There have been many trials of clinical efficacy of multicomponent and single component treatments for irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). We reviewed effects of non phamacological treatments in the IBS. Though the efficacy of multi-component approaches was unclear, several results suggest that cognitive behavioral therapy was effective in improving gastrointestinal symptoms of IBS. As a single component, cognitive therapy and relaxation with or without biofeedback could improve the symptoms and psychological health of IBS patients. Yoga, meditation, self-help information and hypnotherapy could be applicable to IBS.

Purpose: This study is analyzing nurse managers's common fundamental competencies changes and responses to the application of the action learning, and promoting introduction and revitalization of action learning. Method: The research design is one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects are 40 nurse managers. The program was performed for 5 weeks. Data were collected before the program and after 5 weeks program and were analyzed with paired t-test. Result: Action learning was an effective way to develop an individual and team and to solve the problem of organization. There were more significant increases after the program than before the program on common fundamental competencies(p<.05). Conclusion: This study has us confirm that action learning is an effective education method for organization members on the spot to recognize their problem and study by themselves and solve the practical problems with various solution process.

<P><B>Ferritin‐based nanoprobe (FBNP) hydrogel provides solutions</B> to some of the traditional problems of bioassays. The schematic shows 3D and highly specific multiplex assays of markers for AIDS and Sjögren's syndrome using quantum‐dot based reporters with different fluorescence emissions for the two syndromes. The advantages of using a hydrogel include that the stability of FBNPs is significantly enhanced within the hydrogel, FBNPs are distributed evenly throughout the hydrogel matrix, and the amount of FBNPs within the hydrogel can be well controlled.</P>

<P>On page 4739, J. Lee and co‐workers report a novel bioassay platform that is based on ferritinbased nanoprobe (FBNP) hydrogel, a threedimensional gel matrix with high porosity, large surface area, and high water content. The FBNP hydrogel entraps a large number of stable FBNPs with precise loading control and the antigen probes on FBNPs are homogeneously oriented as well as uniformly spaced within the gel matrix. Finally, the FBNP hydrogel is successfully used for a multiplex diagnosis of AIDS and SS with high sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility. </P>

본 연구는 ITS(: Intelligent Tutoring System)기반의 전문가모델과 학습모델에 기반하여 자격증 취득 모의 프로그램을 설계하고, 버기모델(Buggy Model)을 통하여 학습자의 수준에 적합한 문제를 제공하는 시스템이다. 사용자의 요구 조사를 통하여 편의성, 효과성, 확장성, 신뢰성이 요구되었으며, 이를 반영하기 위하여 다양한 문제개발과 문제유형분석, 난이도 조절, 학생성적 및 수준관리 등을 반영한 문제개발이 이루어졌다. 자격증 취득 시험을 준비하는 사용자들은 개발 시스템을 사용하여 본인의 수준에 맞는 문제의 풀이와 다양한 형태의 문제들을 실전과 같은 환경에서 학습하여 자격증 취득 준비기간을 대폭 단축할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study is a system that provides a suitable level of the problem, designing the learner certification simulation program based on the ITS(: Intelligent Tutoring System) based on the model and the learning expert model, the model through a buggy (Buggy Model). In the demand survey that reflects the needs of users, convenience, effectiveness, scalability, and reliability were required. In order to reflect this, various problems were developed, problem type analysis, difficulty control, student grades and level management. Users who are preparing for the certification test are expected to use the development system to solve the problems according to their own level and to solve various types of problems in a practical environment to greatly shorten the preparation period for certification.
