The purpose of this study vans to examine difference on job stress, job satisfaction and loss of employment in instructors of sports for all. The objective of this study was 287 instructors in city of Seoul. Questionnaires were completed through self-administration. To analyze gathered data, SPSSWIN 10.0 statistic program was used, and the statistics analysis method was adapted t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheffe-test. All statistical data were tested with p<.05. The result were as follows. First, after analysis on difference of job stress factors through to the background variables, in sex, only communication factor was showed significant difference. Also, in marriage whether or not, job characteristic factor and communication factor was showed significant difference. Second, after analysis on difference of job satisfaction factors through the background variables, in sex, only work satisfaction factor was showed significant difference, and in education level, only job satisfaction factor was showed significant difference. Lastly, after analysis on difference of employment loss factors through the background variables, in sex and in marrige was showed significant difference.
프로농구의 관람유인요인이 팀충성도 및 팀동일시에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyse effects of various factors affected spectators' enlargement at professional basketball games, and to understand spectators' character. A second purpose of this study was to present the data to set up marketing strategy at professional sports, results of hypothesis testing indicated the following: Behavior Loyalty was affected by game situation, stadium facilities, public relation, game schedule, ticket sale, and fan service factor, Among these factors, game situation, stadium facilities, and fan service factors were showed high extent of influence. Through above these results, the strategies to develop of domestic professional basketball would be presented as follows; Professional basketball League and team should continuously act public relation at various methods, and that is act concepts of form an set around professional basketball spectators. The action of the stadium facilities on a game watching was showed very high degree. Accordingly, sports marketer should be managed stadium facilities, and in detail, toilets, stairs, and lobby should be cleaned and managed. About ticket sales, sports marketer can control as various situations, Sport marketer used an apt method as the ticket purchase route, price of ticket, and season ticket, and a group ticket. Lastly, professional basketball league and teams should develop en effective community relation programs. Through these programs, professional basketball teams bring various benefits and effects of image reform. To collect professional basketball fans, first of all, teams should bringing up and scout for talented player, and make star player. And, sports markets should offer various spectate opportunities, events, the book of public relation, and the information of the player and team actions.

In order to prevent a fire in the building, fire safety checks on the building are necessary. If the fire-risk buildings can be detected, the fire authority can efficiently perform a fire service. In this paper, an autoencoder-based outlier detection technique is used to detect fire-risk buildings. Autoencoder-based outlier detection is based on the principle that the reconstruction error for normal data is low and the reconstruction error for abnormal data is high. In this paper, we propose an autoencoder model designed for high reconstruction error for abnormal data by adding Latent GAN to adversarial autoencoder. The experiments show that ‘Autoencoder with latent GAN’ is excellent at detecting fire-risk buildings. 건물의 화재를 예방하기 위해서는 건물에 대한 소방 점검이 필요하다. 이 때, 화재 위험이 높은 건물을 식별할 수 있다면 소방 행정력을 효율적으로 배분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 오토인코더 기반의 이상치 검출 기법을 이용하여 화재 위험 건물을 검출한다. 오토인코더 기반의 이상치 검출은 정상 데이터에 대한 복원 오류는 낮고 이상 데이터에 대한 복원 오류는 높다는 원리에 근거한다. 본 논문은 적대적 오토인코더에 Latent GAN 을 추가하여 이상 데이터에 대한 복원 오류가 높도록 설계된 오토인코더 모델을 제안한다. 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 제안하는 모델이 화재 위험 건물을 검출하는데 있어 우수한 성능을 보임을 증명하였다.
