        β2-microglobulin의 복막이동 특성 및 복막 청소율에 관한연구

        In addition to CAPD, various modalities of peritoneal dialysis such as CCPD and NIPD have been introduced recently. The adequacy in these peritoneal dialysis has been evaluated by clearance of small molecular weight solutes such as creatinine(molecular weight 113 Dalton) and urea(molecular weight 60 Dalton). The middle molecular weight solutes(molecular weight 3,000 to 12,000 Dalton) have been regarded as one of the uremic toxins. Relatively larger clearance of middle molecular weight solutes is one of the advantages of CAPD compared with HD. Although peritoneal transport of middle molecular solutes can be different from that of small molecular weight solutes because of its size, there are a few reports about peritoneal transport characteristics and clearance of middle molecular weight solutes in various modalities of PD. We wanted to analyze peritoneal transport characteristics and clearances of middle molecular weight solute in various modalities of peritoneal dialysis in comparison with small molecular weight solutes. To evaluate the potential differences in peritoneal transport characteristics and clearances of middle and small molecules in CAPD, CCPD and NIPD, we compared transport characteristics and clearance of β2-MG and creatinine. 35 CAPD patients, 9 CCPD patients, 7 NIPD patients were included in the study, who were clinically stable for at least one month without peritonitis. he β2-MG concentrations in serum and dialysate as measured by radioimmunoassay. Standard peritoneal equilibration test and a weekly peritoneal clearance for creatinine and β2-microglobulin were used. The results were as follows: 1)Dialysate to plasma ratio of β2-MG were 0.11±0.03, 0.13±0.05, 0.10±0.02, 0.08±0.03, respectively in high(N=6), high average(N=13), low average(N= 14), low(N=7) group according to PET. There were significant differences between high average and low average, high average and low group(p$lt;0.05). Correlation between D/Pβ2-MG ratio and D/Pcr ratio was significant(spearman's p=0.453, p$lt;0.05). 2)Ipatients, peritoneal creatinine and β2-MG clearance were 48.9, 8.2L/wk, respectively and there was a weak correlation between them (Spearman's p=0.294, p$lt;0.05). 3)The peritoneal creatinine clearance were 48.9, 41.0, 35.9L/wk and ?2-MG clearance were 8.2, 5.5, 4.1L/wk, respectively in CAPD, CCPD and NIPD. The ratio of peritoneal β2-MG clearance to creatinine clearance were 0.16, 0.14, 0.11, respectively in CAPD, CCPD and NIPD. Peritoneal β2-MG clearance in APD such as CCPD and NIPD is lesser than that in CAPD. In conclusion, peritoneal transport characteristics for β2-MG differ from that for creatinine, although peritoneal clearnce for β2-MG corrleated with that for creatinine. Perioneal clearance for β2-MG was better in CAPD than in APD.

        Nucleophilic Substitution Reactions of 2,4-Dinitrophenyl X-Substituted-Benzenesulfonates and Y-Substituted-Phenyl 4-Nitrobenzenesulfonates with Azide Ion: Regioselectivity and Reaction Mechanism

        The second-order rate constants for reactions of 2,4-dinitrophenyl X-substituted-benzenesulfonates (4a–4f) and Y-substituted-phenyl-4-nitrobenzenesulfonates (5a–5f) with N 3 − ion have been measured spectrophotometrically. The reactions of 4a–4f proceed through SO and CO bond fission pathways competitively. Fraction of the SO bond fission decreases rapidly as the substituent X in the benzenesulfonyl moiety changes from an electron-withdrawing group to an electron-donating group. The Hammett plots for reactions of 4a–4f are linear with ρX = 1.87 and 0.56 for the SO and CO bond fission, respectively. The fact that the substituent X is further away from the reaction site of the CO bond fission than that of the SO bond fission is one reason for the smaller ρX value. The nature of the reaction mechanism (i.e., a stepwise mechanism in which expulsion of the leaving group occurs after the rate-determining step) is also responsible for the smaller ρX value obtained from the CO bond fission. The Brønsted-type plot for the reactions of 5a–5f is linear with βlg = −0.63, which is typical for reactions reported previously to proceed through a concerted mechanism. Effects of substituents X and Y on regioselectivity and reaction mechanism are discussed in detail.

        Kinetic Study on Alkaline Hydrolysis of Y-substituted Phenyl X-substituted Benzenesulfonates: Effects of Changing Nucleophile from Azide to Hydroxide Ion on Reactivity and Transition-State Structure

        Second-order rate constants () for alkaline hydrolysis of 2,4-dinitrophenyl X-substituted benzenesulfonates (1a–1f) and Y-substituted phenyl 4-nitrobezenesulfonates (2a–2g) have been measured spectrophotometrically. Comparison of with the values reported previously for the corresponding reactions with has revealed that OH is only 103-fold more reactive than , although the former is 11 pK a units more basic than the latter. The Yukawa–Tsuno plot for the reactions of 1a–1f results in an excellent linear correlation with ρ X = 2.09 and r = 0.41. The Brønsted-type plot for the reactions of 2a–2g is linear with β lg = −0.51, which is typical for reactions reported to proceed through a concerted mechanism. The Yukawa–Tsuno plot for the reactions of 2a–2g exhibits excellent linearity with ρ Y = 1.85 and r = 0.25, indicating that a partial negative charge develops on the O atom of the leaving group in the transition state. Thus, the alkaline hydrolysis of 1a–1f and 2a–2g has been concluded to proceed through a concerted mechanism. Comparison of the ρ X and β lg values for the reactions with ions suggests that the reactions with hydroxide ion proceed through a tighter transition-state structure than those with azide ion.

        어린이도서 분류법의 개발에 관한 연구

        Currently, our country doesn't have standard children's library classification whose development reflects characteristics of children's library and children's books, and for this, not only the children's library working staffs but also users have to deal with a lot of discomforts and difficulties. This study was to take into account these facts of reality and attempted to develop Children's Library Classification (CLC) that is widely applicable to children's libraries. For this, the paper examined the category of children's books and analyzed classification conditions of children's library. Based on this examination and analysis, the paper developed CLC. This study finds its meaning in that the CLC developed by this study was based on KDC, was newly reformed for children's library, and was developed by reflecting the characteristics of children's library and children's books as much as possible in the formation of classification category and progression level per subject; the author expects that it could actually be applied to classification of children's books regardless of the size and type of children's libraries. 현재 우리나라에는 어린이도서관과 어린이도서의 특성을 반영하여 개발된 표준적인 어린이도서 분류법이 없어, 어린이도서관 실무자뿐만 아니라 이용자들이 많은 불편과 어려움을 감수하고 있다 이 연구는 이러한 현실을 고려하여 어린이도서관에서 보편적으로 적용 가능한 어린이도서 분류법을 개발하고자 시도되었다. 이를 위해 어린이도서에 대한 범주를 조사한 후 어린이도서관 자료의 유별 현황을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 어린이도서 분류법을 개발하였다. 이 연구에서 개발된 어린이도서 분류법은 KDC를 기본으로 하여 어린이도서관을 위해 새로이 설계된 형태로, 분류항목 설정과 주제별 전개수준에 있어 어린이도서관과 어린이도서의 특성을 최대한 반영하여 개발하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

        가네코 미스즈(金子みすゞ) 시에 나타난 불교성 고찰

        Misuzu Kaneko was born in Senzaki, Otsu-gun, Yamaguchi on April 11, 1903. For life of the immortality that dwelled in the thing which was a whit, she would always feel the mysterious gentleness and loneliness mysteriously close. In 1982 when I passed through more than 50 years in posthumously, Yazaki discovers that Mr. Kamiyama shosuke of her younger brother is living in Tokyo at last. For Ueyama, it was a miraculous encounter. He entrusted three pocket notebooks of the older sister whom he kept carefully to Yazaki to be an ardent lover of 512 poetry that Kaneko Misuzu left by a devoted effort of Yazaki will revive at a stretch in this way. A hometown of Misuzu Kaneko was the area that was strong in Buddhism, and she was a believer of the Jodo Shin sect of Buddhism. Therefore, leading, in this report, want to consider the poetry world that is inherent in a work of heavy Misuzu Kaneko of the color of the Buddhism. In the poetry world that is inherent in a work of Misuzu Kaneko, I try to consider the world of the mind’s eye, equality and indiscriminate philosophy, hoop trundling thought, confession, Great compassion and the poetry world of the Buddhism called the mercy.
