        To evaluate the arsenic effect of fish endocrine disruption, crucian carp (Carassius auratus) were treated with 0.5 mg/L and 3.0mg/L of As₂O₃ for 14 days and gonadal development was examined by histological analysis. In ovaries from female crucian carps exposed to 3.0mg/L, immature follicles and atretic follicles were appeared while various normal developmental stages of oocytes were shown in control group. Body weight and Gonadosomatic Index (GSI) of treated carp were also decreased compared to control group. However, no other significant histological changes in liver or kidney were shown in this exposure scheme, This means that reproductive organs are more sensitive than other organs and arsenic may exert endocrine disrupting effect through inhibiting the development of reproductive organ in fish.

        통역사가 선택한 핵심정보의 형태적 특징

        This paper focuses on two questions: what kind of linguistic features the so-called ‘essential information’ possesses, if embedded in the context and whether professional interpreters have group characteristics in distinguishing between essential and secondary information. To answer these questions, an empirical study was conducted in which seven professional interpreters and 77 students were asked to select essential information from two different types of text. Especially carefully examined were focus information (recognizable by Korean focus-markers according to Lee (2000)), predicate and proper names. All in all, the results of the two groups do not differ much from each other, but in details, professional interpreters showed some group-specific features. Interpreters were more inclined to omit deducible information as well as chose discourse markers more often than students. The rate of topic-information was higher for interpreters than it was for students. As for the sentence functional distribution of the essential information, the predicate, object and subject were frequently selected in this order. Based on these results, professional interpreters’ comprehension process – compared to those of non-interpreters – is remodelled.

        Teachers, in general, appraise students' interpreting performance by comparing coherence between source and target texts. However, most target audiences for interpretation are not given the source text for comparison. In this study, five evaluators in total assessed the interpretations of two texts by five graduate students of interpreting and translation, respectively. The evaluation involved two rounds of appraisal―without and then with source text comparison. The evaluators adopted two types of evaluation, i.e. quantitative type for scoring and descriptive type for highlighting good and bad. In the evaluations of interpreting performances for the two texts, the rankings of students changed after comparing their interpretations against the source text. This study intends to discuss the methods to assess interpreting performance by analyzing differences between evaluations with and without source text comparison.

        통역의 평가방식에 따라 평가결과는 어떻게 달라지는가?: ST 미대조 시와 대조 시의 차이를 중심으로

        This dissertation focused on the fact that discrepancies exist between evaluation of interpretation in an educational setting where interpretation is mostly evaluated by comparing the interpreted results with the source text and evaluation of interpretation in the field and analyzed what kind of differences were observed upon evaluating identical interpretation results by five evaluators-first by comparing the results with the source text and then evaluating the results without the source test. Based on quantitative evaluation, there was a slight change in the ranking of the students when the interpretation results were compared with the source text as opposed to evaluation without comparison and the average score decreased due to additional score deductions in accuracy; one can surmise that a more stringent and strict evaluation was conducted in the case where the source text was consulted. Descriptive evaluation analysis indicated that vocal factors such as vocalization, accent and corrective speech amount to 65.5% of the total evaluation keywords in evaluation without source text evaluation where such factors carried more importance than textual factors (27.3%) such as accuracy and logic. The ratio of textual factors increased in source text-based evaluations compared to evaluation without checking the results against the source text, but the ratio of vocal factors was nonetheless more pronounced. More importance needs to be shifted to vocal factors which primarily takes into consideration the receiver of the interpretation and appropriate guidance on such multifaceted evaluation rubrics should be given to learners in addition to textual factors such as accuracy and logic.

        대중음식점 발생원별 음식물 찌꺼기의 특성

        60개소의 대중 식당의 음식 찌꺼기의 배출원별 음식물 찌꺼기의 특성을 분석한 결과 음식물 찌꺼기 발생량은 한식, 중식, 일식, 양식, 분식 순이었다. 음식물 찌꺼기 수분함량은 평균 76.9%이었으며, 한식 업태별 수분함량은 80.2%로 타 업소에 비해 다소 높았다. 또한 계절에 따른 음식물 찌꺼기의 유기성분 분석결과 5월, 7월 시료에서 조섬유 함량이 높았으며 1월, 3월 시료에서 T-N과 조단백질 함량이 높게 조사되었다. 한편 음식물 찌꺼기의 pH는 평균 4.74였고 C/N율은 15.8, 평균 양이온 및 인산함량은 P 0.43%, K 0.57%, Ca 0.39%, Mg 0.22% 였다. 중금속 함량은 평균 Fe 154.37mg/kg, Zn 24.79mg/kg, Pb 0.27mg/kg, Cu 5.63mg/kg, Cr 5.49mg/kg, Cd 0.31mg/kg, Ni 1.07mg/kg 였다. 또한 음식물 찌꺼기 재활용에 있어 가장 큰 장애 요인 중의 하나인 식염 함량은 3.36%로 다량의 식염이 함유되어 있는 것으로 조사되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficient recycling of food waste according to the restaurants type. To the investigated of characteristic of food wastes in different types of restaurants, we were collected the sample of 60 as Korean 35, Chinese 10, Japanese 5, Western 5, Flour 5 in Swon. The average water content of food waste was 79.9%, and Korean restaurant was 80.3%, which was higher than that of any other serving type. On the examination of a organic matter content of food waste according to the season, crude fiber was higher in May and July, crude protein content was higher in January and March than that other seasons. The average pH of food waste was 4.74, C/N ratio was 15.8 and the average cation content was K 0.57%, Ca 0.39%, Mg 0.22%, NaCl 3.36%, respectively. The average concentration of Fe, Zn, Pb, Cu, Cr, Cd, Ni were 154.37 mg/kg, 24.79 mg/kg, 0.27 mg/kg, 5.63 mg/kg, 5.49 mg/kg, 0.31 mg/kg, 1.07 mg/kg, respectively.

        미생물제 첨가유무에 따른 음식물 쓰레기 퇴비 부숙도 평가

        음식물 쓰레기 퇴비화를 위한 미생물제 첨가 효과를 검토하기 위해 시판 미생물제 중의 미생물 활성과 퇴비화시의 접종효과를 조사하였다. 14종의 시판 미생물제의 배양온도에 따른 세균수 측정한 결과 30℃에서는 대조구로 사용한 완숙퇴비의 91.0×10^8 CFU/g 보다 모두 적게 나타났으며 50℃와 60℃에서는 각각 5종과 6종의 미생물제가 완숙퇴비 보다 적게 조사되었다. 사상균의 경우 30℃에서는 4종의 미생물제가 10^5CFU/g이상 존재하는 것으로 나타났으나 50℃와 60℃에서는 10^5CFU/g에서 검출되지 않았다. 방선균의 경우 30℃와 50℃에서 DE를 제외한 13종의 미생물제에서 10^5CFU/g 이상으로 검출되었으나 60℃에서는 전시료구에서 검출되지 않았다. 음식물 쓰레기에 미생물제를 접종하여 퇴비화 과정중의 CO₂가스 발생량을 실험실 조건에서 조사한 결과 VP$gt;HU$gt;B9$gt;GE$gt;CM$gt;Contrl$gt;Compost 순으로 조사되었으나 발생량의 차이는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 간이 음식물 쓰레기 퇴비화 장치에 선발한 미생물제를 접종한 후 퇴비화 실험을 수행한 결과 부숙온도 유기물 및, pH 변화에 영향이 거의 없었으며 중금속 양이온함량에서도 차이가 인정되지 않았다. This studies were conducted to evaluate efficiency of microbial inoculator for active composting of food wastes. The Microbial inoculators used in this studies were purchased from different comparise to evaluate their effectiveness for composting of food waste in Korea. The number of bacteria growing at 30℃ in commercial inoculator collected were below 91.0×10^8 CFU/g which were counted from well cured compost made by animal manure. The number of bacteria in commercial microbial inoculator, such as FL, VP, B9, CM and GE were higher than that of composted at 50℃ or 60℃ of incubation temperature. Fungi were counted in GR, VP and B9 as over 10³CFU/g at 30℃ of incubation temperature, while fungi of all the commercial inoculator collected could not grown at 50℃ and 60℃. Actinomycetes in most of the these had higher number(10^5CFU/g) than that of compost : however, it was not detected at 60`L incubation temperature from all the samples collected. The amount of carbon dioxid production was order to VP$gt;HU$gt;B9$gt;GE$gt;CM$gt;Control$gt;Compost in the lab scale composting test with or without inoculation of commercial inoculators, however, but the difference in carbon dioxide production was similar among each treatments. The effect of inoculation on composting parmeter such as pH changes, temperature increasing and change of chemicals properties were a little among each treatments, with or without inoculation of commercial inoculator in active composting of food waste. Using commercial inoculator did not show any statistical difference in food waste composting process under various condition such as pH changes, temperature changes, etc.

      • 카드뮴 측적량과 붕어(Carassius auratus) 아가미 조직 변화의 상관성에 관한 연구

        Histopathological changes and cadmium accumulations in the gills were investigated in crucian carp (Carassius auratus) exposed to 0, 0.01, 0.1, 0.5 mg/l cadmium (Cd)concentrations for 25 days. After 25 days of exposure, cadmium accumulations increased in each of the different exposure concentrations. Histopathological changes in the gills of curcian carp exposed to cadmium included the acidification of mucous cell, the terminal clubbing of lamellae, the hyperplasia of epitherial cell and the curved of secondary lamellae. The similar histopathological changes were observed once the accumulations of cadmium reached the similar levels found in the present study with the different exposure schemes. Also the acidification of mucous cell in gills appeared when cadmium accumulations reached 5 ㎍/g and more. These results suggested that histopathological changes in the gills, an appearance of mucous cell acidification, be used to estimate the relation between toxic effect and cadmium accumulations in the gills.
