We have examined the purgative effect of three Jechun-jun formulas in sprague dawley(SD) rat. Three jechun-jun formulas were Jechun-jun(Sample I ) and augmented Jechun-jun(Sample II) and augmented Jechun-jun add rhubarb(sample III ). We examined the amount and the humidity of feces in rat. The experimental animals were devided into four groups. as control group and three Jechun-jun (sample I, II, III). We administerd the water extract of sample I, II, III to rat per oral for 8days long. After every 24hours measured the amount of wet feces from rats in metabolic cage. Humidity rate of feces from rat was at first measure wet feces for 24hours (W) and measure dried feces (W1) and then we consider W-W1 as humidity. High humidity rate means constipation changes into moistening stool. The amount of wet feces and humidity rate of feces in rats were increased in sample I, II, III. Sample I has highest humidity rate of feces. so showed strong moistening effect. Sample II has mild effect in treating constipation. sample III has most amount of wet feces. in conclusion Jechun-jun has an effect of moistening stool. and augmented Jechun-jun add rhubarb has strong purgative effect.

Porcine ear necrosis syndrome is characterized by erosive and ulcerative lesions at the margin or tip of the pinna. Three growing pigs of different ages exhibited retarded growth accompanied by reddening and necrosis of ear prior to death. Gross examination showed reddening, swelling, black discoloration, scaling, and variable-sized yellowish materials and edema in ear cross section. Microscopically, thrombosis, abscess, ulceration, epidermal hyperplasia, and dermal pyogranulomatous inflammation with an intralesional bacterial colony were observed. Staphylococcus hyicus was isolated in all pigs' ears and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus was detected by PCR and immunohistochemistry.

10일간 쓰나미 피해 지역인 인도네시아에 의료구제를 다녀온 6명 중 3명에서 발열, 오한, 두통, 근육통을 주소로 입원하여 뎅기열 집단발병으로 진단되었고, 보존적 치료로 호전되었다. 이에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Dengue fever, which is caused by a mosquito-borne flavivirus, has become a major infectious-disease threat in tropical and subtropical areas. Dengue fever has also become a common cause of febrile infections in persons who have recently traveled. On December 26, 2004 the tsunami hit Southeast Asia. People who survived in those areas were infected with endemic disease such as dengue fever, malaria and cholera. We sent six members of the Korean medical relief team to the tsunami region. Three workers developed fever, chills and headache after leaving the tsunami region, and were diagnosed with Dengue fever. Such an outbreak of Dengue Fever in travelers is rarely reported.(Korean J Med 71:333-337, 2006)

본 연구에서는 장류에서의 천연유래 보존료로서 안식향산과 프로피온산 검출 여부와 검출 양을 조사하였다. 고추장 48건, 간장 38건, 된장 50건, 청국장 36건에 대한 분석 결과 모든 시료에서 안식향산이 검출되었다. 고추장에서의 안식향산은 0.85-11.69 ppm, 간장에서는 1.13-7.95 ppm, 된장은 0.74-17.77 ppm, 청국장은 1.03-7.64 ppm으로 검출 되었다. 프로피온산의 경우 고추장에서는 29건 분석 중 24건이 검출되었다. 검출 범위는 N.D.-49.29 ppm이었고 간장은 30건 중 21건이 검출 되었으며 N.D.-144.67 ppm의 범위를 나타냈다. 된장은 33건 중 31건이 검출되었고 N.D.-309.14 ppm으로 가장 넓은 검출범위를 보였다. 청국장은 30건 중 28건이 검출되었고 N.D.-113.07 ppm 범위로 검출되었다. 안식향산의 평균 검출양은 된장이 높았으며, 프로피온산 평균 검출양은 청국장이 높았다. This study investigated the detection of naturally occurring preservatives in fermented soybean products. Benzoic acid was identified in all of the analyzed samples (gochujang, ganjang, doenjang, and cheonggugjang). The amounts of benzoic acid were in the range of 0.85-11.69 ppm in gochujang, 1.13-7.95 ppm in ganjang, 0.74-17.77 ppm in doenjang, and 1.03-7.64 ppm in cheonggugjang. Propionic acid was found in 24 of 29 gochujang samples, 21 of 30 ganjang samples, 31 of 33 doenjang samples, and 28 of 30 cheonggugjang samples. The amounts of propionic acid ranged from N.D. (not detected) to 49.29 ppm in gochujang, N.D. to 144.67 ppm in ganjang, N.D. to 309.14 ppm in doenjang, and N.D. to 113.07 ppm in cheonggugjang. Among the fermented soybean products, doenjang had the highest average benzoic acid content whereas cheonggugjang had the highest average propionic acid content.

The purpose of this study is to propose the improvement of the classified residential zoning. For this study, residential zones in Dongrae-gu and Haeundae-gu, Busan Metropolitan City were sampled. KLIS(the Korea Land Information System) and LISA(Local Indicator of Spatial Association) were used to recognize the conditions of Floor Area Ratio and to analysis the special characteristic in the residental zones. The classified residential zoning, which are serve to improve the living environment, is controlled in terms of floor area ratio. The development density such as floor area ratio must be adjusted to an appropriate level. If the density is too low, there will be the problems such as inefficient uses of land. While if the density is too high, there will be traffic problems and the lack of public convenience facilities. Both of them will eventually lead to damage to the living environment. Classified Zoning Control in residential zone appropriate to the level of current development density in Busan was investigated. So It is recognized that the residential zones are required to make a readjustment. It is expected that the findings of this study can be used as reference material for the readjustment of classified residential zoning in Busan.

Global warming and air pollution have increased the amount CO₂ in the atmosphere. In order to decrease the amount of CO₂, lots of researches are conducted toward using Hydrogen energy. Because of its high efficiency energy level and environmental friendly features, many companies have researched on developing hydrogen engine system and distributed generation system. Especially, the focus of this research provides the operation method of linear generator for hydrogen fuel combustion linear engine. During an ignition, linear generator is operated by motor to create the initial condition of engine combustion. Once the engine combustion is stabilized, the generator supplies electric power to grid. In order to stabilize the engine, linear generator is required to control mover frequency, direction, and force; Hence the PCS(Power Conversion System) place three H-bridge type inverter stacks in parallel to control phase current independently. As well, by using Back-to-Back method, it can receive electric power from both end.

In this paper, we designed a FlexRay transceiver using HSPICE. This device supports the interface between the FlexRay communication controller and the Flexltay physical bus. The Flexfiay transceiver is implemented using a 0.35㎛ CMOS technology. The simulation result shows that the transceiver meets specifications for the FlexRay communications system electrical physical layer.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether positive/negative shopping emotions, which are caused by a golf wear store characteristics, effect on hedonic shopping value, and whether hedonic shopping value mediates the relationship between shopping emotions and repurchase intention. To achieve the purpose of this study, 300 customers using golf driving ranges in Busan were selected by using a convenience sampling method, and the survey sheets of 266 subjects, excluding 34 of those who lacked sincerity, were used for the analysis. To prove the hypothesis of the study based on the sampled data, structural equation modeling was conducted using the SPSSWIN 12.0 program and AMOS 5.0 program. The results are as follows: First, store value in a golf apparel store was shown to have a positive effect on positive shopping emotion. Second, store value in a golf apparel store was shown to have a negative effect on negative shopping emotion. Third, store atmosphere in a golf apparel store was shown to have a positive effect on positive shopping emotion. Fourth, store atmosphere in a golf apparel store was shown to have a negative effect on negative shopping emotion. Fifth, positive shopping emotion of golf apparel consumers was shown to have a positive effect on hedonic shopping value. Sixth, negative shopping emotion of golf apparel consumers was shown to have no effect on hedonic shopping value. Seventh, hedonic shopping value of golf apparel consumers was shown to have positive effect on repurchase intention.
