한국산 옻나무로부터 추출,분리한 생리활성 물질들의 항산화 효과 및 세포독성

한국산 옻나무의 메탄올추출물과 유기용매 분획의 항산화 효과를 조사하였다. 항산화 효과는 수소공여 억제능,과산화지질 형성 억제능, xanthine oxidase 저해 활성과 아질산염 소거능으로 측정한 결과, ethyl acetate 분획이 가장 뛰어난 효과를 나타내었다. 이 분획의 생리활성 물질을 분리하기 위하여, rotatory locular counter current chromatography(RLCCC), Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograpy와 HPLC등의 방법을 사용하여, 1,2,3-thihydroxybenzene, methyl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid를 분리하였다. 이중 methyl3,4,5,-trihydroxybenzoate는 butylated hydroxyanisole(BHA)이나 butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT)보다도 강한 항산화 효과를 나타내었다. 그러나 세포독성 실험에서는 이들 물질들이 암세포주에 대하여 활성이 높지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 methyl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate은 뛰어난 항산화 효과를 지닌 식품첨가물로서의 이용 가능성을 제시할 수 있다. Antioxidative activities of solvent fractions obtained from Korean Rhus vernicifera, being used in food industry and as a traditional medicine, were examined by the methods of DPPH scavenging activity, inhibitory effect on autooxidation of linoleic acid, nitrite scavenging activity and the inhibitory effect on xanthine oxidase activity. Ethyl acetate fraction showed potent antioxidative activities. Three compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction by rotatory locular counter current chromatography(RLCCC),Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC. The isolated compounds were 1,2,3-thihydroxybenzene, methyl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzote and 3,4,5-thihydroxybenzoic acid determined by GC/MS and 1^H and 13^C NMR. Among the isolated compounds, methyl trihydoxybenzoate showed the strongest antioxidative activity than artificial antioxidants, BHA and BHT in various methods. However, these isolated compounds did not show cytotoxicity effects on the human cancer lines. Therefore, we may suggest that methyl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate can be used as a food additive possessing the potent antioxidative activity.
Alkylphenyl fluorobenzoate 유도체들의 합성과 몇 가지 식물병원균에 대한 항균활성

Thymol(I), 5-isopropyl-3-methylphenol(II), 4-isopropyl-3-methylphenol(III), 2-sec-butylphenol(IV)과 4-sec- butylphenol(V)을 출발물질로 하여 alkylphenyl fluorobenzoate계 ester 유도체 60종을 합성하였다. 이 유도체들의 합성은 IR, 1H-NMR과 GC/MS를 이용하여 확인하였다. 이들 화합물들에 대하여 토마토 역병균, 오이 잿빛곰팡이병균, 오이 탄저병균과 벼 잎집무늬마름병균에 대한 항균활성을 조사하였다. 오이 잿빛곰팡이병균에 2-sec-butylphenyl 2,5-difluorobenzoate (IV-6)와 4-sec-butylphenyl 2,5-difluorobenzoate(V-6)등이 90% 이상의 우수한 항균활성을 나타내었다. 오이 탄저병균에 대하여 2-isopropyl-5-methylphenyl 2,3,6-trifluorobenzoate(I-11), 2-isopropyl-5-methylphenyl 2,4,5-trifluorobenzoate(I-12), 5-isopropyl-3-methylphenyl 2,3,6-trifluorobenzoate(II-11), 4-isopropyl-3-methylphenyl 2,3,6-trifluorobenzoate(III-11)와 4-isopropyl-3-methylphenyl 2,4,5-trifluorobenzoate(III-12)가 90% 이상의 매우 우수한 항균활성을 나타내었다. Sixty compounds such as alkylphenyl fluorobenzoate esters from thymol(I), 5-isopropyl-3-methylphenol (II), 4-isopropyl-3-methylphenol (III), 2-sec-butylphenol (IV) and 4-sec-butylphenol (V) were synthesized. These derivatives were identified by IR, 1H-NMR spectrometer and GC/MS. Their in vivo antifungal activities were tested against phytopathogens such as Phytophthora infestans, Botrytis cinerea, Colletotrichum orbiculare and Rhizoctonia solani. As the result, 2-sec-butylphenyl 2,5-difluorobenzoate (IV-6) and 4-sec-butylphenyl 2,5- difluorobenzoate (V-6) showed 90% above antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea. 2-Isopropyl-5-methylphenyl 2,3,6-trifluorobenzoate (I-11), 2-isopropyl-5-methylphenyl 2,4,5-trifluorobenzoate (I-12), 5-isopropyl-3-methylphenyl 2,3,6-trifluorobenzoate (II-11), 4-isopropyl-3-methylphenyl 2,3,6-trifluorobenzoate (III-11) and 4-isopropyl-3- methylphenyl 2,4,5-trifluorobenzoate (III-12) showed 90% above potent antifungal activity against Colletotrichum orbiculare.
Analysis of the Reduction Gear in Electric Agricultural Vehicle

In electric agricultural machine a reduction gear is needed to convert the high speed rotation motion generated by DC motor to lower speed rotation motion used by the vehicle. The reduction gear consists of several spur gears. Spur gears are the most easily visualized gears that transmit motion between two parallel shafts and easy to produce. The modelling and simulation of spur gears in DC motor reduction gear is important to predict the actual motion behaviour. A pair of spur gear tooth in action is generally subjected to two types of cyclic stress: contact stress and bending stress. The stress may not attain their maximum values at the same point of contact fatigue. These types of failure can be minimized by analysis of the problem during the design stage and creating proper tooth surface profile with proper manufacturing methods. To improve its life expectation in this study modal and stress analysis of reduction gear is simulated using ANSYS workbench based on finite element method (FEM). The modal analysis was done to understand reduction gear deformation behaviour when vibration occurs. FEM static stress analysis is also simulated on reduction gear to simulate the gear teeth bending stress and contact stress behaviour.

The study tries to draw the factors which can satisfy customers through the analysis of the service quality of the hotel restaurant based on actual facts including the present service status. The purpose of the study is to verify how the factors of customers' satisfaction with the service quality of the hotel restaurant and brand loyalty could influence customers' intention of the revisiting intention and the intention of word-of mouth.As a result when the service products of the hotel restaurant were great and customers' complaints were dealt with immediately, the right choice of the restaurant by customers influenced customers' satisfaction. Brand loyalty could exist in customers' recognition. This result can be felt and experienced by customers through a lot of promotions and the quality services of the existing hotels. the intention of informing others of the hotel influenced of the revisiting intention. The intention of word-of-mouth influenced the revisitng intention.

Tribological Characteristics in $40{\mu}m$ Dimple Pattern for Hexagonal Array

본 연구에서는 pin-on-disk 마찰 시험기를 통하여 Hexagonal 배열 $40{\mu}m$ Dimple 패턴의 효과를 실험하였다. 마찰 실험은 미끄럼 속도가 $0.06{\sim}0.34m/s$로 하였으며 마찰하중은 $20{\sim}100\;N$의 범위로 하였고, Dimple의 밀도는 $10{\sim}25%$의 범위로 제작하여 실험을 행하였다. 일반적으로 속도가 증가하고 하중이 감소할수록 마찰계수는 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으며, Dimple에 의한 마찰저감 효과는 속도가 $0.14{\sim}0.26m/s$의 범위에서 나타났다. $40{\mu}m$ Hexagonal 배열 Dimple 패턴의 마찰 특성에서는 밀도가 12.5%에서 가장 좋은 경향을 나타내었다.
