        This study dealt with the experimental modal analysis of the perforated rectangular plate coupled with fluid. The natural frequencies of the perforated plate and solid plate in air were obtained by the analytical method based on the relation between the reference kinetic and maximum potential energy and compared with the experimental results. Good agreement between the results was found for the natural frequencies of the perforated plate in air. It was empirically found the natural frequencies of the perforated plate coupled with fluid. The transverse vibration modes, in-phase and out-of-phase, were observed alternately in the fluid-coupled system. Additionally, the effect of distance between perforated plate and solid plate on the fluid-coupled natural frequency was investigated.

      • 싸주아리쑥(Artemisia herba)으로부터 phytol의 분리

        싸주아리쑥 지상부의 80% MeOH 추출물로부터 얻어진 EtOAc 분획물에 대하여 silica gel 및 ODS column chromatography를 반복하여 diterpene을 분리하였다. 화합물의 화학구조는, NMR, MS 및 IR 등의 스펙트럼을 해석하여 phytol로 동정하였다. The aerial part of Artemisia herba was extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH and the concentrated extract was partitioned with EtOAc, n-BuOH and H_(2)O, successively. From the EtOAc fraction, a terpenoid was isolated through the repeated silica gel and ODS column chromatographies. From the result of physico-chemical data including NMR, MS and IR, the chemical structure of the compound was determined as phytol.

        가정과 교육실습 프로그램 운영 개선에 대한 사례 연구

        This study employs a case study method to examine the current implementation of student teaching program in a particular teacher education institution and its affilated school. The purpose ofthis sutdy is to improve the quality ofhome economics student teaching proghram by promoting collaboration of teacher education institution and host schools. Following five research problems are addressed: (1) Examining the problems ofstudent teaching from the literature review; (2) Identifying the problems of student teaching recognized by home economics student teachers; (3) Identifying the problems of student teaching and plans for improvements suggested in the seminar held for home economics teacher; (4) Analyzing and comparing the differences of opinion between home economics student teachers and student teaching cooperating home economics teachers on the student teaching program; and (5) Suggesting alternative implementation plans for improving student teaching program by promoting collaboration of teacher education institution and host schools.

      • 강화 특화작목 지표물질의 함량 분석

        강화 특화작목의 건강기능성 식품 제품화의 가능성을 타진하고 재배작물의 표준화 연구를 위해 사자발쑥, 싸주아리쑥 그리고 순무에 대해 총 폴리페놀과 총 플라보노이드 함량을 측정하였다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 사자발쑥이 9.5mg/g, 싸주아리쑥이 7.4mg/g, 순무가 1.8mg/g으로 총 플라보노이드 함량은 사자발쑥이 4.3mg/g, 싸주아리쑥이 3.6mg/g, 순무가 0.4mg/g으로 확인 되었다. 또한 강화 약쑥의 유효지표성분인 eupatilin과 jaceosidin이 사자발쑥에는 각각 208mg/100g, 118mg/100g, 싸주아리쑥에는 199mg/100g, 111mg/100g 함유된 것을 HPLC를 통해 확인하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the contents of total polyphenol and total flavonoid of three Ganghwa indigenous crops, two varieties of Artemisia princeps Pampanini (Sajabalssuk, Sajuarissuk) and Brassica campestris ssp rapa. Total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents of Sajabalssuk were 9.5 and 4.3 mg/g, those of Sajuarissuk were 7.4 and 3.6 mg/g, those of B. campestris ssp rapa were 1.8 and 0.4 mg/g, respectively. The contents of eupatilin and jaceosidin in A. princeps Pampanini which were calculated by HPLC, were determined 208 mg/100g, 118 mg/100g in Sajabalssuk and 199 mg/100g, 111 mg/100g in Sajuarissuk, respectively.

        중학교 가정과 '인간발달과 가족관계' 영역의 교육자료 (CD-Rom) 개발 및 현장 적용 연구 : 실천적 추론 수업을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to develop lesson plans. teaching guide, and teaching materials applying practical reasoning teaching model in the area of 'human development and family relationship' in middle school home economics. The practical reasoning teaching model consists of five factors: Desired results, Awareness of context. Alternative approaches, Consequences of action, and Action. This study based on practical reasoning has following process: Curriculum development, Developing lesson plan. teaching material, and teaching guide. Experimental teaching and evaluation, Feedback, Production of CD-Rom. Teaching guide includes lesson Plan. workbook, multimedia materials and teaching resources, Especially teaching guide in CD-Rom can be used effectively in the actual teaching. In the classroom, this teaching model accomplished active and interesting Participation of teachers and students. It is proposed that practical reasoning teaching model should be applied to other areas of home economics. In addition, various teaching materials based on Practical reasoning need to be developed.

        한국인 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애와 도파민 D5 수용체 유전자 다형성의 관련성 : 가족기반 연구 및 환자-대조군 연구

        Objectives : Recent genetic studies have suggested a preferential transmission of the Dopamine D5 receptor gene (DRD5) 148bp marker allele. The aim of this study is to test the association between DRD5 and ADHD. Methods : 106 Korean children with ADHD and their parents were analyzed using the transmission disequilibrium test (TDT) and haplotype-based haplotype relative risk test (HHRR). And also the ADHD children were compared with 212 ageand gender matched normal controls. Results : We found the evidence for an association of short alleles of DRD5 dinucleotide repeat polymorphism in both Case-control and family based studyies. Additionally, we observed some evidence for biased transmission of allele 152 bp and 144 bp. Conclusion : Our results lend credence to the notion that the relationship between ADHD and DRD5 is complex. The number of cases and informative transmissions in our study were small, therefore it would be premature to make any conclusions Con-ceming the role of DRD5 in ADHD. Further work is needed to support these findings.

Recognition of the parents against the motion vice- budget which it follows in athletic contest Item analysis 1) Against a motion vice- support the parents of group item are recognizing as positivity most. 2) If public finance the atomic reactor after substance whol is recognizing the school and education Chung. 3) Almost there is not a month membership fee which the parents charge.

        중학교 가정과 교수-학습 방법의 개선을 위한 집단탐구 수업모형의 적용연구

        This study was to develop and to suggest a lesson plan for the area of 'Human Development and Family Relationship' in home economics for junior high school, based on Thelen's'Group Investigation Model', Group investigation model by Thelen was developed from the theory that the education with special purpose such as societic knowledge is a method to lesson one's conflict. This study further developed from three main concepts : inquiry, knowledge and activities of learning group. This model can be used for any age and any subjects in order to solve the arised problems, rather than to accept pre-organized and pre-decided information. This study is organized around activities for seeking and practicing the rages of action to create dispersal home. First, one unit 'Understanding of Family' was chosen that concerns and suitable for group investigation model Second, From the chosen chapter and problem were analyzed organized. Third, the chosen problem were re-analyzed, then a model lesson for group investigation was proposed.

        Marjorie M. Brown의 가정과 교과과정 모형에 근거한 '인간발달과 가족관계' 영역의 학습지도안 개발

        This study developed and proposed a lesson plan for the area of "Human development and family relationship" in secondary home economics curriculum. In current, educational practice in secondary home economics curriculum, the employed goal and the nature of home economics are neither stated specifically nor closely interrelated. This problem has led us not being able to achieve pursuing goal of home economics education and to employ appropriate teaching methods. In view of this situation, the purpose of this study was to propose a plan reflecting the contents and teaching methods to overcome difficulties and inefficiency in the current practice of secondary home economics education. The theoretical background of the lesson plan was based on the Marjorie M. Brown's philosophy of home economics which can be summerized as follows: 1. The goal of home economics is to help individuals and families to become autonomous in their own family life and to be more capable of interacting with others in behalf of well-being of the family and of social evoluation toward a free society. 2. The characteristics of home economics is conceptualized as practical science and personal serviec profession. 3. The nature of problems which home economics should deal with is perennial nad practial. 4. Practial reasoning composed of historical understanding, critical action, and reflective thinking is appropriate for the previously mentioned goal and characteristics of home economics and for dealing with perennial practial problems. The lesson plan was proposed for one of perennial problem, "How should we understand, creat and maintain our family culture?" by employing practial reasoning and teaching models such as "role play" and "classroom meeting".

        중학교 가정교과의 열린교육 활성화를 위한 수업 모듈 및 웹 기반 교육자료 개발

        This study is about open and secondary level Home Economics Education which is applicable to field and which includes the characteristics, purpose and problems of each open education. secondary education and home economics education. Based on the ideology of open education, this study will identify the meaning of openness in terms of Home Economics Education reconstructing meaning. purpose, characteristics, curriculum paradigm and curriculum. The instructional model and module which use web, will be Presented as the results of the reconstruction works. The open instructional module in Home Economics Education, which will be operated on the web, is consisted of 1)setting the orientation of curriculum development, 2)instructional model development. 3)rebuilding the Home Economics Education curriculum 4)development of instructional modules and web-based materials and 5)construction of the web-site . Six instructional module begin with critical/emancipatory curriculum Paradigm in open Home Economics Education. use module as a unit of class management instead of 1 class. facilitates nest-type integration which is applied from open education keeping the nature of Home Economics Education. and focus on practical problem and problem solving through reconceptualization with dialectical perspective on individual, family and society. The practical problem solving model has four steps : Identifying practical problems. Understanding the contexts of Problem, Searching for solutions and examining its consequences . Action and evaluation . The web-site has to be developed based on the six instructional module includes those issues : self-identification for reinforcing autonomy and self-esteem. living with famity. living with friends, autonomous living. healthy living, and understanding sexuality.
