        The purpose of this study was to provide data to better nursing intervention and nursing care plan for preventing or decreasing anxiety of hemodialysis patient. The data was gathered from May 1st to June 30th, 1992. The data was analysis was used SPSS PC program frequency, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Chronbach' α for reliability of STAI and HLC scale were computed. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The hypothesis that the higher the level of external locus of control in personalty, the higher the level of state anxiety, was rejected.(r=0.665, P=0.0001) 2. The hypothesis that the higher the level of trait anxiety, the higher the level of state anxiety, was accepted.(r=0.675, p=0.0001) The author thought that the futher study are needed to assist the specialized nursing care and holistic care of hemodialysis patient.

        통증관리 간호교육을 위한 팀 기반학습 프로그램 개발

        Background: Team-based learning (TBL) strategy have been applied in various nursing education as focusing on what students doing in-class and how learning from their experience. The purpose of this study was to develop and apply the TBL approach to teach pain assessment and management for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: Pain management education using TBL was applied in fundamentals of nursing course and consisted of three sessions for 2nd year nursing students. For developing the TBL, instructors redesigned the course before starting the semester and collected the cases reports from clinical environment. TBL on pain management was then applied into fundamentals of nursing course for 3 weeks. After completion the TBL course, satisfaction and self-confidence were collected. Result: We designed activities in four different points of TBL course such as a) before class begins, b) preparation, c) readiness assurance, and d) application. In before class, students can be identified instructional goal of TBL and activities of each point of course with their team member. The scores of students’ satisfaction and self-confidence in learning were high. Most students were positively described their experience of TBL course on pain management. Conclusion: Based on this development process and application, TBL approach will be applicable in various nursing education for enhancing the knowledge and making a clinical decision of nursing students.

        지역사회 당뇨병 노인의 당뇨병 임파워먼트와 건강인식이 당뇨병 자가간호행위에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the correlation between diabetes empowerment, health perception, and diabetes self-care behaviors with diabetes for the elderly in the community, and to identify the factors affecting diabetes self-care behavior in the elderly with diabetes. A survey was conducted on 80 diabetic elderly people over the age of 65 who were registered at a local public health center. The mean age was 71.15 years, and 41 males and 39 females were included. Diabetes self-care behavior showed a significant positive correlation with economic status (r=.245, p=.029) and diabetes empowerment (r=.406, p<.001), but health perception (r=.127, p=.263) did not show a significant correlation. As a result of this study, diabetes empowerment and economic status of the diabetic elderly were found to be significant influencing factors on diabetes self-care behavior in the diabetic elderly, and the explanatory power of the model was 19.6% (F=10.623, p<.001). Therefore, if a community program is developed to improve the diabetes empowerment of the elderly with diabetes in the community and economic support policies are also provided at the level of public health, it will be possible to improve the self-care behavior of the elderly with diabetes in the community. 본 연구는 지역사회 당뇨병 노인을 대상으로 당뇨병 임파워먼트, 건강인식, 당뇨병 자가간호행위 간의 상관관계를 파악하고 당뇨병 노인의 당뇨병 자가간호행위에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시행되었다. 일 지역 보건소에 등록된 65세이상 당뇨병 노인 80명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 평균 나이는 71.15세였고 남자가 41명, 여자가 39명이 포함되었다. 당뇨병 자가간호행위는 경제적 상태(r=.245, p=.029), 당뇨병 임파워먼트(r=.406, p<.001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었으나 건강인식(r=.127, p=.263)과는 유의한 상관관계를 나타내지 않았다. 본 연구결과, 당뇨병 노인의 당뇨병 자가간호행위에 미치는 요인으로 당뇨병 노인의 당뇨병 임파워먼트와 경제적 상태가 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났으며 수정된 모형의 설명력은 19.6%(F=10.623, p<.001)로 나타났다. 따라서 지역사회 당뇨병 노인의 당뇨병 임파워먼트를 향상시킬 수 있도록 지역사회 프로그램을 개발하고 공중보건 차원에서 경제적 지원 정책도 함께 제공된다면 지역사회 당뇨병 노인의 자가간호행위의 향상을 도모할 수 있을 것이다.

        국내 간호대학생에게 적용한 시뮬레이션 교육 연구에 대한 고찰: 2015년-2016년

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review the studies that included simulation based learning for nursing students in Korea. Methods: We searched for published and unpublished researches using electronic Korean database such as RISS, KISTI/NDSL, the National Library of Korea, KERIS, KISS, DBpia, Hakjisa, and Google scholar. The term for nursing, simulation, and scenario were entered as key words. Result: Total 42 studies were included and categorized in final. The major subject of simulation based learning was adult nursing for 3rd and 4th grade nursing students using high fidelity simulators. For applying the simulation based learning, 3-6 students were designated as a team. The most evaluation components were knowledge, clinical performance and satisfaction on simulation based learning. Conclusion: The results provide that the main theme or scenarios for simulation based learning in nursing students were varied and detailed according to clinical situation. However, the qualification for instructors should be reported in studies for simulation based leaning in nursing.

        가상 시뮬레이션을 포함한 온라인 정신간호학실습이 목표몰입, 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향 및 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 임상현장실습이 어려운 COVID-19 상황에서 가상 시뮬레이션을 포함한 온라인 정신간호학실습이 간호대학생의 목표몰입, 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향 및 문제해결 능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 시행되었다. 본 연구는 단일군 사전·사후설계이다. 연구 대상자는 A광역시에 소재한 간호학과 3학년을 대상으로 온라인 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였고 31명이 최종 참여하였다. 연구결과 목표몰입, 비판적 사고성향은 사후조사에서 사전조사보다 향상되었으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 자기효능감(t=4.222, p<.001)과 문제해결능력(t=6.807, p<.001)은 온라인 실습전보다 실습후에 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 이 결과는 가상시뮬레이션을 포함한 온라인 정신간호학실습이 자기효능감과 문제해결능력 향상에 효과가 있음을 의미한다. 최근 COVID-19 의료현장에서의 직접 간호수행이 어려운 만큼 정신간호학실습에 가상 시뮬레이션을 포함한 다양한 온라인 콘텐츠를 활용한다면 온라인 실습의 한계를 극복할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of online psychiatric nursing practicum including virtual simulation on goal commitment, self-efficacy, critical thinking disposition, and problem solving ability of nursing students in the COVID-19 situation with difficult clinical practice. The subjects of this study were collected using an online questionnaire for third-year nursing students located in A city, and 31 students participated in the final. The results of this study showed that goal commitment and critical thinking disposition were improved in the post-test compared to the pre-test, but were not statistically significant. Self-efficacy (t=4.222, p<.001) and problem solving ability (t=6.807, p<.001) were signifincantly improved after than before online practicum. This findings indicate that online psychiatric nursing practicum including virtual simulation is effective in improving self-efficacy and problem solving ability. As it is difficult to perform nursing practice directly in the clinical field due to the recent COVID-19, it is expected that the limitations of online practicum can be overcome by utilizing various online contents including virtual simulations in online psychiatric nursing practicum.

        여성간호학 시뮬레이션실습의 융합적 효과: 남자 간호대학생을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of clinical practice and simulation-based practice for Women's Nursing Practice in terms of practice satisfaction, practice stress and clinical competence. The participants were male students in the second and third grades in nursing and total 63 students, 34 in the experimental group, and 29 in the control group. The experimental group participated in simulation-based practice for 6 Weeks, five hours and the control group participated in clinical practice at maternity ward for 10 days, nine hours each. The experimental group showed higher level of practice satisfaction (p<.001), practice stress (p= .048) and clinical competence (p= .030) compared to the control group. Simulation-based practice is an effective learning method for Women's nursing and can be used as the alternative for clinical practice. However, stress management strategies are needed for simulation-based practice. 본 연구는 남자 간호 대학생의 여성간호학 실습에 대한 시뮬레이션실습과 임상실습의 실습만족도, 실습스트레스와 임상수행능력을 비교해보고자 실시되었다. 연구대상자는 간호과에 재학중인 2, 3학년 남학생이며, 여성간호학 실습을 시뮬레이션으로 실습한 군 34명과 임상실습한 군 29명, 총 63명이었다. 시뮬레이션실습은 5개의 시나리오를 바탕으로 6주간 주당 5시간씩 이루어졌으며, 임상실습은 10일간 9시간씩 시행되었다. 연구결과, 시뮬레이션실습군은 임상실습군에 비해 실습만족도(p<.001)와 임상수행능력(p=.030)이 높게 나타났으나, 실습스트레스 또한 높게 나타났다(p=.048). 이를 통해 여성간호학 실습의 시뮬레이션실습은 임상실습의 효율적인 교육적 대안이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료되나 시뮬레이션실습에서의 실습스트레스를 관리할 방안의 모색이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

      • 청소년들의 자기조정학습방략 정도와 학업성취 및 사회적 능력 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the grade and sex differences of adolescent's self regulated learning strategies degree, and correlational relationship between adolescent's self regulated learning strategies and academic achievement, and correlational relationship between adolescent's self regulated learning strategies and social competency. The subjects were total 2,000 adolescent(male: 1,000, female: 1,000). The tools of this study were self regulated learning strategies scale, social competence scale and teacher made academic achievement test of korean, english and mathematic. Self regulated learning strategies scale is composed total 98 items, and subfactor is self evaluation, organization and transformation, goal setting and planning information seeking, keeping records and monitoring, environmental structuring, self consequating, rehearsal and memorizing, seeking peer assistance, seeking teacher assistance, seeking adult assistance, reviewing note, reviewing test, reviewing text. Social competence scale is composed 50 item, subfactor is outgoing behavior, interpersonal adjustment, social participation, leadship, popularity. The conclusions obtained from the results and discussions of this research are as follows: 1. Adolescent's self regulated learning strategies degree were increased gradually higher grade. 2nd grade in the middle school students is most low Whereas, 2nd grade in the high school students is most higher. For the subfactors of self regulated learning strategies, self evaluation, organization and transformation, goal setting and planning, information seeking, keeping records and monitoring, environmental structuring, self consequating, seeking peer assistance, reviewing note, reviewing text degree were increased along with gradually higher grade. therefore, self regulated learning strategies training is require in the middle school male students. 2. Adolescent's self regulated learning strategies total and subfactors degree of female students were higher than those of male students, therefore, self regulated learning strategies training is reguire male students more than female students. 3. Adolescent's self regulated learning strategies total degree were appeared interaction between grade and sex. Female student were decreased along with higher grade whereas, self regulated learning strategies degree of male student were increase gradually along with higher grade. 4. There were positive correlations relationships between adolescent's self regulated learning strategies total, subfactors and academic achievement score in the all grade students. therefore, self regulated learning strategies very useful to adolescents academic achievement. 5. There were positive correlations between adolescent's self regulated learning strategies total, subfactors and Korean, English, mathematic scores in the all grade students. 6. There were no difference in the Correlation relationships between adolescent's self regulated learning strategies and academic achievement in sex. 7. There were positive correlations relationship between self-regulated learning strategies total, subfactors and social competency in the all grade student. 8. There were no difference the Correlation relationship between adolescent's self regulated learning strategies subfactors and social competency were in sex, therefore, self regulated learning strategies, social competency is very important to all adolescence.
