        하지 분절 각도에 따른 수의 등척성 수축(MVIC)시 근전도 비교

The purpose of this study was to quantify the maximum EMG levels and determine if there are differences in these EMG levels with respect to different knee flexion angles. Eight university students with no known musculoskeletal disorders were recruited as the participants. The maximum voluntary isometric knee extensions and flexions were taken from each participant sat on the isokinetic exercise machine (Cybex 340) at five different knee flexion angles (10?30?50?70? 90?. After surface electrodes were attached to rectus femoris, vastus medialis, vastus laterlis, biceps femoris, and semitendinosus, maximum EMG levels at five different knee flexion angles were measured. The results showed that there was no significant difference in maximum EMG levels among five different knee flexion angles. Although there was no significant difference in EMG levels and were some variations among different knee flexion angles, the EMG signals of quadriceps in extension and biceps femoris in flexion were the greatest at 30? It seems that different joint angles or relative locations of body segments might affect the magnitude of EMG levels. Because the maximum EMG levels could change with a different knee flexion angle, an attempt should be made to more accurately measure these values. If then, %MVIC measure provides more reliable data and is most appropriate for EMG normalization.

      • 빌트인 모터를 이용한 2축 제어 미세 가공기 개발

        This paper describes development of low cost precision machine that has combined the Build-in Motor with a vacuum chuck. This study mainly aims to find out a cutting condition for maintaining optimum surface condition and to examine cutting characteristics of the precision machine that is equipped by diamond bites. The cutting materials is Al alloy. Several experiments were carried out to find out the main factors that affect the surface roughness such as principal axis RPM(rotation per minute), feeding speed, and cutting depth. As a result, we obtain The optimum cutting condition of the developed precision machine.

      • 전자선 증착장치 및 ITO 박막의 제작과 그 특성에 관한 연구

        태양 전지의 제작시 투명 전극막으로 쓰이는 ITO 박막을 제조하기 위하여 cathode 접지 방식의 전자총을 가진 정전 편향 집속형의 전자선 증착 장치를 제작하였다. 가속전압이 0∼15kV, 필라멘트 전류가 0∼28A, 두 전극판 사이의 간격이 11mm, anode와 deflector 사이의 간격이 30mm인 최적 실험조건하에서 생성된 전자선 spot의 크기는 길이가 20mm 폭이 1mm였으며, 전자선의 출력은 약 400W였다. 이 전자선 증착 장치를 이용하여 1600℃까지의 증발 온도를 가진 도체와 절연체 등을 쉽게 증착시킬 수 있었으며, 만드어진 ITO 박막은 약 5000Å의 두께에서 10^-1∼10^-2Ω·㎝의 비저항과 95%의 광투과율을 갖는다. An electron beam evaporator with a cathode grounded type electron gun was designed and constructed in order to deposit ITO thin films for photovoltaic applications. The optimum condition was observed with electode spacing of 11mm, 30mm between anode and deflector, a cathode inner diameter of 3mm and an anode inner diameter of 5mm. As the accelerating voltage varies from 0 to 15kV and ghe filament current from 0 to 28 A, the minimum electron beam spot has a 20mm length, and 1mm width and the output power ranges from 0 to 400W under the above optimum conditions. We can deposit materials whose evaporation temperature is over 1600℃ using this evaporator. And as a result ITO thin film showed a low resistivity of 10^-1∼10^-2Ω·㎝ and the transmittance of 95%.

        The round-trip losses of CO_2 laser wavelength in a hollow rectangular dielectric waveguide with external spherical mirrors are calculated. The propagative attenuations of some higher order modes with different polarization are analyzed as well as EH_11 fundamental mode. Computations of the losses in coupling radiation of various modes from the guide into free space and back into the guide, as a function of mirror curvature and position, are also presented. The overall return losses of various modes are the sum of the two kinds of losses.

        One of multienzyme complexes involved in oxidative decarboxylation of 2-oxo acids, pyruvate dehydrogenase complex(PDHC) has an important role in cellular energy metabolism. PDHC was isolated from bovine kidney and the anti PDHC anti sera was raised in rabbit. The antisera were inmunoreacted with all the subunits(E2, E3, protein-X, Ela and E1β ) of PDHC. An attempt is being made to identify PDHC subunits serologically in human leukocyte using the anti-PDHC antisera.

        Antiadhesive effect and safety of oxidized regenerated cellulose after thyroidectomy

        Purpose: To evaluate the antiadhesive effects and safety of an oxidized regenerated cellulose (Interceed) after thyroidectomy. Methods: Seventy-six thyroidectomized patients were prospectively randomized into two groups with regard to the use of Interceed. We evaluated each group for their adhesive symptoms using four subjective and four objective items at the 2nd week, 3rd and 6th month after thyroidectomy. All patients were examined for vocal cord motility by indirect laryngoscope at each period. Results: Total adhesion scores at each postoperative follow-up period decreased with time, but were not significantly different in each group. The median score for swallowing discomfort for liquid was significantly lower in the Interceed group than in the control group 2 weeks after surgery. In addition, the severity of skin adhesion to the trachea was reduced in the Interceed group compared with the control group 6 months after surgery. During the study, there were no adverse effects or significant differences in postoperative complications between the groups. Conclusion: Interceed appeared to be safe and effective in improving neck discomfort at early postoperative periods and preventing skin adhesion to the trachea 6 months after thyroidectomy.

        Effects of particle size and content of tin powder on the properties of iron-tin sintered alloy for porous bearing were investigated in comparison with those of iron powder compact. The results obtained are as follows; 1) The effect of particle size of tin powder : When the particle size becomes finer, the compact shrinks a little and pore-structure becomes finer and then, the strength increases considerably. 2) The effect of tin powder content : When content of tin powder increases, the compact expands a little and also the pore-structure grows a little. But the strength decreases especially with increasing of the tin content above 1.5wt&. Therefore, it is desirable that the particle size is -350mesh and the content is about 1.0wt%.

        Simulated resin root canal에서 엔진 구동형 Ni-Ti 파일로 근관성형 후 Buchanan plugger의 근관 내 삽입깊이에 대한 비교 연구

        본 연구는 레진 블록에서 엔진구동형 Ni-Ti 기구를 이용하여 근관성형 후 Buchanan plugger의 삽입 깊이에 대한 비교를 통해 임상적 상황에서 Ni-Ti 파일로 근관 성형 후 Continuous wave of condensation technique을 이용한 근관 충전시 적절한 크기의 Buchanan plugger 선택에 지침을 제공하기 위해 시행되었다. 만곡근관과 직선근관을 가진 레진 블록에서 ProTaper와 ProFile을 이용하여 근관 성형을 하였다. 성형 후 근관에 Buchanan plugger 가 근관벽과 처음으로 접촉하는 부위까지 삽입한 후 그 상태에서 스태너를 이용하여 이미지를 얻었다. 이미지 분석 프로그램을 이용해 근첨에서 plugger 첨부까지의 거리를 얻었다. 각 기구에 대한 plugger 삽입깊이에 대한 유의성을 검정하기 위해 one-way ANOVA를 시행하였고, 사후검정을 위해 Scheffe's test를 시행하였다. 본 연구의 결과 만곡되고 좁읍 근관에서, ProTaper F2와 F3로 마무리 성형한 근관에서 F. FM 크기의 plugger를 사용할 경우 Continuous wave of condensation technique으로 적절한 근관충전이 가능함을 시사하였다. This study was conducted to evaluate the insertion depth of Buchanan plugger after shaping by various Ni-Ti rotary files. It was conducted to determine which size of plugger are appropriate, when root canals are shaped with Ni-Ti rotary files and obturated by Continuous wave of condensation technique. Two type of eighty simulated resin blocks were used : J-shaped and straight shaped canal. The simulated canals were instrumented by ProTaper and ProFile. Buchanan pluggers were inserted into the canal, and then the image was recorded to scanner. The distance from the apex of the canal to the plugger tip was measured by image analysis program. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Scheffe's test. The results were as follows 1. In straight canal finished up to ProTaper F2 and F3 file, F and FM pluggers were inserted more than 5 ㎜ short of working length. 2. In J-shaped canal finished up to ProTaper F2 file, F pluggers were inserted more than 5 ㎜ short of working length. Finished up to ProTaper F3 file, F and FM pluggers were inserted more than 5 ㎜ short of working length. 3. In straight and J-shaped canal finished up to ProFile . 06/#20 and ,06/#25, any of Buchanan plugger could not be inserted more than 5 ㎜ short of working lenghth. These results suggest that canals shaped by ProTaper could be obturated by Continuous wave of condensation technique with F and FM size Buchanan plugger.

      • 柔道 選手의 잡기와 握力에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the special quality of grip strength in Judo Player. In order to clearly the special quality of grip strength in Judo player. Active and passive grip strength in some grip styles were measured by the experimental measuring device. Subjects were 99 men who belonged to six kinds of athletic club of Kyung Hee University and Korea National college of physical Education. The results are summarized as follows. 1) Passive grip strength of “grip-sports group”including Judo player was more powerful than one of “non-grip-sports group”. 2) Passive grip strength of “grip-sports group”including Judo player was exhibited by little finger side as the main strength. 3) Passive grip strength without a little finger of Judo player got extremely weak by comparison with using five fingers. 4) As the result of the above, the special quality of grip strength in Judo player was inferred that strength was exhibited by little finger side as the main strength.
