지역중심 교·보육기관 설립을 통한 가정보육시설 통합관리방안

This study seeks to understand family day care in the context of its increased needs in order to promote public service for education & child care. Thus the study contributes to the discussion surrounding the changes in community-based education & child care center that can lead to better quality of education and child care for infants and young children. The integration of community-based education & child care center is expected to lead a higher quality of education and child care including teacher qualification, family child care management, professional knowledge, and higher teacher qualifications as well as a refinement of techniques and information in publicizing education & child care for infants and young children. This study addresses the integrative roles of community-based education and child care centers that enable them to provide comprehensive systematic and professional support. 본 연구는 현재 지속적으로 증가하는 가정보육시설에 대한 수요를 교․보육의 공공성 강화라는 관점에서 이해하고 영유아를 위한 가정보육시설의 질적 수준 향상을 위한 방안으로서 지역사회 중심의 교․보육기관 설립에 관해 논의하고자 하였다. 지역사회 중심의 교․보육기관 설립을 통해 가정보육시설의 교사전문성, 시설운영능력, 전문적 지식․기술․정보제공 등의 질적인 수준을 안정시키고 교․보육의 공공성을 모색하고자 하였다. 가정보육시설이 공공성의 기능을 갖기 위해서는 가정보육시설의 고유성을 보완할 수 있는 전문적이고 체계적인 지원이 필요하며 이러한 역할과 기능을 담당할 수 있는 지역사회 중심의 교․보육기관의 역할에 관해 논의하고자 하였다.

In order to alleviate the economic shock by COVID-19, local governments implemented policies to overcome the crisis by providing small business merchants with emergency relief grants. In this study, we assess the emergency relief grants in Chungnam province using a logistic regression model. The findings show that larger grants, speedier processing, older owners, and service industry related to more satisfaction with the grant policy. Therefore, we need to consider attentive policymaking, implying for instance procedural simplification, relief of conditions to get grants, and differential payment by industry.
