      • 참깨의 저온저장중 획분별 지방질의 지방산조성 변화

        참깨를 5, 8, 12개월 저온저장 및 자연저장중 획분별 지방질의 지방산조성 변화를 검토하였다. 지방산조성 변화는 대부분의 획분별지질에서 함량이 가장 큰 리놀레산은 감소한 반면 그 외 지방산은 증가하였으나 스테릴에스테르의 리놀레산은 저온저장중에 약간 증가하였고 올레산은 자연저장 중에 약간 감소하였다. 한편 인지방질의 팔미트산은 감소하였으며 저온저장중에서 올레산은 거의 변화가 없었다. C_18/C16지방산비의 변화는 당지방질, 스테릴에스테르 및 트리글리세리드는 감소한 반면 디클리세리드, 유리지방산 및 인지방질은 증가하였다. 불포화지방산/포화지방산비의 변화는 당지방질, 트리글리세리드, 디글리세리드 및 인지방질은 감소한 반면 유리지방산은 증가하였고 스테릴에스테르는 저온저장중에는 증가하였으나 자연저장중에는 감소하였다. This study was performed to find the change of fatty acid composition during the low temperature storage of sesame seed. The sample seed was kept within the cotton bag(20X27Cm) and the bag was stored in the refrigerator of 5℃. Also, the storing period of sample seed is 5, 8 and 12 months after the harvest time of sesame. The sesame oil was extracted by acetone at the harvest time and each storing time of sample seed. The lipids in sesame oil were fractionated into glycolipid(GL), sterylester(SE), triglyceride(TG), diglyceride(DG), free fatty acid(FFA) and phospholipid(PL) by means of solution was mixed normal hexane with ethylalcohol and thin layer chromatography. Fatty acid composition of each fraction were anlyzed by gas liguid chromatograpy. The linoleic acid content of the GL, SE, TG, DG, FFA and PL was decreased, while the oleic, stearic and palmitic acid content of GL, SE, TG, DG and FFA was increased during the low temperature storage of sesame. But the palmitic acid content of PL was decreased. Also the stearic and oleic acid content of PL was slightly increased. The ratio of C_18 to C_16 fatty acids in GL, SE and TG was decreased, but that of DG, FFA and PL was increased during low temperature storage of sesame. The ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acids in GL, TG, DG and PL was decreased, but that of SE and FFA was increased during low temperature storage of sesame.

      • 유자종실의 지질조성

        폐기되는 유자종실이 이용가능성을 알아보기 위해서 1990년도 남해군에서 생산된 유자를 원료로 하여 유자종실의 화학성분과 유자종실기름의 성상, 획분별 지질조성 및 지방산 조성을 분석하였다. 유자종실의 화학성분은 粗脂肪이 31.4%이고 粗蛋白이 19.9%였다. 유자종실기름의 산가는 1.69, 옥도가는 100.4, 검화가는 200.32이며 굴절율은 1.4704였다. 획분별지질은 triglyceride가 68.0%, glycolipid가 26.1%이고 steryl ester 및 free sterol은 소량이며 free fatty acid, diglyceride 및 phospholipid는 미량이였다. 지방산조성은 Linoleic acid가 38.2%, oleic acid가 34.6%, palmitic acid가 20.6%로 대부분을 차지하며 stearic acid가 3.4%, linolenic acid가 2.1%로 소량이였다. 또한 불포화도비는 3.15였다. This experiment was performed to the several chemical compositions. which include chemical components(moisture, crude fat, crude protein and crude ash) of citrus(citurs junos SIEB) seed and the characteristics(acid value, iodine value, saponification value and refractive index) of citrus seed oil. Also, the fractionated pattern and fatty acid compositions of citrus seed oil were examined. The chemical components of citrus seed were investigated to be : moisture 10.8%, crude fat 31.4%, crude protein 19.9% and crude ash 2.0%. The properties of citrus seed oil were examined acid value 1.69, iodine value 100.40, saponification value 200.32 and refractive index 1.4704. The lipid dompositions of citrus seed oil were fractionated into glycolipid 26.1%, steryl ester 2.0%, triglyceride 68.0%, free fatty acid 0.8%, free sterol 1.3%, diglyceride 1.0% and phospholipid 0.8%. The fatty acid compositions of citrus seed oil were palmitic acid 20.6%, stearic acid 3.4%, oleic acid 34.6%, linolic acid 38.2%, and linolenic acid 2.1%,. And the ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acid was 3.15.

      • 低溫貯藏中 참깨의 Sterol 組成變化

        참깨種實을 5℃의 냉장고 및 自然狀態의 어두운 저장창고에 12個月 貯藏하면서 sterol組成 變化를 分析檢討하였다. 참깨수확때의 19.7%의 campesterol이 17.3∼17.8%로 약간 減少하였고 stigmasterol은 12.2%가 9.5∼9.8%로 減少하였으나 sitosterol은 52.5%가 56.5∼58.3%로 增加하였으며 △^5-avenasterol은 15.2%가 14.5∼16.3%로 거의 變化하지 않았다. 또한 貯藏方法에는 差異가 거의 없었으며 12個月 貯藏에는 변화폭이 좁았다. The sesame seed were stored in the refrigerator of 5℃ and the natural dark store. The stored time of sesame seed are 0, 5, 8, and 12 months and the sterol composition of 4-desmethylsterol fraction from total sterol in sesame seed oil was analyzed by GLC at a different time and condition. The campesterol content as 19.7% at harvesttime was slightly decreased to 17.3-17.8% after 12 months' storage and the stigmasterol content was decreased from 12.2% to 9.5-9.8%, but the content of sitosterol was increased from 52.5% to 56.5-58.3%, otherwise, △^5-avenasterol content was not nearly changed during storage. Also, the sterol composition of sesame was a little difference on the different condition and the changed range in 12 months' storage was narrow.

        충남대학교 학술림 산책로 훼손실태 및 관리방안에 관한 연구

        This study concentrates an the trail of the CNU(Chungnam National University) forest. The amount of use and the pattern of damage are considered, as well as the extent of environmental damage. Finally, some managerial strategies are proposed in connection with sustainable maintenance. The trail of the university forest is composed of three sections; one is the neighborhood park and the Institute of Information Technology/Communications, the second is the Institute of Information Technology/Communications and the Dormitory, and the third section is the Dormitory and the Foreign prof's Apt. The total length of the trail is 2.6km. The daily amount of use is 1,269 visitors per day. The amount of using increased three times the amount of that in 1998. This study shows the pattern of damage of the trail in the order of root-exposure, widening, rock-exposure, deepening and the divergence in the frequency of occurrence of all these factors. Environmental damage is also graded thus: grade 3 is 27.4m, grade 4 is 0.8m, grade 5 is 1.5m, and grade 6 is 0.2m. Accordingly, some managerial strategies were proposed in connection with the sustainable trail maintenance.

        Diamond-Like Carbon 코팅을 이용한 금속 장식 용구의 칼라링 및 디자인연구

        The usual methods of coloring metal ornaments include surface anodizing, plating and painting. However, the anodizing method can apply to AL materials only and the plating method has been causing a severe environmental problem because of the toxicity of materials used. For these methods, surface deteriorations such as decoloration, scratch and corrosion also occur after long-time use. Therefore, a better surface treatment method is needed. This study was conducted to improve corrosion resistance and wear resistance of metal ornaments, and increase their added value by means of the DLC(Diamond-Like-Carbon) coating method, and to expand the range of its application. This study examined the characteristics of the DLC for coloring metal ornaments and the ornamental design for practical application. Coating metal ornaments could be considered as one of promising fields for application of DLC DLC film is very suitable as a coating material because it is an amorphous carbon material based on covalent bond and therefore has excellent hardness, wear resistance, lubricative property, chemical stability and light transmittance. DLC coating film was formed by the PECVD method using 13.56MHz rf plasma and CH4 gas as a material gas. At this time RF power, working pressure, transmittance according to kind and amount of auxiliary gas, and changes in optical band gap were observed. It was shown that the higher the RF power and working pressure, the lower the optical bang gap. This could be demonstrated by observing the amount of carbon-hydrogen bond by means of FT-IR. It was shown that addition of hydrogen and nitrogen would the optical band gap because they serves to break the carbon-hydrogen bond at the time of vapor deposition. The direction of design was set up in the manner that the DLC coating film could be effectively deposited on the surface of an ornament. Design was based on geometric figures and minimalism with plane elements accentuated. Accentuated, partial coating or simple, whole coating was induced by combining quadrangles, triangles and circles basically.
