Currently the evaluation of high school science and mathematics learning has been too much knowledge-centered without concerning the inquiring ability or scientific attitude. This study, therefore, was made for the purpose of establishing of evaluation model for high school science (biology and earth science) and mathematics learning and its evaluation items. In this paper, the research was done about three fields, biology, earth science and mathematics. 1. For the biology, the evaluation methods of inquiry learning were studied with the foreign references, and proper evaluation items were suggested. 2. For the earth science, after analizing 5 kinds of earth science textbook of current using in high school, essential 19 items were selected. 5 of them were tested in test group and control group, then, the results were analized. 3. For the mathematice, the teaching elements of「Set」and「Flow chart」in mathematics (Ⅰ) were selected and structured. Detailed teaching objects were established and evaluation items were introduced.

The Kinetics of tris (malonato) Cobaltate(Ⅲ) anion in aquation reaction was carried by spectrophotometric method. Themperature range was 20˚ to 30℃ and pressure was varied up to 1500 bars. The rate constants were increased with increasing temperature, but were decreased with increasing pressure. Activation volume, energy, other activation parameters were reported.

착물 trans-〔Cr(en)_2F(H_2O)〕^2+의 hydrolysis에 대한 속도상수를 분광광도법으로 여러가지 온도와 압력에서 측정하였다. 온도 범위는 30℃에서 50℃까지이고 압력은 1 bar에서 1500bar까지 변화시켰다. 1bar, 30℃에서 측정된 속도상수는 2.632×10 exp(-5)sec^-1였다. 속도상수는 일정온도에서 압력이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. 활성화 부피와 다른 활성화 파라미터들은 이러한 속도상수로 부터 계산되었다. 활성화 부피는 모두 양의값을 가졌으며 0.477에서 3.152㎤/mol내에 있고, 활성화 엔트로피는 작은 값을 가진다. 이 반응은 흡열반응이고, 실험적인 온도에서 엔탈피 지배반응이다. The rates of hydrolysis of the complex, trans-〔Cr(en)_2F(H_2O)〕2^-1, have been investigated using spectrophotometric method at various temperatures and pressure. Temperature was 30℃ to 50℃ and pressure was varied up to 1500bar. The rate constant measured at 30℃ is 2.632×10 exp(-5)sec^-1. The rate constants are decrease with increasing pressure at constants temperature. Activation volume and other activation parameters are calculated from these rate constants. The activation volumes are all positive and lie in the limited range 0.447∼3.152㎤/mol and the activation entropies are small values. From the results, it was found that this reaction was endothermic and enthalpy controlled reaction in the experimental temperature.
固眞飮子가 galactosamine으로 유발한 흰쥐의 간중독에 미치는 영향

최근 간질환에 대한 진단과 기술의 비약적인 발전에도 불구하고 치료방법론에서는 그 해결이 모호한 상태에 있다. 실험적으로 간중독을 유발시킨 동물에 약물을 투여하여 그 약화를 입증하려는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 이에 저자는 固眞飮子가 간독성의 완화효과에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 固眞飮子추출물을 투여한 흰쥐에 galactosamine으로 간독성을 유발하고 간조직내 glutathione과 과산화지질의 함량, 혈청중의 GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALT, LDH의 효소활성측정 및 혈청중의 bile acid함량을 측정하여 다음과 같은 유의한 결과를 얻었다. glutathione의 함량은 固眞飮子을 전처치한 실험군에서 유의성 있게 증가하여고, 과산화지질, 혈청중 GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALT, LDH, bile acid는 고진음자를 전처치한 실험군에서 유의성있게 감소하였다. The purpose of this study is to observe the protective effect of Kojinyumja on serum reaction and hepatic tissue in galactosamine treated rats. In this study, the experimental rats divided four group(Normal group, Control group, Sample A group, and Sample B group): Under the same condition, normal and contro1 group were administered water, sample A, B group were administered Kojinyumja for 8days. And then, Coth control group and Sample B group were injected to abdomen with galactosamine for 1day. The rates of glutathione, lipid peroxide, GOT, GPT, γ-GTP, ALP, LDH, and contents of bile acid level were measured. The results are as follows: The glutathione rate significantly increased in sample group, the others(lipid peroxide, G0T, GPT, γ-GTP, ALP, LDH, bile acid) significantly decreased in sample group.

<P><B>Introduction</B></P><P> This study aims to investigate the clinical practice states on the diagnosis and treatment for insomnia between Korean medical general practitioners (KMGPs) and Korean medical neuropsychiatry specialists (KMNPSs).</P><P><B> Methods</B></P><P> We distributed questionnaires via email or in person to 1,017 KMGPs and via email to 165 KMNPSs. We collected and analyzed responses from 305 (30.00%) KMGPs and 53 (32.12%) KMNPSs.</P><P><B> Results</B></P><P> Most KMGPs and KMNPSs responded that the number of new patients visiting the clinic for treatment of insomnia was less than 10 per month (78.2%). Frequently utilized therapies for insomnia are acupuncture and herbal decoctions. Particularly acupoint GV20 and Guipi decoction were chosen with the highest response rate. There was no difference between KMNPSs and KMGPs in the traditional Korean medical diagnosis methods. However, KMNPSs utilized more various methods to diagnose, treat, and evaluate insomnia and educated more actively sleep hygiene compared to KMGPs.</P><P><B> Conclusions</B></P><P> This survey showed how insomnia is currently diagnosed and treated in Korean medical care settings. Moreover, we identified some differences between KMNPSs and KMGPs. Further research is required to explore the underlying reasons for these discrepancies among KMDs and to improve the quality of Korean medical clinical practice in treating insomnia.</P>

<P>The Li–O<SUB>2</SUB> battery holds great promise as an ultra-high-energy-density device. However, its limited rechargeability and low energy efficiency remain key barriers to its practical application. Herein, we demonstrate that the ideal electrode morphology design combined with effective catalyst decoration can enhance the rechargeability of the Li–O<SUB>2</SUB> battery over 100 cycles with full discharge and charge. An aligned carbon structure with a hierarchical micro-nano-mesh ensures facile accessibility of reaction products and provides the optimal catalytic conditions for the Pt catalyst. The new electrode is highly reversible even at the extremely high current rate of 2 A g<SUP>−1</SUP>. Moreover, we observed clearly distinct morphologies of discharge products when the catalyst is used. Purpose: To compare the refractive results of cataract surgery measured by applanation ultrasound and the new partial coherence interferometer, AL-scan. Methods: Medical records of 76 patients and 104 eyes who underwent cataract surgery from January 2013 to June 2013 were retrospectively reviewed. Biometries were measured using ultrasound and AL-scan and intraocular lens power was calculated using the SRK-T formula. Automatic refraction examination was done 1 month after the operation, and differences between the ultrasound group and AL-scan group were compared and analyzed by mean absolute error. Results: Mean axial length measured preoperatively by the ultrasound method was 23.53 ± 1.17 mm while the lengths measured using the AL-scan were 0.03 mm longer than that of the ultrasound group (23.56 ± 1.15 mm). However, there was not a significant difference in this finding (p = 0.638). Mean absolute error was 0.34 ± 0.27 diopters in the ultrasound group and 0.36 ± 0.31 diopters in AL-scan group, which showed no significant difference (p = 0.946) in precision of predicting postoperative refraction. Conclusions: Although the difference was not statistically significant, intraocular lens calculations done by the AL-scan were nearly similar in predicting postoperative refraction compared to those of applanation ultrasound, however more precise measurements may be obtained if the axial length is longer than 24.4 mm. Except in the case of opacity in the media, which makes obtaining measurements with the AL-scan difficult, ALscan could be a useful biometry in cataract surgery.

Eperisone hydrochloride is an antispasmodic drug, decreasing spasticity of skeletal muscle and alleviating stiffness, and as a consequence, controlling pain. It is preferably prescribed with other analgesics, beneficially less decreasing alertness compared with other antispasmodics. Its fatal drug adverse reactions were rarely reported. A 70 year-old female with hives, swollen face, hoarse voice, and near fainting admitted via emergency department. She suffered from the series of the fatal symptoms after administration of the pills, prescribed for her neck pain. Two months before, she had experienced hives on similar medications. At presentation, she revealed hypoxemia and hypotension, and treated with epinephrine, glucocorticoids and antihistamines. Among the medicines she took, eperisone hydrochloride was proven as the causative medicine and others were excluded in oral provocation tests. The positive result in intradermal test with eperisone hydrochloride suggested immediate-type hypersensitivity reaction. We report a case of anaphylaxis to eperisone hydrochloride, one of the widely prescribed medicines in clinical practice, previously without awareness of drug adverse reaction.
