This study examines the insulation coating technology of Fe–Si–Cr powder via selective oxidation annealing, which oxidizeselements selectively by controlling the oxidation potential. The study calculated the oxidation driving force of Fe, Si, andCr, and conducted a thermodynamic analysis of oxidation and reduction conditions according to temperature and oxidationpotential. Based on the results, a selective oxidation annealing was performed in an atmosphere in which Fe is reduced andonly Si and Cr are selectively oxidized. The oxidation potential was controlled through the partial pressure ratio of hydrogenand water vapor. The XPS analysis results confirmed that a Si and Cr complex oxide layer formed on the powder surfaceafter the selective oxidation annealing. Afterward, withstanding voltages were analyzed to evaluate the insulation property. Then, the withstanding voltage of the powder applying the selective oxidation annealing increased significantly comparedto that of the initial powder. Further analysis showed that the powder annealed in an air atmosphere had a significantly lowersaturation magnetic flux density than the initial powder, while the powder applying the selective oxidation annealing hadonly a slightly reduced saturation magnetic flux density.

국립공원은 주로 산악 지형 내 조성되어 있으므로 산사태에 의한 피해 가능성을 항상 내포하고 있다. 본 연구는 산사태 연구의 일환으로 국립공원 탐방로 내 위험 급경사지를 체계적으로 유지관리하기 위한 방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 국립공원에 특화된 자체 체크리스트를 제작하였으며, 전국 19개 국립공원 183개소 급경사지에 대한 실태조사가 이루어졌다. 실태조사의 최종 목적은 위험 급경사지에 대한 안정화 대책을 마련하는 것으로 현장조사와 안정해석의 과정을 거친다. 일부 급경사지에서는 위험성 판단을 위해 지상라이다 등 특수 장비를 이용한 조사를 시도하였다. 중장기 정비계획을 위한 투자우선순위 공식을 개발하였으며, 현장자료를 이용한 순위 및 위험등급을 산출하였다. 최종적으로 위험 급경사지의 향후 체계적인 관리를 위해 “국립공원 급경사지 유지관리시스템”을 개발하였으며, 모든 현장자료들은 시스템 내 DB화 되었다. National parks, which are located mainly in mountainous areas, are always at risk of damage by landslides. The goal of this study is to establish a method for systematically maintaining hazardous steep slopes along trails in national parks. We produced a checklist suitable for each of the 19 national parks nationwide and investigated 183 slopes. The aim of these investigations is to recommend appropriate slope-stability countermeasures, including field investigations and stability analysis. We made preliminary investigations at specific sites, evaluating the slope hazard using specialized equipment such as terrestrial LiDAR. An investment priority formula was developed, and ranking and hazardous grades were calculated as part of a long-term maintenance plan. Finally, to systematically manage dangerous slopes and to house all the field data within one system, we developed the “Slope Maintenance System in National Parks” based on web server that can show various information for slopes.

In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

The purpose of this study is to investigate tendencies on land use in the housing site development district by grasping the characteristics of changes of building use at the borders of single-detached housing area for planning single-detached housing area in the future. It is divided the borders of detached housing areas into three types, educational facility, parks and green spaces, and apartment complex, and then analyzed the characteristics of each location after a field study. It is summarized as follows. First, there were stationery and flour-based meal stores in adjacent borders near educational facilities, suitable for students' interest and motion patterns, and it is required to consider about frequent children's action in the street. Second, there are many facilities for park users and residents, such as educational institutes and restaurants in adjacent to borders near parks. In borders neighboring buffer green belt areas, warehouses and vacant sites were mainly distributed. And the revitalization of streets was lower than others, because a road was used as a parking space. Third, there were realty dealers, food stores, and laundries which provide the dwellers with service in adjacent borders near multi-family housing.

The objective of this study is to investigate life and fatigue crack propagation in the Reduced Activation Ferritic steel(RAFs) JLF-1. Crack growth rate tests on compact tension specimen of thickness 12mm were conducted by using sinusoidal waveform. Compact tension specimens were used and crack growth rate da/dN and stress intensity factor range ΔK were analyzed concerning to the R value of 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 In order to find out the value of ΔK, load amplitude constant method was applied by the standard fatigue testing method describes in ASTM E647-95a. The effects of stress ratio and specimen size on the fatigue crack growth propagation for JLF-1 steel were discussed within the Paris law. As the result of this study, fatigue crack growth rate increased with in creasing the load ratio, Consequently, fatigue crack propagation of half size specimen was similar to those of full size specimen at room temperature. Also, there was no difference between base metal and weld metal at room temperature and high temperature.(400℃)

This study is to research into patterns that have changed about sexual knowledge, sexual consciousness, end sexual problems and to provide data related to sexual difficulties of collegians. In the present study, subjects were Andong National Collegians in 1980, and Andong Teachers' Collegians in 1973. The results of the survey are as follows; 1. The matters related to sex didn't show up seriously, so the consistent sexual education through mass media (radio, T.V etc) will be very useful. 2. As the subjects were subjected to influence on the traditions of Confucianism, if social environment became better, the collegians sexual consciousness would be improved. 3. The primary difficulties of collegians, sexual problems were that they can't work well due to thinking of the opposite sex, and don't know how to interact with the opposite sex.

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of dietary consistency on mandibular growth of rats when they were fed with a soft diet and a hard diet. The experimental animals were Sprague-Dawley male rats of four weeks of age. The experimental animals were sacrificed after 2 weeks and 5 weeks. The growth changes of rat mandible was observed histologically and biometrically. The findings might be summarized as follow. 1. There was no statistically significant difference in weight change between the soft diet group and the hard diet group for the experimental period. 2. Histologically, the condylar cartilage layer of the hard diet group was greater than that of the soft diet group, and this phenomenon was pronounced in 5 week groups. 3. After 2 weeks, the length of the mandible (MF-AP, MF-PN, MF-CD, MF-PN, ME-CD, MF'-CD', IT'-CD) and the height of the mandible(CD-CD') of the hard diet group were slightly greater than those of soft diet group, but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). 4. After 5 weeks, the length of the mandible(MF-AP, MF-PN, MF-CD, MF-PN, ME-CD, MF'-CD') and the height of the mandible(CD-CD') of the hard diet group were significantly greater than those of the soft diet group(P<0.05).
