CO2 bubble assisted layer-by-layer self-assembly of weak polyelectrolyte multilayer film
허지웅,홍진기 한국공업화학회 2016 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.42 No.-
Recently, layer-by-layer (LbL) assembled multilayer nanofilm has been widely studied for variousapplication. The weak polyelectrolytes such as poly(acrylic acid) (PAA), poly(allylamine hydrochloride)(PAH), poly-L-lysine (PLL), and polyethylenimine (PEI) are suitable candidates for the LbL assembly. Eventhough many research groups have already reported the various method to tailor nanoscopic features ofmultilayerfilm, there are still some limitations. Here, we report a noble CO2 bubble method to preciselymodify the multilayerfilm during LbL assembly. The difference in thickness, surface morphology, andmass between pristine LbLfilm and CO2-treatedfilm were analyzed by profilometry, atomic forcemicroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, quartz crystal microbalance. The internal structure of thefilms was explored by analyzing the release of incorporated doxorubicin (DOX) in eachfilm byphotoluminescence.
