        국립공원 아고산대 독립훼손지 복원식생 분포특성 및 관리방안

        본 연구는 독립훼손지 중 아고산대에 위치한 지리산국립공원 세석평전과 노고단 복원식생지를 대상으로 현존식생 분석 및 식생분포 특성을 파악하여 중장기적인 모니터링 및 관리방안 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 현존식생 조사범위는 훼손지 일대 유역권분포 현황을 고려하여 설정하였으며, 세석평전 조사면적은 55,037㎡, 노고단 조사면적은 166,599㎡ 이었다. 세석평전은 초본층에 의한 식생피복도는 90% 이상 수준으로서 나지노출이 없었고, 관목층의 피복도가 60% 이상으로 안정화되어 있었다. 주요 출현수종은 구상나무, 사스래나무, 쇠물푸레나무, 철쭉, 털진달래, 붉은병꽃나무 등 식재수종과 자연적으로 이입한 자생수종이 생육하고 있었다. 노고단은 신갈나무, 호랑버들, 철쭉, 털진달래, 미역줄나무 등이 우점하는 관목식생지가 52%로 가장 넓게 분포하고 있었고, 전반적으로 식생활착 상태가 양호하였다. 노고단의 원식생은 신갈나무군락으로 추정되었고, 군부대철거지에는 귀화식물이 분포하고 있기 때문에 적극적인 관리가 필요하였다. 연구대상지는 장기적으로 주변 자연식생과 조화로운 식생경관으로 발달할 것으로 예측되었다. 향후 훼손지 복원모델은 인근 지역의 원식생을 고려하여 설정해야 할 것이지만, 복원 달성 목표는 실현가능한 수준의 목표를 설정해야 할 것이다. This study was conducted to provide basic data for mid-to long-term monitoring and establishment of management plans by analyzing the existing vegetation and identifying the vegetation distribution characteristics for the restored vegetation in Nogodan and Seseokpyeongjeon in Jirisan National Park located in the subalpine zone among the independent damaged areas. Actual vegetation survey range was established in consideration of the distribution of the watershed around the damaged area. The surveyed area of Seseokpyeongjeon was 55,037㎡, and the surveyed area of Nogodan was 166,599㎡. In Seseokpyeongjeon, the vegetation coverage by the herbaceous layer was almost 90% or more, there was no bare exposure, and the coverage of the shrub layer was stabilized at 60% or more. The main emerging tree species were planted species such as Abies koreana, Betula ermanii, Fraxinus sieboldiana, Rhododendron schlippenbachii, Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum, and Weigela florida as well as natively migrated native species. In Nogodan, the shrub vegetation dominated by Quercus mongolica, Salix caprea, Rhododendron schlippenbachii, Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum, and Tripterygium regelii was the most widely distributed with 52% of the area, and the overall diet was good. The native vegetation of Nogodan was presumed to be a cypress colony. Naturalized plants were distributed in the military base demolition site, so active management was required. The study site was predicted to develop into a vegetation landscape in harmony with the surrounding natural vegetation in the long term. In the future, the restoration model for damaged areas should be set in consideration of the native vegetation of the nearby area, but the goal to achieve restoration should be set at a feasible level.

        Phong Shading 알고리즘을 적용한 3차원 영상을 위한 고속 그래픽스 가속기 연구

        2차원 그래픽을 3차원 그래픽으로 변환하기 위한 삼차원 그래픽 알고리즘들은 복잡하고 다양한 기법의 사용으로 인하여 대규모의 반복 연산이 요구되고, 이로 인하여 실시간 삼차원 그래픽의 처리가 어려운 경우가 많다. 본 논문은 삼차원 그래픽 처리와 관련된 여러 가지 알고리즘 중에서 Phong Shading 알고리즘의 병렬처리 방법과 고속 하드웨어 처리를 위한 삼차원 그래픽 가속기에 관한 것으로, Park's 다중접근 기억장치와 다수의 연산기로 구성된 SIMD처리기를 사용한 삼차원 그래픽 가속기 구조를 제안하고 있으며, 제안된 가속기 구조를 HDL을 사용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 본 논문에서 제안된 삼차원 그래픽 가속기에 의해 복잡한 알고리즘을 갖은 어떠한 삼차원 그래픽 알고리즘도 병렬 처리 알고리즘을 적용하여 SIMD 가속기에 의한 실시간 처리가 가능함을 보였다. There are many algorithms for 2D to 3D graphic conversion technology which have the high complexity and large scale of iterative computation. So in this paper propose parallel algorithm and high speed graphics accelerator architecture using Park's MAMS(Multiple Access Memory System) for Phong Shading, one of many 3D algorithms. The Proposed SIMD processor architecture is simulated by HDL and simulated and got 30 times faster result. It means any kinds of 3D algorithm can make parallel algorithm and accelerated by SIMD processor with Park's MAMS for real time processing.

        This is to investigate the posibility of home manufacturing of heavy chemical industry machines, such as rotary kiln, crusher, blower, cooler, electrostatic precipitator and weighing feeder of cement plant. It is concluded that even though we can not make all of them (some of them are made now and some others are going to be made in the near future, some of them are made whole and some others are made partially), we can build or export the cement plant by importing the important machines which we can not make now and by substituting them with ours gradually.

      • Thiobacillus neapolitanus sp.에 의한 유황계 악취물질의 생물학적 탈취

        A bacteria, Thiobacillus neapolitanus was isolated from sludge of night soil, to remove malordorous sulfur containing compounds ; hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide and dimethyldisulfide from a specific object, It was selected among seven screened microbes from out of one thousand. The microbe examined its morphological and physiological character istics and identified as a Thiobacillus neapolitanus based on Bergy's manual and API kit system. The microbe grow well in the substrate containing 0.8% of sodium thiosulfate, 0.2% of potassium phosphate dibasic, 0.2% of potassium phosphate monobasic, 0.04% of sodium carbonate, 0.04% of ammonium chloride, 0.02% of magnessium sulfate with trace element and vitamin at 30℃.

        정신분열병과 Neuregulin 1 유전자의 연합연구

        Objectives : The authors recently found a suggestive evidence of linkage of chromosome 8p21-12 to schizophrenia in Korean multiplex families. Neuregutin 1 (NRGI) was identified in this locus as a positional and functional candidate gene for Schizo-phrenia, through several independent studies with European and Chinese populations. The purpose of this study is to determine whether NRGl is associated with schizophrenia in Korean population. Methods : Three SNPs (SNP8NRG221533, SNP8NRG241930, SNP8NRG243177) and two microsatellites markers (478B14-848,420M9-1395) located at the 5' end of NRGI were genotyped for 242 unrelated schizophrenia patients and the same num-ber of normal controls. Genetic association was tested by χ²-test (df=1). Not only for the whole patients group but also for asubgroup of patients with auditory hallucination. This subtype showed stronger linkage with chromosome 8p12 in the prior study of the authors with multiplex families. Results : G allele of SNP8NRG241930 was significantly in excess in the subgroup of patients with auditory hallucination compared to the control group (p=0.03, 0R=1.76). We also found that 3 SNPs haplotype TTC (p=0.04, 0R=0.58) and five markers haplotype TTC53 (p=0.01,0R=0.49) were associated with schziophrenia with a protective effect. Three SNPs haplotype CGT which is a part of the at-risk haplotype of the Icelandic schizophrenia families was found in excess in the patients group but no significant association was observed. Conclusion : NRGI might either play a mle in the predisposition to schizophrenia or be in linkage disequilibrium with a causal locus of this illness.

        Abstract - With the ever increasing demanded on automatic transmission, improve performance, add air conditioning, meet noise and pollution legislation the need to evaluate and improve cooling system performance at the design stage is becoming increasingly important. ATB is the abbreviation for Ait-to-Boil. This is the extrapolated ambient temperature at which the coolant would boil. ATB is the measure of cooling system capability. Coolant temperature control insures durability and long engine life in vehicle users application. A numerical simulation is conducted to compare the various experimental results by the "e-NTU" method. The purpose of this paper is to suggest the matching technique of vehicle cooling system including automatic transmission by means of various experimental results and comparing with simulation results.

        Every store can create its own unique image through composing window displays which match the current fashion style. By doing so, the consumer can be induced to buy, and ultimately sales can be increased. In this study, the consumer's fashion style were classfied and the actual conditions of each style's window displays were researched. 1. In using props, props which match the current fashion style's image and can attract the public's attention should be used. 2. The image of each style is greatly influenced by the mannequin's pose, face expression and color, and hairstyle. For this reason, the selection of the above must be done carefully. 3. When it comes to expressing images in a display, the one most important element is the window's composition. For instance, in formal dress stores, horizantal vertical-line and triangular compositions ; in casual wear sores radial and upside-down-triangle compositions are effective. 4. Also, in formal dress stores, window displays which show unity or stability based on the principles of harmony, balance, and symmetry are suitable. In casual wear stores, displays that give a sense of activity and change through the principles of rythm, proportion and contrast are appropriate.

        안정한 지지면과 불안정한 지지면에서 팔굽혀펴기 운동시 견갑골 주위 근육의 근활성도 비교

        The couple force of the scapular stabilizers for upward rotation that include the upper and lower trapezius, serratus anterior muscles is essential to maintain the stability of shoulder joint. But if there is and imbalance of these muscles, it would occur many problems of shoulder joint. A push-up plus exercise with an unstable support is used in order to increase the muscle activity and stimulate the proprioception of shoulder joint. The purpose of this study was to compare the muscle activity of upper and lower trapezius, serratus anterior muscles and to determine which exercise is more effective when subjects perform push-up plus exercise in the stable support and unstable support. 15 healthy subjects perform push-up plus exercise in the stable support and unstable support. 15 healthy subjects and 15 painful subjects with injury of shoulder joint participated in this study. Surface electromyography data were collected during plus phase of push-up plus exercise. The types of push-up plus exercise were composed of three conditions. Stable type is subjects performed the push-up plus exercise on the fixed support and unstable type 1 is on the sling without shaking and unstable type 2 is on the sling with shaking by tester's manual. The upper and lower trapezius activities of injured group were higher than uninjured group at three measure conditions, but serratus anterior activities were not. The UT/SA ratio of injured group was higher than uninjured group at three measure conditions. The serratus anterior activities were most high at unstable 2 measure in both groups. The UT/SA ratio was most low at unstable 2 measure condition in injured group only. The present result revealed that push-up plus exercise in the unstable support with shaking which took most high serratus anterior activities and most low of UT/SA ratio is optimal cure method that can improve the imbalance of the scapular stabilizer.

      • 혈액 투석 대기중 불안과 조절위 성격 특성과의 관계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to provide data to better nursing intervention and nursing care plan for preventing or decreasing anxiety of hemodialysis patient. The data was gathered from May 1st to June 30th, 1992. The data was analysis was used SPSS PC program frequency, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Chronbach' α for reliability of STAI and HLC scale were computed. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The hypothesis that the higher the level of external locus of control in personalty, the higher the level of state anxiety, was rejected.(r=0.665, P=0.0001) 2. The hypothesis that the higher the level of trait anxiety, the higher the level of state anxiety, was accepted.(r=0.675, p=0.0001) The author thought that the futher study are needed to assist the specialized nursing care and holistic care of hemodialysis patient.

      • 비수도권 대학생 임대주거 실태 및 요구

        The purpose of this study is to propose the renal housing policy direction for undergraduates based on their actual rental housing conditions and needs who reside in non capital area. For the study, questionnaires were answered by 315 undergraduates of 3 universities who reside in rental housings in Cheongju-city. Major findings were as follows: (1) Most of undergraduate rental housings had the size from 12㎡ to 29㎡ and from 29㎡ to 41㎡, were multi-household studio type with room+bath+kitchen, and were typically monthly rent payment. (2) The needs of rental housings were the same as present residence. The possible monthly rent were mostly 300 thousand won, and the most preferred distance was under 10 minute walk from university. The assistance policy that undergraduates need was firstly the central/local governments' refurbished housing supply near university with low rent, and then deposited housing supply for undergraduates by LH corporation.
