Demand for offshore wind farms is increasing as a way of reducing carbon emissions and climate change impacts. The predicted expansion of the offshore wind sector is likely to influence on the marine ecosystem and to increase conflicts as users of coastal zone compete for space. Globally, the concept of Marine Spatial Planning(MSP) has been used and adopted as a marine policy in order to seek sustainable use of marine ecosystem and to overcome conflicts between conservation and development or between developers and existing users. This study introduced the concept of MSP from an aspect of co-existence and figured out trials, advantages and possibilities of the space co-use within the offshore wind farm. This study also explained various conditions which are necessary for the commercial space co-use within offshore wind farm and suggested the prerequisites for the successful adaptation of co-existence within offshore wind farm sites. As a result, this study could find out that the potential possibilities of the co-existence of offshore wind farm are enough and those accomplishment could give us a lot of benefits from an aspect of economics as well as social acceptance.
일반항공 비행교관 역량별 행동지표 및 비행교관 교육요구 분석

This study aims to provide information necessary for developing a “Competency-Based Training and Evaluation Plan” for general aviation flight instructors in Korea. General aviation training experts designed a survey by selecting “Behavior Indicators” from the ICAO Flight Instructor Competency Model. This study analyses the importance of Behavioral Indicators, the level of instructor performance, and the training needs for flight instructors. According to the factor analysis, ICAO “Flight Instructor Competency Model” is found as a valid tool to measure general aviation flight instructor competencies. According to the training needs analysis, flight instructors training program needs to be improved on “Training Environment Management”, “Teaching Method”, and “Interaction” competencies. When compared with trainee group, flight instructors & examiners have a higher training demand for “Teaching & Learning Environment Management”. This study suggests the flight instructor training program requires to be reorganized based on the competencies related to the flight instructor duties in the training environments.
한방 원료 추출물의 주름개선 효과를 통한 화장품 원료로서의 가치 평가

본 연구에서는 7가지 한방원료(음양곽, 복분자, 오미자, 구기자 , 건지황 l 사상자 , 토사자)의 항산화 효과, collagen 합성 촉진 효과, collagenase 활성 저해 효과를 비교 평가함으로써 주름개선 기능성 화장품 원료로서의 사용 가능성을 검토하였다. 항산화 실험인 DPPH 소거 효과, 리놀산 자동산화 억제 효과, superoxide radical 소거 효과, hydroxyl radical 소거 효과에서는 음양곽, 복분자, 오미자, 구기자가 대체적으로 뛰어난 활성을 보여 항노화 화장품 소재로서의 가능성을 보여주었으며, 주름개선 실험인 collagen 합성 촉진 효과, collagenase 저해 효과에서는 건지황, 사상자, 토사자가 다른 네 가지 물질에 비해 뛰어난 효과를 나타내어 주름개선 화장품 소재로서의 가능성을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과는 7가지 한방원료가 항산화 및 주름개선 효능을 나타내므로 기능성 화장품 소재로 활용될 수 있음을 보여 주었다. The human skin is constantly exposed to environmental irritants such as ultraviolet, smoke and chemicals. Free radicals and reactive oxygen species caused by them play critical roles in cellular damage. They not only injure the skin structure but also participate in the immensely complex inflammatory reaction. Anti-wrinkle effects of the Oriental herb extracts(OHE) were evaluated by the determination of anti-oxidation, collagenase inhibition and collagen synthesis in normal human fibroblast. OHE showed antioxidative activity as high as vitamin C, trolox and DL-penicillamine. Also OHE showed promotive effect on collagen synthesis and inhibitory effect on collagenase activity. These results demonstrated that OHE could be useful as an anti-wrinkle cosmetic ingredient.

The Korean government announced a renewable energy target that is a 20 % share of renewables in theelectricity supply by 2030. This paper considered renewable energy scenarios for 2030 in Korea. Throughresource analysis and a siting study for solar and wind energy, the available capacity was estimated and newbusiness models were surveyed. Proper renewable energy scenarios were suggested considering the localdevelopment environment: resource potential, deployment experiences, environmental/grid constraints, etc. Solarpower would play a main role to meet the national renewable energy target at the early stage and wind powerwould supply a significant amount of electricity to the national grid in the long term. The main tasks foractivating the wind power supply chain in Korea, i.e., social acceptance, environmental regulations, siteplanning, grid integration, etc. are suggested.
