Abstract The effect of the film stress on the thermal stability of TiSi, films under the dielectric overcoat was investigated. TiS$i_2$ films with the sheet resistance of 1.2 ohm/sq. were produced by a solid-state reaction between sputtered Ti film and single-crystalline Si in an RTA (rapid thermal anneal) machine. Dielectric overcoats such as the USG (Undoped Silicate Glass, Si$O_2$) film and the PE-SiN(S$i_3$$N_4$) film were deposited by AP-CVD and PE-CVD, respectively, on the TiS$i_2$ film. The thermal stability of the TiSi, film was evaluated by changes in the sheet resistance, film stress and microstructure after furnace anneals at 90$0^{\circ}C$. Agglomeration of the TiSi2 film high temperatures results in the increase of sheet resistance and the decrease of tensile stress of TiSi, film. The stress level of the TiSi" PE-SiN and ~SG films at 90$0^{\circ}C$C was 1.3${\times}{10^{9}}$, 1.25 ${\times}{10^{10}}$, 2.26 ${\times}{10^{10}}$ dyne/c$m^2$ in tensile, respectively. Dielectric films deposited by CVD on TiSi, was effective on preventing agglomeration of TiSi,. The PE-SiN film mproved the thermal stability of TiSi, more effectively than the AP-CVD USG film. It is considered that agglomeration of the TiS$i_2$ film under the stress of dielectric overcoat at high temperature can be caused by a diffusional flow of atom called Nabarro-Herring microcreep.reep.

청각장애 교육대상의 정의와 분류체제는 청각장애인에 대한 이해의 정도에 따라 바뀌어 왔으며, 학문적 입장에 따라서도 달라져 있다. 청각장애에 대한 이해가 부족한 시기에는 '청각장애'(hearing impairment)라는 용어 대신에 모든 청각장애를 통칭하는 '농아'(聾啞 : deaf and dumb : deaf-mute)라는 말이 사용되었다. 고전적인 기록에서 뿐만 아니라 20세기 초반까지만 해도 농(deaf)이라는 용어는 흔히 비난의 의미를 함께 가지고 사용되었다. 농아자(deaf and dumb)와 같은 말투속에서는 농인을 업신여기고 조롱하는 듯한 의미가 포함되어 있었으며, 명사 또는 형용사로 사용된 농아(deaf-mute)라는 용어는 청각장애인을 이중의 결함을 가진 사람으로 인식하게 하였다. 그래서 선천농인은 당연히 지적인 결함도 함께 가진자로 인식되었다.(perier, 1987)
Thyristor 制御 Condenser Motor의 運轉特性改善에 對한 考察

The small size, high reliablity and relatively efficient thyristor may very well dominated the present day for controlling DC or AC small and medeium size motor. However, it has many papers about the characteristics of speed-torque and input current, according to where any position of main circuit with condenser or thyristor as conpared on the characteristics, under the condition with satification to be balanced driving related to phase angle-speed. Due to turn on and off in action using thyristor harmonics ripple should be generated and has increased copper loss gradually. In order to reducing harmonies copper loss and to be increased high degree of efficiency in good, condition driving, Make it rule to do, it must be connected that the system of feed-back. In this paper I tried to research for control-method of the condenser motor drive with the system of feed-back and how to reducing minimized the harmonics copper loss, by means of calculating the proper value of capacitance and secondary resistance required to driving stabilitely. We has obtained experimental results are as follows ; 1). We should have calculating value of capacitance of three times or four times as much than vague of rating speed on driving, driving-speed are varied between low and high region, and so harmonics copper loss has reduced and get elevated high degree of efficiency, 2). Turn into value of secondary resistance has indetical value at rating speed of motor driving, and harmonics copper loss has reduced.
Thyristor 點弧 Gate 回路의 Switching 特性 改善에 關한 考察

This paper is a study of the switching characteristics with regard to the single-delay pulse firing circuit. The results are following as; 1) We can easily practice the pulse phase control into a resided width in the single-delay pulse firing circuit by using UIT. 2) The peak-voltage control of the single pulse is simp1e by adjusting the resistor RT and the capacitor CT. 3) We can obtain the firing pulse that the stability and the reliability is improved by appling the single pulse firing circuit mentioned. 4) We found that the single pulse firing circuit has operated in firing of thyristor without error would occurred in the multipulse. Also we can see the variance ratio of the load current to be improved.

1981년부터 1989년까지 9년간 경북대학교 병원 외과에서 소아의 회음부 손상환자 15예의 회음부 감염증 빈도를 손상원인 및 유형, 내원시 출혈성 쇼크여부, 타장기 손상 동반여부, 결장 조루술 시행 및 시행시기, 하부 결장 세척여부에 따라 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 손상의 원인은 교통사고 10예, 관통상 4예, 화학약품에 의한 손상 1예 였다. 동반된 타장기 손상은 둔상에서는 항문 및 괄약근 손상, 골반골 골절, 신경손상, 동맥파열 순이었으며, 관통상에서는 직장천공, 항문 및 괄약근 열상, 방광요로 손상 순이었다. 회음부감염증의 빈도는 둔상의 70%, 관통상의 50%, 상부결장 조루술 시행군의 63%, 결장조루술을 시행하지 않은 군의 50%, 결장조루술을 6시간 이내 시행한 군의 50%, 6시간이후 시행한 군의 83%, 하부직장세척을 시행한군의 50%, 시행치 않은 군의 71%, 골반골절절 Chapman Ⅰ형 100%, Ⅱ형 0%, Ⅲ형 75%였으며 이로 인한 전신적패혈증은 2예에서 수반되었으나 사망예는 없었다. 직장손상시 감염성 합병증의 위험인자로 알려진 출혈성 쇼크유무, 상부 결장 조루술 시행 여부 및 시행시기, 하부 결장 세척등은 복합적 외상을 동반한 회음부 둔상에서는 직장손상에서와 일치하지는 않았고, 손상의 유형은 교통사고에 의한 둔상, 골반골 골절을 동반한 회음부 손상에서 높은 회음부 감염증 빈도를 보였다. 이상의 결과로 둔상에 의한 골반골 골절 및 회음부 개방성 창상시에는 수상초기 후복막 출혈의 지혈을 위해 Pneumatic Atishock Garment, 골반골 외부고정, 동맥조영술을 통한 출혈동맥의 선택적 지혈등 적극적 방법이 필요하다고 생각되며 회음부감염증의 빈도는 관통상, 조기 결장조루술 시행군과 하부결장세척을 시행한 군에서 낮았으며 이보다 더욱 중요한 것은 손상정도와 타장기 동반손상유무라 생각된다. Deep perineal inlury is associated with significant physical and emotional morbidity in children. Two main causes of death after deep perinal injury were known as initial massive hemorrhage and later sepsis. Providing that the fatal septic complication can be initiated as perikneal infection, that can be reduced in their incidences by preventing perineal sepsis. Author analyzed the incidences of perineal sepsis for 15 children patients with perineal injury (10 blunt, 4 penetrating, and 1 chemical injury) who had been succesfully resuscitated from initial hemorrhage or other organ injuries. The incidences of perineal infection was 70% in blunt injury vs 50% in penetrating injury, 63% in colostomy done group vs 50% in colostomy not done group, 50% in DCW^* done group vs 71% in DCW not done group, 100% in type Ⅰ pelvic bone fracture vs 75% in type Ⅲ. Perineal infection appears to be more frequently associated with blunt type injury, and DCW not done group but it is more closely correlated with the extent of the pelviperinal injury.

The application of satellite remote sensing, which is developed in U.S.A. and France since 1960, is being increased by virtue of newly developed sensing and analysis technologies including communications, the protection of environment, program for land development, agriculture, water surface temperature, atmospheric process, land use mapping, geology, ocean circulation, climate and so on. Many countries are receiving the satellite remote sensing data directly and are analysing the data, even though it is costly. So far the korean user community should have purchased the data from foreign countries, because there is no direct receiving station in Korea. Therefore it is very desirable to study on the construction and operational technology of the direct receiving station.
