        We were observed survey on water pollution of the Han River which has been great public concern. We studied on polluted streams of 6's point which is flowing for Han River through DO, BOD, COD, SS. According to the result, most of each stream was polluted and moreover Jung Ryang stream was most polluted among these streams.

        출혈위험이 있는 혈액투석 환자간호에서의 Heparin bound method 적용

        The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Heparin Bound Method that S-hospital has developed and operated for decreasing a patients bleeding hazard during dialysis. The research consisted of 32 patients of total patients with a bleeding-hazard between May 1, 1996 and Oct. 20, 1996 at S-hospital. Elements of the investigation include : the degree of dialyser clotting, dialysis time, and Kt/V. The collected data was analyzed using statistical methods of average, percentage, and standard diviation. Analysis of variance(ANOVA) was used to determine the difference between dialysis time and the extent of coagulation. Pearson Correlation Coefficients was used to analyze the correlation between dialysis time and the coagulation parameter. The results of this research are as follows : (1) The extent of coagulation on the dialysis membrane averaged 15.1% and 25 of the subjects attained 240 minutes of our target time. (2) Comparing dialysis time with the degree of dialyser clotting, the degree of dialyser clotting averaged 11.7% in the group which attained 240 minutes of our target time and averaged 27% in the other group. Therefore, the acheived group indicated a lower percentage than the total average of 15.1% and the other group indicated a higher one. Consequently, the degree of dialyser clotting has high correlation with dialysis time(p=0.04) (3) In the case of aPTT and ACT based on 0 minutes, 0 minutes has a very high correlation with 2 hours (p=0.009, p=0.0001). (4) The coagulation parameter and the extent of coagulation on the dialysis membrane have weak correlation and there are many other parameters for coagulation in the circulatory path introduced by the dialysis equipment (r=-0.25~-0.44).

        선천성 이상의 염색체마이크로어레이 검사 지침(I): 일반 및 산전검사 지침

        Chromosomal microarray (CMA) testing can enhance the quality of clinical care for congenital abnormalities, including prenatal diagnosis. Laboratories require a comprehensive understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, and purposes of CMA testing. They should also have appropriate plans, guidelines, and documented records for platform validation and quality control at all stages of testing. Performing prenatal CMA testing necessitates understanding the features of prenatal specimens, devising a verification process, reporting results, and providing genetic counseling. This guideline aims to establish standard test protocols for conducting CMA tests, ensuring accurate results, and aiding in diagnosing and treating patients. 염색체마이크로어레이 검사의 활용으로 산전진단을 포함한 선천성 이상에서 임상 진료의 질이 향상될 수 있다. 검사실은 염색체마이크로어레이 검사의 장단점과 목적을 잘 이해해야 하고, 검사의 도입, 변경, 수행 과정에서 플랫폼 검증 및 검사 모든 과정의 질관리에 대한 적절한 계획과 지침 및 문서화된 기록을 가지고 있어야 한다. 산전 CMA 검사는 산전검체의 특성을 이해하고, 거기에 부합하는 검증과정, 결과보고, 포괄적 유전상담에 대한 계획이 필요하다. 본 지침은 국내 CMA 검사 수행의 표준 검사 지침을 마련하고, 검사의 오류를 줄여 정확한 검사 및 해석을 제공함으로써 환자의 진단과 치료에 도움이 되고자 한다.

        선천성 이상의 염색체마이크로어레이 검사 지침(II): 보고 및 해석 지침

        Chromosomal microarray (CMA) analysis can enhance the quality of clinical care for congenital abnormalities, including prenatal diagnosis. Laboratories must develop a comprehensive understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, and purposes of CMA analysis. Following the part I, which covers general and prenatal practical CMA guidelines for constitutional abnormalities, this part II provides instructions for CMA reporting and interpretation for the constitutional abnormalities. This guideline is primarily designed to address copy number variants (CNVs) interpretation and result reporting, as well as the preparation of result documents. 염색체마이크로어레이(Chromosomal Microarray, CMA) 검사의 활용으로 산전진단을 포함한 선천성 이상에서 임상 진료의 질이 향상될 수 있다. 검사실은 염색체마이크로어레이 검사의 장단점과 목적을 잘 이해해야 하고, 검사의 도입, 변경, 수행 과정에서 플랫폼 검증 및 검사 모든 과정의 질관리에 대한 적절한 계획과 지침 및 문서화된 기록을 가지고 있어야 한다. 해당 part II 지침은 선천성 이상에 대한 일반 및 산전 CMA의 실용 지침을 다루는 part I에 이어, CMA의 결과 보고와 해석에 대한 지침을 제공한다. 이번 지침에서는 복제수변이(copy number variant, CNV)의 변이 해석 및 결과 해석, 결과지 작성에 대한 내용을 소개하고자 한다.

      • 도로교통소음의 수평·수직적 전달 및 감쇠 특성

        This study has been conducted to achieve the following objectives: First, in order to understand the horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise, we selected actively developed areas within 100 meters away from the road to measure the level of traffic noise near a road. To measure the noise near a railroad, we selected areas within 100 meters away from the road. In this way, we analyzed the horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the traffic noise occurring in diversified areas. Second, in order to understand the vertical propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise, we measured and analyzed the distributional characteristics of vertical sound pressure levels on each floor of multi-storied apartment buildings according to changes of traffic load and types, and the existence or nonexistence of soundproof walls. For the case of the road traffic noise, we also selected we measured and analyzed the different noise levels on each floor of multi-storied apartment buildings from the soundproof wall. The results of Horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise are as follows: In cases of the soundproof wall + raising ground, raising ground, cutting land, and flat land as distance increases, the sound pressure level steadily decreases. The soundproof wall + raising ground has an especially high distance decrease compared to the other areas, and the sound pressure level for the raising ground is higher than that of the cutting land with a measurement of 10.7~12.1dB(A). Vertical propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise are as follows: The amount of sound pressure level decrease is 12.6- 14.5dB(A) for first floor when measuring the vertical sound pressure levels at soundproof wall, which indicates a fairly large decrease. At fifth and sixth floor, the amount of decrease is 2.3dB(A), which indicates a small decrease.

      • 담양신설 IC의 교통소음도 조사연구

        After the vehicle has become a large formation with high-speed, loud noise from an express highway is increasing, and the number of large-scale apartment complexes, which are recently being constructed in the metropolitan area nearby the express highway and IC, is increasing gradually. Compared with a main road, the traffic volume and the speed of a vehicle between IC and the ramp way [turn-off] are smaller. If the ramp way is rightly connected with the downtown area, however, the traffic-noise that comes about in surrounding areas will be in conjunction with the traffic-noise from the main road of express highway and that of the ramp way. This research has selected a place that hasn't had a road or a commercial quarter nearby the main-road of IC and ramp way. Then we have studied the traffic-noise status under minimizing influence of its outer-noise, which occurs in IC. 1. The traffic volume change of a small and full-sized car with time has been kept on regularity in 2004 and 2005. As the traffic volume of a full-sized car has diminished remarkably, it has been maintaining through 6:00a.m.-10:00 a.m. As it has decreased since lO:OO a.m.. we have also observed the traffic proportion going up. 2. Monthly traffic volume of small cars was higher in May, August and October than other months. We have observed that the high traffic volume during these months is due to the following: May-The Damyang festival, August-a high-demand season, October-viewing scarlet maple leaves. Monthly traffic volume of full-sized cars was generally higher in August, but it has decreased during 2006. This was due to the many construction trucks that were working on the extension of the 88 Olympic expressway. Therefore, there was more traffic volume in 2006 compared to 2004 and 2005. 3. In this study, the noise figures have been less than 55 dB(A) in 18 spots. There were 14 spots from 55dB(A) to 58dB(A). 58-61dB(A) : 20, 61-64dB(A) : 17, 64-67dB(A) : 18. There were 8 spots we observed at the highest level from 67dB(A) to 70dB(A). Those were the nearby spots separating the main road and Damyang IC. 4. Traffic-noise at the boundary between IC and the main road of an expressway was higher than that of the same distance in other places. 5. We have observed that traffic-noise is low in places with mountains that serve the role of soundproofing walls. Thus, the fundamental sound hadn't affected it.

        경피적 신장 조직검사 후 6시간 절대안정이 출혈 발생, 불편감과 요통에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of absolute bed rest(ABR) on occurrence of bleeding, discomfort and back pain after kidney biopsy. Method: This study was the nonequivalent control group posttest design. The experimental group was allowed to stay in beds for 18 hour-bed rest(BR) after 6 hour-ABR while the control group was allowed to stay ABR for 24 hours. Results: No bleeding sign was showed for all the patients. Discomfort of voiding, eating, ABR in the control group appeared at a higher level. Three subjects in the control group needed nelaton catheterization, whereas no catheterization was required in the experimental group. There was no significant difference in back pain. However, the control group used more pain killer with significant difference. From these results. Conclusion: There was no significant correlation between ABR time and bleeding. On the other hand, the discomfort of the experimental group appeared at a lower level by reducing ABR time. Therefore, Reduction of ABR time after kidney biopsy would be more efficient way for patients.
