중소기업 기술혁신이 기술개발과 생산단계에 미치는 영향 실태분석

본 논문에서는 직무발명보상제도가 기업의 기술혁신에 얼마나 도움이 된다고 생각하느냐는 질문에 54.0%가 "많은 도움이 된다", 23%가 "기술개발에 중추적인 역할을 한다"라는 결과였다. 직무발명제도상에서 기술혁신이 발생하여 170개 기업들이 기술개발단계, 138개 기업이 아이디어 형성단계로 나타났다. 기술혁신이 기술개발단계와 아이디어 형성단계에서 집중하게 된 이유는 신제품 개발의 첫 단계인 신제품을 아이디어 창출단계에서는 가장 많은 아이디어를 창출하는데 역점을 두어야 하기 때문에 소비자, 경쟁자, 전문가 등의 다양한 원천에서 아이디어를 수집하면서 발명을 착상하게 된 것과 제품화되었을 때의 잠재적 가치가 평가기준으로 활용한다. The impact of technical innovation upon technical development and production stage in small and medium industry was analyzed through a survey. 54.0% of the respondents answered that employee invention compensation system was 'highly helpful' to technical innovation, while 23% 'important'. 170 of the respondents answered that technical innovation due to employee invention compensation system took place at the stage of 'technical development', while 138 'idea gathering'. That explains that many innovative activities are taking place in the course of idea gathering from customers, competitors and experts; and production stage also requires innovative activities.

현재 저작권과 온라인 디지털 콘텐츠 산업발전법은 데이터베이스와 디지털 콘텐츠 제작자를 보호대상으로 하고 있다. 미국 데이터베이스 보고서의 추가 보호론에 데이터베이스는 경제 및 과학에 있어 그 중요성을 더해 가고 있으며, 인터넷 상의 핵심적 요소가 되어가고 있다. 그러므로 우리나라의 공공 민간 모두 데이터베이스의 법적 보호에 신중을 기해야 한다. 본 고에서는 과학기술 데이터베이스 법적 보호의 전반적인 문제점들과 현행법에 의한 과학기술 데이터베이스 보호의 핵심적인 내용과 추가적인 보호 문제를 깊이있게 다루었다. 과학기술 데이터베이스 산업의 발전이 국가의 경쟁력 확보에 중대한 몫을 차지하고 있다는 점을 고려할 때, 데이터베이스의 법적보호방안 마련은 데이터베이스의 지속적인 발전을 도모하기 위한 정책의 하나로서, 간과되어서는 안 될 중요한 사안 중의 하나이다. Currently the copyright law and the online digital contents industry development law aim to protect the producers of databases and digital contents. A report on databases in the United States describes that an additional protection of databases is needed as databases get more significant in terms of science and economy and become a key factor on Internet. At this moment, Korea does not recognize the importance of databases of science and technology when we look into any public or civil organizations. Accordingly this paper deals in depth with overall issues surrounding the regal protection of science and technology databases, key contents for science and technology databases protection by current laws, and additional protection problems. Considering that the industry of science and technology databases plays a pivotal role in the securement of national competitiveness, the preparation of legal measures to properly protect databases as one of the policies for the continuing development of databases should not be overlooked.

This paper presents the response strategy taken by the both parties who possess and infringe the patent rights in the case of patent litigation occurring in local companies. It is common that many entrepreneurs suffer from patent judgment litigation related to the intellectual property rights. Response strategy on the standpoints of patentees and trespassers are discussed in several cases such as infringement and abuse of patent rights, divulgence of trade secret and invention during employment in small & medium sized enterprises. 논문에서는 지식재산권 문제로 특허심판소송으로 기업인들이 많은 피해를 입은 경험사례를 바탕으로 한 실태분석 결과를 나타냈다. 우리나라 기업에서 느끼는 특허소송에 대한 특허권침해와 관련하여 특허권자 및 침해자 입장에서 취해야 할 대응전략을 제시했다. 중소기업에서 특허권을 침해하는 경우, 특허권을 남용하는 경우, 영업비밀을 누설하는 경우, 직무발명을 누설하는 경우 등에 관하여 특허권자와 침해자 입장에 대한 대응책을 제시하였다.

The person who contributed jointly to invention must be certainly agreement of other joint inventor who transfer own equity to other persons. When product produced as invention used that agreement of other inventor needs not to be except the cases there was an agreement. These matters admitted equally and common application with one person about the person who has jointly industrial property. Contribution rate and contribution rate of an employee cannot decide user about finished invention by the causes.

N/A Objectives: Thickening of basement membrane in capillaries and small vessels is a characteristic change in diabetic microangiopathy. It is improtant to observe dynamics of basement membrane metabolism in progression of this complication. Recently the component of basement membrane, collagen type IV-7S, can be detected in human sera by radioimmunoassays, Serum concentrations of collagen type IV was increased in diabetic patients and streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. For the assessment of diabetic complication, we measured serum collagen type IV levels in non-insulin-dependent diabetic patients, comparing them with complications and durations of diabets mellitus. Methods: We measured serum collagen type IV levels in 94 non-insulin-dependent diabetic patients with or without clinical signs of retinopathy, nephropathy and in 32 healthy subjects without any serologic abnormality. We compared serum collagen type IV levels with degrees of complications and durations of diabets mellitus, Results: Serum concentrations of collagen type IV were significantly higher in diabetic patients than in healthy subjects. Serum collagen type IV levels were increased in patients with proteinuria, especially higher in patients with microproteinuria than in patiens without microproteinuria. Serum collagen type IV levels in patients with macroproteuinuria were significantly higher than in patients with microproteinuria. In patients with diabetic retinopathy, serum collagen type IV levels were significantly increased. Patients with proliferative retinopathy showed significant high levels of serum collagen type IV. Serum concentrations of collagen type IV were increased proportionately to the length of duration of diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: Serum collagen type N seems to be a useful, nonivasive, reproducible marker for assessment of the activity or progression of diabetic microangiopathy.

A twenty-one-year old man visited our hospital due to abdominal distension for a month. On the physical examination, there was severe abdominal distension with fluctuation and shifting dullness. The routine laboratory results were within normal range. On the Magnetic Resonace angiography, there wasnt any blood flow within the right and middle hepatic vein. So we concluded that the etiologic disease was Budd Chiari syndrome. On the Iiver scan, there was cold area(absence of radiouptake) on entire right lobe of the liver, increased uptake on the bone marrow and showed spienomegaly. This finding was similar to the liver mass occupying right lobe with underlying chronic liver disease. On the previous reports, it is quite uncommon finding that Budd-Chirari syndrome shows lesion like space occupying one on the liver scan. So we report this case with a review of the lit.erature.

본 논문에서는 상호역회전 풍력발전기와 New Yaw System 실증시험에 대하여 제시한다. 상호역회전 풍력발전기는 공기의 유동을 가진 운동에너지의 공기역학적(aerodynamic) 특성을 이용하여 동일한 바람방향에 대해 상호 반대방향으로 회전하는 Front Blade와 Rear Blade를, Generator의 Rotor와 Stator에 각각 결합 형성한 것으로, Generator와 Dual Blade의 회전력이 원심력이 아닌 구심력으로 변환되어 무게중심이 균형을 이루게 한다. 이렇게 변환된 구심력은 회전구동부분의 편마모 현상, 소음발생 현상 및 불균형 톨크 발생 현상 감소효과가 공히 구현되도록 하여 풍력발전기의 구조적 안정성 및 발전효율 증대효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 기술이다.

N/A Objectives: In the treatment of active pulmonary tuberculosis, it is difficult to determine when the active tuberculosis has became inactive. (67)Gallium lung scan is known to be useful in the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis. The grade of Galliumuptake, the time of loss of uptake and the relation to the stability of tuberculous lesion in the chest radiograph were followed to define the possibility of making early decision when active pulmonary tuberculosis became inactive Metheds: In 31 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis, (67)Galliurn lung scan and chest radiograph were followed serially from June 1991 to October 1993. (67)Gallium lung scan and chest radiograph were followed serially from June 1991 to October 1993, (67)Gallium lung scan was performed 48 hours after intravenous injection of 3mCi of (67)Gallium citrate and classified into 4 grades according to the degree of up- take. Results: 1) In patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis, the grade of Gallium uptake in lung scan was proportional to the severity of lesion in chest radiograph. 2) The degree of (67)Gallium uptake in serial lung scan waned progressively while antituberculous chemotherapy was continued, and showed in loss of uptake in 83% of patients within 6 months of therapy 3) The loss of (67)Gallium uptake was observed simultaneously in most patients as the lesion in chest radiograph became stable. In 81% of patients, the interval between the time of loss of (67)Gallium uptake and Radiologic stabilization was less than one month. Conclusion : While antituberculous chemotherapy was given, the serial (67)Gallium lung scan might be useful in determining the activity of tuberculous lung lesion and in making earlier decision than chest radiograph. Conclusively, we consider Gallium lung scan as a valuable measure in assessing the effectiveness of antituberculous treatment.
