의해 결정되었다. 그러나 1980년대 전반에는 연방대법원이 수용여부의 판단에 대하여 본안심리를 거부하여 오다가 1987년의 First English Case를 계기로 수용문제에 대해 적극적인 심리를 하게 되었다. 그리고 1980년의 Agins사건에서 보여준 수용여부에 대한 구별기준을 근거로 1980년대 후반에서 최근까지 수용여부에 대한 구별기준으로 주 이익의 실질적 증진(substantially advance)여부와 경제적 사용의 전면적 부정여부에 의하여 수용여부가 결정 되어왔으며, 그 밖의 경우에는 여전히 종래의 비교형량기준(balancing test)에 따라 수용여부를 결정하는 경향이 최근 연방대법원의 기본적인 입장이라고 생각한다.

        지방산 변성 에폭시수지 합성과 성능평가

        본 논문에서는 약용매에서 용해될 수 있는 지방산 변성 에폭시수지를 합성하였고, 합성한 수지 의 용해도 평가가 이루어졌다. 지방산 변성 에폭시수지를 합성하기 위하여 비스페놀A형, 페놀 노볼락형 및 오르소 크레졸 노볼락형의 3종류 에폭시수지를 사용하였고, 여기에 지방산, dodecyl phenol (DP), toluene diisocyanate (TDI)를 도입하였다. 합성조건은 당량기준으로 에폭시수지/지방산 = 1/0.5, 지방산/DP = 0.25/0.25, TDI 0.5이었고, 에폭시수지 종류에 따라 12종류의 지방산 변성 에폭시수지가 합성되었다. 합성 된 지방산 변성 에폭시수지에 대하여 점도 및 용매√가용성을 평가한 결과, 벤젠고리와 글리시딜기의 함량 및 알킬기의 탄소수가 증가할수록 약용매에 대한 용해성이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 약용매에 용해성 이 우수한 지방산 변성 에폭시수지를 사용하여 투명 도료를 제조하여 물성을 평가한 결과, 비스페놀A형 에 폭시수지/지방산/DP/TDI의 당량비가 1.0/0.25/0.25/0.5인 것과 페놀 노볼락형 에폭시수지/지방산/DP의 당량비가 1.0/0.25/0.25인 조성에서 건조시간, 접착력, 도막경도, 내충격성, 내알칼리성에서 양호한 물성을 나타내었다. In this work, modified epoxy resins which were well melted in mild solvent were synthesized and solubility assessment was carried out for synthesized epoxy resins. Bisphenol-A type, phenol novolac type and ortho-cresol novolac type epoxy resins were used and fatty acid, dodecyl phenol (DP) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) were added for synthesis of modified epoxy resins containing fatty acid (MEFA). Composition was epoxy resin/fatty acid = 1.0/0.5 and fatty acid/DP = 0.25/0.25 by equivalent weight and twelve MEFAs were synthesized according to epoxy resins. Viscosity and solubility were measured for twelve MEFAs. As a result, solubility of MEFA was excellent for mild solvent according to increasement of contents of benzene ring, glycidyl group and carbon number of alkyl group. And physical properties were measured for each coating of paints after preparing transparent paints of MEFA to melt well in mild solvent among twelve MEFAs. As a result, they showed an optimal performance on conditions of equivalent ratio of bisphenol-A type epoxy resin/fatty acid/DP/TDI; 1.0/0.25/0.25/0.5 and equivalent ratio of phenol novolac type epoxy resin/fatty acid/DP; 1.0/0.25/0.25 for drying time, adhesion, hardness, impact resistance and alkali resistance.

        Considering the established research about the characteristics of traditional expression in a contemporary korean architecture, there are two critical problems. the one is that the extent of a case is limited to a public building and a large exhibition building. the other is that the angle of research focus on the viewpoint of specific a level. To settle these problems and supplement a established research, this study is to investigate and analyze the characteristics of popular traditional expression in small commercial buildings. In A viewpoint on the expansion of a case and a various angle, A small commercial buildings is selected as a case. because it is felt that the populace's taste vis-a-vis traditional expression. To investigate and analyze, A main analytic criterion is follows. 1) A expressional method on traditional architectural form 2) A expressional aspect by architectural element 3) A expressional aspect in architectural material 4) A expressional aspect in architectural structure. In consequence we can find out the following results in the process of analysis. 1) In expressional method on traditional architectural form, the traditional expression is represented as the imitation and transformation of a traditional folk house forms, and the embodiment of traditional image 2) In expressional aspect by architectural element, the traditional expression elements is mainly represented at a straw roof and a mud-plastered wall 3) the traditional expression material is mainly straw, timber, small wood boards and mud 4) In expressional aspect in architectural structure, the traditional expression is represented from the viewpoint of decorative expression.
