        인코히어런트 삼각 홀로그래피의 해상도 분석에 관한 연구

        변형 삼각간섭계에 있어서 기록과 복원 시스템을 고려한 PSF를 구하였다. 그리고 변형 삼각간섭계와 Cochran 삼각간섭계의 해상도를 유도하였으며, 렌즈의 배율, 복원시에 사용되는 레이저의 파장, 그리고 홀로그램의 크기에 따른 두 시스템의 해상도를 구하고 분석하였다. 또한, 인코히어런트 홀로그래피의 가능성을 입증하기 위하여 수은등을 이용한 인코히어런트 홀로그램의 생성과 이를 이용한 광학적 복원 결과가 제시되었다. We found the point-spread function (PSF) including the recording and reconstruction systems of the modified triangular interferometer. We also derived the resolutions of the modified and Cochran's triangular interferometers, then the resolutions of both systems for amplification factor, wavelength, and hologram size were found and analyzed. Also, to demonstrate the feasibility of incoherent holography, the formation of an incoherent hologram using a mercury lamp and its optical reconstruction were presented.

      • LCD에서 움직이는 창을 이용한 각다중화 홀로그래픽 메모리 시스템

        본 논문에서는 LCB 공간광변조기의 화소를 전자적으로 제어함으로써 LCD에서 빛을 통과시키는 창을 만들고, 이러한 창을 전자적으로 상하 좌우로 이동시킴으로써 홀로그램을 고밀도로 각다중화할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. “10×10”의 화소를 창의 기본크기로 사용할 경우 1,536개의 어드레스를 만들 수 있고, “2×2”의 화소를 창의 기본크기로 사용하여 총 38,400개의 어드레스를 만들 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법의 유효성을 입증하기 위해, 30개의 어드레스를 이용하여 영상을 기록하고 복원하였다. By controlling the pixel of a LCD spatial light modulator electronically, we made a real-time moving window passing through the light on a LCD spatial light modulator. By using this LCD moving window, we suggested an angular multiplexed holographic memory system and in case of windows of 10$\times$10 pixels and 2$\times$2 pixels the total numbers of address are 1,536 and 38,400, respectively. To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method, we recorded and reconstructed 30 images by 30 input addresses.

        인코히어런트 삼각 홀로그래피의 구현과 복소홀로그램의 수치적 복원

        본 논문에서는 변형된 삼각 간섭계를 이용하여 인코히어런트(incoherent) 홀로그래피의 근본적인 문제인 바이어스와 공액영상을 제거할 수 있다는 것을 실험과 수치복원을 통해 입증하였다. 기존의 삼각 간섭계에 간단한 수동소자를 추가하여 구성된 변형된 삼각 간섭계의 출력면쪽에 위치한 wave plates를 이용하여, 변형된 삼각 간섭계내에서 시계방향과 반시계방향으로 진행하는 두 빛의 상대적인 위상차를 조절함으로써 4가지의 빛의 세기를 얻고, 이를 이용하여 바이어스와 공액영상이 제거된 복소홀로그램을 얻었다. 또한 이를 수치적으로 복원한 결과와 기존의 삼각 간섭계를 이용하여 얻은 홀로그램을 수치적으로 복원한 결과를 비교분석함으로써, 변형된 삼각 간섭계를 이용하여 바이어스와 공액영상이 제거되는 것을 실험적으로 증명하였다. In this paper, we demonstrated, through experiment and numerical reconstruction, that the bias and the conjugate image, which are main drawbacks in incoherent holography, can be removed. By using wave plates of the modified triangular interferometer, which was made by adding simple passive devices to the conventional triangular interferometer, we adjusted the relative phase differences of two optical waves traveling in clockwise and counterclockwise. In this way, we obtained four intensity patterns, and then by manipulating the four intensity patterns electronically we obtained the complex hologram without bias and the conjugate image. Comparing numerical reconstruction results of the complex hologram with numerical reconstruction results of the hologram obtained from the conventional triangular interferometer, we demonstrated that bias and the conjugate image can be removed using the modified triangular interferometer.

        관혈적 정복에 의한 관절내 종골 골절의 치료

        Intra-articular fractures involving the posterior facet of the subtalar joint are associated with signifieant and prolonged disability. But, the treatment of choice for displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures remains controversial. We treated 30 displaced infra-articular fractures of the calcaneus by open reduction and internal fixation through the lateral approach with aulogenous hone graft at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Choong-ang Gil and Dong Inchon Gil General Hospital from January l990 to October l994. The clinical and radiographic analyses were a follows. l. Of 26 patients, 20 patients were male and 6 palients were female. 2. The main cause fractures of calcaneus was a foll from a height in 23 cases(88%) and most of associatcd fractures were spine inljury in 6 patients. 3. Fracture was classified according to Essex-Lopresti classification. I 3 cases were tongue type, 17 cases were joint depression type. 4. All Open reduction and internal fixation through the lateri approach with hone graft was performed in joint. depression type and tongue type. 5. The preoperative averuge Bohler's angle was -5° . The postoperative avereage Bahler's angle was -24°, Which was increaised signifiicantly. 6. Complications were 12 cases: included heel pad pain in 8 cases, osteomyelitis and superficial wound infection in 2 cases, lransient sensory hypesthesin on the lateral side of the fool in 2 cases. 7. Based on assessement of Salama, the results were excellent in 5 cases, good in 17cases, fair in 6 cases, poor in 2 cases.

      • The effects of Using Thermoplastic Mask in head and Neck Radiotherapy

        Purpose: Perforated thermoplastic masks are widely used in radiotherapy(RT) of head and neck malignancies. But consequently low-density materials may be introduced in high-energy photon beams and cause the increase in skin dose. The purpose of this study was to measure the skin dose when thermoplastic mask are present in the beam for patient immobilization, as well as to estimate the radiobiological damage of normal and critical organs. Methods: Dosimetric studies were conducted to investigate the possible causes of the skin reactions, such as the bolus effect of the thermoplastic mask, the use of conventional opposed-lateral fields and CT examination for RT plan. The effect of mask on 6 MV photon beams was described in terms of thermo-luminescent dosimeter (TLD) in anthropomorphic phantom. In each measurement, 12 TLD dosimeters were placed at the lateral and medial surfaces of the head and neck of the phantom. The skin doses were measured with and without mask on the head of the phantom. Results: The skin doses with the mask were consistently higher than those without mask in radiotherapy treatment with opposed fields. The average dose increase was about 12% owing to the bolus effect of the mask. The skin dose of normal and critical organ was around 10% and 16% of target organ's value respectively. One CT scan contributed to add an increase in skin dose by about 7 cGy . Conclusion: Radiobiological consequences of introducing thermoplastic mask into the high-energy photon beams were evaluated based on the measured surface doses. Using thermoplastic fixation and high-energy photons of 6 MV increase the dose to the skin considerably. But the effects of CT for RT plans could be negligible. A skin dose measurement of normal and critical organ shows that the conventional RT treatment technique couldn't protect them enough from radiation. In an effort to provide optimal treatment of superficial tumors with high photon beam, however, a compromise should be drawn between beam heterogeneity and the potential immobilization loss caused by cutting beam portals out of the mask in certain clinical situations.
