심근경색 모델 흰쥐에서 스트레스가 B-type Natriuretic Peptide 발현 및 심박변이율 변화에 미치는 영향

심박변이율의 감소는 심근 경색 환자에서 예후의 악화와 관련되어 있다. 심박변이율 중 very low frequency가 심부전환자의 예후를 판단할 수 있는 독립적 인자로서 사용이 가능하다고 보고된 바 있으며, 심실의 압력 증가에 반응해서 생성되는 B-type natriuretic peptide가 심근 경색의 예후 인자로서 사용할 수 있음 역시 보고된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 심근경색 모델을 제작하여 일정의 회복 기간을 거친 다음 다시 일정 기간의 스트레스를 겪게 한 후 심박변이율의 변화 및 심실 조직에서의 BNP 발현 정도를 비교하여 스트레스에 의한 영향을 관찰하고자 하였다. Sprague-Dawley계 수컷 흰쥐 15마리를 대상으로 하였다. 실험동물은 인위적 스트레스 및 수술을 받지 않은 대조군(CON, n=5), 심근경색 수술을 받은 후 restraint stress를 받지 않은 군(MI+No Stress, n=5), 심근경색 수술을 받은 후 1주일 동안 restraint stress를 받은 군(MI+Stress, n=5)으로 분류하였다. 심근경색 모델 제작 직후 15분 이상 심전도의 변화를 기록하였으며, 2개월 정도 후 심근경색 수술을 받은 동물을 두 군으로 나누어 그 중 한 군에는 1주일 동안 restraint stress를 가한 후 restraint stress를 가하지 않은 동물과 심박변이율을 비교 분석하였다. 심실 조직은 좌심실 전벽 부위의 위축을 관찰할 수 있었고, 대식세포에 의하여 응고, 괴사된 심근세포의 탐식과 혈관이 풍부한 육아조직 및 섬유 변화를 볼 수 있었다. 심박변이율은 심근경색 수술을 받은 직후 심박수는 유의한 증가를 보였고, standard deviation of the normal to normal intervals (SDNN), very low frequency (VLF) 및 low frequency (LF)의 유의한 감소를 보였다. 심근경색 수술을 받았던 동물에서 두 달 정도의 회복 기간을 거친 후 스트레스를 받지 않은 군은 심박수 및 기타 심박변이율 분석에서 SDNN 값을 제외하고는 정상군과 유의한 차이를 관찰할 수 없었던 반면 1주일 동안 스트레스를 받은 군에서는 심박수가 다시 유의하게 증가했을 뿐만 아니라 SDNN, VLF 및 LF 역시 정상군과 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 심근경색 동물에 대해 1주일 동안 스트레스를 가한 결과 심박변이율이 감소하고 심실에서의 BNP 발현은 더욱 증가하여 악화함을 보여주고 있다. Diminished heart rate variability (HRV) is associated with less favorable prognosis after myocardial infarction (MI). It has been reported that very low frequency (VLF) power in HRV analysis is an independent risk predictor in patients with congestive heart failure and B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) can be used as a prognostic factor of MI. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether stress has an effect to the changes of BNP expression and/or heart rate variability in MI model in rats. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups: control group (CON), MI group (MI+No Stress), and MI followed by stress group (MI+Stress). MI+Stress group rats were raised for a two month recovery period after the operation, followed by being exposed to restraint stress for 2 hours per day for 1 week. Electrocardiogram was recorded after the operation and the last day after 1 week of stress. The frequency components of HRV were calculated in the frequency domain such as VLF, low frequency (LF), high frequency (HF) and so on. In HRV analysis, standard deviation of the normal to normal intervals (SDNN) was significantly reduced in both groups compared to the control group. VLF and LF also were significantly reduced in MI+Stress group compared to the control groups. In addition, BNP expression in western blotting was shown the strongest bands in MI+ Stress group among experimental groups. These results suggest that BNP and HRV were aggravated by stress in MI rat model. (Korean J Str Res 2010;18:275∼285)

중환자실에서 기계적 환기를 시행받는 환자들의 기관내삽관 튜브의 기낭내압

Background and Objectives : High volume, low pressure (HVLP) cuffed tubes have been substituted for low volume, high pressure (LVHP) cuffed tubes in order to reduce complications created by the cuffed endotracheal tubes contact with the tracheal wall. Several physidans, however, prefer to use the LVHP cuff for habitual or economic reasons. Even so, careless cuff Inflation of the HVLP cuff could also induce complications. The purposes of this study were to see whether there are any differences between the usual intracuff pressure (UICP) and the Optimum intracuff pressure (OICP), to compare the OICP of three groups, and to study the correlation between the OICP and the peak inspiratory pressure (PIP) of three kinds of endotracheal tubes under mechanical Ventilation. Methods : 82 adult patients, upon admission of the ICU, were divided into 3 groups with different cuffed tube types according to the following: Portex Profile group (n=66), HVLP cuffed tube; Portex Regular group (n=11), LVHP cuffed tube; Rusch Red group (n=5), LVHP cuffed tube. We used the Portex cuff pressure manometer for Portex Profile group, the Hewlett-Packard pressure transducer for Portex Regular, and Rusch Red group to measure the intracuff pressure (ICP). The OICP was measured with the minimal leak technique (MLT). Intracuff pressure difference (ICPD) was calculated by subtracting OICP from UICP. Results : UICP and OICP of Portex Profile group were 33.12±22.25 ㎝H₂O, 22.02±12.5㎝H₂O, Portex Regular group, 70.09±30.88 ㎝H₂O, 69.45±30.41 ㎝H₂O and Rusch Red group, 378.40±38.60 ㎝H₂O, 337.60±74.45 ㎝H₂O. Significant difference was shown among the groups (p < 0.05). The significant difference of the PIP was not seen among the groups. Significant correlation between OICP and PIP (regression = 0.463, p < 0.01) was demonstrated only in Portex Profile group. ICPD of three groups were as high as 84 ㎝H₂O to as low as -56 ㎝H₂O. About 40% of the patients showed the allowable range. Conclusions : This study suggests that routine check-ups of ICP are needed when the patients are admitted to the ICU. The OICP of the HVLP cuffed tube is 1/3 -1/15 of the LVHP cuffed tube. Therefore, the routine use of the HVLP tube is highiy recommended. The OICP shows positive correlation with the PIP. This suggests to make every effort to reduce the PIP.

Purge & Trap-GC를 이용한 의약품 필름코팅 정제 중 잔류용제에 관한 연구

의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.

초등학생용 영어 학습 CD-ROM TITEL유형과 학습자 변인에 따른 학습 효과 비교연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of CD-Rom for speaking and listening study in elementary English class. This study also examines various types of CD-Rom titles used in the elementary English education and their effectiveness on learning English speaking and listening for the students who have different variables. The result shows that students mostly prefer game types of CDs in English learning. Game types of CDs are effective for improving listening competnece. However, the result of the studies represents that the effectiveness of the CDs are different for individuals. Educational effects are more significant for students who have had experience for using CDs than that of students who do not have experience. Moreover, other student variables are significantly related to the effectiveness of using CD-Rom titles in elmentary English education. Thus, teachers are required to analyze what types of CD-Rom titles should be used in their lessons and to whom they use before they use CDs in their English class.

Today, almost all families are quipped with computers. At the same time, we can find lots of side-effects because of computers. If young students, who tend to be unable to control their impulses once they are immersed in internet, the problem will be more serious. It could be happened that the young students can't distinguish the real from the image. Therefore, it is important to grasp the actual condition of juvenile Internet addicts and their practical life, and to come up with basic materials necessary for working out countermeasures. This study surveyed 339 high school students from three high schools in the area of Seoul. Data collection were collected from 22nd of December, 2003 to 27th of December 2003. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS program using T-test, ANAVA and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results were as follows: First, of the 333 respondents 9.61% of them were high-risk internet using group, 15.02% of them were potential-risk internet using group. 25% of then were identified as addicted group. Second, the more addicted the subjects are, the lower their level of school adjustment becomes. For the addicted group, it is difficult to adjust their school and to have a good relationship with friend. Third, the more addicted the subjects are, the lower their level of friendship becomes. The subordinate areas of friendship have same results as the level of Internet addiction and the extent of friendship. If students are addicted to Internet, it is difficult to find friends who can give them encouragement in practical life. Firth, there was a negative relationship between Internet addiction and school adjustment, and, there was a negative relationship between Internet addiction and friendship. Through this study we have seized the relationship between Internet addiction and school adjustment and friendship. As a result, the more addicted, the more difficult to adjust to school. And for the students who were addicted, it is difficult to make a friend.

First of all, Baek Shin Ae described the women`s mentality who were trampled upon Human Rights precisely for poverty and patriarchal oppress structure. It followed as an inquiry of woman character naturally. And then, she dealt with the criticism on social conditions and the adult`s moral problem frequently. It seems like an expansion of humanism. 영어 복합명사와 명사구의 강세충돌과 강세전이

Metrical Phonology has asserted that stress shift does not occur in English compounds because it violates the Continuous Column Constraint. Noun phrases, on the other hand, freely allow for stress shift, whereby the preceding stress moves forward to the preceding heavy syllable. This paper hypothesizes that stress does not shift in compounds as opposed to noun phrases and compares their pitch accentual patterns in a phonetic experiment. More specifically, we examined two-word combinations, noun phrases and compounds, whose boundaries involve stress dash and assured that the preceding words involve a heavy syllable ahead of the stress to guarantee the place for a shifting stress. Depending on where the preceding pitch accent is aligned, stress shift is determined. Results show that stress shift occurs in approximately 47% of the noun phrases and 59% of the compounds; therefore, the hypothesis is not borne out. This suggests that the surface representations derived by phonological rules may not be implemented in real utterance but that phonetic forms may be determined by the phonetic constraints directly operating on human speech.
