        초등학교 전문상담교사의 학교폭력 가해 학생 특별교육 실시 경험에 관한 질적 연구

        School violence is still a major problem in our educational communities, and it is noteworthy that the number of reports on school violence in elementary schools is increasing rapidly compared to secondary schools. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects, advantages, limitations, and disadvantages of special education for perpetrators conducted on elementary school sites and to provide implications for improvement. Therefore, this study attempted to conduct consensual qualitative research on the experience of implementing special education of professional school counselors in elementary schools. As a result of the study, 3 areas and 15 categories were derived. First, in the areas of effectiveness and advantages of special education in school, the categories of school counselors’ improvement, high accessibility, rapid rapport formation, smooth follow-up counseling, instant communication, strengthening the position of school counselors, and prevention of stigmatization were identified. Second, in the areas of limitations and disadvantages of special education in school, the categories of increased workload of professional school counselors, difficulties in establishing relationships with students, compromised confidentiality, negative perceptions of students, and reduced efficiency of information delivery were identified. Third, manuals of special education, training of special education, and in-school cooperative management were identified as necessary improvements for the development of special education. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data for the improvement of special education by analyzing the practical experiences of elementary professional school counselors. 학교폭력은 여전히 우리 교육계에 커다란 문제로 자리 잡고 있다. 특히 주목할 부분은 중등학교와 비교하여 초등학교 내 학교폭력 신고 및 접수가 급증하여 가해 학생을 대상으로 실시하는 특별교육이 초등학교 내에서 증가한다는 점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 현장에서 진행되는 가해 학생 대상 특별교육의 효과와 장점, 한계점과 단점을 확인하고 특별교육의 개선을 위한 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를위하여 전문상담교사 8명을 대상으로 특별교육의 실시 경험에 대한 합의적 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 3개의 영역과 15개의 범주가 도출되었다. 첫째, 교내 특별교육의 효과 및 장점 영역에서는 전문상담교사의 전문성 향상, 높은 접근성, 빠른 라포 형성, 원활한 추수 지도, 즉각적인 소통, 교내 전문상담교사의 입지 강화 그리고 학생에 대한 낙인 방지라는 범주가 확인되었다. 둘째, 교내 특별교육의 한계점및 단점 영역에서는 전문상담교사의 업무량 증가, 학생과 관계 형성의 어려움, 비밀보장의 어려움, 학생이 가지는 부정적 인식, 그리고 정보 전달의 효율성 저하라는 범주가 확인되었다. 셋째, 특별교육의 발전을 위해 필요한 개선점 영역에서는 특별교육 매뉴얼, 특별교육 연수 그리고 교내 협력 관리가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 현직에서 근무하고 있는 초등학교 전문상담교사의 현장감 있는 경험을 분석하여 향후 학교폭력 가해 학생 특별교육의 발전을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

        축수산물에서 LC-MS/MS를 이용한 카라졸롤 및 아자페론 분석

        The aim of the present work was to develop simultaneous methods of quantification of carazolol, azaperone, and azaperol residues in livestock and fishery products using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Samples were extracted from beef, pork, chicken, egg, milk and shrimp using acetonitrile (ACN); while flat fish and eel were extracted using 80% ACN. For purification, ACN saturated n-hexane was used to remove fat composition. The standard calibration curves showed good linearity as correlation coefficients; r 2 was > 0.99. Average recoveries expressed were within the range of 67.9-105% for samples fortified at three different levels (0.5 × MRL, 1 × MRL and 2 × MRL). The correlation coefficient expressed as precision was within the range of 0.55- 7.93%. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.0002-0.002 mg/kg. The proposed analytical method showed high accuracy and acceptable sensitivity based on Codex guideline requirements (CAC/GL71-2009). This method can be used to analyze the residue of carazolol, azaperone, and azaperol in livestock and fishery products.

        The technological development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is accelerating the development of the world and society. Fourth industrial technology is connected to Cyber World to develop national and social infrastructure. The application of the fourth industrial technology can create Cyber-city and Cyber-life systems. In the ICT business industry that connects Cyber with the real world, we need to connect Cyber with real-life work. It is to use AR business cards as one of the ways to connect Cyber business with real business. When an AR business card is recognized as a smartphone, a 3D character appears to introduce the main character of the business card. In addition, AR business cards are reflected in AR for product and service of business operators, enabling promotion of products, services, etc. Using connected wired and wireless 5G communication, real-time e-commerce is also possible. In this paper, AR business card will be produced with Source Coding and AR business card platform will be designed.

        REGULATION OF β-CATENIN IN THE WNT SIGNALING PATHWAY AND EMT VIA OPTIMAL CONTROL

        In this paper, we present an optimal control strategy to pre- vent the EMT process by downregulating the level of overexpressed β- catenin in the cytoplasm. To do this, we propose a mathematical model that expresses relationship between the Wnt signaling pathway and TGF- β in cancer cells. We also define an optimal control problem considering the side effects that occur simultaneously with the method for controlling the concentration of β-catenin. Finally numerical simulations show that treatment effect is quantitatively changes depending on the concentration of core proteins of the Wnt signaling pathway.

        C-tube를 골격성 고정원으로 이용한매복된 미성숙 영구치의 교정적 치료 : 증례 보고

        Skeletal anchorage is recommended as an orthodontic treatment for an impacted immature permanent tooth. Among these methods, C-tube is relatively safe because it is fixed to the cortical bone of interdental and thelower part of the root with several short miniscrews, which causes less damage to the root in patients of earlypermanent dentition. As it can be easily bent, the traction direction can be adjusted to favorable bone densitysites. However, patient cooperation is important and traction based on physiological force in order to gain rootand dentoalveolar tissue development in immature permanent teeth is required. Periodic follow-ups should bemandatory. 매복된 미성숙 영구치는 매복의 깊이와 방향이 정상 맹출로에 크게 벗어나 있지 않는다면 물리적인 원인 제거 후 자발적맹출이 가능하다. 그러나 자발적 맹출이 일어나지 않는다면 골격성 고정원을 이용하여 교정적 견인을 하게 된다. 골격성 고정원 중 하나인 C-tube는 인접 치근 사이의 피질골상에서 4~5 mm의 짧은 여러 개의 미니 스크류로 치근 하방 부위에 고정되어 안정적이고, 초기 영구치열기 환자의 치아 손상의 가능성이 적다. 구부릴 수 있는 성질 때문에 견인력의 방향 조절도 가능하다. 매복치의 반대편 악궁에 식립 후 교정용 탄성 고무링을 이용한 수직적 견인이 가능하여 매복치를 원하는 위치에 견인할 수 있다. 하지만 C-tube의 식립 및 제거 시 절개가 필요하고, 환자의 협조가 요구된다. 또한 매복치의 견인 시, 미성숙 영구치의 치근 성장과 골, 부착 치은의 형성 등을 주의 깊게 관찰하고 주변 연조직의 염증이 생기지 않도록 치태 조절과 구강 위생 관리교육이 필요하다.

        MR Imaging Findings of Tamoxifenassociated Uterine Adenosarcoma: Report of Two Cases

        Adenosarcoma of the uterus is a rare biphasic tumor containing benign glandularepithelial and malignant mesenchymal components. The tumor has been reportedto be associated with antiestrogen therapy, particularly tamoxifen, but there havebeen a few case reports with MRI. We present two cases of MRI findings of uterineadenosarcoma after antiestrogen therapy, tamoxifen and toremifene in breast cancerpatients. The tumor presents as a large polypoid mass occupying the endometrialcavity, and may protrude into the vagina. On MRI, the tumor typically shows solidcomponents with scattered small cysts and heterogeneous enhancement. Thesefindings are not significantly different from conventional adenosarcoma.

        아주대학교병원 소아치과에서 시행된 전신마취 하 치과치료에 관한 실태조사

        Background: General anesthesia is a necessary method for successful dental treatment for children, compromised patients and the disabled who have difficulty in cooperation. The aim of this study was to assess dental treatment under general anesthesia at the department of pediatric dentistry, Ajou university hospital on children and the disabled. Methods: 217 general anesthesia from June 2010 to June 2014 were assessed for this study. Patient's distribution, treatment pattern, reasons for general anesthesia, distribution of combined operation, duration of anesthesia, treatment, frequency of general anesthesia and agents for general anesthesia were examined. Results: The proportion of male, the disabled were higher and above 19 years age group was the highest. Combined operation with otolaryngology was highest. Main reasons for general anesthesia were mental retardation for the disabled and uncooperative behavior for the non-disabled. Percentage of restorative treatment was the highest. Average anesthesia duration was 186 minutes and average treatment time was 143 minutes. Most of the airway was maintained by nasotracheal intubation and induction was done by sevoflurane. Conclusions: General anesthesia for dental treatment has been increasing for children, the disabled who have a difficulty of cooperation. The demand for dental treatment under general anesthesia is expected to continuously increase. Therefore, continuous research and studies should be done to establish efficiency and safety of general anesthesia and provide an enhanced environment for treatment.

        적콜라비 새싹채소 종자에서 분리한 Escherichia coli strain RC-4-D의 생장예측모델

        This study was conducted to develop a predictive model for the growth of Escherichia coli strain RC-4-D isolated from red kohlrabi sprout seeds. We collected E. coli kinetic growth data during red kohlrabi seed sprouting under isothermal conditions (10, 15, 20, 25, and $30^{\circ}C$). Baranyi model was used as a primary order model for growth data. The maximum growth rate (${\mu}max$) and lag-phase duration (LPD) for each temperature (except for $10^{\circ}C$ LPD) were determined. Three kinds of secondary models (suboptimal Ratkowsky square-root, Huang model, and Arrhenius-type model) were compared to elucidate the influence of temperature on E. coli growth rate. The model performance measures for three secondary models showed that the suboptimal Huang square-root model was more suitable in the accuracy (1.223) and the suboptimal Ratkowsky square-root model was less in the bias (0.999), respectively. Among three secondary order model used in this study, the suboptimal Ratkowsky square-root model showed best fit for the secondary model for describing the effect of temperature. This model can be utilized to predict E. coli behavior in red kohlrabi sprout production and to conduct microbial risk assessments.
