This study is to delineate the watershed hydrological parameters such as area, slope, rain gauge weight, NRCS-CN and time of concentration (Tc) by using the Geographic Information Sytem (GIS) technique, and estimation of design flood for an ungauged watershed. Especially, we attempted to determine the Tc of ungauged watershed and develop simple program using the cell-based algorithm to calculates upstream or downstream flow time along a flow path for each cell. For a $19km^2$ watershed of tributary of Nakdong river (Seupmoon), the parameters including flow direction, flow accumulation, watershed boundary, stream network and Tc map were extracted from 30m Agreeburn DEM (Digital Elevation Model) and landcover map. And NRCS-CN was extracted from 30m landcover map and soil map. Design rainfall estimation for two rainfall gauge which are Sunsan and Jangcheon using FARD2006 that developed by National Institute for Disaster Prevention (NIDP). Using the parameters as input data of HEC-l model, the design flood was estimated by applying Clark unit hydrograph method. The results showed that the design flood of 50 year frequency of this study was $8m^3/sec$ less than that of the previous fundamental plan in 1994. The value difference came from the different application of watershed parameter, different rainfall distribution (Huff quartile vs. Mononobe) and critical durations. We could infer that the GIS-based parameter preparation is more reasonable than the previous hand-made extraction of watershed parameters.

Phase transition kinetics of nonstoichiometric amorphous titanium oxide thin films deposited by reactive sputtering was investigated after cooling down with various rate followed by l0min.-3hrs. annealing at $500^{\circ}C$~$600^{\circ}C$ After short duration and fast cooling. Magneli was the only crystalline phase because the oxidation rates of $TiO_{2-x}$, could be relatively slower than that of crystallization. When the films were cooled slowly between $500^{\circ}C$~$300{\circ}C$, Magneli was transformed into an anatase and stabilized, but directly into a rutile under fast cooling. Because the rutile also prevailed after cooling from $600^{\circ}C$, it was concluded that the rutile phase could be formed directly from Magneli as well as converted from the anatase. Changes in volume and surface morphology were observed related to crystallization and oxidation processduring heat treatment. 비정량적 조성을 가진 비정질 산화타이타늄 박막을 반응성 스퍼터링으로 제조한후, $500^{\circ}C$~$600^{\circ}C$에서 10분-3시간 열처리후 냉각속도를 달리하였을 때의 상변태과정을 고찰하였다. 10분-30분정도의 단기간의 열처리후 급냉한 경우에는 Mageneli상이 관찰되어 비정상정 상($TiO_{2-x}$)이 산화되는 속도가 결정화속도보다 훨씬 느린 것으로 생각되었다. 그러나 열처리 유지시간이 증가하면 $500^{\circ}C$에서 부터의 느린 냉각과정에서는 Magneil가 anatase로 변화하며 변태한 anatase는 저온에서는 rutile로 변화하지 않았으나 $500^{\circ}C$~$300{\circ}C$의 온도 구간을 비교적 빠르게 냉각하면 Matneli상은 직접 rutile상으로 변화할 수 있는 것으로 고찰되었다. 또한 $600^{\circ}C$에서 냉각시에도 rutile상이 형성됨으로서 rutile상은 $500^{\circ}C$이상의 고온에서도 이 상ㅇ르 거치지 않고 변태할 수 있는 것으로 분석된다. 결정화 및 산화과정은 부피의 변화를 야기하여 박막의 표면 형상의 변화도 가져옴이 관찰되었다.

Object : In this study, the effect of herbal external therapy, aromatherapy, herb medication against atopic dermatitis was investigated. Method : Atopic dermatitis grade and the effect of medication was determined using Kunz type and SCORAD index. Atopic dermatitos lesion was checked by taking pictures Result : The patient's admission SCORAD index was 74.2 but during 32 days admission treatment the patients's symptoms are getting reduced. At last when she discharged, the SCORAD index was 16.1. Conclusion : In this study, herbal external therapy, aromatherapy and herb medication were shown to treat atopic dermatitis effectively by decreasing itching, oozing, crust, dryness, lichenification. It is very possible that external therapy can offer a valuable mode of the treatment of not only atopic dermatitis but also another eczema.
사용자인식 분석을 통한 캠퍼스 외부공간 개선방향 설정에 관한 사례연구 - 부산시 소재 대학을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to suggest a basis for exterior space improving in university campus in terms of upgrading the quality of university education environment by analysing user's cognition and physical feature about campus exterior space. For this, this study was survey six major university students in Busan city about perception of campus exterior space, and analyzes the user's cognition by using natural-language vocabulary analysis for qualitative approach. Next, this study analyzes the physical feature of campus exterior space by investigating user's intensive using spaces and preferred, non-preferred spaces in their universities, then propose the improved direction of campus exterior space by comparing the analyzed data of user's cognition and physical feature. A SPSS20 program is used for the data analysis and the sample sizes are 171 college students.

The chlorination kinetics of synthetic rutile prepared by selective chlorination of ilmenite with Cl<sub>2</sub> and CO gas mixture were studied in a fluidized bed. Th e effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, and the ratio of Cl<sub>2</sub> and CO partial pressure ($p_{Cl_2}/p_{CO}$) on the conversion rate of TiCl<sub>4</sub> were investigated. The conversion rate of TiC<sub>4</sub> was low under the high $p_{Cl_2}/p_{CO}$ conditions. Moreover, it was considered that the partial pressure of CO gas was more effective than that of Cl<sub>2</sub> gas when comparing the stoichiometric conversion rate and experimental results of high CO partial pressure. Considering the porous structure of particles, the rate controlling step of the chlorination of synthetic rutile was determined to be chemical reaction and the activation energy was calculated as 53.77 kJ/mol.

Aromatherapy is used in many diseases nowdays. And, Aromatherapy is similar to historical oriental medicine. Moreover, Aroma is a popular alternative medicine like oriental medicine in these days. We used for all kinds of diseases with aroma herbs, especially in ENT and dermatological disese. We must be a bridge over oriental and western medicine with aromatherapy, because it will help reduce stress in pschosomatic disorder. We have to accept aromatherapy as oriental medicine paradigm for better holistic medicine. Method :We analyzed 20 herbs difference and similarity both aroma herb and oriental herb. We reseach for a scientific name, family, therapeutic region, efficacy, perfumery note, nature. The results were as follows: 1. Most of herbs are similar to each other in the treatment. Top, middle, bottom is similar to sam-cho(三焦) sang-cho, zhong-cho, ha-cho, and But futher reseach is needed for development of Oriental medicine. 2. We find out much similarity between oriental herbs and aromatic herbs and qi-mi ron(氣味論) is useful to analyze them 3. We find out difference mechanism between GI absortion and nasal inhalation. 4. Other Aroma herbs must be analyzed by oriental oriental medical thought, for example, seung-gang-bu-chim(昇降浮沈), gui-gyong(歸經), and so on. 5. Aromatic oriental medicine ways are developed like aromatic therapy.
