      • 認知的 接近에 따른 職務스트레스의 對處戰略과 職務成果에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to identify the coping strategies used by oranization's members to engage job stressors. In addition, this study will examine the relationships between coping strategies and job stressor and assess the influence of each variable on job performance. Manufacturing enployees mitigate the effect of job stressor through the use of coping strategies. They use direct action and minimize the use of externalizing, internalizing and avoidance in the work environment to enhance job performance. The findings will be used to develop guidelines faciltating the implementation of procedures to alleviate events in the work environment. These guideline will also be used to develop criteria for existing and proposed stress program.

        주간과다수면증이 있는 폐쇄성 수면무호흡증 환자의 수면다원 검사 및 이학적 검사 소견의 차이점

        Background and Objectives:Excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) is a well-known consequence of the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and can be the cause of several psycho-social problems. The objective degree of EDS measured by the multiple sleep latency test is not correlated with the subjective degree of EDS. We examined EDS according to Epworth sleepiness scale (ESS) in OSAS and evaluated the difference between EDS group and non-EDS group. Materials and Methods:One hundred sixteen patients diagnosed with OSAS and prepared for surgical treatment were evaluated for this study. They were divided between EDS and non-EDS groups by a Korean version of ESS questionnaire. Also, they were given a physical examination and checked for anthropometric parameters, factors related with respiration and sleep architecture during sleep. Then, we measured the difference of sleep parameters between the EDS group and non-EDS group and found correlated factors of sleep with EDS measured by ESS. Result:There were no significant differences in the physical examination, anthropometric factors and sleep architecture between the EDS group and non-EDS group. Only the parameters of arousal (arousal with respiration, total arousal) were different between the two groups. ESS score showed a correlation with parameters of arousal, apnea index and apnea-hypopnea index with weak correlation efficiency. Conclusion:The parameters related with arousal revealed that there was a difference between the EDS group and non-EDS group. Some parameters including apnea, apnea-hypopnea index showed a correlation with ESS score. It suggests that EDS could develop and be aggravated by sleep fragmentation occurring from OSAS.         성대 낭종 내부에 발생한 후두 편평세포암종

        More than half of patients presenting with hoarseness show benign vocal cord changes. However, in rare cases with benign mucosal lesions, it can be diagnosed as a malignant disease after histopathological examination. A 53-year-old man with a 30-pack-year smoking history was admitted for the evaluation of hoarseness, and using a laryngoscope, an enclosed, sac-like cystic lesion was detected on the midpoint of the right true vocal cord. The cystic lesion was deemed to be an intracordal cyst and treated with laryngeal microsurgery. However, pathological findings showed squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx arising in the intracordal cyst, which is exceptionally rare. Therefore, even if a benign lesion is initially suspected, a biopsy must be performed on a patient with smoking history to confirm the diagnosis. In conclusion, we report a case of squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx arising in the intracordal cyst.

      • IS 조직의 직무스트레스에 관한 연구

        The IS(information systems) organization is a stressful organization. However, there is little theoretical or empirical research on the effects of job stress on IS organization. A major reason is because IS organization and researchers are unaware of the consequences of job stress and unfamiliar with the job stress literature. The purpose of this paper is to propose a theoretical framework of job stress on IS organization. Based on a review of the IS, psychology, and general management literature,12 job stress models are identified. These stress models are analyzed along the two dimensions of focus and theoretical foundation. The analysis shows that most of the job stress models consider stress to be the consequence of the interaction between an environmental stimulus and the idiosyncratic response of the individual. Further analysis of these models suggests that nine key points are critical in developing a theoretical framework of jon stress on IS organization. A mapping of how the existing stress models incorporate the nine key points is also presented. The findings of this paper can provide a theoretical basis for further research on the job stress of IS organization. Finally, an agenda for further research into this issue is presented.

        직무 임베디드니스가 조직시민행동과 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This paper aims to examine the main factors of the job embeddedness on organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. To accomplish these purposes, the main factors of the job embeddedness such as fit, linkage, and sacrifice were found from the previous studies. The questionaries of 250 were distributed to the employees working at the Gumi Industrial Complex. The questionaries of 220 were obtained and 204 were analyzed through frequencies, correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study are as follows; First, we conducted exploratory factor analysis for three constructs (fit, linkage, and sacrifice) using oblique rotation method that did not assume independence among the factors and main factors of job embeddedness were grouped together by three factors. Second, it is shown that three main factors of job embeddedness have a positive influence on the organizational citizenship behavior and job performance (p<0.05). This study, however, have limitations of number of sample and survey area. The future study should consider these limitations in improving model applicability in practice.

        리더십 유형과 직무태도간에의 관계에 관한 연구 : 조직지원 조절효과를 중심으로

        This study aims to examine the relationship between job attitude and leadership style perceived by employees in a hospital. This study has two purposes; 1) to investigate the relationship between leadership styles and job attitudes[Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention], 2) to verify the moderate effect of organizational support on the relationship between leadership style and job attitude. We examined the effect of critical leadership styles on the job attitude of employees in hospital organization. Hypotheses on four factors were tested for 7 hospitals. In order to test these hypotheses, survey questionnaires were sent to employees of hospital organization in Gyungbuk. As a result, the 185 available data were collected. Correlation analysis and regression had been performed and the results supported hypotheses. The results indicated that it was significant difference between each leadership style and job attitude. Also, organizational support was found to be positively moderated on job attitude.
