      • 디스크형 캠기구 설계를 위한 순간속도중심설계법의 연구

        As direct contact mechanisms, cam and follower mechanisms are used commonly in many machinery. Disk-typed cam mechanisms have 4 different types due to the different type of followers, such as reciprocating roller type, reciprocating flat-face type, oscillating roller type, and oscillating flat-face type. Depending on the shape of cam and type of follower, the motion of cam-follower mechanism is determined. Thus design procedure must be well defined for determining acculately the shape of cam corresponding to the given motion of follower. In this paper, an instant velocity center method is proposed. This method calculates the instant velocity centers of cam and follower in contact motion at any time. From geometric relationships on contact points of cam with follower, cam shape can be determined using the instant velocity centers. Also this paper presents 4 different cams for demonstration of the proposed design method and the results gives the exact solutions of cam design.

      • 고성능 표면탄성파 필터의 최적 설계에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 고성능 표면탄성파 필터의 최적 설계를 위하여 다양한 IDT(interdigital transducer) 구조의 필터를 제작하고 각각의 주파수 응답특성을 비교 분석하였다. 기본 구조외에 MSC(micro strip-coupler), double split, reflector, ground line 등의 구조를 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 Y-Z cut l-N(LiNbO3) 기판 위에 형성시켰다. 제작된 소자의 중심주파수, 통과 대역, 삽입손실등을 측정하였으며, 주파수 응답에 기초한 기존 모델의 효용성을 논의하였다. Effects of IDT structures on frequency responses of SAW filters are investigated to achieve a high performance SAW filter, Various types of IDTS, such as MSC(multistrip-coupler), double split, reflector, and ground line, are designed and patterned on a widely used Y-Z cut LN(LiNbO3) substrate. Center frequencies, band widths, and insertion losses are measured and compared. Invalidity of the conventional model based on the impulse response model is also discussed.

        學敎給食이 學生의 體格, 體力 및 體質에 미치는 影響

        The study examined the difference of the physique, the physical strength, and the physical constitution between meal and non-meal service schools at the countryside, and concluded as follows : 1) The effects on the physical development Meal service school student's height was 0.41 ~ 2.38 cm taller, weight 0.21 ~ 1.58 kg heavier, and the chests 0.15 ~ 2.55 cm bigger than the non-meal service school students. Therefore, the effects of the school meal service on the student's physique development proved positive. 2) The effects on the physical strengh Today, the student's physical growth is reinforced by consuming high calorie food, while their physical exercise is decreased. As a result, obesity becomes another problem. In this respect, physical strength is a significant factor in judging the physical condition of the students. This study compared the meal service schools with the non-meal service schools by suing six items of the physical strength test those schools. In comparison, the meal service school students were better than the others in most items except in the eleven year old girl's 100 meter running and the ball throwing, and the ten year old boy's 600 meter running. It means that school meal service affects the physical growth in a positive manner. 3) The effects on the physical constitution The students in their growing period should have their meals not only balanced, but regularly since this helps to maintain their health. Insufficient nutrition may disturb the balanced physical growth of cause a week or powerless physical constitution. As shown at the table 6, meal service school students who had a balanced meal have 0.01% lower incidence of disease, and 3.11 ~ 7.32 % less myophia than the other. The average 0.39 to 0.63 cavity of the meal service school students also show that their constitutions are better than the non-meal service ones. In conclusion, the school meal service program gives every student a regular nutritious meal which results in a balanced physical growth. Erentually, the healthier students could be the healthier social menbers which promise a brighter society in the future.

      • AGMA 규격을 이용한 베벨기어의 자동설계해석용 CAD의 연구

        Analytical techniques utilizing the digital computer are used more and more for the design of machine elements. Gears are essential elements which powers are transmitted from source to application. Also, gears are found in many mechanical devices. Two very important aspects of the gear design procedures are the gears strength and wear capacity. The stress levels can be evaluated by the application of the proper stress formulae and by understanding the relationships between the geometry and the stress, material properties, and manufacturing processes. This paper deals with the automation technology of the design and analysis for bever gears, such as straight, ZEROL, and spiral bevel gears. Bevel gears are required when gears are to be used to transmit rotational motion between intersecting shafts. In this paper, the analytical program is developed to determine the bending and contact stresses according to the American Gear Manufactures Association(AGMA) Standards. The standards include all of the factors which are presently know to affect gear tooth strength and wear capacities. These factors for strength and wear analyses include 21 coefficients, such as external dynamic factor, internal dynamic factor, load distribution factor, crowning factor, lengthwise curvature factor, surface condition factor, geometry factor, inertia factor, life factor, hardness ratio factor, temperature factor, reliability factor, and elastic factor. Using the program, the engineer is able to analyze a set of gears by specifying the requirements that must be met by the gears. The user can select the proper coefficients for the strength and wear equations from data from the AGMA. The program is set up to allow the user to change any of the input parameters. This is beneficial because the effects of different variables on the results can be studied. Also, the program is able for the user to iterate through many possible solution in much less time than traditional design process.

      • 손실재분배 알고리즘을 이용한 새로운 조류다근계산법에 의한 전압 안정도 해석

        In this study is proposed a new approach for the analysis of static voltage stability in power system, which is based on multiple load flow calculation method using the newly designed redistribution algorithm of transmission loss, with which more realistic load flow solution can be obtained in the near of voltage collapse point. In the proposed method, modification of power flow equations and elements of Jacobian matrix in rectangular coordinates are derived with the transmission loss redistribution formula. Some simulation results of the proposed approach show that the accuracy of static voltage stability analysis can be increased.

        하계 실내 및 실외환경의 공기 중 휘발성 유기화합물 농도 및 개인노출

        Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are present in essentially all natural and synthetic materials from petrol to flowers. In this study, indoor and outdoor VOCs concentrations of houses, offices and internet-cafes were measured and compared simultaneously with personal exposures of each 50 participants in Asan and Seoul, respectively. Also, factors that influence personal VOCs exposure were statistically analyzed using questionnaires in relation to house characteristics, time activities, and health effects. All VOCs concentrations were measured by OVM passive samplers (3M) and analyzed with GC/MS. Target pollutants among VOCs were Toluene, o-Xylene, m/p-Xylene, Ethylbenzene, MIBK, n-Octane, Styrene, Trichloroethylene, and 1,2-Dichlorobenzene. Indoor and outdoor VOCs concentrations measured in Seoul were significantly higher than those in Asan except Ethylbenzene. Residential indoor/outdoor (I/O) ratios for all target compounds ranged from 0.94 to 1.51 and I/O ratios of Asan were a little higher than those of Seoul. Relationship between personal VOCs exposure, and indoor and outdoor VOCs concentrations suggested that time-activity pattern could affect the high exposure to air pollutant. Factors that influence indoor VOCs level and personal exposure with regard to house characteristics in houses were building age, inside smoking and house type. In addition insecticide and cosmetics interestingly affected the VOCs personal exposure. Higher exposure to VOCs might be caused to be exciting increase and memory reduction, considering the relationship between measured VOCs concentrations and questionnaire (p<0.05).

        주거기능의 도입을 위한 복합건축의 용도계획적 특성에 관한 연구 : 선진 외국사례를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to extract the factors in determining the components and to clarify the correlation of the factors and residential uses in MXDs. For this purpose, discriminant analysis was conducted as the main research method and SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program was applied for statistical analysis. The results are summarized as follows : (1) The factors in determining the components are defined [Land Size], [Total Floor Space], [Development Density], [Development Entity], [Primary Use], [Site Location] and [Development Objectives]. (2) The factors affecting the Planning of the components are [Primary Use], [Development Objectives] and [Site Location]. (3) The significant internal items of these factors are 'U1(Office Uses)', 'U2(Retail Uses)', 'U3(Hotel Uses)', 'S1(Existing Residential District)', 'S3(CBD)', 'S5(Suburban CBD)' and 'O2(Community)'. (4) Through these results, we were able to extract the relationship of the internal items and residential uses.

        In this paper, a double pantograph type manipulator activated by two slider joints is proposed for a fuel handling machine in atomic power plants. The manipulator consists of two parallelogrammic structures considered as simplified 2-DOF linkage systems. The linkage motion is controlled in such a manner that the joint rates of two linkages are constant and the movement of end-effector is horizontal, because the constant joint rates have advantages for the stable movement of the system. In addition, the static deflection of the proposed mechanism was analyzed using a transfer-stiffness matrix method.
