        This study was carried out to investigate the influence of the dampness of concrete floor in storeroom on the quality of packed flue-cured leaf tobacco with corrugated causes for aging. The results were summarized as follows. The moisture and relative humidity conditions at the 15cm height from the concrete floor were 2.2℃ lower and 16% RH higher than those at the 300 cm height in the storeroom. Due to loading position, no significant changes in moisture content of leaf tobacco in the third layer was found. However, in the first layer, 2.4% of increase in moisture content was found. In the case of the layer, the circumference of corrugated casses was increased more largely than in the middle. During aging, the nicotine and total sugar content and pH value in leaf tobacco were decreased. Due to loading position, the pH, nicotine and total sugar content of leaf tobacco in the first layer were decreased significantly than those in the third layer. After aging, the degree of the lightness(L) and the yellowness(b) of leaf tobacco in the first layer were dropped by 3.2 and 2.5, respectively. However, the degree of the redness(a) was Increased by 0.63. Mold was occured in the leaf tobacco at the low part of the first layer.

      • 어린이 김치 표준화에 대한 연구(1) : 어린이 김치의 담금법 개발 Development of the Preparation of Kimchi for the Children

        The purpose of this study is reporting the results of first trial for the standardization of children's kimchi in terms of brining standardization, development for the recipe ad pannel test for the children's kimchi. In order to develop the standard recipe for children's kimchi, our research team have visited kimchi factories, temples and houses located in Pusan and Kyung-Sang Nam Do province. Three kinds of chinese cabbage kimchi (hamyang, haeundae, and jinrae kimchi named by region where we collected) which got the top three highest score in panel testing was selected. The original recipes of these kimchi were sightly modified to prepared the kimchi at laboratory. Among three of them, hamyang kimchi which contained dried anchovy power was selected as a model kimchi for development of the children's kimchi recipe. We find out that the optimal salt concentration of brined cabbage and kimchi for the children's kimchi (sliced style kimchi, approximately 2.5X3cm a piece) that showed the hightest pennel score were approximately 1.5% and 2.0%, respectively. The salt concentration of brined cabbage became 1.5, 1.43, and 1.60% after 60 min at 10% brining solution, 45 min at 12% and 30 min at 15%, respectively. The developed recipe used for the children's kimchi at our team is as follows. The major ingredients used for the preparation of kimchi is brined sliced chinese cabbage (salt concentration is 1.5%) 1kg galic 11g, ginger 5.0g, red pepper powder 20.0g, fermented anchovy juice 25.0g, fermented shrimp juice 5.0g dried anchovy and sea weed extracts 30.0g, anchovy power 2.4g glutinious rice gel 40.0g, starch syrup, 10.0g, and apple juice 22.5g. The total acceptability test of developed children's kimchi (test kimchi) was carried out with 84 of 6th grade student during lunch time at elementary school in Pusan where has a school lunch program. Sixty nine percent of student answered test kimchi is very good, 25% of them said it is fair, and only 6% of students answered they didn't like test kimchil. However, for the kimchi supplied from school at lunch, 52% students answered the kimchi is good, 26% of them said it is fair, and 22% of them said they don't like school supplied kimchi. This result tells us that the test kimchi is better than school supplied kimchi and the test kimchi can be developed further as a children's kimchi.

        환경, 전략 및 조직특성의 변화와 벤처기업의 성과변화 : A Longitudinal Analysis

        본 연구의 목적은 IMF 경제위기를 전투한 벤체기업의 환경, 전략 및 조직특성의 변화와 성과변화간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위채 연구자들은 기존 연구를 토대로 연구모형과 가설을 개발했다. 그리고 가검증을 위해 IMF를 전후한 두 기간(1994년-7995년과 1997년-1999년)에 걸쳐 74개 벤처기업을 대상으로 종단적 자료를 수집했다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 연구자들은 벤처기업의 환경, 전략 및 조직특성의 변화와 성과변화 유형간의 관계를 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 분석했다. 그 벨과 연구자들은 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 벤처기업의 성과변화에는 원가 및 기술에 있어서 유리하게 전개된 환경적 변화가 중요한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 벤처기업의 성과변화에는 원가우위, 마케팅차별화, 그리고 외부자원활용 전략의 변화가 중요한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 벤처기업의 성과변화에는 조직특성에 있어서 계층화의 변화가 중요한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 연구자들은 본 연구가 가지는 몇 가지 이론적 및 실무적 시사점 도출할 수 있었다. This research purports to examine the relationship between changes in performance and changes concerning environmental, strategic and organizational aspects through a longitudinal study of Korean high-tech ventures before and after the IMF bailout programs. We developed a research model as well as a set of hypotheses by examining the previous studies. Longitudinal data were collected from 74 venture firms in two periods (1994-1996 and 1997-1999) to test the hypotheses. On the basis of collected data, we analysed how environmental, strategic and organizational factors are related to performance changes of ventures. The findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1) Performance changes of ventures were significantly related to favorable cost and technology transfer after the IMF-bailout program. 2) Performance changes of ventures were significantly related to strategies such as cost leadership, marketing differentiation, and external resource utilizing strategy. 3) Although the model 111 was low, it was shown that performance changes of ventures were related to organizational structure such as classification.

      • 플라이애쉬 콘크리트의 特性에 미치는 굵은 骨材 最大値數의 影響에 관한 實驗的 硏究

        In this study, the experiment was carried out to investigate and analyze the influence of coarse aggregate's maximum size and Fly Ash replacements ratio on the properties of concrete. The main experimental variables were water/cement ratio 45 and 65(%), maximum size of coarse aggregate 15, 25 and 40(mm), Fly Ash replacements ratio 0, 10, 20(%). According to the test results, the principal conclusions are summarized as follows. 1) The slump and flow of fresh concrete were found to be higher in the order of maximum size of coarse aggregate 15, 25 and 40(mm), also in the order of Fly Ash replacements ratio 0, 10, 20(%). 2) The compressive strength of hardened concrete were found to be lower in the order of maximum size of coarse aggregate 15, 25 and 40(mm). While, Fly Ash replacements ratio increases in age 7days, showed tendency that compressive strength increases together. but, age 28, 56(day) were showed opposite tendency.

      • Effect of Yeast Extract Added in Artificial Media on Mass Production of Aschersonia aleyrodis Conidium

        Entomopathogenic fungus Aschersonia aleyrodis naturally occurred on citrus whitefly, Dialeurodes citri nymph was often observed in organic citrus orchards, Jeju. The genus Aschersonia is also known to be toxic against scale insects and other pests. However, little is known about artificial media for mass production of spores of Aschersonia species. Grains are excellent sources of media for mass conidia production of various entomopathogenic fungi. The yeast extract, which converts carbohydrates to carbon dioxides and alcohols, contains a large amount of vitamin B complexes which facilitate the carbohydrate metabolism. The more yeast extract content the more conidia production on artificial medium made from commercial corn flour and corn gluten feed. The number of conidium produced on oat, millet, sorghum, and unhulled barley medium containing 1% yeast extract were 1.8, 1.8, 1.6, and 2.1×1010/plate (90mm × 15mm), respectively. However, the greatest yeast effect among four media showed appeared on sorghum medium, which produced 25 times higher spore production than sorghum alone. Furthermore, the conidia from solid sorghum medium could be easily harvested with cell scraper.

        본 논문에서는 중소 영세업자의 매장 관리를 위해 사용되고 있는 POS 프로그램을 부가적인 기기구입 없이 일반 가정용 컴퓨터를 통하여 사용 가능하게 개발함으로써, 경제적인 부담 없이 중소상인들에게 판매상품의 입출고는 물론 일별, 월별, 분기별, 년별 구매와 판매, 발주·입고 처리 등의 추세를 시각화된 그래프로 분석할 수 있는 전산화된 시스템을 활용하게 하여 손쉽게 양질의 판매 전략을 수립하여 매장 이익의 극대화를 추구하고, 매장에서 사용되는 다양한 상품을 용이하게 관리할 수 있는 여건을 마련해주는 시스템 개발을 목적으로 한다.
