        에이엘 스캔, 자동각막굴절계, 펜타캠의 각막 굴절력 비교 분석

        <b>Purpose:</b> To investigate clinical availability of AL-ScanTM (Nidek, Gamagori, Japan) by comparing corneal refractive power with AL-ScanTM, AutokeratometerTM (Topcon KR-1, Tokyo, Japan) and PentacamTM (Oculus, Wetzlar, Germany) devices. <b>Methods</b>: Seventy-one patients (142 eyes) who visited our hospital for refractive surgery were tested using AL-Scan<sup>Ⓡ, Autokeratometer and Pentacam<sup>Ⓡ and corneal refractive power was compared among devices. <b>Results:</b> When comparing measurements with AL-Scan<sup>Ⓡ, Autokeratometer and Pentacam<sup>Ⓡ, the mean corneal refractive power was 43.37 ± 1.32 D (2.4 mm zone), 43.35 ± 1.32 D (3.3 mm zone), 43.36 ± 1.35 D, and 43.35 ± 1.36 D respectively and showed no significant differences. Corneal refractive power had strongly positive linear correlation (<em>p </em>< 0.001) and Bland-Altman plots showed high degree of agreement among AL-Scan<sup>Ⓡ, Autokeratometer and Pentacam<sup>Ⓡ devices. <b>Conclusions:</b> Because measuring ocular biometry with AL-Scan<sup>Ⓡ including axial length, intraocular lens power calculation and topography simultaneously is possible, clinical use is convenient. Corneal refractive power was not different when compared with autokeratometer and Pentacam<sup>Ⓡ, thus, AL-Scan<sup>Ⓡ can be used in the clinical environment.         산사(Crataegifructus) 메탄올 추출물로부터 용매분획된 분획물의 생리활성

        산사추출물의 DPPH free radical 소거법에 의한 항산화활성은 ethyl acetate 분획($RC_{50}=4.39{\mu}g/m{\ell}$), butanol 분획($RC_{50}=6.25{\mu}g/m{\ell}$)에서 강한 항산화 활성을 보였으며, ${\alpha}$-tocopherol이나 BHA보다 유사하거나 강한 항산화 활성을 나타냈다. Linoleic acid에 대한 항지질과산화 활성 실험은 15일 째에 물층을 제외한 추출물, 분획물에서 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 박테리아에 대한 항균실험은 Staphylococcus aureus에서만 활성을 보이지 않았을 뿐 다른 피검균에서는 높은 활성을 보였다. 다만 fungi strain인 Candida albicands에 대해 각각 250 및 $500{\mu}g/m{\ell}$의 생육 억제 농도를 나타내었다. 항보체 활성화능을 측정한 결과, 물 층 18.4%를 제외한 다른 분획물은 10% 이하의낮은 억제효과를 보이거나 활성이 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 산사 추출물은 항산화 활성, 항지질과산화 활성, 항미생물 활성이 우수하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 산사 추출물을 이용하여 식품 및 음료 등과 같은 기능성 식품으로서의 다양한 산업적 응용분야에 널리 응용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to determine the possibility of using Crataegi fructus as natural health food source. The research was conducted to determine the biofunctional activities of Crataegi fructus extract. Methanolic extract from Crataegi fructus was partitioned by using organic solvents, including n-hexane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and water. Ethyl acetate soluble fraction was shown to have the strongest antioxidant activity ($RC_{50}=4.39{\mu}g/m{\ell}$) among the fractions. In the antimicrobial activity assays, ethyl acetate soluble fraction was effective in bacterial inhibition, against the cases of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumonia, with minimum inhibitory concentrations in $125{\mu}g/m{\ell}$. In the anticomplementary activity assays, water soluble fraction was the most effective exhibiting 18.4% inhibitory activity.

        Harmonics(배음)와 Formant Bandwidth(포먼트 폭)를 이용한 음성특성(音聲特性)과 사상체질간(四象體質間)의 상관성(相關性) 연구(硏究)

        This study was prepared to investigate the correlation between Sasang constitutional groups and voice characteristics using voice analysis system(in this study, CSL). I focused on the voice characteristics in terms of harmonics, Formant frequency and Formant Bandwidth. The subjects were 71 males. I classified them into three groups, that is Soeumin group, Soyangin group and Taeumin group. The classification method of Constitution used two ways, QSCCII(Questionnarie for the Sasang Constitution Classification II) and Interview with a specialist in Sasang Constitution. So 71 people were categorized into 31 Soeumin(people), 18 Soyangin(people) and 22 Taeumin(people). Pitch is approximately similar to the fundamental frequency(F0) in voices. Shimmer in dB gives an evaluation of the period-to-period variability of the peak-to-peak amplitude within the analyzed voice sample. FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) method in CSL can display sampled voices into harmonics. H1 is the first peak and h2 is the second peak in the harmonics. The amplitude difference of h1 and h2(h1-h2) can be explained as the speaker's phonation type, And Formant frequency and bandwidth can be explained as the speaker's vocal tract. So I checked the harmonics and Formant frequency and Bandwidth as the voice parameters. First I have captured /e/ voices from all subjects using microphone. And then I analyzed /e/ voices with CSL. Power Spectrum and Formant History is the menu in the CSL which can display harmonics and Formant frequency and bandwidth. The results about the correlation between Sasang Constitutional Groups and voice parameters are as follows; 1. There is no significant amplitude difference of harmonics(h1-h2) among three groups. 2. There is the significant difference between Soeumin Group and Soyangin Group in Formant Frequency 1 and Formant Bandwidth 1(p<0.05). Any other parameters have no significance. I assume that Soyangin Group has clearer and brighter voice than Soeumin Group according to the Formant Bandwidth difference. And I think its result has coincidence with the context of "Dongyi Suse Bowon" and "Sasangimhejinam".

        시거리에 따른 고층집합주택 외벽 색채 특성에 관한 연구

        This study assumes that though buildings have identical color of the outer walls, their colors and images make the difference according to neighboring environmental factors and visual range. Based on the assumption, it carries a quantitative analysis of physical and image difference, targeting colors of the outer walls of high-rise apartment buildings within apartment complex. As a result, it is identified that the outer colors of the buildings on the streetside of high-rise residential complexes are significantly different according to neighboring environmental factors and viewers' visual range. And, it is suggested that in planning colors of outer wall, colors should be arranged in consideration of color difference according to visual range.

        무지 외반증에서 Chevron 술식과 Wilson 술식의 결과 비교

        In a retrospective study, we compared the results of 24 cases of Chevron osteotomies with those of 17cases of Wilsons osteotomies in the treatment of hallux valgus. We used FFSS(Fore Foot Scoring System) and radiographic findings. There were no differences between the two operations in terms of pain relief and appearance. All patients in the Chevron and Wilsons osteotomy group had good functional results and were more satisfied with the appearance of the foot. We conclude Wilsons osteotomy is useful method for correction of hallux valgus.

      • 다중 측면 기반의 분산 데이터 할당을 위한 MAPN 모델링

        In designing distributed databases, DAP(Data Allocation Problem) is one of the key design issues. Because, however, most of previous researches on DAP have considered only cost aspect, they cannot increase the performance and availability and they are not proper to the system requiring high-availability or real-time processing. Therefore, we need a more formal data allocation model considering multiple aspects. In this paper, we propose the MAPN (Multiple Aspects Petri Net) modeling method for the distributed transaction modeling. The MAPN model, an extended classical petri net, is proposed for the formal modeling considering multiple aspects (cost, performance and availability) concurrently. We demonstrate that we can compose the valid DAP evaluation model considering not only cost but also performance and availability concurrently by using the MAPN structure and MAPN graph.

        EPC Network 기반 RFID 응용 시스템의 성능 향상을 위한 EPCIS 주소별 그룹 질의 기법

        These days RFID application has been developed rapidly. It has been applied to many business areas such as logistics and supply chains. The Electronic Product Code (EPC) Network Architecture, an open global standard, is proposed by EPCglobal for developing RFID enabled systems. People who want to obtain the product information which are master information and event information have to apply with EPC Network Architecture. However, EPCIS which has master information and event information has to be accessed base on each EPC. Therefore, there is lots of duplicate accessing to EPCIS because RFID application has to access the same EPCIS over again which makes all performance down in EPC Network. This paper proposes how to reduce access times to EPCIS using EPC grouping based on EPCIS address. We build EPC Network environment to experiment about performance of RFID application system and we prove the improvement of EPC Network. Our result shows the reducing the EPCIS communication time by maximum 99 percentages. 오늘날 RFID 응용 시스템은 점차 발전되고 물류, 유통, 항만 그리고 제조 등 다양한 산업분야에서 적용되고 있다. RFID 응용 시스템 개발을 위한 국제 표준으로 EPCglobal 에서는 EPC Network 아키텍처를 제시하고 있다. EPC Network 아키텍처를 통해 개체의 고유정보(master information) 및 이력정보(event information)를 수집해야 한다. 그러나 개체의 고유정보 및 이력정보를 저장하고 있는 EPCIS의 경우는 수집된 EPC와 각 개체가 가지는 이력정보의 수에 의존적으로 통신 횟수가 증가하며, 개별적인 EPC에 대한 처리로 인해 동일한 EPCIS와 여러 번 통신해야 하는 문제점이 존재한다. 이러한 문제점은 EPCIS와의 통신시간의 증가로 인해 RFID 응용 시스템의 성능을 저하 시키게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 EPCIS와의 통신 시간을 감소시키기 위하여 동일한 EPCIS와의 통신을 제거하는 EPCIS 주소별 그룹 질의 기법을 제시한다. 또한, 본 논문에서 제시한 기법을 적용하고 실제 EPC Network 환경을 구축하고 다양한 실험을 통하여 효용성을 검증하였으며 EPCIS의 통신 시간이 최대 99% 감소하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

        망막정맥폐쇄에서 혈압의 일중 변동 양상 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the diurnal blood pressure variation with retinal vein occlusion (RVO) using 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (24-hour ABPM). Methods: The subjects in this study visited the department of ophthalmology from May 2012 to December 2012 and were diagnosed with RVO but had no history of hypertension (HTN). Non-dipper was defined as a nocturnal systolic blood pressure (SBP) decrease less than 10%. These values were used to compare the 24-hour ABPM values of the RVO and the control groups. Results: The 24-hour ABPM values, with the exception of the mean nightly SBP, were statistically different whne the RVO group was compared with the control group. The odds of an RVO patient being a non-dipper compared to dipper were 1.81 times greater than in the control. Additionally, the clinical SBP and DBP in the RVO group were not significantly different when the HTN group and the non-HTN group were compared. In contrast, the mean 24-hour SBP and the mean DBP were significantly different in regard to HTN. Conclusions: Patients with RVO have a tendency to maintain high BP throughout the day and also during the night. A patient with non-dipper status can be at risk for RVO, even if the patient does not have HTN. Therefore, 24-hour ABPM is an effective management approach for HTN in addition to strict BP control in patients with RVO.
