        2.4GHz 다중채널 능동형 RFID시스템을 위한 대용량 태그 데이터 전송 프로토콜의 설계 및 구현

        To apply active RFID technology in the various kinds of industry, it needs to quickly transmit a large amount of data. ISO/IEC 18000-7 standard uses the 433.92MHz as single channel system and its transmit rate is just 27.8kbps, that is insufficient for a large amount of data transmission. To solve this problem, we designed a new data transmission protocol using 2.4GHz band. The feature of designed protocol is not only making over 255bytes data messages using the Burst Read UDB but also efficiently transmitting it. To implement this protocol, we use Texas Instruments’s SmartRF04 develop kit and CC2500 transceiver as RF module. As an evaluation of 63.75kbytes data transmission, we demonstrate that transmission time of Burst Read UDB has improved as 17.95% faster than that of Read UDB in the ISO/IEC 18000-7. 능동형 RFID가 많은 응용 분야에서 활용되기 위해서 대용량의 태그 데이터를 보다 빠르고 효율적으로 보낼 필요성이 대두되고 있다. ISO/IEC 18000-7 표준은 433MHz대역을 사용하고 있으며 전송속도는 27.8kbps에 불과하다. 이러한 전송속도는 대용량 데이터를 전송하기에 무리가 있다. 우리는 빠른 대용량 태그 데이터 전송을 위하여 2.4GHz대역을 사용하였고, 보다 효율적인 데이터 전송을 위하여 데이터 전송 프로토콜을 설계하였다. 우리가 설계한 프로토콜은 Burst Read UDB라는 새로운 명령어를 사용하여 255bytes이상의 메시지 데이터를 생성하고, 이를 효과적으로 전송할 수 있도록 이루어져 있다. 프로토콜을 구현하기 위하여 Texas Instruments사에서 개발한 Smart RF04 개발보드를 사용하였으며, 통신모듈로는 CC2500트랜시버를 이용하였다. 구현을 통한 비교실험에서 63.75kbytes의 데이터를 전송할 경우, 기존 표준의 Read UDB보다 Burst Read UDB가 17.95%의 데이터 전송시간이 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

        기존의 기계적인 점화장치를 전자식 점화장치로 대치한 엔진 제어시스템에 대하여 연구하였다. 점화차단기(Breaker)의 기계적인 접점을 없애고, 무접점 magnetic pick up sensor를 사용하여 속도신호 및 크랭크축의 기준점을 얻은 후, 연소 효률을 높이기 위하여 점화코일의 2차측 spark 전압을 종래의 10000∼15000볼트로 부터 30000∼40000볼트로 높이고 에너지 점화장치(High Energy Ignition System)을 설계 개발하여 실장시험(field test)을 행하였고, 점화시간의 조정을 위하여 종래의 기계적인 진각장치 대신에 microprocessor를 사용하여 엔진속도 및 흡입기관의 진공도(intake manifold vacuum)에 의한 점화시기 데이타가 결정되도록 하는 방법을 연구하였다. An engine control system in which the conventional mechanical ignition system is studied. The contact point of the breaker is replaced by the contactless magnetic pick up sensor from which the information of the speed and the position of the crankshaft is extracted , and further an electronic High Energy Ignitim System Is designed, implemented and tested . The High Energy Igniticwl System increases the secondary spark voltage of the ignition coil from the conventional 10000~15000 volts to the 30000~40000 volts resulting in improving the combustion efficiency. Also, instead of the conventional advimce mechanism forigniliontiming control, a microprocessorbased timinng mechanisn is installed to determine the ignition timing data in response to the engine rpm and the intake manifold vacuum.

      • 한국인에서의 CYP2C19 돌연변이 유전자형의 다형성에 관한 연구

        The S-mephenytoin 4'-hydroxylase (CYP2C19) metabolizes a number of clinically used drugs and shows a marked interethnic difference in the incidence of the poor metabolizer (PM). Recent studies have found a third (CYP2C19*4) and forth (CYP2C19*5) mutations in Caucasians. In the present study, we genotyped 536 healthy unrelated Koreans for functionally defective alleles, CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3, CYP2C19*4, and CYP2C19*5. Detection of the normal (CYP2C19*1) and defective alleles was performed by polymerase chain reaction/restriction enzyme analysis. The genomic DNA was isolated from peripheral blood. The allelic frequencies of the wild-type (CYP2C19*1) and CYP2C19*2 were 72.6% and 27.4%, and the wild-type (CYP2C19*1) and CYP2C19*3 were 85.1% and 14.9%, respectively. For each CYP2C19*2 and CYP2C19*3 the observed number of three genotypes were similar to those calculated in accordance with the Hardy-Weinberg equation. The frequencies of homozygotes for CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3 and compound heterozygotes were 9.7%, 2.8% and 4.2%, respectively. The mutants of CYP2C19 were identified in 36 subjects (16.7%). The mutated CYP2C19*4 and CYP2C19*5 alleles were not detected in this study. These results suggest that frequency of mutants of CYP2C19 in Koreans resembled the Orientals rather than Caucasians, and we founded the racial variability of the frequencies of the CYP2C19*4 and CYP2C19*5 alleles in the Orientals.

      • A study on automatic adjustment of white-balance for color television by using the fuzzy logic

        The white-balance system for color tevision is characterized by 5 input-5 output nonlinear process. A design strategy of fuzzy control rules is treated in which it can be adopted to the white balance adjustment for color television. A fuzzy rule based on an expert's knowledge is constructed, and then a multivariable fuzzy control rule is designed. Since human has just two hands, he can manipulate two variables simutaneously. In case when the process to be controlled has more than three control variables, expert's control rule is much different from the multivariable control rule. A multivariable fuzzy control rule is constructed by utilizing the expert' knowledge and rough relations between input and output variables, and its usefulness is shown by experiments.

      • 흰쥐의 수태(Pregnancy) 기간중 간의 Cytochrome P-450-dependent Monooxygenases와 Reductases의 특성에 관한 연구

        The present study is to investigate the characteristics of several hepatomicrosomal cytochrome P-450-dependent monooxygenases and the level of components participated in hepatomicrosomal electron transport system from rats before and after pregnancy. The activities of cytochrome P-450-dependent monooxymenases, i.e., aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase (AHHase), 7-ethoxycoumarin O-deethylase (ECDEase), benzphetamine N-demethylase, testosterone 7α-hydroxylase and those of NADPH-cytochrome c (P-450) reductase and NADH-cytochrome b5 were measured. The radioimmunoassay test with monoclonal antibodies was carried out to identify the induction or the change in relative ratio of specific type of cytochrome P-450 isozyme. The results were as follows : 1. In pregnancy the content of cytochrome b5 was increased but the content of cytochrome P-450 was not changed and also any induction or change in relative ratio of specific type of isozyme was not observed. 2. In pregnancy the activities of cytochrome P-450-dependent monooxygenases were gradually decreased and the activities of NADPH-cytochrome c (P-450) reductase and NADH-cytochrome b5 reductase were increased. After delivery all enzymes were restored. 3. The mutually contradicted result between the activities of cytochrome P-450-dependent monooxygenases and those of microsomal electron transport systems suggested that due to the change of hormone system concomitant with the physiological change, the former was complemented by different metabolic pathways containing another system.

      • 칼라 텔레비젼의 백색 균형 조정을 위한 퍼지제어기설계

        칼라 텔레비젼의 백색 균형 조정을 위한 프로세서는 5입력-5출력 비선형 프로세서이다. 숙련작업자는 3개 이상의 조작량을 동시에 조정할 수 없으므로 1개 또는 2개의 제어변수를 순차적으로 조정함으로써 3변수 이상의 다변수 프로세서를 제어한다. 본 논문에서는 숙련작업자가 칼라 텔레비젼의 백색 균형을 조정하는 지식을 if-then형식의 퍼지논리로 규칙화하여 퍼지 제어기를 설계하고 실험을 통하여 유용성을 보인다. The white-balance process for color television is characterized by 5input-5output nonlinear process. Since the expert has just two hands, he can manipulate one or two variables to control the multivariable system. In this thesis, A fuzzy controller based on an expert's knowledge for the white-balance process is designed by if-then format and its usefulness is examined by experiments.

        제국의 감각: ‘에로 그로 넌센스’

        1930년대 전반은 ‘에로 그로 넌센스의 시대’ 라고 표현할 수 있을 정도로, ‘에로 그로 넌센스’가 대중문화를 장악하고 있었다. ‘에로틱, 그로테스크, 넌센스’ 의 줄임말인 ‘에로 그로 넌센스’ 는 당시 신문, 잡지, 문학, 연극, 영화, 유성기 음반 등의 분야에서 광범위하게 유행하였다. 이러한 ‘에로 그로 넌센스’의 유행은 일본에서 1930년대 초부터 미디어의 모토가 된 ‘에로 그로 넌센스’가 식민지 조선에 유입된 결과다. 이 시기 일본은 군부가 정권을 장악하면서, 연이은 경제공황을 타파하기 위해 새로운 식민지 개척을 본격화한 때다. 또한 이 과정에서 1920년대에 활발했던 사회운동 세력들의 개방적인 담론들이 억압되던 시기이기도 하였다. 즉 일본의 ‘에로 그로 넌센스’는 세계 대공황과 군부체제라는 가시적인 경제적ㆍ정치적 힘의 교차 속에서 당시 지식인들을 비정치화하는 과정에 위치해 있고, 모순되게도 이러한 지식인들의 좌절감을 기반으로 더욱더 확산된 것이다. 식민지 조선에서 지식인들을 중심으로 수용된 ‘에로 그로 넌센스’는 일본과 유사한 맥락을 공유하고 있다. 하지만 일본의 ‘에로 그로 넌센스’가 제국으로서 자신의 이미지를 구축한 과정이었다면, 조선의 그것은 일본의 제국 이미지를 식민지 조선인에게 이식하는 문화적 시민과 과정이었다고 볼 수 있다. 식민화는 군사적ㆍ법적ㆍ경제적 제약과 같은 가시적인 힘에 의해서만 작동하는 것이 아니라 미디어나 가족, 학교 등에서의 의사소통을 통해 일상생활 깊숙이 침투하여 무의식적인 층위에서 작동한다. 이러한 문화적 식민화 과정에는 다른 민족과 문화를 보는 방식, 생각하는 방식, 말하는 방식이 포함된다. 본 연구는 1930년대 전반기 대중잡지 속의 ‘에로 그로 넌센스’ 기사들을 분석함으로써, 일본에서 유입된 ‘에로 그로 넌센스’가 식민지 조선에서 어떠한 형태로 변형되어 확산되었으며, 어떠한 이데올로기를 담고 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 식민지 조선에서 대중적인 오락의 형태로 광범위하게 자리 잡은 ‘에로 그로 넌센스’가 제국주의적 시선을 확산시키는 데 기여하였음을 밝히고자 한다. A term so-called Nonsense, well represents Korean popular culture in early 1930s, The Ero-Nonsense is an abbreviated word of “eroticism grotesque, and nonsense", which predominated then-Korean popular culture. The Ero-Gro-Nonsense originated from the imperial Japan, and mass media such as movies, newspapers, and magazines introduced it into the colonial Chosun. The Ero-Gro-Nonsense permeated through the two societies at the same time. It also reflects two then-dominant social fore: capitalism and imperialism. The imperial Japan tried to cope with a financial panic in early 1930s by exploiting a new colony. The military, which was in power, suppressed civic discussions on political matters. The suppression had a severe chilling effect on many activists who engaged in social and political reforms. Amid these situations, the neomiddle/intellectual classes, which led the popular culture, were in depressive mood due to their presentiment of ruined capitalism and war, Some of them were, on the other hand, excited about Marxism that predicted the downfall of capitalism and a new age after the downfall. In that, the Ero-Nonsense in the imperial japan was a mechanism of depoliticizing the intellectual classes, and it was, at the same time, popular because of the depressive mood shared by the intellectual classes. The Ero-Gro-Nonsense in the colonial Chosun played a similar role among the Korean neomiddle/intellectual classes who felt the similar depressive mood. The author of this paper examines what role the Ero-Gro-Nonsense played, in the colonial, Chosun in spreading the perspective/taste of the imperial Japan. The author assumes that the process of colonization is done not only by visible forces such as military, political, and economic forces but also by invisible forces such as cultural forces. Cultural colonization that sinks into daily lives of ordinary folks completes the process of colonization Cultural colonization provides the ways of seeing, thinking, and talking about other people and cultures. Cultural colonization is powerful and successful when people do not know other people and cultures but they believe they see the world according to their free will and understand the world without any prejudices. This is closely related what Yosioka called, “colonization of imagination”. The author of this paper argues that the Ero-Gro-Nonsense provided people in the colonial Chosun with the Japanese ways of seeing, thinking, and talking about other people and cultures. The Ero-Gro-Nonsense was considered as a “modern taste” in the colonial Chosun The modern taste was popularized by commercialized mass media in Korea and was a topic of daily talks. The author of this paper concludes that the Ero-Gro-Nonsense made the colonization of imagination successful in the colonial Chosun. The Ero-Gro-Nonsense had Koreans consider themselves as ‘the Others’ of the imperial Japan. It also had Koreans accept the Japanese ways of seeing, thinking, and talking about other people and cultures. The Ero meant sexualizing the colonial. The imperial Japan saw, thought, and talked about Oriental including Korean people and cultures as sexual objects. This was similar to the ways how the West linked Oriental people and cultures to sexuality. The Gro meant objectifying other people and cultures as queer spectacles. This was done by telling stories about odd or interesting customs of other people and cultures. The Nonsense meant displaying the images of other people and cultures which were produced by the Ero and the Gro, as if there was a humorous exhibition of the images. The images were spread fast. In short the Ero-Gro-Nonsense, the modern taste in 1930s which sank into the daily lives of ordinary folks, was an effective mechanism that depoliticized the intellectual classes and disseminating “japanese Orientalism” among people in the colonial Chosun.
