유육종증은 원인미상의 만성 육아종성 질환으로 폐, 림프절, 피부, 안구 등의 피부를 침범하여 다양한 임상 양상을 보인다. 전체 유육종증 환자 중 피부 증상을 보이는 경우는 약 20-35% 정도인 것으로 보고되어 있으며, 이중 병리조직 소견상 육아종이 관찰되는 특이적 병변인 피하 유육종증은 비교적 드문 피부 병변으로 전체 유육종증 환자 중 2-6% 정도를 차지하는 것으로 보고되어 있다. 이에 저자들은 다른 장기의 침범의 증거가 없이 피부에 국한되어 발생하고, prednisolone 경구투여로 병변의 호전을 보인 피하 유육종증 2예를 경험하고 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다. Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disorder of unclear origin. Cutaneous involvement is seen in about 20-35% of cases of sarcoidosis. Cutaneous lesions have been classified as specific and nonspecific type, depending on the presence of noncaseating granuloma on histologic studies. Specific lesions include lupus pernio, infiltrated plaques, maculopapular eruptions, subcutaenous nodules and scars. Among cutaneous lesions, subcutaneous sarcoidosis is rare and reported in 2-6% of cases of sarcoidosis. Standard therapeutic interventions for cutaneous sarcoidosis have traditionally included topical, intralesional, and systemic steroids, as well as antimalarial drugs, methotrexates, and combinations of these agents. We report two cases of subcutaneous sarcoidosis treated with oral corticosteroid.

Glycerol triacetate(triacetin) is the currently used common plasticizer in the making filters from cellulose acetate tow. For the mono acetate filter, the determination of triacetin contents is already established by CORESTA recommended method (No. 59). But unfortunately, the analytical method of triacetin in the activated carbon filter have not reported so far. In this study, it was established the analytical method of carbon filter's triacetin contents at various extraction conditions, bath ratio and internal standard materials. The confidential level appeared above $95\%$ when the extraction time, ISTD material and bath ratio was 3 hours, tripropionin and below 500 mg activated carbon / 50 $m\ell$ ethanol, respectively. Also, in the distribution of triacetin with filter materials in activated carbon filters, the triacetin amount was the most contained in activated carbon. Therefore, this method can be applied to the determination of triacetin contents in the activated carbon filter.
Shunt Overdrainage Caused by Displacement of the Pressure Control Cam after Pressure Adjustment

Although the Codman-Hakim programmable valve is one of most popular shunt systems used in the clinical practice for the treatment of hydrocephalus, malfunctions related with this system have been also reported which lead to underdrainage or overdrainage of the cerebrospinal fluid. While obstruction of the ventricular catheter by tissue materials or hematoma and catheter disconnection are relatively common, the malfunction of the valve itself is rare. Herein, we report on a rare case of shunt overdrainage caused by displacement of the pressure control cam after pressure adjustment. A 57-year-old female, who underwent a ventriculoperitoneal shunt eight years ago, experienced aggravating symptoms of shunt overdrainage after pressure adjustment. Displacement of the pressure control cam was revealed on the X-ray, and a shunt revision was performed. The purpose of this report is to provide a working knowledge of the valve structure and to enhance the ability to interpret the valve setting on an X-ray for diagnosis of valve malfunction.

In this paper, we proposed a realization method of tactile sense of virtual objects using a multi-layer Neural Network(NN). Inputs of the NN are position data of non-rigid objects and outputs of the NN are forces at that time and point. First, the position and force data are measured from non-rigid objects (a sponge and a balloon) using two PHANTOMS, which are set as a master and a slave manipulator. Then the data are used to train a multi-layer Neural Network whose inputs and outputs are designed to represent tactile information. The trained Neural Network is used to regenerate the tactile sense on the virtual objects graphically produced by a computer, and one can feel a quite similar sense of touch by using the system while touching the virtual objects.

Silicon nitride composite is widely used for applications in high temperature, wear protection and cutting tools. The physical properties of this composite is highly depended on the wt% of the composing materials. In this paper, we prepared composites with different wt% of silicon nitride and characterize the thermal conductivity according to thier wt%.
부적합 엽맥편이 궐련의 연소중 물리적 특성에 미치는 영향

In order to improve the final product quality, tobacco industry has gradually decreased the size and number of steams in the cigarette. Especially, steams bigger than $3{\times}3$ mm($length{\times}thickness$) and $2{\times}10$ mm($width{\times}length$) are not acceptable in the process as objectionable stems. A total number of 12 samples where the $length{\times}tickness$ samples were prepared by decreasing the present sample ($3{\times}3$ mm) with 1 mm up to $1{\times}1$ mm, and the $width{\times}length$ samples were prepared by decreasing the present sample ($2{\times}10$ mm) with 2 mm up to $2{\times}6$ mm for the stems in leaf and stems in expanded cut-tobacco were prepared to apply a fire ball drop test using stems. In addition, cigarettes were produced for these stems in order to analyze the forced fire ball drop including the burning, encapsulation and unencapsulation pressure drop and a single or unspecified direction combustion. Based on the results of the test, it was evident that the fire ball drop in the stems in expanded cut-tobacco presented a lower level than that of the stems in leaf. Also, the stems in expanded cut-tobacco presented a larger swelling and higher burning for a single direction than that of the stem in leaf. In addition, it was considered that the management criteria for objectionable stems should be changed as $3{\times}3$ mm and $2{\times}8$ mm for the $length{\times}thickness$ and $width{\times}length$ sample, respectively, in both steams in leaf and expanded cut-tobacco.
재난 구조용 로봇의 자율주행을 위한 2.5D 지도작성 및지도정합에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of increasing the efficiency of disaster reliefrescue operations through collaboration among multiple aerial and ground robots. The robots create 2.5D maps,which are merged into a 2.5D map. The 2.5D map can be handled by a low-specification controller of an aerialrobot and is suitable for ground robot navigation. For localization of the aerial robot, a six-degree-of-freedompose recognition method using VIO was applied. To build a 2.5D map, an image conversion technique wasemployed. In addition, to merge 2.5D maps, an image similarity calculation technique based on the features on awall was used. Localization and navigation were performed using a ground robot to evaluate the reliability ofthe 2.5D map. As a result, it was possible to estimate the location with an average and standard error of lessthan 0.3 m for the place where the 2.5D map was normally built, and there were only four collisions for theobstacle with the smallest volume. Based on the 2.5D map building and map merging system for the aerialrobot used in this study, it is expected that disaster response work efficiency can be improved by combining theadvantages of heterogeneous robots.
