        심층피압지하수에서 세균군집의 분석에 의한 분변성 오염 평가

        세균군집의 분포에 따른 지하수의 세균학적인 안전성을 평가하기 위하여 음용을 목적으로 개발된 4곳의 관정에서 심층피압대수층의 지하수를 채수하여 물리화학적 환경요인, 세균의 분포와 활성, 지표세균의 분포 및 종속영양세균의 종조성을 조사하였다. 조사한 4개의 관정은 모두 빈영양생태계의 특징을 나타냈으나 관정 C-2는 무기이온의 농도, 유기탄소, 종속영양세균의 수 및 활성, 지표세균의 수가 다른 관정에 비해 매우 높았다. C-1을 제외한 모든 관정에서 분변성 오염이 존재하였으며 특히, 관정 C-2는 다른 관정들에 비해 그람양성 세균의 비율이 낮았으며, 총대장균군, 분변성대장균군, fecal streptococcus 가 각각 시료 250ml 에 최고 61, 33, 55 CFU로 존재하여 지표에서 분변성 오염물질이 지하수로 유입되고 있음이 확인되었다. 종속영양세균의 동정결과 55 CFU 로 존재하여 지표에서 분변성 오염물질이 지하수로 유입되고 있음이 확인되었다. 종속영양세균의 동정결과 지하수에 주로 존재하는 세균속은 Acinetobacter, Eikenella, Moraxella, Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Micrococcus 속이었다. 한편, 지하수에 일반적으로 존재하지 않는 Enterobacteriaceae 그룹과 Staphylococcus 속과 Enterococcus 속이 조사과정에서 검출됨에 따라 이들 세균이 지하수 분변성 오염 판정의 지표세균으로 사용할 수 있음이 확인되었다. The study on the bacterial distribution was performed to evaluate the bacteriological safety in 4 deep confined aquifers drilled for drinking. All the investigated aquifers were oligotrophic, howevec bacterial densities and activities and the number of indicator bacteria in C-2 boreholes were much higher than those in other boreholes. Fecal pollution was observed in 3 boreholcs except C-1 borehole. The ratio of gram positive bacteria of the C-2 borehole was much lower than those 01 another boreholes. The numbers of total colifonns, fecal coliforms, and fecal Slreptococcus in the C-2 boreholes were 61, 33, 55 CFU (250 ml)$^{-1}$</TEX, respectively. The most frequently isolated genera in the deep confined aquifers werc Acinetobacrer, EIkeneNn, Moraxella, Pserluomonas, Bacillus, or Micrococcus. The groups of Enterobacteriaceae, Staphylococcus and Enlerococcus, which were generally known as non-existing organisms iu aquifers, were found in the studied aquifers. From these results, it was expected that the surface water containing fecal pollutants has discharged into the aquifers.

        A report of 17 unrecorded bacterial species of Korea belonging to the phylum Bacteroidetes

        While screening indigenous prokaryotic species in Republic of Korea in 2017, a total of 17 bacterial strains assigned to the phylum Bacteroidetes were isolated from a variety of environmental habitats including water of fountain, tidal flat, plant root, soil, the gut of Russian grayling butterfly, ginseng field, seawater, lagoon and seashore sand. From the 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity of more than 98.7% and the formation of a robust phylogenetic clade with the closest species, it was found that the 17 strains belong to independent and recognized bacterial species. There has been no official report that the identified 17 species have been previously isolated in the Republic of Korea. Thus, 15 species in 10 genera of one family in the order Flavobacteriales, one species in one genus of one family in the order Cytophagales, and one species in one genus of one family in the order Sphingobacteriales are proposed as unrecorded species of the phylum Bacteroidetes found in the Republic of Korea. Gram reaction, colony and cell morphology, basic phenotypic characteristics, isolation source, taxonomic status, strain ID and other information are described in the species descriptions.

        国IT産業の日本に対する質的貿易競争力の研究

        This study analyze and compare the qualitative trade competitiveness of China with Japan relative to the Information Technology(IT) Industry from 2007 to 2017. The results and findings are as follows. First, China has continued to show a trade deficit with Japan except for information apparatus and communication apparatus in the Information and Communications Technologies Industry. Second, according to a general comparative advantage analysis, the IT industry has remained relatively inferior in trade with Japan. In particular, items in broadcasting apparatus and parts, namely equipment for the manufacture of flat panel displays, semiconductors, electron tubes, flat display and sensors, have been relatively inferior and have deteriorated. And the computers of the information devices were competitive, the cable communication apparatus has remained superior, and the wireless communication apparatus shifted from competitive to comparative advantage. Finally, analysis of qualitative trade competitiveness. First of all, according to the analysis by the import and export structures of superior and inferior quality, during the study period, China has mainly exported low-quality items to Japan, but it was found that exports of competitive and high-quality items have also increased in IT industry. Next, the analysis results by the product quality index show that the Chinese IT items exported to Japan have only slightly improved quality. However, analysis results by HS 6-digits classification show that the quality of computer of information apparatus, communication apparatus, electro mechanical components of broadcasting apparatus, equipment for the manufacture of flat pannel displays, electrontubes, flat display and sensors has been improved, and the quality has been significantly deteriorated in passive components of broadcasting apparatus and semiconductors. 本稿では中国の主な輸出入国の一つである日本を選定して2007-17年間を研究期間と設定し、中国IT産業の一般的な貿易競争力および質的な貿易競争力の変化を分析した。その結果をまとめると以下のようになる。 第一に、中国IT産業は2007-17年間日本との貿易において輸出の規模が大きいなのは半導体、無線通信機器であるが、半導体では大きな赤字を出し、無線通信機器だけが黒字を出してきた。そしてほかのものでもすべて大幅な赤字を出してきたが、赤字は縮小傾向にある。。 第二に、一般的な比較優位の分析であるが、日本との貿易においては依然として比較劣位に置かれてきた。特に放送機器と部品、すなわち平板ディスプレイ製造用装備、半導体、電子管、そして平板ディスプレイ及びセンサーにおける品目が比較劣位におかれ、そのほども悪化してきた。そして情報機器のコンピューターは競合的で、有線通信機器は依然として優位を保ち、無線通信機器は競合的な状態から比較優位に転じた。 最後に、質的な貿易競争力の分析であるが、まず、優・劣位品質の品目数でみた結果、日本との貿易においては依然として劣位品質のものを半分以上を輸出してきたとはいえ、かなりの優位品質のものと競争的な品質のものが日本に輸出されてきたことが明らかになった。次に、品質指数で分析した結果、IT産業の日本との貿易においてごく僅かしか品質の改善が行われて来なかった。だが、小分類でみると、コンピューター、通信機器、放送機器の器具部品、平板ディスプレイ製造用装備、電子管、平板ディスプレイ及びセンサーの品質は改善されてきた。但し放送機器の手動部品と半導体においては大きく品質の悪化が進行されてきたことが明らかとなった。

        A report of 22 unrecorded bacterial species in Korea, isolated from the North Han River basin in 2017

        Culturable bacterial diversity was investigated using freshwater and sediment samples collected from the North Han River basin in 2017, as a part of the research program ‘Survey of freshwater organisms and specimen collection’. Over a thousand bacterial strains were isolated from the samples and identified based on 16S rRNA gene sequences. Among the bacterial isolates, 22 strains showing higher than 98.7% sequence similarity with validly published bacterial species, but not reported in Korea, were classified as unrecorded species in Korea. The 22 bacterial strains were phylogenetically diverse and assigned to 6 classes, 11 orders, 15 families, and 21 different genera. At the generic level, the unreported species were affiliated with Flavobacterium of the class Flavobacteria, Flexibacter of the class Cytophagia, Blastomonas, Brevundimonas, Elstera, Rhizobium, Roseomonas, Sphingomonas, and Xanthobacter of the class Alphaproteobacteria, Albidiferax, Cupriavidus, Curvibacter, Ferribacterium, Hydrogenophaga, Iodobacter, Limnohabitans, Polaromonas, Undibacterium, and Variovorax of the class Betaproteobacteria, Pseudomonas of the class Gammaproteobacteria, and Arcobacter of the class Epsilonproteobacteria. The unreported bacterial species were further characterized by examining Gram reaction, colonial and cellular morphology, and biochemical properties. The detailed descriptions of 22 strains of the unreported bacterial species are also provided.

        A report on 24 unrecorded bacterial species of Korea isolated in 2016, belonging to the orders Rhizobiales and Sphingomonadales in the class Alphaproteobacteria

        In 2016, as a part of the research program ‘Survey of Korean Indigenous Species’, diverse environmental samples were collected from various sources of freshwater, seawater, soil, wetland, reclaimed land, sand, pine forest, plant root, ginseng field, solar saltern, and caves. Thousands of bacterial strains were isolated from the diverse samples and identified based on 16S rRNA gene sequence analyses. The present study, as a phylogenetic subset of the primary research program, reports 24 unrecorded bacterial species in Korea that belong to the orders Rhizobiales and Sphingomonadales in the class Alphaproteobacteria. Based on the high 16S rRNA gene sequence similarities (>98.8%) and formation of a robust phylogenetic clade with the closest type species, it was determined that each strain belonged to each independent and predefined bacterial species. There is no official report that these 24 bacterial species have been described in Korea; therefore, 10 species of nine genera in the order Rhizobiales and 14 species of seven genera in the order Sphingomonadales are described for unreported alphaproteobacterial species in Korea. Gram reaction, colony and cell morphology, biochemical properties, and isolation sources are also provided in the species description section.
