        미세-전단 결합 강도 시험을 이용한 상아질 접착제와 수복용 복합 레진의 호환성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to compare and to evaluate the combination use of 5 kinds of dentin adhesiye systems and 5 kinds of composite resins using micro-shear bond test. Five adhesive systems (Prime & Bond NT (PBN), Onecoat bond (OC), Excite (EX), Syntac (SY), Clearfil SE bond (CS)) and five composite resins (Spectrum (SP) Synergy Compact (SC), Tetric Ceram (TC), Clearfil AP-X (CA). Z100 (Z1)) were used for thing study (5×5 = 25group, n = 14/group). The slices of horizontally sectioned human tooth were bonded with each bonding system and each composite resin, and tested by a micro-shear bond strength test. These results were analyzed statistically. The mean micro-shear bond strength of dentin adhesive systems were in order of CS (22.642 Mpa), SY (18.368 MPa), EX (14.599 MPa), OC (13.702 MPa), PBN(12.753 MPa). The mean bond strength of self-etching primer system group (CS, SY) in dentin was higher than that of self-priming adhesive system groups (PBN, EX, OC) significantly (P<0.05). The mean bond strength of composite resins was in ordel of SP (19.008 MPa), EA (17.532 MPAa), SC (15.787 MPa), TC (15.058 MPa), Z1 (14.578 MPa) Micro-shear bond strength of SP was stronger than those of other composite resins significantly (P < 0.05). And those of TC and Z1 were weaker than other composite resins significantly (P < 0.05). No difference was found in micro-shear bond strength of composite resin in self-etching primer adhesive system groups (CS, SY) statistically. However, there was significant difference of micro-shear bond strength of composite resin groups in self-priming adhesive systems group (PBN, EX, OC). The combination of composite resin and dentin adhesive system recommended by manufacturer did not represent positive correlation. It didn't seem to be a significant factor.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors which affect the kitchen furniture design. Besides it suggest the helpful sources to the kitchen furniture design. A total of 179 females was sampled who are living in Seoul and 20 to 30's age. The data were analyzed by the statistical methods such as frequency, percentile and x2 verification through spss pc. The kitchen furniture is affected by the following variables in order : age, education level and marriage. Based on the above finding, the variables which affect the kitchen furniture design should be researched.

        This paper describes a new digital control system based on the model state equations and a prediction method of the load current for PLW inverter with DC link. A new technique used dead beat theory to obtain a sinusoidal PWM inverter output voltage with LC filter has been presented. The dead schemes possess one sample delay in theses controlled signal which can compensate by prediction of the reference wave of the load current at next sample time. Load current prediction which has quick response is applied to compensate the random and high frequency components. This proposed control inherently is verified vary good sinusoidal output wave synthesis of voltage and current, providing accurate phase positioning for various load and excellent transient response. The experimental implementation of the system uses a real time TMS320C31 DSP(Digita1 Signal Processor)based digital controller.

        In this paper, we report some sorts of result obtained by investigating the exhibits which had been submitted for "The National Exhibition of Science"and "The Science Exhibition for the Students of Cheju-do"during the last ten years and by putting the questions to the science teacher of the teacher of the middle and high schools in Cheju-do. Up to the half number the exhibits are occupied by the field of physics and biology. Almost the exhibits (above 90%) have the contents related to those of the current curriculum. However, 30.2% of the respondents only believe that their students may put the exhibits to practical use in learning. Many respondents replied that they could have not participated in the exhibition of science because they were in heavy duty and the fiscal support were not only so limited but also not sufficient enough to make an excellent work.

        In this paper, we evaluated two main QoS supporting routing protocol on wireless ad hoc network. At presence, wireless mobile communication focuses on how to efficiently support mobility of users more than QoS guarantee. However, in order to satisfy requirement of various applications which have been or will be served, QoS support service between source and destination becoming a very important issue. Of all routing protocols, DSR and AODV are very important routing protocol in MANET. So we simulated DSR and AODV QoS Routing Protocol Through simulation evaluation tool NS(Network Simulation) based on various environments.

      • Aflatoxin-DNA Adduct의 화학합성에 관한 연구

        Aflatoxin은 세계 여러 곳에서 식품에 오염되어 발견되며 증가하는 인간의 간암발생과 빈번히 역학적으로 관련하여 보고되는 발암물질이다. 이러한 aflatoxin의 발암성 규명에 대한 연구의 일환으로 20㎎ calf thymus DNA와 8㎎ 표준 aflatoxin B₁을 반응시켜 화학적으로 aflatoxin B₁-DNA adduct를 합성하였다. 합성된 aflatoxin B₁-DNA adduct는 산가수분해와 열처리에 의해 거대한 DNA 분자를 절단하였고, immunoaffinity column을 통과시켜 aflatoxin B₁-DNA adduct만 선택적으로 정제한 후 HPLC법으로 정량하였다. 그 결과 반응생성물의 대부분은 aflatoxin B₁-guanine adduct였으며, 그 함량은 aflatoxin B₁으로 5.2㎎이었다. Aflatoxins are highly carcinogenic agents consistantly found as contaminants in human food supplies in many areas of the world and epidemiologically linked to incidence of human liver cancer. To examine the carcinogenic action of aflatoxin B₁,aflatoxin B₁-DNA adducts were chemically synhtesized with the reaction of 20㎎ calf thymus DNA, and 8㎎ standard aflatoxin B₁. Since DNA molecule was too large for analysis, it was fragmented by acid hydrolysis and heat. The fragmented aflatoxin B₁-DNA adducts were selectively concentrated by immunoaffinity column procedure and confirmed by HPLC method. The main component was aflatoxin B₁-guanine adduct, which was quantatively measured as 5.2㎎ aflatoxin B₁.

        Urinary arsenic species concentration in residents living near abandoned metal mines in South Korea

        Background: Arsenic is a carcinogenic heavy metal that has a species-dependent health effects and abandoned metal mines are a source of significant arsenic exposure. Therefore, the aims of this study were to analyze urinary arsenic species and their concentration in residents living near abandoned metal mines and to monitor the environmental health effects of abandoned metal mines in Korea. Methods: This study was performed in 2014 to assess urinary arsenic excretion patterns of residents living near abandoned metal mines in South Korea. Demographic data such as gender, age, mine working history, period of residency, dietary patterns, smoking and alcohol use, and type of potable water consumed were obtaining using a questionnaire. Informed consent was also obtained from all study subjects (n = 119). Urinary arsenic species were quantified using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP/MS). Results: The geometric mean of urinary arsenic (sum of dimethylarsinic acid, monomethylarsonic acid, As<SUP>3+</SUP>, and As<SUP>5+</SUP>) concentration was determined to be 131.98 μg/L (geometric mean; 95% CI, 116.72–149.23) while urinary inorganic arsenic (As<SUP>3+</SUP> and As<SUP>5+</SUP>) concentration was 0.81 μg/L (95% CI, 0.53–1.23). 66.3% (n = 79) and 21.8% (n = 26) of these samples exceeded ATSDR reference values for urinary arsenic (>100 μg/L) and inorganic arsenic (>10 μg/L), respectively. Mean urinary arsenic concentrations (geometric mean, GM) were higher in women then in men, and increased with age. Of the five regions evaluated, while four regions had inorganic arsenic concentrations less than 0. 40 μg/L, one region showed a significantly higher concentration (GM 15.48 μg/L; 95% CI, 7.51–31.91) which investigates further studies to identify etiological factors. Conclusion: We propose that the observed elevation in urinary arsenic concentration in residents living near abandoned metal mines may be due to environmental contamination from the abandoned metal mine. Trial registration: Not Applicable (We do not have health care intervention on human participants).

        운동과 태음조위탕 처방이 흰쥐의 간기능 효소와 간내 지방축적에 미치는 영향

        윤진란, 류성환, 정경훈, 최덕구, 정일규, 이희혁, 김종오, 정진욱. 운동과 태음조위탕 처방이 흰쥐의 간기능 효소와 간내지방축적에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제11권 제2호, 345-358, 2002. 본 연구는 태음조위탕과 운동처방이 비만치료에 생리학적, 조직학적으로 미치는 영향에 중점을 두고 흰쥐 체중, 효소활성도를 비롯해 인체내 대사가 가장 활발한 기관인 간의 조직을 살펴봄으로서 비만치료법으로서의 효과에 대해 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 운동+태음조위탕군이 다른 그룹(운동군, 태음조위탕 처방 군, 대조군) 보다 체중의 증가가 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 태음조위탕군과 운동군의 비교에 있어서는 운동군에 있어서 체중의 증가가 더 낮게 나타났다. 간 무게는 운동+태음조위탕군이 다른 그룹(운동군, 태음조위탕 처방 군, 대조군)에 비해 가장 낮았으며 운동과 태음조위탕군의 비교에 있어서도 운동군의 간무게가 더 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 총 콜레스테롤, LDL-C, 중성지방, Al의 수준은 운동+태음조위탕군이 다른 그룹(운동군, 태음조위탕 처방 군, 대조군)에 비해 더 낮게 나타났으며{각각 [F(3.36)=3.190 P=.035], [F(3.36)=123.544 P=.000], [F(3.36)=565.624 P=.000], [F(3.36)=193.935 P=.000]}, HDL-C는 운동군, 태음조위탕 처방 군, 대조군에 비해 운동+태음조위탕군이 더 높게 나타났다[F(3.36)=327.767 P=.000]. 혈중 GOT와 GPT수준은 운동군, 태음조위탕 처방 군, 대조군에 비해 운동+태음조위탕군이 낮게 나타났다. Hematoxylin-eosin은 간세포질 모두를 염색하는 방법으로 본 연구에서는 세포질 구성물질 정도가 대조군>태음조위탕 처방군>운동군>운동+태음조위탕 처방군 순으로 나타났다. Sudan Black B는 간세포내 지방성분을 알아보기 위하여 행해지는 염색법으로 본 연구에서는 다음과 같이 지방성분 함량이 대조군>태음조위탕 처방군>운동군>운동+태음조위탕 처방군 순으로 나타났다. PASS 염색을 실시한 결과 당함량이 대조군에서 가장 많고 태음조위탕 처방군>운동군>운동+태음조위탕 처방 군 순으로 나타났다. 이상과 갈이 태음조위탕과 운동의 처방은 간기능에 부정적 영향을 주지 않고 간내 지방 축적을 감소시켜 비만치료에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. Effects of Taeyeumjoweetang and exercise administration on enzymes and fat accumulation of the liver tissue in rats. Exercise Science, 11(2): 345-358, 2002. Taeyeumjoweetang is associated with improving liver function as wall as improving lipid profile. These factors are known to reduce body fat mass in re Taeyeum person'. Exercise also can improve liver function in patients with fatty liver. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of both Taeyeumjoweetang and exercise on enzymes and fat accumulation in rat's liver cells. 40 Sprague-Dawley rats(14weeks old)were randomly assigned into four group; the control group(n=10), the herb tea group(n=10), the exercise group(n=10) and the herb+exercise group(10). The herb tea group were given the consumption of 50㎖ of the herb tea a day for 8weeks. The exercise protocol consisted of treadmill running for 8 weeks. The data fof TC, LDL, HDL and Al were measured in plasma Wood, and GOT and GPT were measured in liver tissue. An alpha level of .05 was used as the criteria for significance. The Obtained results are as follows: 1. There were significant differences in body weight among three groups. The herb+exercise group was lower significantly than other group. 2. There were significant differences in liver weight among three groups. The herb+exercise group was lower significantly than other group. 3. There were significant differences in TC, LDL and Al among three groups. The herb+exercise group was lower significantly than other group. But HDL levels in the herb+exercise group was highly significantly than other group. 4. There were significant differences in GOT, GPT among three groups. The herb+exercise group was lower significantly than other group, showing lowest liver cell damage. 5. In composition material quantity of liver' cell cytosol shown by Hematoxylin-eosin stain, The herb+exercise group was lower significantly than other group. 6. As results of lipid and glucose stain, The herb+exercise group was lower significantly than other group in fat accumulation and glucose levels. These findings demonstrate that both the herb tea and exercise have an effect to reduce fat and glucose accumulation but exercise effects is higher than these of the herb tea. Also these effects is highest brought about by the herb+exercise.
