Anti-fungal materials producing bacteria were isolated from soil by bennett's agar and actinomycete isolation agar medium. The bacteria were identified as synonym of Actinomycetes. Based on the data obtained from its morphological and colony characteristics. The medium for production of anti-fungal materials was YEME (yeast extract 4g, malt extract 10g, glucose 4g, D.W 1l, pH 7.0±0.2). The culture conditions were 30℃, 7 days and 200 rpm in shaking incubator. No.13, No.15 and No.28 strains were produced anti-fungal materials against fungal plant pathogens. Specially, The No. 28 strain showed a powerful biopesticide activity and broad spectrum effects of anti-fungal materials on Collectrichum coccodes, Botrytis cinerea, Ciadosporium cucumerinum, Didvmella bryoniae,.

Structure durability under shock load is evaluated by performing a shock resistance test. Saw-tooth shock wave is generated in a specific environment and transmitted to the structure. The saw-tooth shock wave is generated using a specific impact test system. In general, the impact test system is generally composed of three types: Drop, lateral and rotational. Each type of impact test system has different detail parts. This study applies the drop-type impact test system. A test table, a fixed table, and a shock programmer compose comprise the drop-type impact test system. The drop-type impact test system uses the initial height of the test table, where the specimen is mounted on. The Impact velocity in the drop-type impact test is determined by the initial height of the test table. The shock programmer generates the shock wave transmitted to the specimen mounted on the test table, which is then. The shock wave transmitted to the specimen is then generated by the shock programmer material. Parameter researchThe parameter testing on the shock programmer has to be performed using the drop-type impact test system to generate the saw-tooth shock wave with non-linear characteristics. This study generates the saw-tooth shock wave by designing and simulating the lead shock programmer. Lead is considered as the shock programmer material. The accuracy of the simulation program (i.e., LS-Dyna) is verified by performing the drop shock test of theon the three types of lead shock programmer with three types. The results of the time history on the test table acceleration between the simulation and the test are compared with those of the shock test and the simulation. The shock test and simulation results are plotted using the tolerance range of the saw-tooth shock wave presented in MIL-STD-810G. The saw-tooth shock wave generated using the lead shock programmer with conical and truncated conical shape is estimated using the verified simulation program. The aspect ratio of the conical and truncated conical lead shock programmer is presented toused to generate the saw-tooth shock wave is also presented.

Background

Cytogenetic abnormalities (CAs) have been reported frequently in patients with otherwise typical aplastic anemia (AA), but their implications in the prognosis and in the evolution to hematologic malignancies are controversial.

Methods

We retrospectively analyzed 127 adult AA patients who had successful cytogenetic analysis at initial diagnosis.

Results

The patients were classified into 3 groups according to the initial and follow-up results of cytogenetic profiles. Group 1 included patients who had persistent AA with normal cytogenetic profiles (N=117); Group 2, those who had a normal cytogenetic profile at initial diagnosis but later acquired CA (N=4, 3.1%); and Group 3, those who had CA at the initial diagnosis, regardless of follow-up cytogenetic status (N=6,4.7%). In Group 2, 2 patients later developed CA without progression to acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS); the other 2 patients later progressed to AML. None of the patients in Group 3 progressed to AML or MDS. There was no significant difference in overall survival between Groups 1 and 3.

Conclusion

AA patients with CA at initial diagnosis or follow-up may not be at greater risk for evolution to AML or MDS, or show shorter survival periods. Prospective studies and a larger patient samples are needed to establish the clinical relevance of CA.

In this paper, a Pattern Recognize Processor based on DNA Computing technique is proposed in order to provide the massive parallelism and reduce the recognition time. The proposed hardware architecture performs simple DNA-computing operations by using the simple memory access technology and classifies the input pattern as molecular evolutionary learning model. The proposed hardware architecture compares 1000 patterns at once and hardware recognition time is 8 × 10? times faster than the software recognition time without accuracy loss. ModelSim and ISE simulation is applied for the proposed hardware design verification using the Xilinx Virtex-4LX100 FPGA.
