The purpose of this study is to measure load data for a 55 kW class agricultural tractor during a harvesting operation and to analyze the required power according to the working conditions. A field test was conducted at three different tractor speeds (1.2, 1.3, and 1.4 km·h-1). A load measurement system was developed for the front axles, rear axles, and for power take-off (PTO). The torque and rotational speeds of the axles and PTO were measured during the field test and were calculated as the required power. The results showed that the total required power was in the range of 4.86 - 5.48 kW during the harvesting operation according to the tractor speed, and it was confirmed that this represents a ratio of 8.8 - 10.0% of the engine rated power. Also, it was confirmed that the required power of the axle and PTO increased as the tractor speed increased. In future studies, we plan to supplement the measurement system for a tractor to include a hydraulic system and perform a field test for harvesting various underground crops.

본 연구는 일회용 생리대를 제외한 다양한 여성용품에 대한 경험을 확인하기 위한 현상학적 연구이다. 연구진행은 2018년 3월 23일부터 3월 30일까지 대학생들을 대상으로 3가지 종류의 여성용품(면생리대 2명, 탐폰 2명, 생리컵 1명)을 사용한 경험에 대해 포커스 그룹면담을 하였다. 분석은 Giorgi의 현상학적 방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과 14개(냄새, 두려움, 사용불만, 비위생적, 잦은 교체, 경제적 이점, 사용 편리, 심리적 안정, 통증 완화, 걱정, 다양성, 접근성, 편안함, 휴대성)의 주제와 3개(불안감, 신체적 불편, 만족감)의 중심의미가 도출되었다. 면생리대를 사용한 참여자는 면생리대를 사용함으로써 생리혈 양이 감소한 것과, 생리통이 완화되었다. 탐폰 사용자는 마찰로 인한 신체적 불편감이 감소하였다. 생리컵 사용자는 제품은 샐 수 있다는 심리적 불안감이 줄어들고 자주 갈지 않아도 된다는 점에서 경제적이다. 결론적으로 개인의 특성을 고려하여 여성 생리용품을 선택해서 사용하는 것이 건강에 도움이 될 것이라 생각된다. This study is a phenomenological study to confirm the experience of various female products except for disposable sanitary pads. The study conducted a focus group interview with university students on the experience of using three types of female products(two cotton sanitary pads users, two tampon users, one menstrual cup user) from March 23 to March 30, 2018. The phenomenological method of Giorgi was used for the analysis. The study found 14 topics (smell, fear, dissatisfaction, unsanitary, frequent change, financial advantage, convenient, psychological stability, relief pain, anxiety, diversity, accessibility, comfort, portable) and 3 focal meanings (physical discomfort, psychological discomfort, and change of perception). A cotton sanitary pad users said using cotton sanitary pads reduced the amount of menstrual blood and eased the menstrual cramps. Tampon users said that the physical discomfort caused by friction was reduced. The menstrual cup user said that the product is economical because it does not have to be changed often. And she feels less anxiety of blood leak.

Environmental factors impact oyster growth, condition, and gonadal development, which is linked to gamete characteristics observed through histology. The reproductive cycle of bivalves is related to energy storage and utilization. Therefore, in this study, the year-round growth change and gonadal development of oysters were observed using histological analysis, and the biochemical composition changes were confirmed. The oysters used in this study are being nurtured in Gadeok-do, and 40 oysters were randomly sampled monthly from March 2021 to February 2022. Result of histological analysis of gonads, oysters were showed early development from December to February, late development from March and April, mature and ripe from May to July, spawned from August to October, and spent from November to December. Condition index values of oysters decreased in summer and autumn and increased again when entered the spent after spawning. The protein content of oysters was high in May, the maturity period, and the lipid content decreased during the spawning period. In addition, EPA and DHA, the major fatty acids of oysters, were low during the spawning period and high during the maturation period. As a result, this study suggested a close relationship between changes in oyster growth, biochemical composition, and the reproductive cycle.
