        This study was conducted to have basic and applied informations to establish the cultivation method and to improve the cultivation techniques of Angelica gigas Nakai through investigating the rates of germination and seedling establishment with treatment of plant growth regulator and seed priming. The germination rates of round shape seed were about 0.3~12% higher than those of parallel shape. The germination rates with different storage durations were increased at the level of 25oC and 4oC with the storage days, while they were clearly higher at -20oC compared to those at 4oC and 25oC without the storage durations. With the results of germination rates with treating of plant growth regulator and seed priming, their rates with the round shape seeds were comparatively higher about 6% than those with parallel shape seed and they were increased with increasing of the storage durations. The germination rates were generally appeared higher with GA3 than did those with seed priming. The highest germination rate was appeared at 50 ppm GA3 of plant growth regulator and at -0.5 MPa PEG6000 of seed priming. The germination rates?ㅤ ?ㅤ of Angelica gigas were different with different temperature, storage durations and the treatments of plant growth regulator and seed priming. These results could be used according to different cultivating conditions.

      • 난분해성 폐수처리를 위해 Bioaugmentation한 생물막 반응기에 관한 연구

        The effect on the stability of biofilm and phenol removal efficiency under high phenol loading was investigated by RBC(Rotating Biological Contactor) using augmented reactor and unaugmented reactor with Rhodococcus sp. EL-GT. The operation of RBCs was carried out at rotating speed of 10 rpm and hydraulic retention time of 7 h at 20℃. The maximum amount of dry weight of the biofilm was 0.04 g/㎠ to running time for 15 days. The amount of attached biofilm of contactors was stabilized as 0.15∼0.03 g/㎠ for 35 days' running times and that of two reactors was similar value. But unaugmented reactor was shocked at 1,200 mg/ℓ phenol loading that the biofilm and removal efficiency were impacted. The bioaugmentation reactor showed higher removal rates than unaugmented reactors about phenol, sCOD and nitrogen contents. Bioaugmentation, with the strain originating from the same ecosystem and growing effectively on a selective substrate, was often effective means to treatment of recalcitrants like as phenol wastewater.

Further more compared theoretical equation with result of lateral loading test.

        VS(Variable Speed)-Motor is speed control method using eddy-current coupling. This method installs eddy-current coupling with constant speed driving Induction Motor and controls rotating speed through a charging change of a excitation current, particularly. VS-Motor is used widely because of simple control and wide speed range. But this method has large losses and low efficiency because of heating as slip drum in low speed region. In cooling, addition of a mechanical devices is difficult and in volume, large space is occupied. Using SCR for control, efficiency of system is low. In case of inverter, though advantage of high efficiency and high performance the price is expensive. Therefore, in this study, we developed low-cost type VVVF(Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) Inverter system for substituting VS-Motor.

      • 초등 방과후학교 운영 및 방과후학교지원센터에 대한 외부강사의 인식조사

        본 연구는 초등 방과후학교에 대한 운영과 방과후학교지원센터의 추진정책에 대한 외부강사의 인식조사를 통해 보다 실증적인 자료를 얻기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 부산지역 방과후학교에 참여하는 외부강사 267명을 대상으로 운영실태 및 이에 대한 그들 자신의 평가, 방과후학교지원센터에서 수행하고 있는 외부강사 인력풀 관리, 정책 및 채용에 대한 정보 제공, 연수 등에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 그 결과 외부강사들은 방과후학교 운영의 목적을 사교육비 절감에 두고 있었다. 학생들의 효율적인 참여를 위해 학년별 정규수업 마치는 시간을 고려한 시간표 구성, 시간당 일정 강의료에 학생 수를 반영한 강사료 책정, 학교차원의 적극적인 홍보를 가장 효과적인 활성화 방안으로 인식하고 있었다. 한편, 이들은 방과후학교 외부강사로 활동 하면서 학생을 가르치는 즐거움을 가장 큰 보람으로 느끼고 있었지만, 동시에 고용의 안정성이 확보되지 못해 불안을 느끼고 있었다. 또한, 방과후학교지원센터에서 운영하는 인력풀에 약 60%가 등록하여 활동하고 있었다. 지원센터의 명강사 또는 우수프로그램 인증을 통해 명강사로서의 자부심뿐 아니라 채용이나 강사료에도 긍정적인 도움을 받을 수 있길 기대하고 있었는데, 인증점수 환산 시 학생관리능력에 대한 배점이 좀 더 강화되어야 한다는 인식을 갖고 있었다. 더불어 방과후학교지원센터에서 주관하고 있는 연수에 각 분야별 전문가 및 현재 활동하고 있는 우수 외부강사가 지도강사로 참여하여 좀 더 현실적인 도움을 제공받길 원하고 있었다. 이러한 외부강사의 인식조사는 방과후학교 활성화를 위한 정책 수립 시 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. 특히, 최근에 설립되어 아직 검증되지 않은 방과후학교지원센터에 대한 외부강사의 인식조사는 보다 체계적인 방과후학교 운영을 위해 구체적인 시사점을 줄 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate instructor’s opinion about management of after-school and supporting centers for after-school, especially for both accreditation systems for best instructor or program and training systems for instructor. This study examined instructor's opinion by their education levels, teaching programs, and job types, which were not regarded by previous studies. The key findings of this study are summarized in the following. First, instructors thought that the main purpose of after-school is to reduce private education expenses. However, because the tuition fee of after-school is getting higher, the government should consider more financial support for after-school. Second, to activate after-school, school needs to advertise actively about instructors and programs. According to instructors’ opinion, the most efficient method of advertisement is using school letters. Also, in order to reduce school teacher's work, school needs to set advertisement systems for after-school. Third, it is needed to strengthen the functions of supporting center for after-school, because instructors get information like program advertisement, employment, or related policies from supporting center's homepage. Forth, training programs for instructors should be held by regular basis. Instructors want that period of training program needs to be held during vacations which instructors have spare time. Also, contents of training programs need to be adjusted practically, so instructors can use in their classes.

      • 서울시 인구의 공간변화 경향에 관한 연구

        Population is an important socio-economic index that explains levels of urban development, current conditions of residential environments, locations of public and private facilities, and socio-economic activities of residents in a city or region. The Seoul city region with over ten million residential population(over 20% share of national population) within an area of 605.5km2(only 0.6% share of national area) has recently experienced the dynamic migration of city residents from central districts to suburb areas at the peak of 10.97 million population in the year of 1992. The objectives of this research are: (1) to investigate the dynamic patterns of Seoul residential population that is already declining with respect to five regional groups of central, northwest, northeast, southeast, and southwest regions provided by 『2011 Seoul City Regional Plan』, (2) to evaluate annual population changes of Seoul jurisdictional Dongs using statistical analyses, and (3) the spatial distributions of Seoul population using a geographic information system. To do this, this research collects annual, Dong-based population data from Seoul statistical yearbooks from the year of 1979 to 1999. This research also applied correlation analysis, hypothesis testing of two non-independent paired data, and spatial analysis using SAS v. 6.12 and Mapinfo v. 4.1. Results from general pattern investigation show that the population of Seoul region is declining since the year of 1992, though the population of the Seoul metropolitan region still increases. This declining population is not the spatial case in one area, but the widely observed, fundamental trend. Results from statistical analyses present that all of correlation analyses and most of hypothesis testing provided significant test outcomes within the 99% significance level. This means that the population number of Seoul city is dramatically changing during most of the study period. The spatial analyses using Mapinfo software clearly show the suburbanization pattern of Seoul population.

      • C_57BL/6계 생쥐와 Nude계 생쥐의 오금림프절내 림프소절 및 종자중심의 분포에 관한 3차원적 연구

        This study was aimed to clarify the distribution of lymph follicles and germinal centers in the lymph nodes of the C_57BL/6 and nude strain mice. Male adult mice were used in this study. After animal were sacrificed, the right popliteal lymph nodes were removed and fixed in Zenker-formol solution for 3 hours and embedded in JB-4 resin. One of every two section, cut 3㎛ in thickness serially, was stained with May-Gru‥nwald and Giemsa solution. The results obtained from this study were as follows; 1. The number of lymph follicles per popliteal lymph node was average 11.25 C_57BL/6 mice but, the number of lymph follicles in nude mice was 20.25. In C_57BL/6 mice major distribution(8.5) of the lymph follicles situated in peripheral cortex overlying the unit(PCOU). In unde mice major distribution(14) is peripheral cortex beyond the unit(PCBU). 2. The thickness of most lymph follicles was between 0.01-0.19 mm in C_57BL/6 mice. But in nude mice the thickness of most of lymph follicles was between 0.20-0.39mm 3. The number of lymph follicies contained germinal center was 8.75 in nude mice. But C_57BL/ 6 mice was not observed germinal centers. 4. The average number of deep cortex is 1.5 and shape is semiovoid in C_57BL/6 mice. Spherical shaped deep cortex was observed and the number of that is one in nude mice. In stained section low density deep cortex was observed in nude mice specifically. 5. The size of lymph follicle in C_57BL/6 mice is 0.405mm and in nude mice 0.795mm

        Monasucs anka의 적색조 생산 특성

        Monascus anka KFCC 4478의 적색소 생산력을 증가시키기 위하여 배지조성 및 배양조건에 대하여 검토하였다. 공시균주의 색소 생성력은 탄소원으로 glucose 4.0%, 유기질소원으로 peptone 3.0%, 무기질소원으로 NaNO_3 0.15%, 비타민 성분으로 thiamine-HCI 및 nicotinic acid 각 10㎍/l였으며, 배양온도 30℃, 초기 pH 7.0이었다. 특히 유기질소원과 무기질소원을 복합 처리함으로서 색소 생성력이 향상되었다. 결정된 색소생성 최적조건하에서 본 공시균주는 배양 5일만에 최대 균체 증식과 색소 생성력을 나타내었다. Optimal media and cultural conditions for the production of red pigment were established using Monascus anka KFCC 4478. The optimal temperature and initial pH for the production of red pigment were 30℃ and 7.0, respectively. Glucose turned out to be most suitable carbon source for red pigment production. Optimal glucose concentration was 3.0%. Addition combined of nitrogen sources of peptone and NaNO_3 induced good red pigment production. Thiamine-HCL and nicotinic acid were increased the production of red pigment. Under optimal conditions, maximum red pigment production and cell growth were observed after 5 days of incubation.
