        This study is an early flood warning system. The calculation method of drainage basin run-off in this study is a storage function method, the civil institute of Japan developed to associate with Kinematic wave. The conclusion of this study is same as following statements. An estimated hydrologic curve has been so similar to actual hydrologic curve. There are 3 Parameters in Storage function method, but this study is possible to estimate a run-off to use just two Parameters, k₁& k₂, so this model is more effective than Storage function method. I couldn't clearly confirm the effect of this model because of limited Discharge data but I consider this model is so useful in flood warning system. I think this flood warning system is going to be apply in case of small drainage basin, which has good discharge data after to calculate parameters k₁, k₂using this model.

      • 上水道의 配水管網解析에 관한 硏究 : 等値管法을 中心으로

        The methods which are used in the water supply and pipe network analysis nowadays would be effectively understood through the trial and error method. And there are a Hardy cross method and KY method among them. However, these methods take a much time to pipe network analysis in spite of using the computer program because pipe diameter is decided by the trial and error method. Facing this problem, programs are invented by using equivalent pipe method and compared and analysed KY method and ViPP method. The result are following. The result of comparing KY method, ViPP method and DiA program method is turned out to total similarly. In addition, this program's appliance is approved. And Water distribution area can be divided into a small area by apply Equivalent pipe method, so it consists of a pipe network more easily and saves time and work than KY method, ViPP method.

      • 하천의 사행 저수로 복원에 따른 수리학적 특성 분석

        By excessive energy caused by linearizing the existent of meandering low flow channel due to the progress of a water control project, the current river make a lot of problems. Therefore, this study draws any problems of current circumstances by analyzing the hydraulic characteristics according to the channel changes between before and now of the river improvement of the given basin, based on the concept of minimum stream power, the power by which a river forms its own river geometry. And in order to solve the problems, the stable channel drawin gwas laid out, based on the concepts of dominant discharge, regime theory, and dynamic equilibrium. The drawing of stable channel was divided into a linear stream channel that has trapezoid cross-section and slant surface and a meandering stream channel simplified by a triangle cross-section that has the transverse bed slope of topographical features caused by secondary flow. And water width, depth, and bed slope at the point where the minimum channel slope arises according to procedure of rationality by Chang, were determined as cross-section variables to generate a minimum stream power. By using SMS model, a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model that may reflect the characteristics of bend in the designed channel before and now of the river improvement, the researcher made calculation, comparison, and analysis of the velocity and stream power according to each measuring point. As a result of comparison between the channels before and now of the channel opening by applying 85cms, the 1.58-year-frequency discharge that used the concept of specified recurrence interval discharge among the concepts of dominant discharge, it was observed that velocity and stream power both represent the maximum values at the section of No.24~No.26 linearized after river improvement. And as a result of comparison between current channel and channels designed by theory, the velocity decreased at average 34%~37%. And in comparison between stream powers as well, there was a decrease rate of 80%~97%. It was observed that there was a decrease of maximum value at the section of No.24~No.26 that considered the meandering degree of topography proper to a river. It is judged that the findings drawn from this study may be conducive to the plan and design for restoring a river in the future and the maintenance and management as well. The researcher expects that more objective index could be developed through further application and analysis of various rivers.

        This paper describes the development of sputtered tungsten electrode for discharge tube by making use of Sputtering method using plasma. The Xe discharge tube was designed and fabricated by using sputtered tungsten electrode, and the ICCD(Intensified Charged Coupled Device) and monochromator were used in order to observe the discharge image distribution and to measure the signal intensity. As a result, the emission light form the electrode was spreaded almost uniformly over a wide wavelength band, and the discharge image distribution and the signal intensity show quite a uniform distribution. The emission light from the Xe discharge tube was peaked at 488[nm] and 648[nm].

      • 安城川의 流量變化에 따른 水質 汚染度

        Generally, as the fluid volume increases, the degree of contamination should decreases. However in the target area of this study which involves Anseong River, as the fluid volume increases from the draught vol., degree of contamination has increased also. The results of this study has been found as the following. 1) As the fluid vol., increases from low flow vol., average flow vol., self-purification capacity of the river increases and the degree of contamination shoud decrease. But as the fluid vol. increases, we see that the degree of contamination increases prapartionately and this is assumed to be due to NPS and the phenomenon of flatation of contamination sediments on the bottom of the river. 2) We are able to determine the flow in propotion to quality of load quantity through an anniversary of analysis revealed linear relationship. 3) Using an anniversary of analysis, we were able to predict seasonal amount of floating contaminants per fluid vol. 4) Using this result, we determined the amount of diluting agent (base on the 2nd. degree of water according to Environment preservation directive) to be increasing in linear relation to the fluid vol. of the river and seasonal changes would be expected to have a similar effect.

      • 연령에 따른 흰쥐 망막 속얼기층의 미세구조 변화

        이 실험은 연령에 따른 흰쥐 망막 속얼기층의 미세구조적 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 시행하였다. 실험동물로는 생후 3개월(어린 흰쥐), 12개월(젊은 흰쥐) 및 30개월(늙은 흰쥐)된 Fisher계통 344흰쥐를 사용하였다. 각 동물은 4% chloral hydrate로 마취한 후 2.5% glutaradehyde-1.5% paraformaldehyde로 관류 고정한 다음, 안구를 적출하여 톱니둘레를 다라 절단한 후 시신경원반외측의 일정부위에서 망막조직을 떼어내었다. 떼어낸 조직은 2.5% glutaradehyde- 1.5% paraformaldehyde 고정액에 다시 고정한 후, 1% osmium tetroxide액에 또 다시 고정하였다. 고정된 조직은 ethyl alcohol과 acetone으로 탈수한 후 araldite혼합액에 포매하였다. 포매된 조직은 LKB-V ultratome으로 얇은 절편을 작성하여 uranyl acetate와 lead citrate로 염색한 후 JEM 100CX-Ⅱ 전자현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 무축삭신경원의 세포질돌기는 세포질의 전자밀도, 연접소포의 종류 및 양에 따라 4종류 구분되었다. 2. 속얼기층에서 관찰되는 신경연접의 형태는 연접리본복합체외에 4종류의 일반신경연접을 관찰할 수 있었으나, 연령증가에 따른 연접형태의 미세구조적 변화는 관찰할 수 없었다. 3. 연령이 증가함에 따라 부챗살아교세포의 상대적 영역이 넓어졌다. 4. 연령이 증가함에 따라 무착삭신경원과 신경절세포의 가지돌기안에 수초구조, 용해소체, 잔여소체가 자주 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 흰쥐의 망막속얼기층은 연령이 증가하면 무축삭신경원과 신경절세포는 기능이 점점 약해지므로 부챗살아교세포의 영역이 상대적으로 더 넓어진다고 생각된다. Morphological differences among the inner plexiform layers at different age groups have been studied in young(three months old), adult(twelve months old) and old(thirty months old) Fisher stain 344 rats. Under anethesia, 2.5% glutaraldehyde- 1.5% paraformaldehyde solution was perfused through the heart. Pieces of the tissue taken from the posterior region of the retina were fixed in 2.5% glutaraldehyde- 1.5% paraformaldehyde, and in 1% osmium tetroxide followed by fixation embedded in aralditse mixture. Ultrathin seciton were statined with uranyl acetate and lead citrate solution and were observed with JEM 100CX-II electron microscope. The results were as follows: 1. Four types of amacrine cells were found according to their electron densities, and kind and amount of the synaptic vesicles, were found, i.e., dark amacrine cell with clear vesicles(Al cell), light amacrine cell with clear vesicles(A2 cell), dark amacrine cell with clear and granular vesicles(A3 cell) and light amacrine cell with clear and granular vesicles(A4 cell) 2. In the inner plexiform layer, there appear two types of synapses : 1) synaptic ribbon complex and 2) conventional synapses. Conventional ones exhibited four different types, showing, i.e., prominent presynaptic density(type 1), prominent postsnaptic density(type 2), prominent pre-and postsynaptic densities(type 3), and lesser prominent pre-and postsynaptic densites. 3. Territories of the Muller cells were expanded during aging. 4. Myelin figures, lysosomes, lipofuscin granules and lipid droplets were frequently observed in the amacrine and ganglion cells of the adult and old rats. From the above results, it was suggested that functions of the bipolar, amacrine and ganglion cells were diminished gradually, whereas territories of the Muller cells were expanded during aging.

      • 랫드에서 인체 재조합 적혈구 조혈인자, rHuEPO의 13주 정맥투여 아만성독성에 관한 연구

        A recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO) was administered intravenously at dosage levels of 0, 100, 500, and 2500 IU/㎏/day for a period of 13 weeks. There were no observed clinical signs and deaths related to treatment in all groups tested. Decreases in body weight gain and food consumption were observed only in males of 2,500 IU/㎏ group after 2 weeks. In hematological parameters, erythrocyte content, hematocrit values and hemoglobin concentration were dose-dependently increased in rHuEPO treated groups. The ratio between kidney weight and whole body weight was significantly increased in females of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. The spleen weight was also increased in both sexes of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. However, the absolute weight change of other organs was not observed. In histopathological examinations, the renal tubular basophilia was observed only in males and females of 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. From these results, it is concluded that the no-observed adverse effect level(NOAEL) of rHuEPO is 100 IU/㎏ in rats in the present study.

        수술-교정 치료 환자의 통제 소재

        교정치료와 악교정 수술을 필요로 하는 환자가 점증하는 현 시점에 비추어, 이에 대한 기술적인 측면의 발전과는 달리 수술-교정 치료 환자에 대한 정신사회학적 혹은 정신심리적 양상에 대한 객관적인 정보는 그리 많은 주목을 받는 편이 아니었다. 수술-교정치료는 과학적인 치료과정이긴 하지만, 어느 정도 심미적 혹은 예술적인 측면을 지니는 선택 치료의 면모를 지닌다. 그러므로 치료에 대한 환자의 주관적인 느낌은 치료 기술이나 치료의 의학적 성공 여부보다 더 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 그러므로, 수술-교정 (혹은 교정) 치료에 대한 환자의 반응을 예측하기 위한 정신심리적인 정보는 치료에 유용한 지표가 될 수 있다고 가정할 수 있다. 통제 소재에 대한 연구는 인간의 다양한 행동을 예측하기 위한 유용한 지표로 알려져 왔는데, 본 연구에서는 42명의 수술-교정치료 환자와 성별/연령별로 표본 추출된 42명의 통상적 교정치료 환자를 대상으로 삼아 정신=심리적 비교 및 분석의 방법으로 두 가지 종류의 내외 통제 소재(internal/external locus of control) 검사를 시행하였다. 그 결과 수술-교정치료군에서만 남자가 여자에 비하여 낮은 외적 통제(높은 내적 통제)의 경향을 보였다. 결론적으로 수술-교정치료 환자의 정신심리적 기반은 성형 수술 환자와는 달리 교정치료 환자와 유사한 경향을 지닌 것으로 생각되었다. Surgical-orthodontic treatment is an increasingly more common dental procedure whose unique psycho-social or psychological feature has not been fairly quantified objectively. Since the treatment of a surgical-orthodontic (or orthodontic) patient is part science and part art, a subjective recognition of a patient about his or her own treatment may be more important than technical success during and after treatment. Therefore, the knowledge of the patient''s underlying psychological status could be useful in the prediction of patient's response to surgical-orthodontic (or orthodontic) treatment. The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the psychological difference between conventional orthodontic patient and surgical-orthodontic patient by using locus of control (LOC) examination. Locus of control scale has been proven to be extremely useful in the prediction of a variety of human behaviors. Two types of locus of control data (I-score, Internal locus of control score ; E-score, External locus of control score) were obtained for 42 surgical-orthodontic patients and randomly selected 42 conventional orthodontic patients (as a control group) matched for age and gender. No statistically significant difference was observed in the scale of internal and external locus of control between the groups of surgical-orthodontic patients, males showed lower E-score (external locus of control score, higher internal locus of control tendency) than females. The results of this study suggested that the psychological background of surgical-orthodontic patients, in contrast with that of cosmetic surgery patients, has a similar disposition with that of orthodontic patients.

      • 流域特性을 考慮한 流出 모델링에 관한 硏究

        This study have been carried out as a sector of the rainfall-runoff relationship research. First of all, the runoff research has the difficult problem due to non-linearity of hydrological phenomena. In this study, according to the method of runoff separation into components by Hino and Hasebe (1980) is applied. This theory considers sufficiently the physical mechanism of runoff process to separate into the groundwater, interflow, and surfaceflow, respectively. Then each component of runoff time series can be reduced to the linear subsystem, that is, ARMA model can be obtained in each subsystem. Actual flood hydrograph of the every two major gauging stations in the Han River basin, the Naktong River basin and the Kum River have been analyzed, and have taken out the characteristics of each river basin. Also the runoff model have obtained for these basins.
