This study demonstrated the significance of Aesop’s fables from the perspective of character education. To achieve the aim of this study, I studied the meaning of character and character education. At the same time, I reconstructed the elements of character education and analyzed the features and lessons of Aesop’s fables. Character use to be regarded as the personality of a person or as a good person. However, it’s meaning has changed now referring to human property which can be developed and which enables an individual to live as a member of the society. Aesop’s fables is a collection of short, witty tales with characters of personified animals, plants, objects, etc. which vividly captures the episodes from the real world. For a long time, it has been chosen as an important reference in the field of morality education, but my analysis shows that the fables do not just contain moral lessons but also a variety of different lessons because they are based on stories that anybody living in this world can easily relate to. This research highlights the significance of Aesop's fables in terms of character education, and the findings are as follows. Given that the meaning of character education is to develop the capability to judge and act reasonably based on self-understanding and morality which are both necessary for humans who have to live with each other, it is clear that Aesop’s fables enable the reader to have a better understanding of oneself and others, to raise wisdom and judgment based on the lessons from everyday life tales, to recognize the value of living together, and to use it as a reference in thinking education as well. My analysis of the features of Aesop’s fables show that the readers can learn a lot more from them than just understanding why you need to behave well or why you need to be a moral person because they provide a wider range of lessons showing how to judge and act wisely in this world where good and evil co-exists. 이 연구는 '이솝 우화'의 인성교육적 의의를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 인성교육의 의미를 이해하고, 인성교육의 요소를 선정하였으며, 선정한 요소를 기준으로 '이솝 우화'의 교훈을 분석하였다. 분석대상이 되는 교훈은 '이솝 우화'에 제시된 교훈이 아닌 연구자가 재해석한 교훈으로, 이에 근거하여 '이솝 우화'의 인성교육적 의의와 한계를 도출하였다. 일반적으로 인성과 인성교육은 바람직한 개인이 갖추어야 하는 자질과 그 자질을 함양할 수 있게 하는 교육으로 정의되지만, 사회적, 시대적 변화의 흐름에 따라 인성과 인성교육을 기존의 정의에서 사회구성원으로서의 삶을 살아가는데 필요한 자질까지를 포함하는 방향으로 정의하였다. 분석 결과 '이솝 우화'는 의인화된 등장인물을 통해 교훈을 전달하는 짧고 재미있는 이야기로서 현실세계를 있는 그대로 그려내면서도 독자에게 많은 깨우침과 교훈을 준다. 결론적으로 '이솝 우화'는 인간이라면 실생활에서 누구나 겪을 수 있는 이야기로서 자신과 타인을 이해할 수 있게 하고, 더불어 사는 삶의 가치를 일깨워주며, 사고의 폭을 확장시켜준다는 측면에서 인성교육적 의의를 지닌다.
노인장기요양보험 서비스 이용에 따른 의료이용 및 의료비 지출 양상의 변화

Background: This study aimed to analyze changes in medical utilization and cost before and after long-term care (LTC)implementation. Methods: We used the National Health Information Database from National Health Insurance Service. The participants were selectedwho had a new LTC grade (grade 1–5) for 2015. Medical utilization was analyzed before and after LTC implementation. Segmentedregression analysis of interrupted time series was conducted to evaluate the overall effect of the LTC implementation on medicalcosts. Results: The total number of participants was 41,726. A major reason for hospitalization in grade 1 was cerebrovascular diseases, anddementia was the top priority in grade 5. The proportion of hospitalization in grade 1 increased sharply before LTC implementationand then decreased. In grade 5, it increased before LTC implementation, but there was no significant difference after LTCimplementation. As for medical cost, in grades 1 to 4, the total cost increased sharply before the LTC implementation, but thereafter,changes in level and trend tended to decrease statistically, and for grade 5, immediately after LTC implementation, the level changewas decreasing, but thereafter, the trend change was increasing. Conclusion: Long-term care grades showed different medical utilization and cost changes. Long-term care beneficiaries wouldimprove their quality of life by adequately resolving their medical needs by their grades.
프로젝션 TV 적용을 위한 액정 디스플레이의 열적 안정성에 관한 연구

We have investigated electro-optical characteristics in three kinds of twisted nematic (TN) cells on the polyimide surface. The threshold voltage and the response time of thermal stressed TN cells were same that of no thermal stressed TN cells. There were little change of value in these TN cells. On the other hand, transmittance of no thermal stressed TN cells were better than that of thermal stressed TN cells. Transmittances of TN cells on the polyimide surface decreased by increasing thermal stress time. Moreover, the residual DC of the thermal stressed TN cells increased as increasing thermal stress temperature and time. Therefore, thermal stability of TN cells were decreased gradually by giving high thermal stress for a long time.
